Comparing the theoretical predictions with the experimental upper-limits, we found that (a) The data of Br(^-Bs,d^0→e^+e^-) give the upper bound on tanβ: tanβ≤22, while Br(^-Bs^0→e^+e^-) give tanβ≤12 for fixed δ = 0^0, mH+ = 350 CeV, mH^0 = 160 GeV, mh^0 = 115 GeV and mA^0 = 120 GeV; (b) A light neutral Higgs boson mass mho (mA^0) less than 50 GeV (120 GeV) is excluded by the data of branching ratios for ^-Bs,d^0→e^+e^-(e = μ) decays with tanβ= 10; (c) The bounds on mh^0 and tanβ, or mA^0 and tanβ are strongly correlated: a smaller (larger) tanβ means a lighter (heavier) neutral Higgs boson.展开更多

We include the low-lying scalar f0(980) and pseudoscalar η/η′ as the dominant contributions in the evaluation of the hadronic loop contributions. The decay width of J/ψ→ e+e-φis determined to be about 2.12 × 10^-6 keV if there is no other leading mechanism contributing. This result will be tested by the BESIII experiment with a large J/ψ data sample.展开更多

The new results show that most of the existing theoretical results on the process Λ_(b)→Λ_(γ) Lgbare larger than those of experiments. With the improved higher-order light-cone distribution amplitudes of the Λ baryon, we reanalyze the process in the framework of light-cone quantum chromodynamics sum rules and the branching ratio is estimated to be Br (Λ_(b)→Λ_(γ))=(7.38-0.39+0.40)×10^(16), which is consistent with the new experimental result. 文摘We analyze different decay observables of semileptonic decays Bc→(Ds,d(*))μ+μ-,such as the branching ratio,forward-backward asymmetry, polarization fraction, and lepton polarization asymmetry in the non-universal Z’model. We further study the dependence of the branching fraction to the new model parameters and find that the values of different decay parameters increase in the Z’model, which indicates a possible approach for the search of new physics as well as for the unknown phenomena of the charm B meson.

文摘Recently, the LHCb collaboration reported the first evidence for the decay B08 →μ+μ-. A branching ratio of (B08 →μ+μ-) = (3.2+1.5-1.2) x 10-9 is given. Using the newest data, and together with the most precise predictions of the Standard Model contributions to the decay, we derive the constraints on the combinations of the R-parity violating parameters. Our results are several orders of magnitudes stronger than the constraints in the previous literature. We also update the constraints on the relevant parameters using the upper limit of B(B08 →μ+μ-).

文摘We consider the effects of the fourth generation quarks on the rare B decay processes described by the b → s(d)vv processes at the quark level. We find that the values of the branching ratios for some of these rare decay processes are much larger than the standard model (SM) predictions. These processes can be used to constrain the relevant free parameters.
文摘Based on a data sample of 384 million BB pairs collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-Ⅱ asymmetric e + e ̄ storage ring,we measure branching fractions,direct CP,isospin and lepton-flavor asymmetries for the rare decays B → K (*) l + l ̄ in two di-lepton mass bins above and below the J/ψ resonance.For the B → K* l + l ̄ decay,we also measure the K* longitudinal polarization fraction and the di-lepton forwardbackward asymmetry.
