脑得健方对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后神经功能及梗死面积的影响 被引量:8

目的探讨脑得健方对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后神经功能及脑梗死面积比的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤组、脑得健方高、中、低剂量组,每组20只,大脑中动脉线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血模型,于手术后3 d和7 d评价其神经功能... 目的探讨脑得健方对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后神经功能及脑梗死面积比的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、补阳还五汤组、脑得健方高、中、低剂量组,每组20只,大脑中动脉线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血模型,于手术后3 d和7 d评价其神经功能,每组随机取5只做TTC并计算梗死面积比,5只计算大脑干湿重比。结果脑缺血后模型大鼠有神经功能障碍、出现大面积梗死和组织水肿,治疗7 d后,脑得健方各剂量和补阳还五汤均能改善模型大鼠的神经功能缺失症状,减小梗死面积,减轻脑组织水肿,分别与模型组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑得健方和补阳还五汤均能改善模型大鼠的神经功能缺失症状,减少梗死面积,减轻脑组织的水肿,药物以中剂量最佳。 展开更多

目的 :研究低温液持续滴注兔侧脑室并引流对新西兰兔大脑中动脉闭塞 (MCAO)模型缺血区神经元的保护作用。 方法 :左眶入路显微动脉瘤夹夹闭左侧大脑中动脉 (MCA) 2h ,再灌注 2 4h ,制作脑局部缺血 再灌注模型。缺血后即刻用 2 2℃无... 目的 :研究低温液持续滴注兔侧脑室并引流对新西兰兔大脑中动脉闭塞 (MCAO)模型缺血区神经元的保护作用。 方法 :左眶入路显微动脉瘤夹夹闭左侧大脑中动脉 (MCA) 2h ,再灌注 2 4h ,制作脑局部缺血 再灌注模型。缺血后即刻用 2 2℃无菌等渗盐水持续滴注侧脑室并引流 ,降低脑温至亚低温 (32~ 35℃ )后维持 2h ,再灌注2 4h时予神经功能评分 ,然后在麻醉下开颅 ,取夹闭侧MCA供血区脑组织 ,行苏木精 伊红染色 ,剩余脑组织进行脑组织干湿比测定 ,以确定脑水肿程度。 结果 :①低温组动物神经功能评分明显优于夹闭组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而和对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;②夹闭组、低温组左侧脑组织干湿比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,夹闭组左右侧脑组织干湿比差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;③光镜观察见夹闭组MCA供血区神经节细胞胞核固缩、浓染 ,而低温组MCA供血区脑组织无明显病理改变。 结论 :低温液持续滴注侧脑室可减轻脑缺血 再灌注损伤 ,改善脑缺血后神经功能 。 展开更多

激素替代疗法对脑死亡期供心的保护作用及其机制 被引量:1

目的探讨在脑死亡期应用激素替代疗法对于冠状动脉功能和心脏形态的影响。方法采用40~50kg体重的家猪15头,应用缓慢间断颅内加压法建立猪脑死亡模型,将实验动物随机分为3组,每组5只。对照组(A组):仅对动物行麻醉维持,不建立脑死亡模型... 目的探讨在脑死亡期应用激素替代疗法对于冠状动脉功能和心脏形态的影响。方法采用40~50kg体重的家猪15头,应用缓慢间断颅内加压法建立猪脑死亡模型,将实验动物随机分为3组,每组5只。对照组(A组):仅对动物行麻醉维持,不建立脑死亡模型。非激素处理组(B组):建立猪脑死亡模型,不进行激素干预。激素处理组(H组):建立脑死亡模型,给予激素治疗。24h后,各组均以标准取心法取出心脏立即分离左冠状动脉末梢直径在1.0~1.5mm的动脉支进行器官浴槽实验以评价冠状动脉平滑肌和内皮细胞的功能。同时立即剪取左心室一小块心肌测定心脏干湿重比(D/W)。结果①冠状动脉平滑肌功能:三组在平滑肌最大收缩值(Cmax)和最大舒张值(Rmax)两方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②冠状动脉内皮细胞功能:与A组相比,B组在最大内皮依赖性舒张(EDRmax)和舒张至50%最大收缩时P物质浓度的负对数(pEC50)两方面均降低(P<0.05);与A相比,H组在EDRmax和pEC50两方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与H组相比,B组在EDRmax和pEC50两方面均降低(P<0.05)。③心脏干湿重比:H组和A组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组与A组相比,干湿重比降低(P<0.05)。结论激素替代疗法(氢化可的松、三碘甲腺原氨酸、抗利尿激素和可卡因)可有效保护脑死亡期的供心,其机制可能与减少炎症反应、增加心肌供能、维持内环镜稳定有关。 展开更多

