Landslides have occurred frequently in the Luoshan mining area because of disordered mining.This paper discusses the landforms and physiognomy,hydro-meteorology,formation lithology,and geologic structure of the Luoshan mining area.It also describes the factors influencing the slope stability of landslide No.Ⅲ,determines the general parameters and typical section plane,analyzes the stress-strain state of the No.Ⅲ slope,and calculates its safety factors with FLAC3 D under saturated and natural conditions.Based on a stability analysis,a remote real-time monitoring system was applied to the No.Ⅲ slope,and these monitoring data were collected and analyzed. 展开更多

In the evolving landscape of cardiac rehabilitation(CR),adopting digital technologies,including synchronous/real-time digital interventions and smart applications,has emerged as a transformative approach.These technologies offer realtime health data access,continuous vital sign monitoring,and personalized educational enhanced patient self-management and engagement.Despite their potential benefits,challenges and limitations exist,necessitating careful consideration.Synchronous/real-time digital CR involves remote,two-way audiovisual communication,addressing issues of accessibility and promoting home-based interventions.Smart applications extend beyond traditional healthcare,providing real-time health data and fostering patient empowerment.Wearable devices and mobile apps enable continuous monitoring,tracking of rehabilitation outcomes,and facilitate lifestyle modifications crucial for cardiac health maintenance.As digital CR progresses,ensuring patient access,equitable implementation,and addressing the digital divide becomes paramount.Artificial intelligence holds promise in the early detection of cardiac events and tailoring patient-specific CR programs.However,challenges such as digital literacy,data privacy,and security must be addressed to ensure inclusive implementation.Moreover,the shift toward digital CR raises concerns about cost,safety,and potential depersonalization of therapeutic relationships.A transformative shift towards technologically enabled CR necessitates further research,focusing not only on technological advancements but also on customization to meet diverse patient needs.Overcoming challenges related to cost,safety,data security,and potential depersonalization is crucial for the widespread adoption of digital CR.Future studies should explore integrating moral values into digital therapeutic relationships and ensure that digital CR is accessible,equitable,and seamlessly integrated into routine cardiac care.Theoretical frameworks that accommodate the dynamic quality of real-time monitoring and feedback feature of digital CR interventions should be considered to guide intervention development. 展开更多

Arrhythmias are very common in the healthy populations as well as patients with cardiovascular diseases.Among them,atrial fibrillation(AF)and malignant ventricular arrhythmias are usually associated with some clinical events.Early diagnosis of arrhythmias,particularly AF and ventricular arrhythmias,is very important for the treatment and prognosis of patients.Holter is a gold standard commonly recommended for noninvasive detection of paroxysmal arrhythmia.However,it has some shortcomings such as fixed detection timings,delayed report and inability of remote real-time detection.To deal with such problems,we designed and applied a new wearable 72-hour triple-lead H3-electrocardiogram(ECG)device with a remote cloud-based ECG platform and an expertsupporting system.In this study,31 patients were recruited and 24-hour synchronous ECG data by H3-ECG and Holter were recorded.In the H3-ECG group,ECG signals were transmitted using remote real-time modes,and confirmed reports were made by doctors in the remote expert-supporting system,while the traditional modes and detection systems were used in the Holter group.The results showed no significant differences between the two groups in 24-hour total heart rate(HR),averaged HR,maximum HR,minimum HR,premature atrial complexes(PACs)and premature ventricular complexes(PVCs)(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of capture and remote automatic cardiac events detection of PACs,PVCs,and AF by H3-ECG were 93%and 99%,98%and 99%,94%and 98%,respectively.Therefore,the long-term limb triple-lead H3-ECG device can be utilized for domiciliary ECG self-monitoring and remote management of patients with common arrhythmia under medical supervision. 展开更多

An Intelligent Detection Method for Optical Remote Sensing Images Based on Improved YOLOv7

To address the issue of imbalanced detection performance and detection speed in current mainstream object detection algorithms for optical remote sensing images,this paper proposes a multi-scale object detection model for remote sensing images on complex backgrounds,called DI-YOLO,based on You Only Look Once v7-tiny(YOLOv7-tiny).Firstly,to enhance the model’s ability to capture irregular-shaped objects and deformation features,as well as to extract high-level semantic information,deformable convolutions are used to replace standard convolutions in the original model.Secondly,a Content Coordination Attention Feature Pyramid Network(CCA-FPN)structure is designed to replace the Neck part of the original model,which can further perceive relationships between different pixels,reduce feature loss in remote sensing images,and improve the overall model’s ability to detect multi-scale objects.Thirdly,an Implicitly Efficient Decoupled Head(IEDH)is proposed to increase the model’s flexibility,making it more adaptable to complex detection tasks in various scenarios.Finally,the Smoothed Intersection over Union(SIoU)loss function replaces the Complete Intersection over Union(CIoU)loss function in the original model,resulting in more accurate prediction of bounding boxes and continuous model optimization.Experimental results on the High-Resolution Remote Sensing Detection(HRRSD)dataset demonstrate that the proposed DI-YOLO model outperforms mainstream target detection algorithms in terms of mean Average Precision(mAP)for optical remote sensing image detection.Furthermore,it achieves Frames Per Second(FPS)of 138.9,meeting fast and accurate detection requirements. 展开更多

