In this study, two commercially available superoxide scavengers, tetrakis (1-methyl-4-pyridyl) porphyrin (Mn[III]TMPyP) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), as well as red palm oil (RPO), a natural vegetable oil, had been used to investigate their possible in vitro effects against the toxic effects of superoxide (O2+) on human sperm motility. Semen samples were obtained from 12 normozoospermic healthy volunteer donors aged between 19 and 23 years. The O2+donor 2,3-dimetoxyl-l,4-naphthoquinone (DMNQ) (2.5 μmol· L^-1-100 μmol· L^-1) was added to normozoospermic post-swim-up sperm in the presence or absence of Mn(III)TMPyP (50 μmol· L^-1), SOD (50 IU) or RPO (0.1% or 0.5%). Computer-assisted semen analysis was used to analyze various motility parameters. The parameters of interest were percentage of motile cells, progressive motility, rapid cells and static cells. Concentrations of higher than 25 μmol· L^-1 DMNQ were detrimental to sperm motility. Mn(III)TMPyP was able to attenuate the effect of O2+ on the motility parameters. Objective Effects of red palm oil on major plasma carotenoids, tocopherol, retinol and serum lipids were evaluated when used in Chinese diet. Methods Red palm oil group (RPO) composed of 20 male subjects(aged 18-32) and soybean oil group (SBO) composed of 22 male subjects (aged 18-32). Dietary fat provided about 28% of total calories, and the test oil accounted for about 60% of total dietary fat. In the 3 weeks of pretest period, diets were prepared with soybean oil, and then in the next 6 weeks subjects in each group consumed the diet prepared by test oil. Results Plasma α-carotene, β-carotene and lycopene concentration of RPO group significantly increased at the time of interim (21 days) and of the end (42 days) (P<0.05), and α-tocopherol concentration significantly increased at the time of the end (42 days) in this study. Though Chinese plasma retinol level was relatively low when compared with that of Westerners, red palm oil diet showed no significant effect on adult Chinese plasma retinol level. Serum concentration of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein AI and apolipoprotein B of all subjects showed no significant changes in RPO group during the study. Conclusions The data in our study suggest that red palm oil is a good source of carotenoids and vitamin E when used in Chinese diet preparation, and it can significantly increase plasma concentration of a-carotene, α-carotene, lycopene and β-tocopherol. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the role of red palm oil(RPO),rooibos tea extract(RTE)and their combined treatment(RPO+RTE)on antioxidant status in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats.Methods:Diabetes mellitus was induced by a single administration of streptozotocin(50 mg/kg)and the rats were treated for 7 weeks.Antioxidant enzymes[calalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GPx),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],antioxidant capacity[trolox equivalence antioxidant capacity(TEAC),oxygen radical absorbance capacity(ORAC)]as well as total protein,albumin,globulin,total glutathione,conjugated diene and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances(TBARS)were investigated.Results:Treatment with RPO,RTE and RPO+RTE significantly(p>0.05)improved liver SOD and plasma ORAC in the diabetic rats.Similarly,diabetic rats treated with RTE and RPO+RTE enhanced liver GPx.A significant(P<0.05)increase in the plasma TBARS in the diabetic control group was observed when compared with the normal control group.Treatment of diabetic rats with RTE and RPO+RTE reduced plasma TBARS to a level not significantly different at P<0.05 from the normal control group.Conclusions:The results revealed the anti-oxidative potentials of red palm oil,rooibos and their combination in diabetic conditions and hence,they could be useful in the management of diabetes and its complications. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: A large amount of endotoxin can be detected in the peripheral venous blood of patients with liver cirrhosis, contributing to the pathogenesis of hepatotoxicity because of its role in oxidative stress. The present study aimed to test the effect of the supplementation with red palm oil(RPO), which is a natural oil obtained from oil palm fruit(Elaeis guineensis) rich in natural fat-soluble tocopherols, tocotrienols and carotenoids, on lipid peroxidation and endotoxemia with plasma endotoxin-inactivating capacity, proinflammatory cytokines profile, and monocyte tissue factor in patients with chronic liver disease. METHODS: The study group consisted of sixty patients(34 males and 26 females; mean age 62 years, range 54-75) with Child A/B, genotype 1 HCV-related cirrhosis without a history of ethanol consumption, randomly enrolled into an 8-week oral daily treatment with either vitamin E or RPO. All patients had undergone an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy 8 months before, and 13 out of them showed esophageal varices.RESULTS: Both treatments significantly decreased erythrocyte malondialdehyde and urinary isoprostane output, only RPO significantly affected macrophage-colony stimulating factor and monocyte tissue factor. Liver ultrasound imaging did not show any change. CONCLUSIONS: RPO beneficially modulates oxidative stress and, not least, downregulates macrophage/monocyte inflammatory parameters. RPO can be safely advised as a valuable nutritional implementation tool in the management of chronic liver diseases. 展开更多

