The present experimental studies are directed to investigation of dyeing the linen fabric prepared with modification with enzymes. In the research, 1% and 2% solution of cellulase enzyme Beizym ENC-SB (garment auxiliary of enzymes mixture of CHT R. BEITLICH GmbH/BEZEMA AG) and pectinase Beisol PRO (enzymes mixture for cleaning cellulose fibers of CHT R. BE1TLICH GmbH) enzyme solutions were used. The main objective of this work is focus on results studies of enzyme influence on dyeing of flax fabric with direct Solphenyl dye triade Blue FGLE (economical, fairly good light fast blue, main trichromatic component for medium shades with high wash fastness), Scarlet BNLE (economical scarlet, main trichromatic component for medium to dark shades) 200%, and Yellow GLE (very bright neutral yellow, main trichromatic component for high wash fastness requirements). The dye-bath exhaustion, color fastness to rubbing and washing were estimated. The color parameters before and after tests were calculated.展开更多

Their compositions in the medium suitable for enzyme production of Bacillus sp. B001 were optimized using statistical experiment designs. Under the optimized conditions, the protease production of Bacillus sp. B001 was stable at the stationary stage and reached to 63,200 U/mL, approximately 1.84-fold increase compared with that using the original medium. These improvements could be attributed to the release of the catabolite repression by crude materials corn flour and soy peptone which contained low level of available nutrients. Additionally, a highly pure protease which displayed excellent stability and compatibility with high salinity, commercial laundry detergents, and organic solvents, was rapidly obtained by two-step procedure involving ammonium sulphate precipitation and anion exchange from the fermentation cultures of B001 in the optimized medium. When the culture method applied to other Bacillus strains, their protease yields were all remarkably increased approximately 2.9 to 8.5 folds. In conclusion, a low-cost, easy-purified, and effective producing strategy using the cheap raw materials was developed here, representing a potential application for protease production in various Industrial processes.展开更多

Though many studies have been carried out on the spoilage potential of psychrotrophic bacteria and the thermo-stabUities of the enzymes they produce, further detailed studies are needed to devise an effective strategy to avoid dairy spoilage. The purpose of this study was to explore the spoilage potential of psychrotrophic bacteria from Chinese raw milk samples at both room temperature (28 ℃) and refrigerated temperature (7 ℃). Species of Yersinia, Pseudomonas, Serratia, and Chryseobacterium showed high proteolytic activity. The highest proteolytic activity was shown by Yersinia intermedia followed by Pseudomonas fluorescens (d). Lipolytic activity was high in isolates of Acinetobacter, and the highest in Acinetobacter guillouiae. Certain isolates showed positive ^-galactosidase and phospholipase activity. Strains belonging to the same species sometimes showed markedly different phenotypic characteristics. Proteases and lipases produced by psychrotrophic bacteria retained activity after heat treatment at 70, 80, or 90 ℃, and proteases appeared to be more heat-stable than lipases. For these reasons, thermo-stable spoilage enzymes produced by a high number of psychrotrophic bacterial isolates from raw milk are of major concern to the dairy industry. The results of this study provide valuable data about the spoilage potential of bacterial strains in raw milk and the thermal resistance of the enzymes they produce.展开更多
