目的:观察高血压脑出血患者应用神经内镜微创手术治疗的疗效及并发症情况。方法:回顾性收集2021年2月至2023年2月期间本院内收治的82例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。根据患者手术方法不同将其分为开颅手术组(40例)与微创手术组(42例)。...目的:观察高血压脑出血患者应用神经内镜微创手术治疗的疗效及并发症情况。方法:回顾性收集2021年2月至2023年2月期间本院内收治的82例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。根据患者手术方法不同将其分为开颅手术组(40例)与微创手术组(42例)。分析对比两组的血肿清除率、术后并发症、围术期相关指标、神经功能以及日常生活能力。结果:微创手术组的血肿清除率明显高于开颅手术组(P<0.05)。微创手术组的术后并发症发生率明显低于开颅手术组(P<0.05)。微创手术组的出血量明显少于开颅手术组,手术时间及切口长度、重症监护室观察时间与整体治疗时间均明显短于开颅手术组(P<0.05)。术后1m,微创手术组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分与日常生活活动能力表(Barthel index,BI)评分均显著优于开颅手术组(P<0.05)。结论:神经内镜微创术治疗高血压脑出血,能提高血肿清除率,减少术后并发症,改善围术期相关指标,提升神经功能以及日常生活能力。展开更多

Based on a quality weighted bit allocation method, a sliding window rate allocation method is proposed for the first time so that the window can slide along the video sequence with a certain sliding step. Experimental results show that, under dynamic bandwidth conditions, the proposed method can simultaneously satisfy the requirements for improving average PSNR of the whole video sequence greatly and reducing the fluctuations between adjacent frames greatly.展开更多
Trap characterization on GaN Schottky barrier diodes(SBDs)has been carried out using deep-level transient spectroscopy(DLTS).Selective probing by varying the ratio of the rate window values(r)incites different trap si...Trap characterization on GaN Schottky barrier diodes(SBDs)has been carried out using deep-level transient spectroscopy(DLTS).Selective probing by varying the ratio of the rate window values(r)incites different trap signatures at similar temperature regimes.Electron traps are found to be within the values:0.05–1.2 eV from the conduction band edge whereas the hole traps 1.37–2.66 eV from the valence band edge on the SBDs.In the lower temperature regime,the deeper electron traps contribute to the capacitance transients with increasing r values,whereas at the higher temperatures>300 K,a slow variation of the trap levels(both electrons and holes)is observed when r is varied.These traps are found to be mainly contributed to dislocations,interfaces,and vacancies within the structure.展开更多
目的评估长沙地区2014年1月1日—2022年12月31日无偿献血者输血传播人类免疫缺陷病毒(h uma n immunodeficiency virus,HIV)残余风险。方法通过血站信息管理系统回顾性分析长沙血液中心2014年1月1日—2022年12月31日无偿献血者HIV血液...目的评估长沙地区2014年1月1日—2022年12月31日无偿献血者输血传播人类免疫缺陷病毒(h uma n immunodeficiency virus,HIV)残余风险。方法通过血站信息管理系统回顾性分析长沙血液中心2014年1月1日—2022年12月31日无偿献血者HIV血液筛查结果与疾病预防控制中心(CDC)反馈的确证结果,采用发病率-窗口期数学模型评估无偿献血者HIV筛查残余风险。结果研究期间长沙地区HIV确证阳性率为0.1995‰(273/1368333),其中初次献血者757455例,占比55.36%,确证阳性率0.2495‰(189/757455),重复献血者有610878例,占比44.64%,确证阳性率0.1375‰(84/610878),初次及重复献血者两组确证阳性率存在统计学差异(χ^(2)=21.270,P<0.001)。初次献血者HIV残余风险为1/204081.63高于重复献血者残余风险1/370370.37。如果只开展HIV血清学检测,窗口期参残余风险为1/85470,而增加HIV核酸检测血液筛查后,残余风险降低至1/250000,NAT筛查较血清学筛查能降低65.81%的残余风险。结论长沙地区无偿献血者输血传播HIV残余风险的评估有助于评价不同检测策略对血液安全的影响,保障血液质量。展开更多
