Primary and secondary school mental health teachers in professional identity of intervention programs

To explore the impact of teacher training on the professional identity of primary and secondary school mental health teachers, this study conducted a half-month professional development training program to 54 primary and secondary school mental health teachers, and performed measurement on the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group and the control group with “Teachers’ Professional Identity Questionnaire”. The result shows that after the training there is a significant improvement in the professional identity of the teachers in the experimental group, and the teachers’ scores on the four dimensions of profession identity: the sense of role, the professional behavioral tendency, the occupational values, and the sense of belonging, all increased significantly. This indicates that the curriculum intervention for the primary and secondary school mental health teachers could effectively improve the teachers’ professional identity.

Analysis of English Teachers＇ Professional Development in Rural Primary Schools Taking the Surrounding Areas in Linyi as an Example

This thesis tries to explore the problems of the rural English teachers＇ professional development and aims to give some hints on teachers＇ professional development and future teacher training. This thesis makes a survey to 20 rural English teachers from 10 primary schools in the surrounding areas of Linyi City. The survey mainly focuses on the following four aspects： basic situation of the teachers, knowledge of English language and teaching skills, teachers＇ motivation, and self-analysis of their development. With an analysis of the results of the investigation, the author wants to evoke teachers＇ and researchers＇ awareness for improving English language teachers＇ professional development in rural primary schools

A Study on the Professional Development Strategies of English Teachers in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools

In the new round of development, the government should not only focus on the development of large enterprises, but also on small enterprises that can grow explosively. According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the "Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises" should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established. Facilitating the professional development of teachers is one of a most important way to improve the teachers＇ personalities. For this reason, it has a huge practical significance to look for some ways to research the professional development of the novice English teachers in secondary school. It also aims to promote the whole personalities of all English teachers and the whole English teaching qualities. This paper wiU research in how to promote and facilitate the professional development of the novice English teachers in secondary school from the parts of country, school and teachers. Specificly speaking, from the perspective of country, it contains the way of some short trains for novice teachers from superior educational department and some educational action research; From the perspective of the secondary school, it includes school-based in-service training, the exploitation of school-based curriculum and learning team; From the perspective of teacher themselves, it includes teaching reflection, observing other teachers＇ class and using micro-teaching to promote teachers＇ teaching skills.

Developments of Professional Learning Communities and Challenges for Principals in Chinese Urban Middle Schools

Professional learning communities(PLCs)have seen a rapid spread all around the world over the past 30 years.Since then it has been proved that they can improve teaching quality and thereby the achievement of students,and so PLCs have attracted increasing attention especially from education systems.In China,PLCs have been developed vigorously within schools since the implementation of the‘New Curriculum Reform’in 2000.However,the west has paid scant attention to and were not familiar with them since most research in this field in China was published in Chinese.Furthermore,PLCs are influenced by contextual and cultural factors,and therefore PLCs in Chinese education systems are different from those in Anglo-American settings due to long-standing cultural differences,which require consideration.Therefore,this research will investigate the PLCs in China that may be of interest.Many recent studies have shown that,although PLCs have made significant progress in Chinese urban middle schools through the enthusiastic efforts of educators and scholars,there are still several barriers.The primary purpose of this research is to review the development of PLCs and additionally to analyse the challenges faced by the principals.

The Impact of COVID-19 on the Mental-Emotional Wellbeing of Primary Healthcare Professionals: A Descriptive Correlational Study

The present study aimed to examine work environment related factors and frontline primary healthcare profes-sionals’mental-emotional wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic in school communities of Hong Kong.A total of 61(20%)school health nurses(frontline primary healthcare professionals)participated in a cross-sec-tional online survey from March to June 2020.Outcomes of mental-emotional health were measured using the Mental Health Continuum-Short Form(14-item scale with three subscales related to emotional,social and psychological wellbeing);the Perceived Stress Scale(10-item scale with two subscales related to perceived help-lessness and lack of self-efficacy);and the Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced Inventory(Brief COPE),a 28-item inventory with two subscales related to adaptive and maladaptive strategies.Almost half(42.6%)of par-ticipants experienced mental health problems.Those employed in government subsidized schools had signifi-cantly lower scores in mental health wellbeing than those who worked in private schools.Factors relating to increased mental health problems included lack of emotional support,inadequate training relating to infection prevention and control measures,disengagement and self-blame.A variety of factors influencing school health nurses’social,emotional and psychological wellbeing in their work environment during the COVID-19 pandemic were also reported.The mental-emotional wellbeing of school nurses may relate to their subjective feeling of lone-liness as participants were the sole frontline primary healthcare professional working in the school community during the COVID-19 pandemic.Studyfindings provide relevant evidence for management teams to build a cul-ture of psychological and social support into workplace policies and procedures.Continuous staff development and adequate social support are important to promote the mental-emotional wellbeing of primary healthcare pro-fessionals in school communities as they play a significant role in safeguarding resources during pandemics.