With the continuous improvement of the performance and the increasing variety of optical mapping and remote sensing satellites,they have become an important support for obtaining global accurate surveying and mapping remote sensing information.At present,optical mapping and remote sensing satellites already have sub-meter spatial resolution capabilities,but there is a serious lag problem in mapping and remote sensing information services.It is urgent to develop intelligent mapping and remote sensing satellites to promote the transformation and upgrading to real-time intelligent services.Firstly,based on the three imaging systems of the optical mapping and remote sensing satellites and their realization methods and application characteristics,this paper analyzes the applicable system of the intelligent mapping and remote sensing satellites.Further,according to the application requirements of real-time,intelligence,and popularization,puts forward the design concept of integrated intelligent remote sensing satellite integrating communication,navigation,and remote sensing and focuses on the service mode and integrated function composition of intelligent remote sensing satellite.Then expounds on the performance and characteristics of the Luojia-301 satellite,a new generation of intelligent surveying and mapping remote sensing scientific test satellite.And finally summarizes and prospects the development and mission of intelligent mapping remote sensing satellites.Luojia-301 satellite integrates remote sensing and communication functions.It explores an efficient and intelligent service mode of mapping and remote sensing information from data acquisition to the application terminal and provides a real service verification platform for on-orbit processing and real-time transmission of remote sensing data based on space-ground internet,which is of great significance to the construction of China’s spatial information network. 展开更多

The purpose of this study was to find a way to promote the collaboration and interaction of students and bring about the growth of learners through feedback while taking advantage of real-time interactive class via video conferencing tools.Although real-time interactive class with using video conferencing tools had great advantages,but there were also limitations of active interaction.To this end,real-time interactive tool and cloud-based educational platform were applied to create cases of learner participation classes and analyze the cases.The convergence of real-time interactive class tools and cloud tools has been able to draw students’participation and collaboration in non-face-to-face situations,and it can be seen that it is very helpful in creating learner-centered educational activities based on communication and interaction with students.Through this,the application of the cloud-based educational platform in real-time interactive class could lead students to participate and collaborate even in non-face-to-face situations. 展开更多

In this paper, we introduce a system architecture for a patient centered mobile health monitoring (PCMHM) system that deploys different sensors to determine patients’ activities, medical conditions, and the cause of an emergency event. This system combines and analyzes sensor data to produce the patients’ detailed health information in real-time. A central computational node with data analyzing capability is used for sensor data integration and analysis. In addition to medical sensors, surrounding environmental sensors are also utilized to enhance the interpretation of the data and to improve medical diagnosis. The PCMHM system has the ability to provide on-demand health information of patients via the Internet, track real-time daily activities and patients’ health condition. Technical and accessibility issues in hospitals often prevent patients from receiving optimal mental and physical health care,which is essential for independent living,especially as societies age and chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease become more common.Recent advances in the Internet of Things(IoT)-enabled wearable devices offer potential solutions for remote health monitoring and everyday activity recognition,gaining significant attention in personalized healthcare.This paper comprehensively reviews wearable healthcare technology integrated with the IoT for continuous vital sign monitoring.Relevant papers were extracted and analyzed using a systematic numerical review method,covering various aspects such as sports monitoring,disease detection,patient monitoring,and medical diagnosis.The review highlights the transformative impact of IoTenabled wearable devices in healthcare,facilitating real-time monitoring of vital signs,including blood pressure,temperature,oxygen levels,and heart rate.Results from the reviewed papers demonstrate high accuracy and efficiency in predicting health conditions,improving sports performance,enhancing patient care,and diagnosing diseases.The integration of IoT in wearable healthcare devices enables remote patient monitoring,personalized care,and efficient data transmission,ultimately transcending traditional boundaries of healthcare and leading to better patient outcomes. 展开更多

针对现有的家居安防系统中,智能化整体水平较低,导致在数据检测、信号处理及远程控制等方面经常出现错误的问题,文中提出一种家居智能锁防系统。该系统通过组建基于ZigBee协议的物联网,无线连接家庭的传感器和智能锁,其检测信息通过Zig... 针对现有的家居安防系统中,智能化整体水平较低,导致在数据检测、信号处理及远程控制等方面经常出现错误的问题,文中提出一种家居智能锁防系统。该系统通过组建基于ZigBee协议的物联网,无线连接家庭的传感器和智能锁,其检测信息通过ZigBee无线通信模块发送给以STC12为核心的控制主机。若有报警,控制主机将报警信息通过WiFi无线传输模块上传到云端服务器,并在设备返回报警信息时,云端服务器通过数据库调取技术将报警信息发送给用户的手机APP界面,手机APP通过云端服务器的数据接口可远程进行传感器布/撤防、智能开/关锁和报警信息处理等操作。实验结果表明,所提出的家居智能锁防系统能够提高电路的稳定性,并及时准确地处理数据信息,可实现多用户的手机远程智能操作、实时监测和统一管理。 展开更多
