Evaluation of the Impact of Refined Quality Control Management Model on the Qualified Rate of Disinfection and Sterilization of Surgical Instruments in the Sterilization Supply Center

Objective:To evaluate the application value of a refined quality control management model for a sterilization supply center.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the work situation of the sterilization supply center from January 2021 to January 2023.The work situation before January 31,2022,was classified as the control group;a routine quality control management model was implemented,and the work situation after January 31,2022,was classified as the observation group.The quality of medical device management and department satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The timely recovery and supply rate,classification and cleaning pass rate,disinfection pass rate,packaging pass rate,sterilization pass rate,and department satisfaction score in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a refined quality control management model in the sterilization supply center can improve the quality management level of medical devices and department satisfaction and is worthy of promotion.

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Control Circle on the Central Sterile Supply Department

Objective:To analyze the effect of quality control circle on the central sterile supply department(CSSD).Methods:The control group and the observation group each consisted of 180 instruments received by the sterilization supply center from January to March 2023 and 11 CSSD staff.The control group underwent routine management while quality control circle was implemented in the observation group.The quality of work,disinfection and sterilization qualification rates,disinfection and sterilization of various instruments,cleaning indicators,and management satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results:The observation group scored higher in terms of work quality,the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization in each link,the disinfection and sterilization of instruments,and cleaning indicators compared to the control group.Besides,the management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A quality control circle ensures the quality of work,improves the cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization of instruments of the CSSD,and improves the management satisfaction of the CSSD staff.

Analysis of Supply Chain Model of Agricultural Products and Quality Safety——A Case Study of Heilongjiang Province

This paper analyses the supply chain models of four types of agricultural products,namely fruits and vegetables,poultry,aquatic products and dairy,and the food safety problems arising from the links of supply chain.In view of different models,corresponding suggestions are put forward to ensure the quality safety of agricultural products in Heilongjiang Province.

Improve the Center Supply Room to Ensure the Quality System for Disinfection and Sterilization

The disinfection supply room is a very important department of the hospital.Its main job is to provide sterile equipment and dressings for various activities in the hospital.It is an important department in the hospital infection management process.Doing a good job in the control and management of the disinfection supply room is the main link to ensure the prevention and control of hospital infections.The quality of management directly affects modern clinical medical work.Therefore,the hospital supply room should be strengthened and improved to ensure that all items can be safely used in the work process,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of cross-infection incidents in the hospital.

Relationship of Soil Qualities to Maize Growth Under Increasing Phosphorus Supply in Acid Soils of Southern Cameroon

A large array of soil properties influences plant growth response to phosphorus(P) fertilizer input in acid soils. We carried out a pot experiment using three contrasted acid soils from southern Cameroon with the following main objectives:i) to assess the main soil causal factors of different maize(Zea mays L.) growth response to applied P and ii) to statistically model soil quality variation across soil types as well as their relationships to dry matter production. The soils used are classified as Typic Kandiudox(TKO) ,Rhodic Kandiudult(RKU) ,and Typic Kandiudult(TKU) . Analysis of variance,regression,and principal component analyses were used for data analysis and interpretation. Shoot dry matter yield(DMY) was significantly affected by soil type and P rate with no significant interaction. Predicted maximum attainable DMY was lowest in the TKO(26.2 g pot-1) as compared to 35.6 and 36.7 g pot-1 for the RKU and TKU,respectively. Properties that positively influenced DMY were the levels of inorganic NaHCO3-extractable P,individual basic cations(Ca,Mg,and K) ,and pH. Their effects contrasted with those of exchangeable Al and C/N ratio,which significantly depressed DMY. Principal component analysis yielded similar results,identifying 4 orthogonal components,which accounted for 84.7% of the total system variance(TSV) . Principal component 1 was identified as soil nutrient deficiency explaining 35.9% of TSV. This soil quality varied significantly among the studied soils,emerging as the only soil quality which significantly(P < 0.05) correlated with maize growth. The 2nd,3rd,and 4th components were identified as soil organic matter contents,texture,and HCl-extractable P,respectively.

