A new method to extract person-independent expression feature based on higher-order singular value decomposition (HOSVD) is proposed for facial expression recognition. Based on the assumption that similar persons have similar facial expression appearance and shape, the person-similarity weighted expression feature is proposed to estimate the expression feature of test persons. As a result, the estimated expression feature can reduce the influence of individuals caused by insufficient training data, and hence become less person-dependent. The proposed method is tested on Cohn-Kanade facial expression database and Japanese female facial expression (JAFFE) database. Person-independent experimental results show the superiority of the proposed method over the existing methods. 展开更多

By the contingent value method, we studied the non-use value of wetland ecosystem service of Hongxing National Nature Reserve (HNNR) in Heilongjiang Pro- vince, northeast China. The proportion of respondents willing to pay (WTP) for protection of HNNR was 63 %. The WTP ratio was affected by geographical area, contact nature, personal preferences, and familiar degree of the respondents. The WTP value was affected by age, education level and career of the respondents. The mainly reasons for people rejecting to pay for protecting HNNR were "I am not familiar to HNNR" and "I had no capacity for additional spending because of low income". Weighted average individual WTP value was CNY 59.26 Yuan ind.^-1 year^-1 for all the respondents with WTP. The total non-use ecosystem service value of HNNR was CNY 1430 million Yuan in 2013. The heritage value was highest followed by existence value and option value. From the high ecosystem service value in HNNR, it is very important to construct nature reserve for protecting natural ecosystems and human sustainable use of natural resources. 展开更多

This paper presents an automatic recognition sys... The number of films is numerous and the film contents are complex over the Internet and multimedia sources. It is time consuming for a viewer to select a favorite film. This paper presents an automatic recognition system of film types. Initially, a film is firstly sampled as frame sequences. The color space, including hue, saturation,and brightness value(HSV), is analyzed for each sampled frame by computing the deviation and mean of HSV for each film. These features are utilized as inputs to a deep-learning neural network(DNN) for the recognition of film types. One hundred films are utilized to train and validate the model parameters of DNN. In the testing phase, a film is recognized as one of the five categories, including action, comedy, horror thriller, romance, and science fiction, by the trained DNN. The experimental results reveal that the film types can be effectively recognized by the proposed approach, enabling the viewer to select an interesting film accurately and quickly. 展开更多

Based on the recognition of one-step singular correlation and the remedying methods obtained before,the correlation properties of the neighborhood pixels and the characteristics of image de-noising were analyzed.A kind of most relevant weighted filtering method based on one-step singular correlation recognition(OSSC-MRWF)was put forward.The simulation experiments were done and the comparison with some commonly used methods under salt-and-pepper noises was made.The results show that the proposed method can not only effectively recognize salt-and-pepper noises and mend up the noise points,but also protect the original information such as the edge details very well.The accuracy and performance indicators are further improved considerably. 展开更多

针对输电杆塔结构状态信息提取难度大、精度低等问题,提出了一种基于北方苍鹰算法优化的变分模态分解(northern goshawk optimized variational mode decomposition,NGO-VMD)与长短期记忆(long shortterm memory,LSTM)神经网络的输电杆... 针对输电杆塔结构状态信息提取难度大、精度低等问题,提出了一种基于北方苍鹰算法优化的变分模态分解(northern goshawk optimized variational mode decomposition,NGO-VMD)与长短期记忆(long shortterm memory,LSTM)神经网络的输电杆塔倾斜状态识别方案。通过北方苍鹰优化算法解决了变分模态分解参数难确定的问题,并且证明其分解的各阶本征模态分量(intrinsic mode function,IMF)可以有效提取出杆塔结构的模态信息。为了使信息特征更为明显,对IMF分量进行奇异值分解(singular value decomposition,SVD),发现各阶分量的奇异值在杆塔不同状态下有较为明显的区别。最后引入LSTM神经网络进行特征分类,形成故障诊断模型。依托某110kV猫头塔对模型进行试验验证,结果表明:所提方法对杆塔倾斜状态的识别准确率为96.68%,与其他方法相比,具有效率更高、稳定性更强、更加精准的优势。 展开更多

International oil and gas projects feature high capital-intensity, high risks and contract diversity. Therefore, in order to help decision makers make more reasonable decisions under uncertainty, it is necessary to measure the risks of international oil and gas projects. For this purpose, this paper constructs a probabilistic model that is based on the traditional economic evaluation model, and introduces value at risk(VaR) which is a valuable risk measure tool in finance, and applies Va R to measure the risks of royalty contracts, production share contracts and service contracts of an international oil and gas project. Besides, this paper compares the influences of different risk factors on the net present value(NPV) of the project by using the simulation results. The results indicate:(1) risks have great impacts on the project's NPV, therefore, if risks are overlooked, the decision may be wrong.(2) A simulation method is applied to simulate the stochastic distribution of risk factors in the probabilistic model. Therefore, the probability is related to the project's NPV, overcoming the inherent limitation of the traditional economic evaluation method.(3) VaR is a straightforward risk measure tool, and can be applied to evaluate the risks of international oil and gas projects. With the rapid development of deep learning technology,behavior recognition based on video streams has made great progress in recent years.However,there are also some problems that must be solved:(1)In order to improve behavior recognition performance,the models have tended to become deeper,wider,and more complex.However,some new problems have been introduced also,such as that their real-time performance decreases;(2)Some actions in existing datasets are so similar that they are difficult to distinguish.To solve these problems,the ResNet34-3DRes18 model,which is a lightweight and efficient two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)fused model,is constructed in this study.The model used 2D convolutional neural network(2DCNN)to obtain the feature maps of input images and 3D convolutional neural network(3DCNN)to process the temporal relationships between frames,which made the model not only make use of 3DCNN’s advantages on video temporal modeling but reduced model complexity.Compared with state-of-the-art models,this method has shown excellent performance at a faster speed.Furthermore,to distinguish between similar motions in the datasets,an attention gate mechanism is added,and a Res34-SE-IM-Net attention recognition model is constructed.The Res34-SE-IM-Net achieved 71.85%,92.196%,and 36.5%top-1 accuracy(The predicting label obtained from model is the largest one in the output probability vector.If the label is the same as the target label of the motion,the classification is correct.)respectively on the test sets of the HMDB51,UCF101,and Something-Something v1 datasets. 展开更多

