Exploring highly active and stable transition metal-based bifunctional electrocatalysts has recently attracted extensive research interests for achieving high inherent activity, abundant exposed active sites, rapid mass transfer, and strong structure stability for overall water splitting. Herein, an interface engineering coupled with shell-protection strategy was applied to construct three-dimensional(3D) core-shell NixSy@MnOxHy heterostructure nanorods grown on nickel foam(NixSy@MnOxHy/NF) as a bifunctional electrocatalyst. NixSy@MnOxHy/NF was synthesized via a facile hydrothermal reaction followed by an electrodeposition process. The X-ray absorption fine structure spectra reveal that abundant Mn-S bonds connect the heterostructure interfaces of N ixSy@MnOxHy, leading to a strong electronic interaction, which improves the intrinsic activities of hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction(OER). Besides, as an efficient protective shell, the MnOxHy dramatically inhibits the electrochemical corrosion of the electrocatalyst at high current densities, which remarkably enhances the stability at high potentials. Furthermore, the 3D nanorod structure not only exposes enriched active sites, but also accelerates the electrolyte diffusion and bubble desorption. Therefore, NixSy@MnOxHy/NF exhibits exceptional bifunctional activity and stability for overall water splitting, with low overpotentials of 326 and 356 mV for OER at 100 and 500 mA cm^(–2), respectively, along with high stability of 150 h at 100 mA cm^(–2). Furthermore, for overall water splitting, it presents a low cell voltage of 1.529 V at 10 mA cm^(–2), accompanied by excellent stability at 100 mA cm^(–2) for 100 h. This work sheds a light on exploring highly active and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts by the interface engineering coupled with shell-protection strategy. 展开更多

With the increase in mining depth, the danger of coal and gas outbursts increases.In order to drain coal gas effectively and to eliminate the risk of coal and gas outbursts, we used a specific number of penetration boreholes for draining of pressure relief gas.Based on the principle of overlying strata movement, deformation and pressure relief, a good effect of gas drainage was obtained.The practice in the Panyi coal mine has shown that, after mining the C11coal seam as the protective layer, the relative expansion deformation value of the protected layer C13 reached 2.63%, The permeability coefficient increased 2880 times, the gas drainage rate of the C13 coal seam increased to more than 60%, the amount of gas was reduced from 13.0 to 5.2 m3/t and the gas pressure declined from 4.4 to 0.4 MPa, which caused the danger the outbursts in the coal seams to be eliminated.The result was that we achieved a safe and highly efficient mining operation of the C13 coal seam. 展开更多

In order to effectively solve the problem of copyright protection of materials genome engineering data,this paper proposes a method for copyright protection of materials genome engineering data based on zero-watermarking technology.First,the important attribute values are selected from the materials genome engineering database;then,use the method of remainder to group the selected attribute values and extract eigenvalues;then,the eigenvalues sequence is obtained by the majority election method;finally,XOR the sequence with the actual copyright information to obtain the watermarking information and store it in the third-party authentication center.When a copyright dispute requires copyright authentication for the database to be detected.First,the zero-watermarking construction algorithm is used to obtain an eigenvalues sequence;then,this sequence is XORed with the watermarking information stored in the third-party authentication center to obtain copyright information to-be-detected.Finally,the ownership is determined by calculating the similarity between copyright information to-be-detected and copyright information that has practical significance.The experimental result shows that the zero-watermarking method proposed in this paper can effectively resist various common attacks,and can well achieve the copyright protection of material genome engineering database. 展开更多

The environmental damage arising from the construction and engineering services was responsible for the appearance of several norms and resolutions regulating and directing the sector’s performance. In this article, we research how professionals with experience in public bids assess the difficulty degree of the implementation of those requirements and how they assess the environmental legislation regarding the protection and conservation of the environment, impact on costs, deadlines and the solution to environmental problems. The results show that industry professionals consider as “high” the level of difficulty to implement the addressed sustainability requirements, and that the Brazilian environmental legislation does not comply with its environmental protection role, increases the possibility of delays and costs of projects and services and hampers the emergence of solutions that could solve environmental problems. 展开更多

As businesses develop and expand with a significant volume of data,data protection and privacy become increasingly important.Research has shown a tremendous increase in phishing activities during and after COVID-19.This research aimed to improve the existing approaches to detecting phishing activities on the internet.We designed a multi-layered phish detection algorithm to detect and prevent phishing applications on the internet using URLs.In the algorithm,we considered technical dimensions of phishing attack prevention and mitigation on the internet.In our approach,we merge,Phishtank,Blacklist,Blocklist,and Whitelist to form our framework.A web application system and browser extension were developed to implement the algorithm.The multi-layer phish detector evaluated ten thousandURLs gathered randomly from the internet(five thousand phishing and five thousand legitimate URLs).The system was estimated to detect levels of accuracy,true-positive and false-positive values.The system level accuracy was recorded to be 98.16%.Approximately 49.6%of the websites were detected as illegitimate,whilst 49.8%were seen as legitimate. 展开更多

As the smart grid concepts are emphasized lately, the need to modernize the power engineering education is also well recognized. This paper presents a set of newly developed modeling, simulation and testing tools aimed at better understanding of the design concept and related applications for protective relaying and substation automation solutions for the smart grid. Since the smart grid applications require integration of data from multiple IEDs (intelligent electronic devices), understanding properties of each IED type in detail, as well as their responses to the power system events is needed. In addition, understanding the communication requirements to perform data integration is also important. To illustrate how the mentioned smart grid issues may be taught, the following advanced teaching approaches are presented: (1) Use of modeling and simulation means to better understand interaction between the relays and power system; (2) Use of IED test facilities to better understand performance of physical devices used for protection, monitoring and control; (3) Utilization of communication network modeling tools to simulate the communication network within SAS (substation automation system). Examples showing the use of proposed techniques for teaching the fundamentals and applications are presented. The examples demonstrate the adequacy and efficiency of the proposed techniques. 展开更多

