Modern medicine is increasingly interested in advanced sensors to detect and analyze biochemical indicators.Ion sensors based on potentiometric methods are a promising platform for monitoring physiological ions in biological subjects.Current semi-implantable devices are mainly based on single-parameter detection.Miniaturized semi-implantable electrodes for multiparameter sensing have more restrictions on the electrode size due to biocompatibility considerations,but reducing the electrode surface area could potentially limit electrode sensitivity.This study developed a semi-implantable device system comprising a multiplexed microfilament electrode cluster(MMEC)and a printed circuit board for real-time monitoring of intra-tissue K^(+),Ca^(2+),and Na^(+)concentrations.The electrode surface area was less important for the potentiometric sensing mechanism,suggesting the feasibility of using a tiny fiber-like electrode for potentiometric sensing.The MMEC device exhibited a broad linear response(K^(+):2–32 mmol/L;Ca^(2+):0.5–4 mmol/L;Na^(+):10–160 mmol/L),high sensitivity(about 20–45 mV/decade),temporal stability(>2weeks),and good selectivity(>80%)for the above ions.In vitro detection and in vivo subcutaneous and brain experiment results showed that the MMEC system exhibits good multi-ion monitoring performance in several complex environments.This work provides a platform for the continuous real-time monitoring of ion fluctuations in different situations and has implications for developing smart sensors to monitor human health. 展开更多

Objective Antimicrobial resistance(AMR)has become a global concern and is especially severe in China.To effectively and reliably provide AMR data,we developed a new high-throughput real-time PCR assay based on microfluidic dynamic technology,and screened multiple AMR genes in broiler fecal samples.Methods A high-throughput real-time PCR system with an new designed integrated fluidic circuit assay were performed AMR gene detection.A total of 273 broiler fecal samples collected from two geographically separated farms were screened AMR genes.Results The new assay with limits of detection ranging from 40.9 to 8,000 copies/reaction.The sensitivity rate,specificity rate,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and correct indices were 99.30%,98.08%,95.31%,99.79%,and 0.9755,respectively.Utilizing this assay,we demonstrate that AMR genes are widely spread,with positive detection rates ranging from 0 to 97.07%in 273 broiler fecal samples.bla CTX-M,bla TEM,mcr-1,fex A,cfr,optr A,and int I1 showed over 80%prevalence.The dissemination of AMR genes was distinct between the two farms.Conclusions We successfully established a new high-throughput real-time PCR assay applicable to AMR gene surveillance from fecal samples.The widespread existence of AMR genes detected in broiler farms highlights the current and severe problem of AMR. 展开更多

To further reduce the energy cost, we propose a sampling-based approach with time window based linear regression for approximate continuous aggregation. Over last two decades, extensive research has been made in all of these related fields. More recently, several wearable devices for semi-invasive blood sampling have been developed. A directive, legislated by the South African Department of Minerals and Energy(DME) in 1997, was introduced to reduce the dust exposures of continuous miner(CM) operators to below 5 mg/m3, when measured at the operator's cab position. The focus of this paper is to review the effectiveness of observing this rule for almost two decades and discuss industry perceptions arising from the application of this rule. The results have demonstrated that the engineering sample cannot predict the personal shift dust exposure of a CM operator. Therefore, it is recommended that the engineering sampling, as currently practiced,should be reviewed with the objective to discontinue and replace it by the approved PDM3700 realtime dust monitor. 展开更多

Statistical Comparison of Eight Alternative Methods for the Analysis of Paired Sample Data with Applications

This paper presents and statistically compared eight alternative methods that could possibly be used in the analysis of matched or paired sample data, including situations in which the data being analyzed satisfy the usual assumptions of normality and continuity necessary for the use of parametric tests as well as when the data are numeric and non-numeric measurements on as low as the ordinal scale. It is shown that only the modified sign tests based on only the raw observations or their assigned ranks may be used with non numeric measurement on the ordinal scale. If the ordinary sign test, the Wilcoxon signed rank sum test and the modified sign tests can be equally used in data analysis, then it is shown that the modified sign tests are more efficient and hence more powerful than the ordinary sign tests because the two test statistics are intrinsically and structurally modified for the possible presence of tied observations between the sampled populations for both using raw and simulated data. Of all the non-parametric methods presented, the modified Wilcoxon’s signed rank sum test when applicable is the most efficient and powerful, following in this order by the modified sign test by ranks and the modified sign test based on only raw scores for raw data but simulation, modified sign test by ranks is the most efficient and powerful, following in this order by modified wilcoxon’s signed rank sum test and modified sign test. Each of the non-parametric methods presented can be easily modified and re-specified for use with one sample data by simply re-designating the observations from one of the sampled populations to correspond with a hypothesized value of some measure of central tendency. The methods are illustrated with some raw data as well as simulated data and their relative performances compared. 展开更多