Results indicated that the elementary properties of red oil inks were 1) non-polarity;2) low viscosity (<3.0 cps);3) specified surface tension (<30 mN/m);4) intensity of visible absorption covering 480 - 540 nm;5) hue close to standard red (CIE(x, y) = 0.67, 0.33). The objective of the study was to evaluate the effects of different vegetable oils [red palm olein (RPO), palm olein (PO), corn oil (CO) and coconut oil (COC)] on lipid profile in rat. Sixty six Sprague Dawley male rats were randomly divided into eleven groups of 6 rats per group and were treated with 15% concentrations of RPO, PO, CO and COC for 4 and 8 weeks. Rats in control group were given normal rat pellet only while in treated groups 15% of additional vegetable oils were given. The results at 4 weeks showed a decline in Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (LDL-C) values at RPO and PO groups whereas in CO and COC groups the LDL-C were increased compared to the control group. The High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol (HDL-C) values increased in RPO and PO groups whereas it was declined in CO and COC groups compared to the control group. At 8 weeks, there was no significant difference (P ≥ 0.05) in HDL-C of rats treated with vegetable oils compared to the control group. However, the LDL-C in RPO and PO was significantly decreased (P ≤ 0.05) in the LDL-C and there was no significant difference (P≥0.05) for CO and COC groups compared to the control groups. The mean value of the LDL-C after 8 weeks in the control group, RPO, PO, CO, and COC groups were 66.1 mg/dl, 31.9 mg/dl, 41.1 mg/dl, 50.41 mg/dl and 54.31 mg/dl respectively. There was significant decreased (P ≤ 0.05) in the total cholesterol (TC) in RPO group for 4 weeks compared to the control group while the TC in PO, CO and COC were within the normal range. The results of TC in all treated rats for 8 weeks were within the normal range. There was no significant difference in TC of rats treated with vegetable oils compared to the control group. Triglycerides (TG) in all treated rats for 4 weeks were within the normal range whereas the TG in RPO, PO and CO groups for 8 weeks were significant increase (P ≤ 0.05) compared to the control group but there was no significant difference between the control group and COC group. 展开更多

The sintering process and the degreasing experiments with porous ceramisites have been finished. The results show that the sintering temperature control is dominant for the preparation of the porous ceramisites. The optimal sintering temperature is between 1 110-1120℃, a narrow range. The surface of ceramists is distributed with a lot of coarse holes with diameters of about 1-10μm. Moreover, the sintering temperatures have a great influence on the efficiency of degreasing, and the curve between the sintering temperature and the efficiency ofdegreasing is like a parabola. 展开更多

