Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM multimodal analgesia rapid rehabilitation strategies in perioperative period of hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoid who received traditio...Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM multimodal analgesia rapid rehabilitation strategies in perioperative period of hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 90 patients with mixed hemorrhoid who received traditional Milligan-Morgan surgical treatment from May 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group according to different analgesic strategies,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine of analgesia,and the treatment group was given TCM multimodal of analgesia.The visual analogue scale(VAS)in the 2 groups after analgesic strategies were analyzed and compared to explore its effect and evaluate its application value.Results:From the 2^nd day to the 7^th day after the operation,VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall analgesic efficiency in the treatment group was higher than the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than the control group,and the hospitalization time was significantly shortened,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the western analgesic strategy,the pain of hemorrhoid patients treated by TCM multimodal analgesia was significantly relieved after hemorrhoid surgery.The rapid recovery strategy has fewer postoperative complications,quick recovery,patient satisfaction,and remarkable results.展开更多

Braking energy recovery(BER)aims to recover the vehicle's kinetic energy by coordinating the motor and mechanical braking torque to extend the driving range of the electric vehicle(EV).To achieve this goal,the mot...Braking energy recovery(BER)aims to recover the vehicle's kinetic energy by coordinating the motor and mechanical braking torque to extend the driving range of the electric vehicle(EV).To achieve this goal,the motor/generator mode requires frequent switching and prolonged operation during driving.In this case,the motor temperature will unavoidably rise,potentially triggering motor thermal protection(MTP).Activating MTP increases the risk of motor component failure,and the EV typically disables the BER function.Thus,maximizing BER while reducing the risk of motor overheating is a challenging problem.To address this issue,this article proposes a predictive BER strategy with MTP using the non-smooth Pontryagin Minimum Principle(NSPMP)for EVs.Firstly,a Markov long short-term memory(MLSTM)model is designed to obtain future velocity information.Secondly,the BER problem with MTP in the studied EV is embedded in a model predictive control(MPC)framework.Then,under the MPC framework,the NSPMP strategy is proposed to resolve the problem of MTP.Finally,the performance of the proposed strategy is verified through simulation and a hardware-in-loop test.The results show that in two real-world driving cycles,compared to the rule-based strategy,the proposed strategy reduced power consumption by 1.24%and0.96%,respectively,and effectively limited motor temperature.Additionally,under global cycle conditions,this strategy demonstrated better MTP control performance compared to other benchmark strategies.展开更多
With society's increasing dependence on critical infrastructure such as power grids and communications systems, the robustness of these systems has attracted significant attention.Failure of some nodes can trigger a ...With society's increasing dependence on critical infrastructure such as power grids and communications systems, the robustness of these systems has attracted significant attention.Failure of some nodes can trigger a cascading failure, which completely fragments the network, necessitating recovery efforts to improve robustness of complex systems. Inspired by real-world scenarios, this paper proposes repair models after two kinds of network failures, namely complete and incomplete collapse. In both models, three kinds of repair strategies are possible, including random selection(RS), node selection based on single network node degree(SD), and node selection based on double network node degree(DD). We find that the node correlation in each of the two coupled networks affects repair efficiency. Numerical simulation and analysis results suggest that the repair node ratio and repair strategies may have a significant impact on the economics of the repair process. The results of this study thus provide insight into ways to improve the robustness of coupled networks after cascading failures.展开更多

However, due to ignorance of network security, normal users usually take simple activities, such as reinstalling computer system, or using the computer recovery system to clear virus. How system recovery influences virus spreading is not taken into consideration currently. In this paper, a new virus propagation model considering the system recovery is proposed first, and then in its steady-state analysis, the virus propagation steady time and steady states are deduced. Experiment results show that models considering system recovery can effectively restrain virus propagation. Furthermore, algorithm with system recovery in BA scale-free network is proposed. Partial nitritation(PN)-anaerobic ammonium oxidation(anammox)is a promising pathway for the biological treatment of wastewater.However,the destruction of the system caused by excessive accumulation of nitrate in long-...Partial nitritation(PN)-anaerobic ammonium oxidation(anammox)is a promising pathway for the biological treatment of wastewater.However,the destruction of the system caused by excessive accumulation of nitrate in long-term operation remains a challenge.In this study,PNanammox was initialized with low inoculation quantity in an air-lift reactor.The nitrogen removal rate of 0.71 kgN/(m^(3)·d)was obtained,which was far higher than the seed sludge(0.3 kgN/(m^(3)·d)).Thereafter,excess nitrate build-up was observed under low-loading conditions,and recovery strategies for the PN-anammox system were investigated.Experimental results suggest that increasing the nitrogen loading rate as well as the concentration of free ammonium failed to effectively suppress the nitrite oxidation bacteria(NOB)after the PN-anammox system was disrupted.Afterwards,effluent back-flow was added into the reactor to control the up-flow velocity.As a result,an aggressive discharge of sludge that promoted the synergetic growth of functional bacteria was achieved,leading to the successful restoration of the PN-anammox system.The partial nitritation and anammox activity were in balance,and an increase in nitrogen removal rate up to 1.07 kgN/(m^(3)·d)was obtained with a nitrogen removal efficiency of 82.4%after recovery.Besides,the proportion of granular sludge(over 200 mm)increased from 33.67%to 82.82%.Ammonium oxidation bacteria(AOB)along with anammox bacteria were enriched in the granular sludge during the recovery period,which was crucial for the recovery and stable operation of the PN-anammox system.展开更多
Scientifically assessing the economic impact of major public health emergencies,containing their negative effects,and enhancing the resilience of an economy are important national strategic needs.The new coronavirus d...Scientifically assessing the economic impact of major public health emergencies,containing their negative effects,and enhancing the resilience of an economy are important national strategic needs.The new coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has,to date,been effectively contained in China,but the threat of imported cases and local risks still exist.The systematic identification of the virus’s path of influence and intensity is significant for economic recovery.This study is based on a refined multi-regional general equilibrium analysis model,which measures the economic and industrial impacts at different epidemic risk levels in China and simulates development trends and the degree of damage to industries and the economy under changes to supplies of production materials and product demand.The results show that,at the macroeconomic level,China’s GDP will decline about 0.4%to 0.8%compared to normal in 2020,with an average drop of about 2%in short-term consumption,an average drop in employment of about 0.7%,and an average increase in prices of about 0.9%.At the industry level,the epidemic will have the greatest short-term impact on consumer and laborintensive industries.For example,the output value of the service industry will fall 6.3%compared to normal.Looking at the impact of the epidemic on the industrial system,the province most affected by the epidemic is Hubei,which is the only province in China in the level-1 risk category.As the disease spread outward from Hubei,there were clear differences in the main industries that were impacted in different regions.In addition,simulation results of recovery intensity of regional economies under the two epidemic response scenarios of resumption of work and production and active fiscal stimulus policies show that an increase in fiscal stimulus policies produces a 0.3%higher rate of gross regional product growth but it causes commodity prices to rise by about 1.8%.Measures to resume work and production offer a wider scope for industrial recovery.展开更多
