Dynamic constraint and objective generation approach for real-time train rescheduling model under human-computer interaction

Real-time train rescheduling plays a vital role in railway transportation as it is crucial for maintaining punctuality and reliability in rail operations.In this paper,we propose a rescheduling model that incorporates constraints and objectives generated through human-computer interaction.This approach ensures that the model is aligned with practical requirements and daily operational tasks while facilitating iterative train rescheduling.The dispatcher’s empirical knowledge is integrated into the train rescheduling process using a human-computer interaction framework.We introduce six interfaces to dynamically construct constraints and objectives that capture human intentions.By summarizing rescheduling rules,we devise a rule-based conflict detection-resolution heuristic algorithm to effectively solve the formulated model.A series of numerical experiments are presented,demonstrating strong performance across the entire system.Furthermore,theflexibility of rescheduling is enhanced through secondary analysis-driven solutions derived from the outcomes of humancomputer interactions in the previous step.This proposed interaction method complements existing literature on rescheduling methods involving human-computer interactions.It serves as a tool to aid dispatchers in identifying more feasible solutions in accordance with their empirical rescheduling strategies. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to find a way to promote the collaboration and interaction of students and bring about the growth of learners through feedback while taking advantage of real-time interactive class via video conferencing tools.Although real-time interactive class with using video conferencing tools had great advantages,but there were also limitations of active interaction.To this end,real-time interactive tool and cloud-based educational platform were applied to create cases of learner participation classes and analyze the cases.The convergence of real-time interactive class tools and cloud tools has been able to draw students’participation and collaboration in non-face-to-face situations,and it can be seen that it is very helpful in creating learner-centered educational activities based on communication and interaction with students.Through this,the application of the cloud-based educational platform in real-time interactive class could lead students to participate and collaborate even in non-face-to-face situations. 展开更多

Capacity allocation and energy management strategies for energy storage are critical to the safety and economical operation of microgrids.In this paper,an improved energymanagement strategy based on real-time electricity price combined with state of charge is proposed to optimize the economic operation of wind and solar microgrids,and the optimal allocation of energy storage capacity is carried out by using this strategy.Firstly,the structure and model of microgrid are analyzed,and the outputmodel of wind power,photovoltaic and energy storage is established.Then,considering the interactive power cost between the microgrid and the main grid and the charge-discharge penalty cost of energy storage,an optimization objective function is established,and an improved energy management strategy is proposed on this basis.Finally,a physicalmodel is built inMATLAB/Simulink for simulation verification,and the energy management strategy is compared and analyzed on sunny and rainy days.The initial configuration cost function of energy storage is added to optimize the allocation of energy storage capacity.The simulation results show that the improved energy management strategy can make the battery charge-discharge response to real-time electricity price and state of charge better than the traditional strategy on sunny or rainy days,reduce the interactive power cost between the microgrid system and the power grid.After analyzing the change of energy storage power with cost,we obtain the best energy storage capacity and energy storage power. 展开更多

Humans and animals are in regular and at times close contact in modern intensive farming systems.The quality of human-animal interactions can have a profound impact on the productivity and welfare of farm animals.Interactions by humans may be neutral,positive or negative in nature.Regular pleasant contact with humans may result in desirable alterations in the physiology,behaviour,health and productivity of farm animals.On the contrary,animals that were subjected to aversive human contact were highly fearful of humans and their growth and reproductive performance could be compromised.Farm animals are particularly sensitive to human stimulation that occurs early in life,while many systems of the animals are still developing.This may have long-lasting impact and could possibly modify their genetic potential.The question as to how human contact can have a positive impact on responses to stressors,and productivity is not well understood.Recent work in our laboratory suggested that pleasant human contact may alter ability to tolerate various stressors through enhanced heat shock protein(hsp) 70 expression.The induction of hsp is often associated with increased tolerance to environmental stressors and disease resistance in animals.The attitude and consequent behaviour of stockpeople affect the animals' fear of human which eventually influence animals' productivity and welfare.Other than attitude and behaviour,technical skills,knowledge,job motivation,commitment and job satisfaction are prerequisites for high job performance. 展开更多