A Study of New Ways of Professional Development of Rural Teachers Supported by Information Technology

Teacher professional development has been put forward since the 1980s. After nearly 30 years of theoretical research and practical exploration, it has become a common concern of many countries in the world. It is the mainstream discourse of teacher education reform. As a special group of teachers in our country, the professional development of rural teachers is directly related to the improvement of the quality of education in rural schools. In this paper, information technology was briefly analyzed, and the problems in the professional development of teachers in rural schools were discussed;finally, strategies of rural school teachers' professional development supported by information technology were put forward.

高质量发展视域下的中小学校本研修现状与改善策略研究

校本研修作为促进教师专业发展的可靠保障,在教育高质量发展的当下备受教育界的关注。对长春地区13个县(市)区的学校、教师抽样调查表明,教师在校本研修中存在思想认识不足、研修目标不够准确,以及学校的相应制度建设短板明显、对教师专业引领的作用发挥不足等问题。基于长期的教育科研实践与观察来分析校本研修实践中存在问题的根源及解决策略,以加大宣传力度、强化理论学习、健全研修制度、加强干预措施、完善教育信息化设备等途径,提升中小学校本研修的成效,提高教师的综合素质和专业水平,能够有效推动教育事业的高质量发展。

产业发展视角下高职学校专业群建设的问题表征与发展路向

高职教育的职业属性决定了其专业建设要与区域产业紧密对接,也决定了专业群建设服务产业发展的根本逻辑。高职学校专业群与区域产业协同发展能使其集聚效应得到充分发挥。然而,在高职学校专业群建设中,存在着专业设置与产业发展需求对接不够、培养过程与产业主体缺乏深度融合、建设思路与管理存在路径依赖等现象,这导致组群逻辑定位不准确、专业群整体发展水平不突出、集群效应表现不明显等问题。要促进高职学校的高质量发展,专业群建设需适应区域产业布局,随产业发展灵活调整;整合资源共建共享,培育产教协同育人机制;对接产业“以群建院”,优化内部治理结构。

从协同到求异:指向教师专业发展的U-S合作优化研究

U-S合作是教师专业发展的重要举措。审视U-S合作的历程可知,U-S合作致力于多方位促进教师专业发展,协同逐渐成为U-S合作促进教师专业发展的底层逻辑。随着合作的持续推进,这一底层逻辑在促进教师专业发展方面所潜在的矛盾也逐渐暴露出来。一方面,大学与中小学的文化差异阻碍了协同的深度发生;另一方面,为了实现大学与中小学的协同,双方不得不做出诸多的妥协,在妥协的语境下,中小学教师往往面临着主体性丧失的风险。与之相对,在求异这一核心理念的引领下,跨界学习旗帜鲜明地提出了“差异即资源”的主张,并通过互动场域的营造和互动系统的建构,为“差异即资源”提供了现实可能,也为优化U-S合作提供了新的思路。

中国学校情境中的教师专业学习社群:特点、成效与性质

中国上海学生在国际学生评估项目的优异表现引起了世界范围内教育者和研究者们的广泛关注,而教师专业学习社群被认为在其中发挥了十分重要的作用。中国教师专业学习社群植根于教研组和教研制度之中,是教师们进行在职学习与专业发展的重要平台。基于笔者关于我国学校情境中教师专业学习社群的实证研究结果,本文从教师文化的角度,探讨了中国教师专业学习社群的独特之处,分析了教师专业学习社群对教师发展所起的作用,并重新界定了中国教师专业学习社群的性质。这些工作体现了教师专业学习社群的中国实践对理论发展可能做出的贡献。在此基础上,我们提出未来中国教师专业学习社群的发展应关注三个要点,即重“质”而不重“量”、重“形”更要重“神”、“借鉴”的同时还要“扬弃”。

实习支教在我国教育规模发展的特殊历史时期产生,是具有中国特色的地方师范院校扶持乡村教育之路。乡村教育振兴的逻辑通路是促进乡村教育高质量发展,而乡村教育高质量发展对师范生实习支教提出了新要求。乡村教育振兴下,师范生实习支教改革的主旨为精准实习支教,实习与支教互利共生和教师专业成长。当前,实习支教存在着供需矛盾突出,深层合作机制欠缺,对师范生专业发展支持不足等问题。乡村教育振兴下师范生实习支教改革,应建立响应乡村教育需求的多元实习支教链条,深化师范院校与乡村学校互利共生机制,加强乡村教育环境中实习生专业成长支持,以便促进乡村教育高质量发展。

