A project is a specific effort to create a unique product,so it is a favorable place for knowledge creation and development.Knowledge can be transferred inside and outside projects and their parent project-based organizations,thus affecting project performance and organizational competitiveness.However,the current research on the elements and outcomes of knowledge transfer(KT)in the project environment lacks completeness and clarity,and that on the different levels of KT is fragmented.This study aims to conduct comprehensive research to determine and link the elements and outcomes of KT in the project environment.The authors systematically analyzed the relevant literature from 2000 to 2021,which showed an increasing publication trend.They divided KT in the project environment into three levels according to the transfer scenario:Intra-project,cross-project,and cross-organizational KT.Five-dimensional transfer elements and two-dimensional transfer outcomes were then identified and analyzed from previous literature.Lastly,the relationships between the transfer elements and outcomes were gathered to create a comprehensive model.Importantly,the knowledge gap in the current literature was highlighted,and future research directions were put forward.This study builds a theoretical framework linking transfer elements to outcomes that can serve as a basis for scholars and practitioners to develop effective strategies for KT in the project environment. 展开更多

With the fast growth of Chinese economic, more and more capital will be invested in environmental projects. How to select the environmental investment projects (alternatives) for obtaining the best environmental quality and economic benefits is an important problem for the decision makers. The purpose of this paper is to develop a decision-making model to rank a finite number of alternatives with several and sometimes conflicting criteria. A model for ranking the projects of municipal sewage treatment plants is proposed by using exports' information and the data of the real projects. And, the ranking result is given based on the PROMETHEE method. Furthermore, by means of the concept of the weight stability intervals (WSI), the sensitivity of the ranking results to the size of criteria values and the change of weights value of criteria are discussed. The result shows that some criteria, such as “proportion of benefit to project cost”, will influence the ranking result of alternatives very strong while others not. The influence are not only from the value of criterion but also from the changing the weight of criterion. So, some criteria such as “proportion of benefit to project cost” are key critera for ranking the projects. Decision makers must be cautious to them. 展开更多

Projections for 20 years of economic growth and change in the structure of the Thai economy were made for 180 sectors using a computable general equilibrium(CGE) model to compare the following four scenarios:(1) standard growth with infinite supply of factors,(2) finite land supply,(3) fixed use of agricultural chemicals,and(4) combined finite land supply with fixed use of agricultural chemicals.The computable projections suggest that the economic cost of hypothetical environmental control in agriculture is small and further weakened by urbanization.The computed structural development points to efficiency improvements specific to sectors to return the economy to balanced growth. 展开更多

But it inevitably causes some impacts on the environment in the construction process. Because that the height of wind power generator generally exceeds 100 m,and visual range in plain region is farther,it is necessary to scientifically and rationally evaluate and analyze landscape visual environment impact of wind power generator in plain region. One wind power farm project of Zhanjiang is located in typical plain region of Guangdong coast. Referring to traditional analytic method of landscape visual impact and comparing with actual situation for the same kind of project in the region,results show that it is " extremely sensitive" area at 0- 2. 5 km from wind power generator, " very sensitive" area at 2. 5- 5. 0 km, " sensitive" area at 5- 10 km, "generally sensitive" area at 10- 20 km,and non-sensitive area outside 20 km. 展开更多

In this paper, the relationship between hydroelectric projects and the river environment is analyzed. Recently, the large-scale regulation of runoff by large hydroelectric projects in the Ningxia Reach of the Yellow River has altered natural runoff processes, causing an increase in the probability of low discharge and an overall adjustment of riverbed evolution and river characteristics. During low-flow years, the combined effects of these two changes can weaken the self-purification capacity and reduce the water environmental capacity of the river. This is one of the main reasons for the recent decrease of water quality in the Ningxia Reach. This research shows that it is necessary to implement river training projects to maintain stable flow paths, not only for adjusting river regimes and for flood control, but also for increasing the self-purification capacity and the water environmental capacity of the river. Methods and proposals for coordinating the operation of hydroelectric projects with the protection of the river environment are presented in the interest of promoting sustainable development. 展开更多