A real-time RT-PCR assay using Taq Man-MGB probes was developed to detect and type the bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) in cattle.Universal primers and Taq Man-MGB probes were designed from the 5′-untranslated region of known pestiviral sequences.Prior to optimizing the assay, c RNAs were transcribed in vitro from the BVDV 1 and BVDV 2 RTPCR products to make standard curves.The detection limit of the assay was 1.72×102 copies for BVDV 1 and 2.14×102copies for BVDV 2.The specificity of the assay evaluated on several BVDV strains including bovine herpesvirus 1(BHV 1), foot and mouth disease virus(FMDV) and several classical swine fever virus(CSFV) strains showed specific detection of the positive virus over 40 cycles.The assay was highly reproducible with the coefficient of variance ranging from 1.04 to 1.33% for BVDV 1 and from 0.83 to 1.48% for BVDV 2, respectively.Using this method, we tested a total of 2 327 cattle from three dairy farms for the presence of BVDV persistently infected(PI) animals.In this assay, each RT-PCR template contained a mixture of ten samples from different animals.The occurrence rate of PI cattle in three farms ranging from 0.9 to 2.54% could represent partly the PI rates in cattle farm in China.In conclusion, using our real-time PCR assay, we could effectively detect and type BVDV and identify PI cattle in a rapid and cost-effective manner. 展开更多

Based on the pseudo-analytical equation of electromagnetic log for layered formation,an optimal boundary match method is proposed to adaptively truncate the encountered formation structures.An efficient integral method is put forward to significantly accelerate the convergence of Sommerfeld integral.By asymptotically approximating and subtracting the first reflection/transmission waves from the scattered field,the new Sommerfeld integral method has addressed difficulties encountered by the traditional digital filtering method,such as low computational precision and limited operating range,and realized the acceleration of the computation speed of logging-while-drilling electromagnetic measurements(LWD EM).By making use of the priori information from the offset/pilot wells and interactively adjusting the formation model,the optimum initial guesses of the inversion model is determined in order to predict the nearby formation boundaries.The gradient optimization algorithm is developed and an interactive inversion system for the LWD EM data from the horizontal wells is established.The inverted results of field data demonstrated that the real-time interactive inversion method is capable of providing the accurate boundaries of layers around the wellbore from the LWD EM,and it will benefit the wellbore trajectory optimization and reservoir interpretation. 展开更多

The three-dimensional (3D) interactive animations and video games are so attractive that successful educational programming environments like Alice and Kodu Game Lab deal with 3D characters. Islay 3D is another educational programming environment of which feature is an intuitively comprehensive user interface in terms of state transition diagrams. Unfortunately its animation definition was too memory-hungry when played by the built-in interpreter. In this paper, we present a translator of the animation definitions of Islay 3D into ActionScript3 (AS3). Compiling the AS3 codes by way of Papervision3D, we obtain the 3D Flash animation file playable on the Flash platform. It will be shown that the memory and CPU usages will be much saved, quartered and halved, respectively, by virtue of the translator. 展开更多

人类与动物的交互合作自古以来就有着悠久的历史,伴随着智能芯片、可穿戴设备和机器算法的快速发展,智慧动物与电子科技的交互成为了现实。如今,人类可以借助电子系统与动物进行沟通、感知和控制。这类电子设备的目标在于实现以动物为... 人类与动物的交互合作自古以来就有着悠久的历史,伴随着智能芯片、可穿戴设备和机器算法的快速发展,智慧动物与电子科技的交互成为了现实。如今,人类可以借助电子系统与动物进行沟通、感知和控制。这类电子设备的目标在于实现以动物为中心的工作模式,从而提升人类对动物的理解,最终促进动物智能和创造力的发展。本文将中型、大型动物作为研究对象,以发展其能力增强为目标,提出了“智慧动物增强系统”的构想。该构想用以描述这类装置的特性,并对现有的动物与计算机接口解决方案进行了全面综述。总的来说,智慧动物增强系统主要分为植入式和非植入式两类,均由接口平台、感知与解读、控制与指示三部分构成,并通过不同层次的增强系统和架构模式,从而实现人与动物的智慧交互。尽管已有的智慧动物增强系统仍然缺乏完整独立的交互系统架构,但在未来的发展中,智慧动物增强系统具备良好的前景和发展空间,不仅可以用于替代尖端设备和运输设备,还有望通过智慧共联实现跨物种的信息交互。同时,智慧动物增强系统可以促进人与动物的双向交互,对动物伦理和生态保护的发展也将产生重要的推动作用。更为重要的是,基于动物主体的交互模型开发能够为设计人机交互系统提供可借鉴的研究经验,从而有助于更高效地推进人机结合宏伟目标的早日实现。 展开更多