准确测定环境水样中的总磷和磷酸盐含量,对于评价水体的环境污染程度和富营养化程度具有非常重要的意义。通过对消解试剂及浓度、加热温度、泵速等条件进行考察,将样品和总磷、磷酸盐试剂分别通过自动进样器和蠕动泵在线载入各自管路,... 准确测定环境水样中的总磷和磷酸盐含量,对于评价水体的环境污染程度和富营养化程度具有非常重要的意义。通过对消解试剂及浓度、加热温度、泵速等条件进行考察,将样品和总磷、磷酸盐试剂分别通过自动进样器和蠕动泵在线载入各自管路,再进入各自的化学分析模块进行化学反应,之后进入各自的比色计在波长为660 nm条件下完成检测,建立了双通道在线连续流动分析法同时测定环境水样中总磷和磷酸盐的分析方法。以空白介质溶液配制校准系列,使得校准系列与试样基体匹配,消除了基体效应干扰影响。结果表明:在最佳的实验条件下,校准曲线的线性相关性较好;总磷和磷酸盐测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%~2.6%,精密度较好;总磷和磷酸盐方法检出限分别为0.010 mg/L和0.022 mg/L;经国家水样标准物质验证,方法相对误差(RE)均在±5%以内,测定值与标准值相吻合,方法准确度较好;应用建立的方法对实际样品进行分析,并与传统国家标准方法进行比对,测定值的相对偏差(RD)均小于5%,更进一步验证了方法的准确性、可靠性,能够满足大批量环境水样中总磷和磷酸盐的分析要求。 展开更多

文中针对滚动轴承故障诊断中滚动轴承故障样本不足的问题,提出基于S-LSSF的滚动轴承故障诊断模型,将Sty-leGan2-ada运用在轴承故障诊断领域。首先利用连续小波变换将时域振动信号转化为时频图像输入StyleGan2-ada生成对应的样本,然后将... 文中针对滚动轴承故障诊断中滚动轴承故障样本不足的问题,提出基于S-LSSF的滚动轴承故障诊断模型,将Sty-leGan2-ada运用在轴承故障诊断领域。首先利用连续小波变换将时域振动信号转化为时频图像输入StyleGan2-ada生成对应的样本,然后将原始样本和生成样本合并输入改进的ShuffleNetV2模型。在反向传播过程中引入LabelSoomthloss损失函数,降低错误标签对模型诊断性能的影响,进一步抑制过拟合在下采样单元引入LeakyReLU函数解决梯度消失的问题。实验结果表明:S-LSSF模型与原模型相比诊断准确率提高了1.9%,并且平均用时缩短了5 s。与原始样本相比,使用生成样本训练模型后其准确率、精确率、召回率和F1分数分别提高了3.58%、5.71%、6.15%和6.06%,验证了S-LSSF模型在小样本条件下轴承故障诊断的可行性和泛化性。 展开更多

中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司2号连续重整装置采用国产超低压顺流连续重整技术,在生产运行过程中,加热炉对流段汽包系统蒸汽换热管出现泄漏现象,装置被迫停工检修。对失效换热管开展了穿孔分析、材质化学成分分析、能谱分析等研究。通... 中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司2号连续重整装置采用国产超低压顺流连续重整技术,在生产运行过程中,加热炉对流段汽包系统蒸汽换热管出现泄漏现象,装置被迫停工检修。对失效换热管开展了穿孔分析、材质化学成分分析、能谱分析等研究。通过穿孔分析判断:腐蚀穿孔在内壁产生并向外壁扩展。通过能谱分析和X射线衍射分析得知:换热管内壁垢样的腐蚀产物主要是Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),结合除氧水的氧含量数据,判断换热管存在氧腐蚀。对垢样进行清洗得知:沉积物质量浓度超过600 g/m^(3),垢污沉积量超标。综合判断泄漏原因:汽包系统换热管在氧腐蚀与垢下腐蚀的综合作用下,发生了由管内向管外扩展的腐蚀穿孔。针对泄漏原因,从水质监控、停炉保护、定期抽检等方面提出了预防措施。 展开更多

This paper studies a maximum likelihood estimator(MLE) of the parameter for a continuous one-parameter exponential family under ranked set sampling(RSS). The authors first find the optimal RSS according to the character of the family, viz, arrange the RSS based on quasi complete and sufficient statistic of independent and identically distributed(iid) samples. Then under this RSS, some sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the MLE, which are easily used in practice,are obtained. Using these conditions, the existence and uniqueness of the MLEs of the parameters for some usual distributions in this family are proved. Numerical simulations for these distributions fully support the result from the above two step optimizations of the sampling and the estimation method. 展开更多
