Simultaneous bandwidth(BW) enhancement and time-delay signature(TDS) suppression of chaotic lasing over a wide range of parameters by mutually coupled semiconductor lasers(MCSLs) with random optical injection are proposed and numerically investigated. The influences of system parameters on TDS suppression(characterized by autocorrelation function(ACF) and permutation entropy(PE) around characteristic time) and chaos BW are investigated. The results show that, with the increasing bias current, the ranges of parameters(detuning and injection strength) for the larger BW(> 20 GHz) are broadened considerably, while the parameter range for optimized TDS(< 0.1) is not shrunk obviously.Under optimized parameters, the system can simultaneously achieve two chaos outputs with enhanced BW(> 20 GHz)and perfect TDS suppression. In addition, the system can generate two-channel high-speed truly physical random number sequences at 200 Gbits/s for each channel. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To conduct a Meta-analysis of studies on the effect of Aidi injectioncombined with chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone in the treatment of gastric cancer(GC).METHODS: Nine electronic databases and six gray literature databases were comprehensively searcheduntil April 20,2013. Two reviewers independently selected and assessed included trialsaccording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The risk of bias tool from the Cochrane Handbook version 5.1.0was used to assess trial quality. All calculations were performed using Review Manager 5.0.RESULTS: Thirty-two studies including 1927 participants met the inclusion criteria, most of which were low quality. Compared with chemotherapy alone,Aidi injection plusthe same chemotherapy significantly improved the effective rate [OR = 1.52,95% CI(1.24,1.86),P < 0.0001],clinical beneficial rate [OR = 1.77,95% CI(1.33,2.36),P < 0.0001],and quality of life [OR = 3.02,95% CI(2.39,3.82),P <0.000 01]. There was a significant improvement in nausea and vomiting incidence [OR = 0.34,95%CI(0.24,0.47),P < 0.000 01],diarrhea [OR = 0.47,95%CI(0.33,0.69),P < 0.000 01],leukopenia( 3,0.51),P = 0.05],hemⅢ-ogⅣ)[OR = 0.34,95%CI(0.2lobin decrease(thromⅢ-boⅣ) [OR = 0.42,95%CI(0.18-1.00),P = 0.05],cytopenia(4],and Ⅲ-damⅣ) [OR = 0.46,95%CI(0.22,0.96),P = 0.0age to liver function [OR = 0.36,95%CI(0.24,0.54),P < 0.000 01].CONCLUSION: Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy significantly improved the clinical effect of chemotherapy, reducing the incidence of adverse events. Use of the CONSORT statement for randomized controlled trials is recommended for stricter reporting. 展开更多

Objective: To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Sodium Tanshinone ⅡA Sulfonate Injection(STS) as one adjuvant therapy for treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods: Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of UAP treated by STS were searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database(CNKI), VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP), Wanfang Database, the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM), Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Embase, and Pub Med, which from inception to January, 2016. The Cochrane Risk Assessment Tool was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the RCTs. The Review Manager 5.3 software was used to conduct the metaanalysis. Results: The results showed that 17 RCTs involving 1,372 patients were included. The meta-analysis indicated that the combined use of STS and Western medicine(WM) in the treatment of UAP can obviously improve the total effective rate [risk ratio(RR)=1.31, 95% confidence interval(CI)(1.24,1.39), P〈0.0001], and the total effective rate of electrocardiogram [RR=1.43, 95% CI(1.30,1.56), P〈0.0001], decrease the level of CRP [mean difference(MD)=–3.06, 95%CI(–3.85, –2.27), P〈0.00001], fibrinogen [MD=–1.03, 95% CI(–1.16, –0.89), P〈0.00001], and whole blood high shear viscosity [MD=–0.70, 95% CI(–0.92, –0.49), P〈0.00001]. Additionally, the occurrence of adverse drug reaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group [RR=3.57, 95% CI(1.28, 9.94), P〈0.05]. Conclusions: Compared with WM, the combined use of STS was more effective. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate systematically the clinical efficacy and safety of potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate injection(PDS) in treatment of infantile pneumonia.METHODS:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of infantile pneumonia treated by PDS were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,and Cochrane Library, from January 1979 to July 2013.Two reviewers independently retrieved the RCTs and extracted the information. The quality of included studies was assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias, and a Meta-analysis was conducted with Review Manager 5.2 software.RESULTS:A total of 9 studies with 1056 participants were included. The quality of the studies was generally no high, only one study mentioned the random method. The Meta-analysis indicated that PDS was significantly superior to the conventional therapy in the total effective rate[relative risk(RR)=1.21,95%CI(1.14,1.27),P<0.000 01],the time of temperature recovery[mean difference(MD)=-1.43,95%CI(-1.75,-1.11),P<0.000 01],rale disappeared and cough relieving[MD=-1.44,95%CI(-1.93,-0.90),P<0.000 01].Six adverse drug reactions from five studies mainly represented rash and diarrhea, and no serious ADRs were reported.CONCLUSION:Based on this systematic review,PDS was proved effective and relatively safe in treatment of infantile pneumonia. However the articles enrolled in the study were not high in quality, studies with higher quality should be conducted for assessment of efficacy and safety of PDS in treatment of infantile pneumonia. 展开更多
