Lecturer’s capacity has been evaluated using different parameters in Assosa University, Ethiopia. Mandatorily, lecturers are evaluated using printed check list. For the last few years we observed that, the lecturer efficiency score is found on the shelf and not checked by anyone to know the gaps and to establish follow-up system. The use of intranet based web system is better to use lecturer’s efficiency result to monitor their performance and to establish follow-up mechanism. In this study, a prototype of web based yearbook efficiency management system for evaluating and monitoring the performance of lecturers was designed and developed. The evaluation process in the system was presented according to the university evaluation format. By all means, it is the right time to follow the objectives and try to develop and suggest the current teaching process using technology that of course will be based on the development of quality control and thesaurus-agency approaches. As mentioned in Bolkan and Goodboy, their research showed that teachers who promote intellectual stimulation empower and enrich students both cognitive and affective getting knowledge and experience process in the classroom. Purpose This study elucidates the rationale,implementation,values,and challenges of the Synergized Quality Improvement Program in Teacher Education(SQIPTE)—the first policy specifically dedicated to the development o...Purpose This study elucidates the rationale,implementation,values,and challenges of the Synergized Quality Improvement Program in Teacher Education(SQIPTE)—the first policy specifically dedicated to the development of teaching staff since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Design/Approach/Methods After introducing the primary structure and rationale of the SQIPTE,this study reviews the existing data and research to explain why the program focuses on local normal colleges and determine how it could be implemented more effectively.Findings In establishing group-based assistance under the principle of“1+M+N”(M≥N),the SQIPTE seeks to make normal colleges the primary force in the education of rural teachers and explores a collaborative operating mechanism to this end.Evidence suggests that this innovative program will provide new practical experience for the collaborative development and quality improvement of teachers.Originality/Value This study reviews the SQIPTE as a new Chinese intervention to improve the quality of rural teachers.There is strong evidence to suggest that this innovative program will inspire the construction of collaborative operating mechanisms incorporating multiple resources for teacher education systems across different areas.展开更多

This implies that the performance of a professor will have a lot of meaningful influence on realization of educational performance. In this connection, the performance of a lecturer as educators must be effectively realized so as to support the dynamics and effectiveness of the educational process. Meanwhile, lecturers' personal competence (personal competence or authority, maturity, and model of lecturers and also adjustment of lecturers' characteristic and working performances which are appropriate with their competences demand), which include: skill practices, behavior, creativity, and self-development efforts and decreasing some weaknesses which are not appropriate with competences affects the lecturers' performances. The Quality Assurance System (MSS) is a management system to direct and control an organization in making a policy, target, plan, and quality process and procedure and also its continual improvement implementation, which consist an organization structure, responsibility, processes, procedure and resources which are used to reach the standard which has been settled based on stakeholders and organization's need and requirements. The quality assurance (QA) in an organization is an internal and external demand. The QA is a routine task and has to be done continually and it is not an ad hoc activity. A lecturer's competence is a lecturer's ability in implementing his obligation appropriately. In this case, the lecturer's competence will have an impact on lecturer's performances and achievement and will give a contribution to a quality of a university and its alumni. 文摘Morality education is not only the foundation of education, but also the foundation of life, colleges and universities should keeppace with the times, innovate the concept of education, and integrate the concept of morality education into the management andideological and political education of colleges and universities. Based on this, in order to provide data support for this study, aquestionnaire survey was adopted to sample the teachers and students of Sichuan University to understand the current situation ofthe concept of "morality education" in colleges and universities, and the importance of the concept of "morality education" in themanagement of college students and the difficulties it faces were expounded, then pertinent suggestions were put forward for thecurrent problems. Implementing the concept of "morality education" in the management of colleges and universities caneffectively improve the quality of students, and guide students to establish correct political beliefs and promote their all-rounddevelopment.

Moral Education in the implementation process of Physical Education is with the characteristics of direct participation, dynamic, body and mind. Moral Education in Physical Education pathways are: a combination of conventional classroom education; a combination of different materials and features educational content, emotion in teaching, affection, the use of reasonable physical education teaching methods and forms of organization education, combination of students behavior education, infrequent events combined treatment education and a leading role of outstanding teachers.

文摘Lectureship is a strategic position in supporting the process and results of the overall educational system. The lecturer's professional competence or lecturers' ability in mastering the teaching content and method affects the lecturers' performances (related to the abilities in teaching, researching, and public servicing); education and teaching is one of the responsibilities of university which focus on the implementation of teaching and learning process. This implies that the performance of a professor will have a lot of meaningful influence on realization of educational performance. In this connection, the performance of a lecturer as educators must be effectively realized so as to support the dynamics and effectiveness of the educational process. Meanwhile, lecturers' personal competence (personal competence or authority, maturity, and model of lecturers and also adjustment of lecturers' characteristic and working performances which are appropriate with their competences demand), which include: skill practices, behavior, creativity, and self-development efforts and decreasing some weaknesses which are not appropriate with competences affects the lecturers' performances. The Quality Assurance System (MSS) is a management system to direct and control an organization in making a policy, target, plan, and quality process and procedure and also its continual improvement implementation, which consist an organization structure, responsibility, processes, procedure and resources which are used to reach the standard which has been settled based on stakeholders and organization's need and requirements. The quality assurance (QA) in an organization is an internal and external demand. The QA is a routine task and has to be done continually and it is not an ad hoc activity. A lecturer's competence is a lecturer's ability in implementing his obligation appropriately. In this case, the lecturer's competence will have an impact on lecturer's performances and achievement and will give a contribution to a quality of a university and its alumni. A lecturer's performance will give a big impact on the education implementation effectively. A lecturer's performance as an educator should be accomplished effectively so that it will be able to support the dynamic and effectiveness of education process.

文摘With the deepening of China’s new measures for opening-up,China has emerged as the“target country”for students from many countries around the world seeking to study abroad.In China,legal education for international students is closely linked to the overall improvement of international students’training quality,which is conducive to improving the international education supply level for international students in colleges and universities,as well as maintaining the order of education for these students in China.In order to strengthen legal education for international students in China,it is necessary to set up public compulsory courses for legal education,form full-time teaching faculties,and explore the new cooperative teaching mode between the first classroom and the second classroom.
