Cross-sectional study of the educational background and trauma knowledge of trainees in the “China trauma care training” program

Background:Since the trauma knowledge of trauma providers correlates with the outcomes of injured patients,this study aims to assess the socio-demographic characteristics and levels of trauma knowledge of trainees in the China trauma care training(CTCT)program in addition to their post-course test results to provide support for the development of trauma care training programs and trauma systems in China.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted by collecting demographic information,hospital-related information and trauma knowledge of the trainees from 19 regions in China.All participants were assessed by questionnaires collecting the socio-demographic data,the trauma care knowledge levels and the information of the hospitals.Results:There were 955 males(78.9%)and 256 females(21.1%)enrolled.Among them,854 were physicians(70.5%),357 were registered nurses(29.5%).In addition,64 of them also played an administrative role in the hospitals(5.3%).The score of the trainees who were members of the emergency department staff(72.59±14.13)was the highest among the scores of all the personnel surveyed,followed by those of the trainees from the intensive care unit(ICU)(71.17±12.72),trauma surgery department(67.26±13.81),orthopedics department(70.36±14.48),general surgery department(69.91±14.79)and other departments(69.93±16.91),P=0.031.The score of the professors(73.09±15.05)was higher than those of the associate professors(72.40±14.71),lecturers(70.07±14.25)and teaching assistants(67.58±15.16),P<0.0001.The score of the individuals who attended experts’trauma lectures(72.22±14.45)was higher than that of individuals who did not attend the lectures(69.33±15.17),P=0.001.The mean scores before and after the training were 71.02±14.82 and 84.24±13.77,respectively,P<0.001.The mean score of trauma knowledge after the training of trainees from different provinces and with different educational backgrounds was higher than that before the training,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:The level of trauma knowledge of trauma care providers was associated with their department,professional position and previous participation in related academic conferences.Trauma care experience and participation in academic lectures and training program including CTCT may effectively improve individuals’level of trauma knowledge.

Entrepreneur Education Level and Its Utility Maximization

The education level of entrepreneurs plays an important role in the decision-making process of loan financing. In this paper, the research method of optimization theory is used to study the problem of the education level and maximizing utility of entrepreneurs, and the optimal analytic solution is obtained. On this basis, the influence of the change of bank loan interest rate, the marginal effect of entrepreneur’s effort, the marginal effect of entrepreneur’s investment, the elastic coefficient of entrepreneur’s effort and the elastic coefficient of entrepreneur’s investment on the optimal solution of entrepreneur’s effort and investment amount is discussed.

China is one of the multi-ethnic countries in the world.It is common for the people in the ethnic areas are using two or more different languages in their social communication.This paper discusses the characteristics and regulations of the trilingual education of the Chinese indigenous people as well as the significance of the ethnic minority’s trilingual education against the globalization background from the perspective of socio-linguistics.

Research on the Post-90s Patriotism Education under the General Background of Globalization

In this paper, we conduct research on the post-90s patriotism education under the general background of globalization. Patriotism refl ected the people’s deep feelings about their motherland, refl ects the personal to the dependence of the motherland, it is people for their homeland, racial and the cultural sense of belonging, identity, dignity and honor. It is a moral requirement of regulating the relationship between individuals and the motherland, the principle of political and legal norms, also is the core of the national spirit. Love the motherland’s great rivers as love oneself of the same fl esh and blood, love, brilliant culture of the basic motherland that love his own country constitutes the basic requirements of patriotism. Under this background, we propose our novel perspectives on post-90s patriotism education under the general background of globalization which is meaningful.

百年变局下建设教育强国的时代背景、挑战与选择

当下正处于百年未有之大变局。从宏观角度看,世界正进入政治经济重塑期,教育对提升生产力水平、推动人类文明走出生产力停滞期至关重要。目前的逆全球化进程已经引发了全球深层次矛盾爆发,同时,颠覆性技术与产业变革在加速重塑全球政治经济新格局时,也正在对全球产业链和价值链进行着解构与重塑。在政治介入与技术力量纠缠并产生叠加影响的背景下,在建设教育强国进程中,中国将主要面对美西方的教育“分级脱钩”、颠覆性技术壁垒、人工智能生态重塑等多方面的影响和挑战。唯有以中国式现代化之内在要求,以建设人类命运共同体之目标,才能在教育范式革命和教育“自创生”中建设和实现教育强国。

数字化背景下计算机公共课程教学方法探索

在数字化背景下,我国提出要实施国家教育数字化战略行动,推动新工科等领域的人才培养和对应课程的高质量建设。于是,计算机公共基础课程作为建设“四新”学科的重要支撑,其数字化转型、改革和应用必将得到更多的关注,同时也将面临新的挑战和机遇。该文总结目前的大学计算机公共基础课程教学中存在的问题,并探讨在教育数字化转型背景下对该课程的教学改革思路,重点在于如何通过大数据、人工智能等结合新兴的数字化技术分析学生的学习过程、教师的教学过程及二者的交流过程,促进教师的教学能力及学生对计算机知识的自主学习和综合运用能力,并尝试以数字技术为依托改革课程体系和教学模式,实现计算机公共基础课程教学的数字化转型。

