The Internet and its Psychological and Social Effects on the UAEs Youth

The subject of this research concentrate on indicating psychological and social effects for the Internet on students in Sharjah University/Communication College/in other words the researcher try to know students opinion and impressions regarding the use of Internet and effect of the same, as well as opinion of positive and negative benefits regarding Internet, especially for the university＇s students who use Internet repeatedly in their daily routine. This stage marked by facts and characteristics based on search for information, explore the students world, and their expectations for that science. This study is the first in its kind in United Arab Emirates that try to shed light on the social and psychological effects of the lnternet, therefore we pave the way in front of those who administer lnternet and indicate to them guidelines for that to allow decisions maker to be aware about the world around university＇s student, the world that enjoy less interest for use of Internet at university, and what is the social and psychological effects of the use of Internet. And the study allow providing information and data that several sectors in society need. It draws clear image for the use of Internet at university by the student and whatever social and psychological effects that happened as a result of that use, so it consider as a survey for whom desire to know such information in United Arab Emirates.

Analysis on the Style and aesthetic effects of decorative arts in environment space

Art decorative can make landscape more beautiful in urban public space. Art decorative design reflects the characteristics of the environment, history and culture of a city and a state of the spirit of the times. Modem art deco design should not only have its own style, but also be more perfectly reflect the cultural connotation of specific urban environment, and to create a pleasant living environment for human being. Aesthetic concepts of decorating space environment are inseparable from the people＇s view of decoration. Analyzing from the sensory effects and psychological effects of decorative environment, the paper points out the way for environmental decoration development, and provide ideas for future creative decoration.

Analysis on the Relationship among Memorizing Ability, Note-taking, and Psychological Factors in Interpretation Teaching

Since China＇s reform and accession to the world trade organization （WTO）, the international labor division, cooperation, and communication of production have been a direction of the global productivity development. The expansion of the world trade organization and the growth of multinational corporations have promoted China＇s market economy to head for internationalization; the exchanges of all countries＇ science and technology, culture, and education have become increasingly frequent and beyond the borders very early, so opening-up has become a world trend. China is playing an important role in this historical process. In this situation, the importance of language translation is increasing day by day, and an unprecedented prosperous situation has especially appeared to the interpretation. In order to accord with this new historical situation, many colleges and universities have set up language translation program and have offered interpretation course. To promote the economic development of China and train more senior interpreters, the studies of interpretation teaching and the improvement of interpretation teaching quality have been particularly important. In this paper, the relationship among memory, note-taking, and psychological factors are analyzed.

The Impact of Online Teaching on Chinese Secondary School Students and Their Parents:A Case Study in Secondary School S in Quanzhou

In response to the spread of COVID-19 in Quanzhou on 13th March,2022,a number of schools,including kindergartens,primary schools,junior/senior high schools,and universities,implemented online teaching.In this context,this study explores the impact of online education on students and their parents in Secondary School S in Quanzhou,Fujian Province,China.Some studies found that online education broke the traditional control model of offline classroom teaching,and that both teachers and students had more autonomy.However,this study shows that online teaching only gives students more autonomy in learning space,but puts more pressure on their long learning time and online tasks submission.The study highlights the impact of online education on students’performance and mental health,as well as the impact on parents.

Prevalence of Occupational Stress and Related Risk Factors among Nurses Working in ASEER Region

Background: Over the last century, stress as an interdisciplinary concept has become an area of great interest and has been researched extensively. Although the earliest studies on stress were mostly physiological, psychological models of stress have been developed and established a link between stressors and illness in his model of general adaptation syndrome. Objective: To investigate prevalence and factors associated with occupational stress among nurses working Asser region Hospital. The study included nurses at different age groups working at different departments with assessment of any sources of stress. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted targeting nurses in the main hospitals in the Asser region, Southern Saudi Arabia. A total of the study samples of 217 nurses were required to estimate the expected average stress rate among nurses. A self-administered pre-structured questionnaire used for data collection. Results: Nurses’ ages ranged 21 to 55 years old with mean age of 30.9 ± 11.7 years old. Majority of the nurses were females 175 (80.6%). The highest mean score (more stress) was reported by nurses in relation to the following stress factors;working very hard (4.3 ± 0.9), followed by being under pressure to work long hours (4.2 ± 0.9), the opportunity given to do something is not real and enough (4.2 ± 1.0). The findings showed a significant relationship between nurses’ stress level, their personal and work-related characteristics (P = 0.001). Recommendations: Interventional programs to detect and alleviate sources and effects of occupational stress should be developed including more training regarding coping strategies, nurses’ support, and better work condition.

Recognition and Appreciation and the Moderating Role of Self-esteem on Job Satisfaction and Performance among IT Employees in Melaka

The purpose of this study is to explore and examine employees＇ perceptions of recognition and appreciation among Telekom Malaysia （TM） employees in Melaka and the psychological influence it has on their job satisfaction, performance, productivity, and commitment towards the organizational goals. According to one of the laws of psychology which ＂says if you want someone to repeat a behavior, you should positively recognize the behavior immediately＂. Thus, it has been positively affirmed that every human being like to be recognized and appreciated because it is an innate aspiration. Conversely, even though there is nothing complex about recognition and appreciation, studies has found that these items consistently receive the lowest ratings from employees. Furthermore, research conducted over so many eras constantly and consistently discovered that people care about fair treatment, thus, recognition and appreciation of employees must be done appropriately and timely in order for the program to be effective and efficient and achieve its full objective and set goal of motivation. The constructs that will be used in this study will be operationalized using previously-validated and originally developed measures with little or no modifications where necessary to suit the present research context while the primary data of this research will be analyzed using AMOS software.

Update on Mayer—Rokitansky—Küster—Hauser syndrome

This review presents an update of Mayer—Rokitansky—Küster—Hauser(MRKH)syndrome on its etiologic,clinical,diagnostic,psychological,therapeutic,and reproductive aspects.The etiology of MRKH syndrome remains unclear due to its intrinsic heterogeneity.Nongenetic and genetic causes that may interact during the embryonic development have been proposed with no definitive etiopathogenesis identified.The proportion of concomitant extragenital malformations varies in different studies,and the discrepancies may be explained by ethnic differences.In addition to physical examination and pelvic ultrasound,the performance of pelvic magnetic resonance imaging is crucial in detecting the presence of rudimentary uterine endometrium.MRKH syndrome has long-lasting psychological effects on patients,resulting in low esteem,poor coping strategies,depression,and anxiety symptoms.Providing psychological counseling and peer support to diagnosed patients is recommended.Proper and timely psychological intervention could significantly improve a patient’s outcome.Various nonsurgical and surgical methods have been suggested for treatment of MRKH syndrome.Due to the high success rate and minimal risk of complications,vaginal dilation has been proven to be the first-line therapy.Vaginoplasty is the second-line option for patients experiencing dilation failure.Uterine transplantation and gestational surrogacy are options for women with MRKH syndrome to achieve biological motherhood.