本试验旨在研究人畜互动对新生犊牛生长性能及血清免疫、应激和生化指标的影响。选取32头初生重相近的健康荷斯坦母犊牛,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。按摩组(HM组)由试验人员用手持续按摩犊牛颈下部(60次/min),刷拭组(HB组... 本试验旨在研究人畜互动对新生犊牛生长性能及血清免疫、应激和生化指标的影响。选取32头初生重相近的健康荷斯坦母犊牛,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。按摩组(HM组)由试验人员用手持续按摩犊牛颈下部(60次/min),刷拭组(HB组)由试验人员使用小型体毛刷持续刷拭犊牛颈下部(60次/min),简单互动组(HI组)由试验人员靠近犊牛站立间歇触碰其背部10次(5次/min),对照组(CON组)犊牛不进行人畜互动。试验期为14 d,每天2次(10:00和16:00)人畜互动,每次2 min。试验期间测定犊牛生长性能,在试验第1天和第14天收集血样,检测血清免疫、应激和生化指标。结果表明:1)各组之间犊牛生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)刷拭组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)相比1日龄,经过14 d人畜互动后,刷拭组、按摩组和对照组犊牛血清IgA含量增加幅度显著高于简单互动组(P<0.05),刷拭组和按摩组犊牛血清白细胞介素-10含量增加幅度显著高于简单互动组(P<0.05),刷拭组、按摩组和简单互动组犊牛血清皮质醇含量下降幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,体毛刷刷拭可以增强新生犊牛免疫力,降低新生犊牛的应激水平,提示体毛刷刷拭可能是一种改善新生犊牛健康和福利的有效互动方式。 展开更多

以贵州普定喀斯特生态系统观测研究站为研究区域,观察鸟类物种并收集鸟粪,分离粪便内残渣中保留完整的种子,同时以去除果肉(皮)的种子、未经处理种子为对照进行萌发试验,分析食果鸟与食源植物间的相互关系。结果表明:经消化道后的鸟粪... 以贵州普定喀斯特生态系统观测研究站为研究区域,观察鸟类物种并收集鸟粪,分离粪便内残渣中保留完整的种子,同时以去除果肉(皮)的种子、未经处理种子为对照进行萌发试验,分析食果鸟与食源植物间的相互关系。结果表明:经消化道后的鸟粪含种率为79.90%,含种数最多时为104粒,含种种类约为每份1~5种,其中,每份含1、2种种子的数量占比分别为63.40%、28.17%。经消化道的种子萌发率为22.22%,其与去除果肉(皮)的种子萌发率无显著差异,但显著高于未处理种子的萌发率。食果鸟粪便内共鉴定出食源植物5目10科11种,其物种果实主要以聚花果为主。取食多样性高的鸟类为黄臀鹎(Pycnonotus xanthorrhous)及领雀嘴鹎(Spizixos semitorques)。不同月份食果鸟取食食源植物的数量有明显差异(P<0.05),取食高峰期为8—11月份。不同生境间食果鸟及食源植物也存在一定差异。食源植物为鸟类提供食物,而鸟类取食活动扩大了植物的传播距离,且经鸟类消化道的种子萌发率更高。 展开更多