中国式现代化视域下中国特色学徒制治理结构研究——基于职业教育行业产教融合共同体建设

中国特色学徒制是2022年《中华人民共和国职业教育法》中明确规定的职业教育产教融合育人模式,也是目前世界各国正在积极推行的劳动力资源高效开发途径。近年来在我国职业教育改革加速推进的大背景下,学徒制得到大力推行,但其治理结构仍然有很大的改革优化空间,治理体系迫切需要进行系统化建构。分析我国学徒制治理结构构建的基础与环境,针对学徒制探索中发现的问题,设计中国特色学徒制治理结构框架,为中国特色学徒制治理结构完善提供理论参考。

CEO教育背景与内部控制信息披露质量

高学历水平通常意味着拥有更扎实的专业素养以及更理性的行为,而在愈发重视内部控制信息披露的资本市场中,作为核心管理者的首席执行官(CEO),其教育背景是否与内部控制信息披露水平具有重要联系?基于2007—2021年中国A股上市公司的相关数据,实证检验CEO教育背景对企业内部控制信息披露质量的影响。基准回归结果表明,高学历CEO能稳健地提升企业内部控制信息披露质量。进一步的机制分析结果表明,CEO学历水平有效提升了CEO能力,从而促进内部控制信息披露质量提升,而CEO能力所隐含的声誉也是重要机制之一。分项检验结果显示,高学历CEO主要提高了内部环境、控制活动及信息与沟通等方面的信息披露质量。异质性分析结果显示,对于代理问题成本高、规模小的企业,高学历CEO对企业内部控制信息披露质量的提升效应更为明显。研究结论丰富了CEO个人特征的经济后果研究和内部控制信息披露质量的影响因素研究,为经理人的治理作用增添了新的经验证据。

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法对数字化背景下混合式学习在高校体育课中的运用进行实证研究。“混合式学习模式”是数字化背景下传统教学模式的延伸,结合新课改的具体要求,进行了教学跟踪。混合式学习与体育课结合的模式,是一种能够培养学生学习兴趣、促进学生个性化发展的新型教学模式,可以解决教学过程中出现的诸多难题。研究表明:采用混合式学习模式可以促进师生之间的交流,学生和教师共同转变学习与教育的态度和观念,学生综合成绩与学习兴趣都有较大提高。

双碳背景下高职石油化工专业群产教融合路径

产教融合是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要顶层设计,是服务经济社会发展、保障品质就业、促进产业链人才链创新链有机融合的重要举措。聚焦双碳目标探索高职石油化工专业群产教融合路径,旨在解决人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧的“两张皮”问题。通过完善法律法规与配套政策,实现人才供给、课程标准、教学过程、学历证书与企业需求、职业标准、生产过程、职业资格证书之间的一一对接,培养适应石油化工企业绿色低碳转型的高素质技术技能人才。

高管文理科教育背景与企业创新

本文旨在从CEO文理科教育背景差异对企业创新影响的角度提供一些经验证据。基于双重/无偏机器学习方法,本文研究发现:理工科教育背景的CEO对企业创新具有正向的促进效应,即相对于人文社科教育背景的CEO,理工科教育背景的CEO能显著提高企业创新。同时,高学历理工科教育背景的CEO对企业创新产出质量的正向影响更加明显。相对于高新企业而言,在一般企业中上述差异反而更显著。进一步机制研究表明,相对于人文社科背景的CEO,理工科教育背景的CEO倾向于通过加强企业创新团队建设、提高创新投入强度等途径促进企业创新。本文首次为企业高管的文理科教育背景差异对企业创新行为影响提供了经验证据。

高等教育以“立德树人”作为目标,要求充分挖掘英语课程中的思政元素,使学生获得科学思想价值观念的引导。大学英语课程如何在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想“三进”指导下更好地发展,是当前课程思政发展新阶段的重要任务。基于此,本文从“三进”背景和大学英语课程思政概念及内涵入手,探讨“三进”背景下大学英语课程思政教学的可行模式,对“三进”背景下大学英语课程思政教学模式的构建、实施以及保障举措等方面进行分析研究。

绿色信贷的实施是否改善了企业环境绩效?——基于企业技术创新的“协同效应”

以2012年《绿色信贷指引》的颁布为时间节点构造准自然实验,选取2008—2022年上市公司为样本,运用双重差分法分析绿色信贷政策对企业环境绩效的影响。研究结果表明:绿色信贷政策改善了企业环境绩效,企业技术创新能够促进企业环境绩效的提升。异质性分析表明,绿色信贷政策对高管学历背景较高、处于成长期的企业环境绩效的促进作用更明显。提出应从前端治理开始引导企业最终实现绿色化发展,企业应积极履行社会责任,不断提升自身的环境绩效。