Complex Sequence Quality Evaluation Model for Concealed Water Supply Pipeline of Prefabricated Construction

The accurate assessment of the quality can materially affect the safety and life of the prefabricated construction.In this paper,we studied the overall module of concealed water supply pipeline,and a new complex sequence quality evaluation model was established.By analyzing the small evaluation index elements of the model,the weight of the larger evaluation index could be deduced.The total quality evaluation score of the overall module could be obtained by calculating the weight value of the evaluation index,and then the quality standard of the overall module could be obtained.

Analysis and Forecast of China’s Grain Supply and Demand Quality Grade Structural Balance

Based on the analysis of China’s grain production and demand quality grade, this paper uses the non-equidistance GM (1,1) model and the inference algorithm to predict the structural balance of the supply and demand grades of China’s four major grain crops. The results show that the supply and demand for wheat, corn and rice can maintain a quantitative balance. While, it’s difficult to achieve a quality grade balance in wheat and rice and keep a supply and demand balance in terms of quantity and quality of soybean. Simultaneously, the supply of premium grade corn is greater than the demand. The analysis and prediction results can reflect the existing structural balance matter of grain supply and demand at different quality grades in China, and provide theoretical basis for governments to formulate relevant policies.

The Problems and Countermeasures of Four Community Pharmacies on Drug Quality Management in Kangping County

Objective To study the drug quality management of four community pharmacies and provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the drug management level in Kangping County.Methods Literature research and investigation research were adopted in this paper to analyze the current situation and problems of drug management in four community pharmacies in a town of Kangping County.Results and Conclusion The problems of four community pharmacies in a town of Kangping County are low level of drug quality management,insufficient quality and capability of the practitioners and physician’s illegal act such as some licensed pharmacists paid from the linked pharmacies.There are also problems in facilities and equipment,drug display and storage,and document management,which reflects the lack of local drug supervision.Based on the above problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the drug quality management of four community pharmacies in Kangping County.

企业ESG表现有助于稳定供应链合作关系吗?

实体经济中的供应链中断风险及产业链外移问题引起了当下学术界与实务界的广泛关注,而提升产业链供应链韧性与安全水平是当前发展实体经济的关键所在。本文基于组织合法性理论,以2009—2021年A股实体企业为样本,实证分析企业的环境、社会与治理(ESG)表现对供应链关系稳定性的影响及作用机制。研究结果显示,企业ESG表现对供应链关系稳定性的影响具有差异性,可以增强客户关系稳定性,但对于供应商关系稳定性的增强作用较弱;企业ESG表现带来的信息优势、资金优势、产品优势与合法性的跨链溢出效应是其增强客户关系稳定性的重要机制。企业ESG表现不仅会通过客户稳定性促进自身高质量发展,还会促进供应链上客户的高质量发展。本文的研究揭示了企业ESG表现在供应链中的具体作用,为进一步推进产业链供应链韧性与安全水平提供了理论参考与经验借鉴。

我国城市幼儿园空间布局适配性的现状、成因与优化建议

供需适配的幼儿园空间布局是促进学前教育资源均衡配置的关键举措,能有效推动学前教育高质量发展。本研究以我国中部地区某省会城市主城区759所幼儿园为例,运用地理信息分析工具中的核密度估计、最近邻指数等方法,分别从“有园上”“入园近”“上好园”“园幼共生”四个维度对幼儿园空间布局是否存在错配的核心议题进行深入剖析。研究发现:该市部分幼儿园空间分布存在欠适配现象,且形成了空间与结构错配的问题,其主要原因是资源投入层面的财政失衡、需求提出层面的逐优心理和城市规划层面的建设滞后。本文建议通过构建数字化管理平台、优化供需对接机制、加强配套园治理、加大治薄扶弱补缺的力度等措施,推动幼儿园空间布局从错配到适配的转换,从而促进区域学前教育公共服务一体化和高质量发展。

