Index system is firstly set down for quantitative assessment of rare animal and plant species, then endangerment degree of wildlife under special state protection are calculated, which is expressed by value E. The results reveal that Yunnan snub-nosed monkey (Rhinopithecus bieti), Himalayan tahr (Hemitragus jemlahicus) and Gigantic Cypress (Cupressus gigantea) have the highest E respectively in animals and plants. According to value E, all species are categorized into 4 ranks: critically endangered(0.6-0.8), endangered (0.4- 0.6), vulnerable (0.2-0.4) and lower risk ( E ≤ 0.2). By comparison of the first five animals and plants of the highest E, each sub-ecozone bears a distinct identity.展开更多
In view of the complexity and non-linearity of energy consumption system and the status quo of the development of energy in Qinghai Province,the relations between energy consumption and industrial structure is analyze...In view of the complexity and non-linearity of energy consumption system and the status quo of the development of energy in Qinghai Province,the relations between energy consumption and industrial structure is analyzed by using the quantitative analysis of grey relation degree by using the grey system theory.The relevancy degree among the primary industry,the secondary industry and the tertiary industry and living energy consumption are obtained,and then the trend of energy consumption in the following several years can be predicted.The results show that the secondary industry has the largest relevancy degree to the total energy consumption.In the end,according to the results of the research,several suggestions on how to saving energy are put forward.Firstly,the government should improve the high-tech industry and restrict the development of high-consumption and high-pollution industries.Secondly,the government should promote the low-carbon way of life;promote energy saving and control the energy consumption of the department of life.Thirdly,clean production should be actively promoted in the tertiary industry and the circular economy should be vigorously expanded.展开更多

Data outsourcing has become an important application of cloud computing.Driven by the growing security demands of data outsourcing applications,sensitive data have to be encrypted before outsourcing.Therefore,how to p...Data outsourcing has become an important application of cloud computing.Driven by the growing security demands of data outsourcing applications,sensitive data have to be encrypted before outsourcing.Therefore,how to properly encrypt data in a way that the encrypted and remotely stored data can still be queried has become a challenging issue.Searchable encryption scheme is proposed to allow users to search over encrypted data.However,most searchable encryption schemes do not consider search result diversification,resulting in information redundancy.In this paper,a verifiable diversity ranking search scheme over encrypted outsourced data is proposed while preserving privacy in cloud computing,which also supports search results verification.The goal is that the ranked documents concerning diversification instead of reading relevant documents that only deliver redundant information.Extensive experiments on real-world dataset validate our analysis and show that our proposed solution is effective for the diversification of documents and verification.展开更多
Low temperature cracking has become one of the important factors that diminish asphalt pavement's ride quality and service life.Especially in cold region,cracking caused by low temperature is the main distress for...Low temperature cracking has become one of the important factors that diminish asphalt pavement's ride quality and service life.Especially in cold region,cracking caused by low temperature is the main distress form.This paper discussed the effect of aggregate gradation on the low temperature performance in asphalt paving mixtures.A total of 11 asphalt mixtures with 11 different aggregate gradations and one asphalt binder content were studied.Volumetric properties of the coarse aggregate and asphalt mixtures showed aggregate grading has a significant impact on the degree of aggregate interlock in asphalt mixtures.A trend is existed in the low temperature performance with the change of gradation.With the aid of mathematic statistics,it indicates gradation affects the low temperature performance significantly.The findings also indicate the relationship between the degree of aggregate interlock in asphalt mixtures and the low temperature performance:With the stone-to-stone contact developed,the mixture has a high energy to resist contract and deformation at low temperature.The properties of fine aggregate and asphalt play an important part in resisting low temperature cracking in floating structure.But it provides lower energy to resist low temperature cracking compared to the skeleton structure.展开更多

In this paper, the application of SPA in risk ranking is presented, which includes review of risk ranking, introduction of Connecting Degree (CD) that is a key role in SPA., Arithmetic and Tendency Grade (TG) of CDs, and a risk ranking approach proposed. Finally a case analysis is presented to illustrate the reasonability of this approach. The representative parameters, such as needle, stitch, were selected. Prediction model was established based on the different fabrics’ mechanical properties that measured by KES instrument. Grey relevant degree analysis was applied to choose the input parameters of the neural network. The result showed that prediction model has good precision. The average relative error was 4.08% for needle and 4.25% for stitch.展开更多
