Safety and Quality Control Management Strategy for Urban Railway Engineering Construction

The safety management of urban railway engineering construction involves many different aspects and a wide scope,playing an important role in guaranteeing the safety of construction projects.Management agencies have more stringent requirements on the quality of railway construction.The overall quality of a construction project should meet the construction requirements before the project can be carried out.In this article,the problems in the actual work of the entire life cycle of safety management are explained,and the lessons and experience pertaining to the safety and quality of urban railway construction projects are discussed.The purpose of this paper is to provide references for the management of urban railway construction.

Construction of the All-region Linkage System for Emergency Management of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety in West China

Quality and safety of agricultural products are significant for national socioeconomic development,sustainable development,and vital interests of people.To safeguard quality and safety of agricultural products in west China is to safeguard economic safety and ecological safety of the country,public health and social stability,of which an important task is to properly handle emergencies concerning quality and safety of agricultural products.Considering actual conditions of west China,suggestions are given to construct the all-region linkage system for emergency management of agricultural product quality and safety in the local area,enhance the all-region linkage,and improve the linkage efficiency.

The Role of Whole-Process Quality Management Mode in the Self-Protection and Safety of First-Line Medical Staff of COVID-19

At present, the COVID-19 has spread all over the world. In the face of sudden outbreak, it has brought great challenges to the management of nosocomial infection prevention and control. In this battle, how to do well the prevention and control of hospital epidemic situation scientifically and reasonably is the key to hospital management and an important link to ensure the safety of first-line medical staff. Through the clinical practice of our hospital to combat the COVID-19 epidemic situation, we summarize the key points and functions of quality management, and provide management strategies for domestic and foreign countries.

Clinical value of precise rehabilitation nursing in management of cerebral infarction

BACKGROUND Cerebral infarction,previously referred to as cerebral infarction or ischemic stroke,refers to the localized brain tissue experiencing ischemic necrosis or softening due to disorders in brain blood supply,ischemia,and hypoxia.The precision rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management is a continuous,fixed,orderly,and efficient nursing model aimed at standardizing the clinical nursing process,reducing the wastage of medical resources,and improving the quality of medical services.AIM To analyze the value of a precise rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management in patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS Patients(n=124)admitted to our hospital with cerebral infarction between November 2019 and November 2021 were enrolled as the study subjects.The random number table method was used to divide them into a conventional nursing intervention group(n=61)and a model nursing intervention group(n=63).Changes in the nursing index for the two groups were compared after conventional nursing intervention and precise rehabilitation intervention nursing for chronic disease management.RESULTS Compared with the conventional intervention group,the model intervention group had a shorter time to clinical symptom relief(P<0.05),lower Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores,a lower incidence of total complications(P<0.05),a higher disease knowledge mastery rate,higher safety and quality,and a higher overall nursing satisfaction rate(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The precision rehabilitation nursing model for chronic disease management improves the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction,reducing the incidence of total complications and improving the clinical outcome of patients,and is worthy of application in clinical practice.

Three Major Effects and Guarantee System for Quality Management of Edible Mushroom Products

In order to provide consumers with more safe and edible fungus products and to create a faithful social environment of food quality, the edible fungus products quality safety events, as well as their evoked factors and effects on edible fungus industry were discussed in depth in this paper. The performance of edible fungus products quality management is a comprehensive reflection of technical effect, control effect and implementation effect. Among them, the implementation effect is the most important, which refers to the actual implementation effect of quality and safety rules by practitioners of edible fungus industry. Thus, the initiative implementation effect in quality management will be improved, and a quality assurance system in which practitioners are volunteered to participate and implement initiatively the quality standards and regulations so as to provide safe and high-quality products will be established, thereby achieving the best actual implementation effect in quality management.

Analysis of Quality Control and Safety Management in Electrical Engineering

In the development process of the society nowadays,electrical engineering has been widely used with remarkable results,but there are still some problems in the course of actual management,which requires effective technical measures to control the quality in electrical engineering and the enhancement of safety management work.Therefore,in order to better ensure safety management requirements in electrical engineering and strengthen related trainings and thus better carried out safety management and quality control to meet respective requirements in the real world,in this paper,a brief analysis is conducted in quality control and safety management in electrical engineering.