医学技术类本科生专业分流选择成因的质性研究——以天津医科大学为例

目的明晰独立医学院校医学技术类专业本科生大类招生专业分流的选择成因,以期为高校医学技术类专业分流政策提供建议。方法选取当前就读于天津医科大学医学技术学院并参与过专业分流的本科生20名进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法,探究其在专业分流时选择专业的原因。结果参与访谈的本科生选择现就读专业的因素包括个人因素、学科因素、就业因素、他人因素。结论专业分流对学生的个人发展、素质提升和能力培养方面起到了重要作用,现行专业分流政策存在学生在专业分流时具有一定盲目性、分流前职业规划课程内容不足、专业分流缺乏灵活性、招生比例不合理等问题。针对此类问题,学校应当为参与专业分流的学生丰富职业规划课程;专业分流后学校也可以给予学生二次选择专业的机会;学校还需要对医学技术类专业的学院规模与招生比例等方面进行统筹规划。

北京市远郊区小学教师开展预防性侵害教育的现况及其影响因素

目的了解北京市远郊区小学教师开展预防性侵害教育的现况及其影响因素,为我国农村地区开展预防性侵害教育及教师培训提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样,随机抽取北京市远郊3区6所小学452名教师进行线上调查,采用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析教师开展预防性侵害教育的影响因素。结果共回收有效问卷428份(94.7%)。“儿童性侵害问题存在于世界各地”和“对一个儿童进行过性侵害的人,将很有可能再多次侵犯儿童”的回答正确率最高(88.6%),“儿童报告说受到了性侵害,几乎所有都可信”的回答正确率最低(26.4%);95.3%的教师赞成“在小学开展预防儿童性侵害教育”,91.8%的教师认为“开展教育有助于预防儿童性侵害发生”;46.0%的教师开展过某种形式的预防性侵害教育实践。高职称(B=0.484,95%CI:0.214~0.753)、担任班主任(B=0.645,95%CI:0.256~1.034)和有培训经历(B=2.114,95%CI:1.654~2.573)的教师,教育实践得分更高(P<0.05)。结论北京市远郊区小学教师整体对于预防性侵害教育态度积极,但知识和实践较少;亟须加强教师相关教育的培训,以提高其预防儿童性侵害教育的知识水平和实践能力。

我国高中教师评价素养现状调查研究

评价素养是教师专业能力的重要组成部分。本研究构建了涵盖评价理念、评价知识和评价技能三个一级指标的教师评价素养框架,依据框架制定了《高中教师评价素养调查问卷》,开展全国性调查并收集有效问卷7213份。调查数据分析结果显示:当前我国高中教师评价素养整体表现较好,评价理念显著优于评价技能,评价知识相对薄弱,三者之间存在显著正相关;教师对自身的评价素养有较强的发展需求;影响高中教师评价素养水平的主要因素有评价素养价值认同、性别、地区、学校层次等。研究还提出了相关建议以期推动高中教师评价素养稳步提升。

以“办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量”为目标的“新双高”是对原有“双高计划”建设的深化和拓展,核心在于以全面深化产教融合、校企合作为关键,以提升人才培养质量和社会服务能力为目标,推动职业教育的高质量发展,更好地服务经济社会的发展需求。在“新双高”背景下,中国式现代化对高职院校发展提出新要求,经济社会发展对高职院校内涵建设提出新挑战,数字技术发展为高职院校发展带来新机遇。面对“新双高”建设的征程再起,以天津职业大学专业群布局为例,阐述了“新双高”背景下的专业群布局逻辑,旨在提升专业(群)与区域经济社会发展、产业转型升级的匹配度、支撑力。

基于双元制的现代学徒制教育模式研究与实践——以广东交通职业技术学院智能工程机械运用技术专业为例

现代学徒制是我国职业教育借鉴发达国家,特别是德国“双元制”职业教育的成功经验,结合我国目前职业教育的实际情况推出的新型职业教育模式。它使教学过程、教学质量与企业人才培养规格、工作岗位所要求的技术技能标准有效衔接,实现学校、企业、学生的互惠共赢。通过对德国“双元制”职业教育模式进行实地考察,引进世界500强职业能力成长指标体系,在广东交通职业技术学院智能工程机械运用技术专业现代学徒制订单班开展教育研究与实践,对有效开展现代学徒制办学、培养高素质技术技能型人才具有重要参考意义。