Aphid establishes colony in the selective plant parts like vine, leaf petiole, leaflet, inflorescence, and tender fruit in Dolichos lablab Linn but not the entire plant. In this study, the aphid colony establishment in vine is focused to understand the differential resistance response between two varieties. At the early stage of aphid infestation, the aphid colony establishment was significantly different between two genotypes (p value = 0.00) and abbreviated as “resistant” variety that supported lower aphid proliferation (mean value = 48.2 ± 2.2) and “susceptible” variety that supported comparatively higher aphid proliferation (mean value = 215.5 ± 16.9). The total aphid number was significantly different between the two varieties, realized at the early infestation stage when both “antixenosis” and “antibiosis” defense mechanisms were working on. Some plant specific factors like vine diameter, wet/ dry weight ratio of vine, phloem sap pressure, the compactness of the vine, wet/dry weight ratio of leaflet, length of leaf petiole, diameter of leaflet vein were identified as modulating factors. The impact of resistant variety on aphid was also investigated for better understanding of aphid defense mechanism. 展开更多

Shrinkage Characteristics of Lime Concretion Black Soil as Affected by Biochar Amendment 被引量:4

Studies have reported that biochar is a sustainable amendment that improves the chemical and physical properties of soil.In this study,an incubation experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different application rates of biochar on the cracking pattern and shrinkage characteristics of lime concretion black soil after three wetting and drying cycles.Biochar derived from the corn straw and peanut shell mixture was applied to the soil at rates of 0,50,100,and 150 g kg^(-1)dry weight,representing the treatments T_(0),T_(50),T_(100),and T_(150),respectively.During the wetting and drying cycles,the cracking pattern and shrinkage characteristics of the unamended and amended soil samples were recorded.Application of biochar significantly increased soil organic carbon content in the samples.During soil desiccation,biochar significantly reduced the rate of water loss.Cracks propagated slowly and stopped due to the relatively higher water content in the soil applied with biochar.The cracking area density(ρ_c),equivalent width,fractal dimension,and cracking connectivity index decreased during the drying process with increasing application rate of biochar.Theρ_(c )value of the T_(50),T_(100),and T_(150) treatments decreased by 33.6%,52.1%,and 56.9%,respectively,after three wetting and drying cycles,whereas the T_(0) treatment exhibited a marginal change.The coefficient of linear extensibility,an index used to describe onedimentional shrinkage,of the unamended soil sample(T_(0))was approximately 0.23.Application of 100 and 150 g kg^(-1)biochar to the soil significantly reduced the shrinkage capacity by 41.45%and 45.54%,respectively.The slope of the shrinkage characteristics curve,which indicates the ralationship between soil void ratio and moisture ratio,decreased with increase in the application rate of biochar.Furthermore,compared with the T_(0) treatment,the proportional shrinkage zone of the shrinkage characteristic curve of the T_(50),T_(100),and T_(150) treatments decreased by 5.8%,13.1%,and 12.1%,respectively.Differences were not observed in the moisture ratio at the maximum curvature of the shrinkage characteristic curve among the treatments.The results indicate that biochar can alter the cracking pattern and shrinkage characteristics of lime concretion black soil.However,the effects of biochar on the shrinkage of lime concretion black soil are dependent on the number of wetting and drying cycles. 展开更多