The Influence of Nursing Safety Management on the Quality of Hemopurification Nursing

Objective:To study the influence of nursing safety management on the quality of hemopurification nursing.Methods:Fifty-six patients who underwent hemopurification in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into research group(n=28)and control group(n=28),control group patients adopt routine nursing mode,research group patient take nursing safety management mode.Then compare the nursing quality score,the occurrence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups after different nursing modes.Results:The service attitude,doctor-patient relationship,medical environment and professional skill scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse events in the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the patients in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing safety management in hemopurification can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,the effect is significant and suitable for promotion.

A Methodology to Develop the Integration of the Environmental Management System with Other Standardized Management Systems

Traditionally the global management system of an organization is frequently split into a number of individual management systems that are defined and implemented according to specific management systems standards (MSSs) as well as managed independently. The individual implementation of MSSs is an option that leads to several inefficiencies and sub-optimization of the global management system of an organization. As referred by ISO [1] the interested parties’ requirements increase. A more effective and efficient option for an organization is to integrate, into an integrated management system (IMS), the implementation and management of requirements of multiple MSSs. Certain difficulties are associated to the structuring process, implementation, verification, evaluation, improvement and progressive development of an IMS in the organizations. Several scholars have proposed various theoretical approaches regarding the integration of individual management systems (MSs) leading to the conclusion that there is not a common practice for all organizations as they encompass different characteristics. This paper aims to present and justify a designed methodology to be used by organizations to support the integration of various MSs. Among them are highlighted: the Environmental Management System (EMS) according ISO 14001 [2], the Quality Management System (QMS) according ISO 9001 [3], and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OH & SMS) according OHSAS 18001 [4]. The methodology was designed in the context of a Portuguese company, on sequence of an organizational diagnosis and a research that was performed through a questionnaire. The strategy and the research methods took into consideration the case study.

我国原奶及乳制品质量安全管理措施

新时代背景下,营养补充和食品健康问题受到人们的高度重视。不断提高了对原奶和乳制品的需求,通常原奶和乳制品的应用人群都是婴儿和老人。尤其是婴儿对乳制品的需求最大。原奶和乳制品的质量与下一代的成长息息相关。但近年,原奶和乳制品的安全事故被媒体频频曝光,严重影响了乳制品市场的发展。该文主要对我国原奶及乳制品质量安全管理措施进行了探讨,以供参考。

医疗机构日间手术开展及规范化管理现况调查

目的:通过对医疗机构日间手术开展情况进行调查,了解日间手术开展及管理现状,为我国医疗机构日间手术建设、规范化管理等提供参考。方法:基于文献研究自行研究设计问卷条目,通过专家咨询形成调查问卷,对我国医疗机构的日间手术开展的机构、科室及病种,管理模式、限制因素、指标监测等进行问卷调查和数据分析。结果:在380所开展日间手术的医疗机构中,有96所(25.3%)是中国日间手术合作联盟机构,196所(51.6%)医院将≤24 h住院时间手术定义为日间手术,184所(48.4%)医院则将≤48 h住院时间手术定义为日间手术。日间手术开展涉及15个临床专科,普外科(275个,占72.4%)是开展最多的专科;开展日间手术最多的专科数量是3个(13.9%);排前5位疾病是白内障(36.3%)、乳房肿物(35.0%)、腹股沟疝(21.6%)、体表肿物(18.9%)和宫腔肿物(13.7%);在管理模式中,45.5%(173所)的医疗机构采用混合模式管理,41.8%(159所)采用分散管理。在7项日间手术安全质量控制评价指标中,日间手术7天内非计划性再入院率(97.1%)、手术30天内非计划再入院率(96.8%)和日间手术后30天内死亡例数(96.8%)的指标检出率在96.0%以上,剩余指标检出率相对较低。限制日间手术开展的前3位因素是日间手术风险高(60.3%)、医院决策层支持力度低(44.2%)和绩效考核分配不合理(43.2%)。结论:日间手术开展专科数量少、病种简单、质量控制薄弱、管理模式模糊、安全保障有待改进,极大阻碍了日间手术发展。未来在大力推进日间手术过程中,应加强医疗机构的临床集中管理、日间手术制度建设和质量安全评价指标督查,构建安全、同质、科学的日间手术诊疗环境,不断提高日间手术技术水平与服务能力。