针对航空发动机电子控制器(EEC)易受高强辐射场(HIRF)干扰问题,以ZF-M600型EEC为研究对象,通过三维电磁仿真软件CST对EEC建模并进行平面波辐照仿真,模拟HIRF对EEC的干扰效应,仿真结果表明,HIRF可以通过孔缝耦合进入EEC内部并在腔体内部... 针对航空发动机电子控制器(EEC)易受高强辐射场(HIRF)干扰问题,以ZF-M600型EEC为研究对象,通过三维电磁仿真软件CST对EEC建模并进行平面波辐照仿真,模拟HIRF对EEC的干扰效应,仿真结果表明,HIRF可以通过孔缝耦合进入EEC内部并在腔体内部产生谐振,谐振频率处电场强度显著增加。依据RTCA DO-160G在400 MHz~4 GHz开展EEC辐射敏感度试验,试验结果表明:EEC失效频点为2.40 GHz和3.48 GHz,敏感模块为模拟量输入输出模块,敏感现象为模拟量数据丢失。EEC失效频点与谐振频率接近,说明EEC失效与腔体谐振有关,在EEC内部贴装吸波材料并进行仿真,分析吸波材料的放置方式和厚度对EEC谐振电磁干扰强度的影响,仿真结果表明,贴装吸波材料可以有效抑制谐振电磁干扰。 展开更多

研究目的:随着绿色发展理念的提出,对铁路工程建设环境保护和水土保持提出了更高的要求。为顺利完成工程建设环水保目标,识别铁路工程建设环水保风险因素,建立环水保风险演化的系统动力学模型,并以H铁路工程项目为例进行仿真分析,了解... 研究目的:随着绿色发展理念的提出,对铁路工程建设环境保护和水土保持提出了更高的要求。为顺利完成工程建设环水保目标,识别铁路工程建设环水保风险因素,建立环水保风险演化的系统动力学模型,并以H铁路工程项目为例进行仿真分析,了解风险演化过程,明确风险防控的重点任务。研究结论:(1)在建设过程中环水保风险呈现先增加后稳定的总体趋势,其中开工建设前期为环水保风险的集中涌现阶段;(2)风险因素取值的变化将对环水保风险产生不同程度的影响,其中环水保专项资金不足改变对环水保风险系统影响最大,人员专业能力不足和环境本底调查不全面次之,施工机械污染大变动对系统影响较小;(3)工程项目引入风险预警机制有利于控制环水保风险,预警值的大小将影响风险防控效果;(4)本研究结果可为工程项目防控环水保风险提供借鉴与参考。 展开更多

桩柱式墩是桥梁工程中广泛采用的下部结构形式,但如果桩身没有进行有效的能力保护设计,在地震作用下可能形成塑性铰。由于土桩动力相互作用的复杂影响,如何根据墩柱塑性铰区截面的超强弯矩计算桩身的抗震需求,依然是桩柱式墩桥梁延性抗... 桩柱式墩是桥梁工程中广泛采用的下部结构形式,但如果桩身没有进行有效的能力保护设计,在地震作用下可能形成塑性铰。由于土桩动力相互作用的复杂影响,如何根据墩柱塑性铰区截面的超强弯矩计算桩身的抗震需求,依然是桩柱式墩桥梁延性抗震设计中的技术难题。基于土-桩-结构一体化模型,对桩柱式墩桥梁的延性抗震设计方法开展研究,重点解决桩身地震需求的简化计算问题。通过开展不同地震强度下桩柱弯矩分布发展规律研究,确定了桩身地震需求参数;通过桩身地震需求参数敏感性分析,结合大量参数分析及多元线性回归方法,建立了桩身地震需求参数与土体、结构参数之间的关联关系,提出了基于能力保护的桩身抗弯需求和加强配筋范围的简化计算方法。研究成果可为我国桩柱式墩桥梁延性抗震设计方法的改进提供依据。 展开更多

面向火电厂煤粉尘浓度的预测评估算法的研究

火力发电的主要能源来自煤炭,而由于燃煤发电过程中产生的煤尘扩散是引起火电厂粉尘爆炸风险和尘肺职业病的主要根源之一,因此必须进行实时有效的检测和控制。当前粉尘检测方法仅使用单一的粉尘质量浓度指标来评估粉尘污染整体状况,缺... 火力发电的主要能源来自煤炭,而由于燃煤发电过程中产生的煤尘扩散是引起火电厂粉尘爆炸风险和尘肺职业病的主要根源之一,因此必须进行实时有效的检测和控制。当前粉尘检测方法仅使用单一的粉尘质量浓度指标来评估粉尘污染整体状况,缺乏对多种复合因素影响的考量,依靠单一阈值设定进行报警,易出现误报、漏报等现象,以及忽略粉尘爆炸这一重要事故场景,不能建立粉尘污染全面客观的评价方法。研究建立了一种粉尘质量浓度预测模型,基于金豺优化算法对极限学习机的最优初始权重进行寻优,再使用极限学习机对样本数据进行训练学习,提高神经网络模型的精度,可较为准确地预测30 min以内任意时间间隔的粉尘质量浓度,并将现场数据及模拟仿真数据与建立的粉尘质量浓度预测模型进行对比分析。结果显示:建立的粉尘质量浓度预测模型准确度良好,与现场数据及模拟仿真数据对比误差分别为0.72%和2.1%,可加强对火电厂粉尘环境进行预测预警,从而及时采取合理的粉尘控制策略,确保火电厂的生产安全并降低粉尘对作业人员的职业危害。 展开更多
