Impacts of water resource planning on regional water consumption pattern: A case study in Dunhuang Oasis, China 被引量:3

Water resources are critical for the existence and development of oases in endorheic basins.Thus,to enable sustainable development,it is fundamentally important to understand how to allocate and use these resources in a reasonable way.We therefore simulated and analyzed changes in water consumption pattern within the Dunhuang Oasis of China under three scenarios using a system dynamic model that corresponds to different water consumption pattern.This was done to assess the impacts of regional water resource planning(comprehensive planning of the rational use of water resource and protection of ecosystem services in the Dunhuang Basin)on water consumption pattern within the Dunhuang Oasis.The first of these,Scenario 1,is a baseline in which the status quo is maintained,while Scenario 2 incorporates the comprehensive effects of agricultural water-saving irrigation measures with an inter-basin water diversion project,and Scenario 3 focuses on ecological rehabilitation.In the baseline Scenario 1,the total water consumption within the Dunhuang Oasis increased progressively while agricultural water consumption remained extremely high and threatened overall ecological security.In contrast,Scenario 2 would decrease agricultural water consumption by almost 5.30×10^7 m^3 following the implementation of water-saving practices.The additional water allocated from an inter-basin water diversion project would play an important role in alleviating ecological strain on the oasis.Finally,in Scenario 3,the total irrigated land must be decreased to 20.6×10^3 hm^2 by 2025 assuming that water supply for ecosystem restoration would be at least 50%of the total consumption.Although water resource planning plays a very important role in alleviating the ecological water crisis within the oasis,it is necessary to consider the suitable scale of oasis with regard to current water consumption pattern. 展开更多

The paper applies grey prediction to make empirical research on requirements of human resource for software enterprises, and uses Markov chain to analyze supply of human resources. Cyber-physical Integrated Planning of Distribution Networks Considering Spatial-temporal Flexible Resources

The rapid development of cyber technology and the increase of flexible resources have transformed the distribution network into a cyber-physical distribution system,while the accompanying multidimensional uncertainties have brought new planning challenges.In this paper,an innovative approach is proposed to effectively leverage distributed resources while considering the impact of cyber-physical coupling in distribution network planning.A cyber-physical integrated planning model of the distribution network is proposed,considering the effects of spatial-temporal flexible resources and multi-network coupling.Specifically,a three-layer optimization model is established and analyzed by the simulate anneal-particle swarm optimization algorithm.The upper layer achieves the optimization of the location and configuration of energy storage systems and smart terminal units.The middle layer optimizes the data load migration strategy using spatial-temporal flexible resources to solve the voltage exceeding problem caused by high penetration of distributed power access,while the lower layer optimizes the cyber side communication topology,improving the convergence speed and control performance of the distribution network.Then,the optimization model is analyzed iteratively with objective functions including total planning cost,operation excess loss and distributed control performance.Finally,the effectiveness and economy of the proposed planning scheme is verified and compared to traditional methods. 展开更多

基于自然资源统一管理的需要,自然资源部提出了“地表基质”的概念,并组织开展典型地区地表基质试点调查工作。目前,地表基质三级分类体系仍未形成统一认识和标准,严重制约着地表基质数据调查、野外填图、成果应用等工作。鉴于此,通过... 基于自然资源统一管理的需要,自然资源部提出了“地表基质”的概念,并组织开展典型地区地表基质试点调查工作。目前,地表基质三级分类体系仍未形成统一认识和标准,严重制约着地表基质数据调查、野外填图、成果应用等工作。鉴于此,通过辨析地表基质内涵,明确了地表基质的理论意义和应用价值,综合考虑国土城镇空间、生态空间和农业空间规划的数据利用需求,建立了基于调查-分类-应用的地表基质垂向空间层次模型,可实现与岩石、砾质、土质、泥质4类地表基质数据的有机结合,进而提出三级分类体系方案。该方案以《地表基质分类方案(试行)》二级类型为基础,与现有分类体系充分衔接,并以现有的研究基础和现行技术标准为依据,在命名上遵守自然科学术语从先的惯例,通过科学编号,形成具有科学性、统一性、操作性、应用性和规范性的三级体系,具有应用的可行性,可为开展地表基质理论研究和调查应用提供借鉴和参考。 展开更多

基于DPSIR模型的梁子湖流域水资源承载力评价与保护策略

水资源承载力评价是“双评价”的重要内容,是国土空间规划的前提和基础。如何全面量化测度水资源承载力并对接国土空间规划进行区域空间格局优化,是梁子湖流域社会经济可持续发展中亟待解决的问题。本文选取社会、经济、生态多维度评价... 水资源承载力评价是“双评价”的重要内容,是国土空间规划的前提和基础。如何全面量化测度水资源承载力并对接国土空间规划进行区域空间格局优化,是梁子湖流域社会经济可持续发展中亟待解决的问题。本文选取社会、经济、生态多维度评价指标,以Arc GIS为平台,通过构建DPSIR评价模型,对梁子湖流域2020年水资源承载力进行评价并将评价结果进行空间落位。研究结果表明,基于DPSIR模型构建的梁子湖水资源承载力评价体系中,驱动力子系统权重占比最大,人为调控对水资源承载力具有较大影响。流域2020年水资源承载力总体居于良好水平,各城市之间由于社会经济发展水平的不同以及地形地貌差异,其水资源承载力也存在显著区域差别,水资源承载力高的区域,应以保护为主,水资源承载力较高的区域,应保护与开发并举,水资源承载力较低的区域,要以污染防治,控制规模为主。通过探索梁子湖流域水资源承载力从评估框架到保护实施的技术方法,以期为流域国土空间规划与生态保护提供参考。 展开更多