耐高压PICC影像检查质量开展现状调查与分析

目的调查全国二级以上医院和科室耐高压经外周静脉置入中心导管(peripherally inserted central venous catheters,PICC)影像检查开展现状,为耐高压PICC影像检查规范制定与推广提供依据。方法2023年2月19日至11月7日期间,通过便利抽样法对全国25个省、自治区、直辖市的70所二级以上医院使用造影剂科室的护理负责人进行问卷调查。应用SPSS 27.0进行数据统计分析。结果来自68所医院的100份问卷被纳入,其中42所医院(61.76%)46个科室(46.00%)开展了耐高压PICC影像检查。不同等级的医院与耐高压PICC患者数量呈显著正相关(r=0.417,P<0.05),即随着医院等级升高,耐高压PICC患者数量呈增加趋势。但不同类型(r=-0.149,P>0.05)与地理区域(r=-0.130,P>0.05)的医院与耐高压PICC影像检查开展数量之间不具备相关性。耐高压PICC影像检查操作标准并不统一,且开展受限的主要原因是缺乏耐高压PICC患者(62.96%)和医患担心耐高压PICC检查潜在风险(18.52%)。结论耐高压PICC影像检查开展范围小,发展较缓慢,流程欠规范,亟待指南规范操作流程,完善专业培训,推动耐高压PICC影像检查规范化管理。

基于BIM 5D的项目安全与质量协同管理研究

为解决项目质量和安全管理无法直观表达、提前预防、及时整改等问题,本研究将BIM技术引入项目安全与质量管理工作中,验证了基于BIM 5D的工程安全与质量协同管理的可行性。通过研究得出:通过“事前预防”的BIM技术(建立Revit模型、深化设计、施工模拟、可视化技术交底),将项目质量和安全问题提前暴露,减少返工造成的不必要麻烦,保证物资的有序进场和合理堆放,为安全文明施工提供基础;通过“事中控制”的BIM 5D+智慧工地决策系统,将质量、安全问题进行归集、分析,将分析结果以图表呈现,对关键问题进行预警,及时发现问题并整改。上述方法保证了项目安全,提升了工程质量,为施工企业应用BIM 5D提供了参考。

职能部门多学科联合诊疗提升医疗质量的实践路径——以浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院为例

医疗质量安全是公立医院高质量发展的基础和前提,多学科联合诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)理念对于医院职能部门协同开展医疗质量管理实践具有重要价值。浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院创新探索符合儿童医院自身特色的质量管理模式,构建职能部门医疗质量MDT实践路径,形成临床科室主动发起会诊,各职能部门多方协同双向互动,精准发现并解决问题,持续追踪并反馈改进的闭环管理流程。该模式实施后,全院医疗质量安全水平全面提升,主要表现为科室一级质控能力增强,绩效考核核心指标优化,患者满意度显著提升,对促进医院高质量发展具有深远意义。

基于电子病历六级评审和等级医院评审的智能化输血系统的设计与应用

目的构建智能化的闭环输血系统,满足国家电子病历六级和等级医院评审细则要求,提升用血的安全性和合理性。方法分析现有系统的缺陷,以输血知识库、临床决策支持系统等工具为媒介对现有系统进行改造和升级,利用集成平台与医院信息系统、电子病历、手麻系统及输血系统的信息交互,实现临床用血质量控制指标的一键上报功能,实现输血管理从申请、配血、用血及用血后效果评价的全流程管理。比较系统上线前后的输血质量及终末病历检查结果进行系统成效评价。结果系统上线后,输血申请合理率、标本正确率、未超时输注率和输血不良反馈率较上线前显著提高(P<0.01),输血终末病历较上线前更加规范化、标准化(P<0.01)。结论智能化的闭环输血管理系统在临床用血的关键环节设置质控提醒,建立安全、合理、规范的用血模式,有效降低了输血风险,提高了医院用血的管理水平。
