The diffesion model proposed by Romdhane and Danner is applied in thes study. and the thickness of polymer film in packed colunm is evaluated using the method proposed by Braun and Guillet. The diffusion coefficients at infinite dilution for CH2Cl2, CHCl3, C2H4Cl2 and CCl4 in polyethylene are determined.It shows that: 1) The smaller is the molecular volume of the solute, the larger is the diffusion coefficient. 2 )The diffesion coefficien increases with temperature.展开更多
目的采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)方法,同时测定止痒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷和大黄素的含量。方法采用Aglient ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(2.1×50 mm,1.8μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 m L·...目的采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)方法,同时测定止痒洗剂中盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷和大黄素的含量。方法采用Aglient ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱(2.1×50 mm,1.8μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 m L·min-1,检测波长为240 nm,柱温为30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷和大黄素分别在0.0346-0.4152μg,0.3190-3.8280μg,0.0250-0.3000μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.44%,95.62%和96.48%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为制定止痒洗剂质量标准及产品质量控制提供依据。展开更多