基于RPC的光储接入牵引供电系统协调控制方法

为将光伏发电接入牵引供电系统进行有效利用,同时兼顾牵引供电系统电能质量改善及列车再生制动能量回收利用,提出了一种基于铁路功率调节器的光储系统接入牵引供电系统的协调控制方法.首先,搭建基于铁路功率调节器的光储系统接入牵引供电拓扑结构,并对其电能质量补偿机理进行理论分析;在此基础上,充分考虑光储系统的运行条件以及列车牵引、制动、空载或惰行工况,提出光储系统接入牵引供电的联合协调控制方法,实现了“光+储+荷”三者间的协调控制、牵引供电系统负序的动态补偿以及谐波的有效抑制;在RT-Lab实时仿真系统中建立了基于铁路功率调节器的光伏接入牵引供电系统仿真模型,并结合实际光照和牵引工况数据验证本文所提出的系统结构以及协调控制方法的有效性.结果表明:本文所提出的系统结构以及协调控制方法能够实现牵引供电系统中光储系统的有效接入,再生制动能量回收率提升至86.7%,功率因数提升6.4%,对谐波特别是高次谐波含有率有较大改善,满足光伏电能高效消纳及综合利用、电能质量动态综合补偿、再生制动能量回收多重需求.

质量管理在血站采供血工作中的应用

目的 分析在血站采供血工作中质量管理的应用价值。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年7月在济宁市中心血站献血的70名献血者和11名护理工作人员,均实施质量管理,纳入研究组;另选择2020年5月—2021年5月在血站献血的70名献血者和11名护理工作人员,实施常规管理,纳入对照组。对比和分析工作管理效果。结果 研究组工作管理质量(设备维修保养、责任心、消毒工作质量、环境质量)各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组献血者总满意度为97.14%,高于对照组的81.43%(P<0.05);研究组一次穿刺成功率、采血质量达标率、健康教育覆盖率分别为92.86%、98.57%、100%,高于对照组的72.86%、85.71%、90.00%,研究组工作差错率为2.86%,低于对照组的17.14%(P<0.05)。结论 在血站采供血工作中质量管理应用价值较高,在工作管理质量、献血者满意度、一次穿刺成功率、采血质量达标率、工作差错率、健康教育覆盖率方面优势明显。

新质生产力与矿产资源新格局

根据矿产资源安全巨系统理论,科技子系统是原始动力,驱动经济子系统变化,经济子系统变化又会驱动地缘政治子系统变化,同时,自然子系统的变化也会引起其他子系统变化,各子系统变化均会对矿产资源子系统产生重大影响。本文以矿产资源安全巨系统理论为指导,分析了新质生产力、气候变化、地缘政治等对全球矿产资源格局的影响,认为:新质生产力发展正改变工业化发展模式,后发国家承接产业转移的难度加大,现有矿产资源消费中心地位或将巩固,新的消费中心出现难度加大;新质生产力将改变人类矿产资源使用的终极形态,化石能源不再作为能源而是作为材料利用,金属成为能源之母;人工智能对能源的需求将大幅增长,各国对能源的争夺会愈演愈烈;美国脱钩断链正在破坏全球矿产资源安全,现有矿产资源储量难以满足未来需求,资源问题将成为制约各国生产力发展的重要约束。建议世界各国采取措施保障供应:一是加强国际间资源合作;二是加大勘查力度;三是加强矿产资源循环利用;四是加大低品位、共伴生资源的开发利用;五是大力加强资源节约利用。

基于智慧药学服务的药品供应质量管理信息平台构建与应用

本院在文献研究和运用信息技术挖掘现有药品质量数据基础上,提出基于智慧药学服务的药品质量管理策略并搭建质量管理信息平台。该平台运用数字可视化技术实现了药品供应质量全程、实时监管,有助于提高药品供应质量监管的准确性、真实性、实时性,为进一步探索信息化药品供应质量评价体系的建立奠定基础。