研究南水北调东线一期工程通水以来受水区生态环境效益的演变态势,对南水北调后续工程高质量建设、加快构建国家水网以及促进工程综合效益发挥有决策参考作用。以定性定量相结合的方式分析东线一期工程在优化水资源配置、保障饮水安全... 研究南水北调东线一期工程通水以来受水区生态环境效益的演变态势,对南水北调后续工程高质量建设、加快构建国家水网以及促进工程综合效益发挥有决策参考作用。以定性定量相结合的方式分析东线一期工程在优化水资源配置、保障饮水安全、复苏河湖生态环境和畅通南北经济循环等方面的作用,进而结合层次分析法,从直接效益和间接效益2个方面,筛选构建东线一期工程受水区生态环境效益评价指标体系,主要包括工程年供水量、水质改善度、生态补水量、地下水压采量、地下水水位、水域面积、绿地面积和涵养水源等,并采用VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)多准则妥协解排序方法对南水北调东线一期工程通水以来即2013-2022年受水区生态环境效益演变态势进行分析。结果表明:南水北调东线一期工程通水的10年以来,受水区的生态环境整体复苏效果明显,近3年排序值保持在0.8以上;受降水偏枯进而影响地下水开采量和地下水水位等因素影响,2019年间接生态环境效益下降29.2%,之后迅速恢复并保持稳定。在分析直接效益和间接效益演变的基础上,从工程提质增效、提高工程水质状况以及完善体制机制建设等方面提出东线一期工程进一步促进受水区生态环境持续改善的策略和建议,以期为东线工程及受水区生态环境保护及高质量发展相关研究、决策制定等提供参考。 展开更多

随着社会发展和环境问题的逐渐凸显,可持续建筑技术在工程领域的应用越来越受到关注。本文从健康、效率、经济和社会四个角度,探讨了可持续建筑技术在工程领域的应用。首先,我们研究了可持续建筑技术如何在提高建筑物内空气质量、提高... 随着社会发展和环境问题的逐渐凸显,可持续建筑技术在工程领域的应用越来越受到关注。本文从健康、效率、经济和社会四个角度,探讨了可持续建筑技术在工程领域的应用。首先,我们研究了可持续建筑技术如何在提高建筑物内空气质量、提高效能、减少工程项目对环境的影响等方面作出贡献。然后,我们采用了多种定性与定量的研究方法,如实地调查、深度访谈和数据分析等,深入探究了可持续建筑技术引入工程项目的具体实施方法和步骤。研究结果表明,可持续建筑技术不仅能提高工程项目的节能效益和环保效果,同时也能够带来经济效益和社会效益,如节省维护成本、提高工作效率、提升建筑物的使用者满意度等。反之,缺乏可持续建筑技术的工程项目,往往无法达到社会、经济、环境的满意效果。因此,我们强烈建议在今后的工程领域中,更多的运用可持续建筑技术,真正实现工程项目的可持续发展。 展开更多

针对项目间学习的惯例转移进行研究,梳理了惯例转移的概念及内涵,从理论上探讨惯例转移与内外部环境、知识能力以及团队互动之间的相互作用。基于主成分分析和随机森林模型,构建影响惯例转移的重要因素组合,通过对要素的相互作用和关系... 针对项目间学习的惯例转移进行研究,梳理了惯例转移的概念及内涵,从理论上探讨惯例转移与内外部环境、知识能力以及团队互动之间的相互作用。基于主成分分析和随机森林模型,构建影响惯例转移的重要因素组合,通过对要素的相互作用和关系的定量化分析,以评价惯例转移难易程度。通过2015—2019年京津冀大气污染治理惯例转移定量分析,发现惯例转移受不同环境要素影响,并且处在不断进化的学习过程中。知识资源、经济环境对于多数惯例转移是重要的、起作用的要素,易于在其他环境中发生转移,而末端型治理增加了知识资源(通用知识)的转移难度。自然资源和自然环境等要素是惯例转移过程的主要冲突因素,使惯例难以在其他环境中发生转移。 展开更多