目的 建立高效液相色谱串联电喷雾检测器(HPLC-CAD)同时测定参麦颗粒中3种糖类成分含量的方法,结合色度值分析参麦颗粒色泽与糖类含量的相关性,为参麦颗粒处方制法中辅料蔗糖用量和温度控制提供依据;参考世界卫生组织(WHO)及《中国居民... 目的 建立高效液相色谱串联电喷雾检测器(HPLC-CAD)同时测定参麦颗粒中3种糖类成分含量的方法,结合色度值分析参麦颗粒色泽与糖类含量的相关性,为参麦颗粒处方制法中辅料蔗糖用量和温度控制提供依据;参考世界卫生组织(WHO)及《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》中游离糖的控制指标,评估参麦颗粒中辅料蔗糖的每日摄入量,为患者健康提供指导。方法 采用HPLC法测定30批参麦颗粒的糖类成分(果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖)含量,计算游离糖的每日摄入量及供能比;采用Adobe Photoshop对来自同一光源下的参麦颗粒进行色度值(L^(*)、a^(*)、b^(*))的测定,对色度值及糖类成分进行相关性分析、聚类分析及偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA)。结果 参麦颗粒各厂家辅料蔗糖用量均超过处方规定量,相关性分析结果显示果糖和葡萄糖的含量与色度值L^(*)呈极显著负相关,与a^(*)呈极显著正相关;可根据参麦颗粒颜色初步判断果糖和葡萄糖的含量,颜色越深,颗粒越偏红、偏蓝,含量越高。30批样品按不同厂家分别聚为三类,表明不同厂家生产的参麦颗粒颜色和糖类成分含量有差异显著,颜色越深,蔗糖降解越严重。30批参麦颗粒样品的蔗糖供能比均超过WHO及《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》中建议的10%,建议厂家开发无糖剂型。结论 所建立的糖类含量测定方法准确稳定,重复性好,为处方制法合理性提供参考,为制粒过程温度控制提供依据;通过控制蔗糖日摄入量,为患者健康状况提供指导。 展开更多

为实现十二烷基硫酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate,SDS)沉淀值读取的自动化、智能化,在SDS沉淀值自动化测定摇床上,设计一种图像自动识别沉淀值系统。通过对3种图像处理方法的可行性分析后,选定一种基于标签比对的图像识别方法。该方法包... 为实现十二烷基硫酸钠(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate,SDS)沉淀值读取的自动化、智能化,在SDS沉淀值自动化测定摇床上,设计一种图像自动识别沉淀值系统。通过对3种图像处理方法的可行性分析后,选定一种基于标签比对的图像识别方法。该方法包含图像前处理和体积值转换两大模块,主要步骤包括RGB转换成HSV、多通道二值化、提取标签和沉淀值前景,找标签和沉淀值轮廓等。该方法可以同时处理多个试管,并给出每个试管的体积。试验结果表明,平均识别准确率为98.945%。因图像处理光源固定,相对于人工读取示值,不仅提高试验效率,也降低每次读取示值时,因视线不同而造成的主观人为干扰,有效提高准确性,实现沉淀值读取的自动化与智能化。 展开更多

[研究目的]旨在优化虚拟社区中知识共创价值的识别方法,缓解因信息过载和关联复杂性等导致的高价值性知识资源识别效果不佳的问题。[研究方法]从知识共创的动态协同过程入手,构建集成双粒度语义与异质性网络的知识共创价值识别模型(DGSHAN)。首先利用BERT、Sentence-BERT并行获取词、句双粒度知识单元的语义信息,继而引入CNN、BiLSTM差异化提炼协同知识的局部内核特征与动态时序特征;同时采用HAN处理异质性关联网络,挖掘用户交互下多类型实体与拓扑结构中的关联规律,最后融合知识资源组合和用户行为互动双链路特征,实现知识共创价值的有效识别。[研究结论]经魅族社区Flyme数据验证,该模型的识别准确度、宏F1、加权F1分别为82.16%、73.56%、81.39%,相较于其他基线模型,各评估指标都有显著提高,可以有效提升知识共创价值的识别效果。 展开更多

我国实定法优先保护商品房消费者的权利,但基于生存权的考量,这一规则不会导致实践中相冲突利益间的严重失衡。为稳定交易预期,这一规则的适用应予严格把握:首先,只要具备商品房买卖合同必要条款的书面合同均可被认定为“买卖合同”;其... 我国实定法优先保护商品房消费者的权利,但基于生存权的考量,这一规则不会导致实践中相冲突利益间的严重失衡。为稳定交易预期,这一规则的适用应予严格把握:首先,只要具备商品房买卖合同必要条款的书面合同均可被认定为“买卖合同”;其次,商住两用房、车位等不动产只要满足当事人及其配偶、未成年子女或其监护人的居住需要,则在保护范围之内;再次,买受人尚须证明已实际支付不动产买卖价金。另外,为提供高效完整的权利保护体系,商品房消费者在排除申请人对不动产的执行后,可以选择继续履行合同,亦可选择参与拍卖不动产的价金分配,如商品房消费者不能继续履行合同,债权人可再次提起诉讼,以争议标的实现债权。 展开更多