With the acceleration of supply-side renewable energy penetration rate and the increasingly diversified and complex demand-side loads,how to maintain the stable,reliable,and efficient operation of the power system has become a challenging issue requiring investigation.One of the feasible solutions is deploying the energy storage system(ESS)to integrate with the energy system to stabilize it.However,considering the costs and the input/output characteristics of ESS,both theinitial configuration process and the actual operation process require efficient management.This study presents a comprehensive reviewof managing ESs from the perspectives of planning,operation,and business model.First of all,in terms of planning and configuration,it is investigated from capacity planning,location planning,as well as capacity and location combined planning.This process is generally the first step in deploying ESS.Then,it explores operation management of ESS from the perspectives of state assessment and operation optimization.The so-called state assessment refers to the assessment of three aspects:The state of charge(SOC),the state of health(SOH),and the remaining useful life(RUL).The operation optimization includes ESS operation strategy optimization and joint operation optimization.Finally,it discusses the business models of ESS.Traditional business models involve ancillary services and load transfer,while emerging business models include electric vehicle(EV)as energy storage and shared energy storage. 展开更多

This paper proposes an integrative framework for network-structured analytic network process (ANP) modeling. The underlying rationales include: 1) creating the measuring items for the complex decision problems;2) applying factor analysis to reduce the complex measuring items into fewer constructs;3) employing Bayesian network classifier technique to discover the causal directions among constructs;4) using partial least squares path modeling to test the causal relationships among the items-constructs. The proposed framework is implemented for knowledge discovery to a case of high-tech companies’ enterprise resource planning (ERP) benefits and satisfaction in Hsinchu Science Park,Taiwan. The results show that the proposed framework for ANP modeling can reach a satisfactory level of convergent reliability and validity. Based on the findings, pragmatic implications to the ERP venders are discussed. This study has shed new light on the long neglected, yet critical, issue on decision structures and knowledge discovery for ANP modeling. 展开更多

The results are then adjusted by experts. 20 categories of risk factors that are totally 49 factors were found. Based on the risk factors during the SAP Business One implementation, questionnaire was used to study the key risk factors of SAP Business One implementation. Results illustrate ten key risk factors, these are risk of senior managers leadership, risk of project management, risk of process improvement, risk of implementation team organization, risk of process analysis, risk of based data, risk of personnel coordination, risk of change management, risk of secondary development, and risk of data import. Focus on the key risks of SAP Business One implementation, the interpretative structural modeling approach is used to study the relationship between these factors and establish a seven-level hierarchical structure. The study illustrates that the structure is olive-like, in which the risk of data import is on the top, and the risk of senior managers is on the bottom. 目的对福建省某三甲综合医院人力资源相关数据进行分析并作出预测,为该院今后5年的人力资源配置和规划提供依据,也为其他同类医院提供参考。方法利用Excel 2007录入数据,对福建省某三甲综合医院2015—2022年人力资源情况进行描述性统计... 目的对福建省某三甲综合医院人力资源相关数据进行分析并作出预测,为该院今后5年的人力资源配置和规划提供依据,也为其他同类医院提供参考。方法利用Excel 2007录入数据,对福建省某三甲综合医院2015—2022年人力资源情况进行描述性统计分析。建立灰色GM(1,1)模型对福建省某三甲综合医院2023—2027年人力资源需求量进行预测。结果福建省某三甲综合医院2015—2022年人力资源总体人数呈上升趋势,其中影像技师增长速度最快。卫生技术人员、执业(助理)医师、注册护士、药剂人员、检验技师、影像技师拟合度合格,可以作为未来人力资源需求的预测。结论根据预测结果,该院未来5年人力资源数量逐步增长。应参考模型优缺点,对结果适时作出修正,同时人力资源数量应与质量进一步匹配。 展开更多

目的运用灰色预测模型(grey dynamics model,GM)(1,1)预测模型对山东省“十四五”期间(2021—2025年)卫生人力资源发展状况进行预测研究。方法选用新医改以来山东省2009—2020年卫生人力资源相关数据,对山东省卫生人力资源进行描述性分... 目的运用灰色预测模型(grey dynamics model,GM)(1,1)预测模型对山东省“十四五”期间(2021—2025年)卫生人力资源发展状况进行预测研究。方法选用新医改以来山东省2009—2020年卫生人力资源相关数据,对山东省卫生人力资源进行描述性分析,应用SAS 9.4软件做灰色模型预测分析。结果2009—2020年山东省卫生人员数、卫生技术人员、执业(助理)医师、注册护士均呈现增长趋势,2020年医护比增加到1︰1.08。GM(1,1)灰色预测结果显示,“十四五”期间山东省卫生人力资源数量呈稳步上升趋势,到2025年卫生人员、卫生技术人员、执业(助理)医师和注册护士分别达到129.4万、108.4万、43.9万和53.9万。结论从长期考虑,山东省卫生人力资源供给仍面临巨大挑战,需要进一步采取措施加强卫生人力资源队伍建设。 展开更多