草鱼肠系膜脂肪沉积量的测定与分析

为精确且批量测定草鱼肠系膜脂肪(肠脂)沉积量,避免传统人工刮取称量方法耗时费力、量化粗糙等问题,实验利用脂溶性染料油红O可特异性着色脂肪的特性,探索开发出一种便捷定量草鱼肠脂含量的新方法。结果发现,麻醉解剖200尾平均体重约80 ... 为精确且批量测定草鱼肠系膜脂肪(肠脂)沉积量,避免传统人工刮取称量方法耗时费力、量化粗糙等问题,实验利用脂溶性染料油红O可特异性着色脂肪的特性,探索开发出一种便捷定量草鱼肠脂含量的新方法。结果发现,麻醉解剖200尾平均体重约80 g的草鱼,取出整个内脏团简单处理并塞入PIT个体识别标记后,样品集中进行多聚甲醛固定、无水乙醇脱水、油红O染液定染,可在维持样品组织完整的基础上,实现肠脂组织的特异性、均一化批量染色处理。各染色样品再分别通过无水乙醇溶剂完全萃取,萃取液吸光度测定,并依据绘制的标准曲线(y=0.0276x+0.0403,R^(2)=0.9997),即可精确获得个体肠脂沉积的相对含量,是以萃取出的油红O质量来表示。对比发现,样品肠脂组织染色-萃取量化结果与传统刮取称量数据保持了较高的相关性(n=20,r=0.80)。进一步的统计分析显示,对于同塘养殖体重变异系数8.93%的草鱼群体(n=200),萃取测定的肠脂沉积量变异系数达到24.49%,预示该性状具有丰富变异特征及遗传改良潜力。相关与聚类分析显示,肠脂沉积量与内脏质量相关性最高(r=0.60),并且聚为一类,符合二者同属脏器关联指标的预期。多元线性回归分析显示,利用简单易测的形态指标只能解释肠脂沉积量的少量变异(R^(2)=0.20),表明基于表型性状的拟合回归方程进行间接预测的效果不佳,直接测定是该性状精准量化的有效途径。本研究为草鱼体脂性状改良提供了一种性状精确测定方法。 展开更多

通过绝热加速量热仪(ARC)探究丁醇、丁醛、丁酮及丁酸四种组分与HNO_(3)的放热行为,对测试结果进行对比分析,并通过热危险性综合评估指数(THI指数)法评估体系危险性。结果表明:在零氧平衡条件下,丁醛-HNO_(3)体系自放热最明显,当丁醛含... 通过绝热加速量热仪(ARC)探究丁醇、丁醛、丁酮及丁酸四种组分与HNO_(3)的放热行为,对测试结果进行对比分析,并通过热危险性综合评估指数(THI指数)法评估体系危险性。结果表明:在零氧平衡条件下,丁醛-HNO_(3)体系自放热最明显,当丁醛含量仅0.14 g时体系的绝热温升达到118.4℃,放热量为776.6 J/g;丁醇-HNO_(3)体系在40.2℃左右时开始发生放热,自反应放热段最高温度达到145.7℃,最大压力达到34 bar(1 bar=10^(5)Pa)左右;丁酮-HNO_(3)体系从50℃开始放热至136℃结束,放热量为564.0 J/g;丁酸-HNO_(3)体系在小于140.0℃的温度范围内未观察到放热点。随着HNO_(3)浓度的增加(2.0→6.0 mol/L),丁醇-HNO_(3)体系危险性从中等增加到较高级别;丁醇、丁醛、丁酮及丁酸与4.0 mol/L HNO_(3)的反应体系的危险性分别在较高、较高、中等、中等级别。 展开更多

本文采用气相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用仪(GC-Q/TOF)对两种冷榨工艺(杯榨法和石灰法)提取的红橘精油中的挥发性成分进行了分析鉴定。共有93种成分得到鉴定,两种红橘精油分别鉴定出89种和84种成分。93种成分中包括萜烯类29种、醇类20... 本文采用气相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱联用仪(GC-Q/TOF)对两种冷榨工艺(杯榨法和石灰法)提取的红橘精油中的挥发性成分进行了分析鉴定。共有93种成分得到鉴定,两种红橘精油分别鉴定出89种和84种成分。93种成分中包括萜烯类29种、醇类20种、醛类20种、酯类5种、酮类2种、烃类12种和其他化合物5种,两种精油共有的化合物有80种。杯榨法红橘精油的挥发性成分总含量显著高于石灰法红橘精油。构成精油的化合物中萜烯类含量最高,含量占比超过80%,含量较高的化合物依次为D-柠檬烯、γ-松油烯、β-月桂烯、芳樟醇和α-蒎烯。经主成分分析(PCA),两种红橘精油的挥发性成分存在显著差异。相对气味活度值(ROAV)法表明,芳樟醇是两种红橘精油中香气贡献最大的化合物,杯榨法红橘精油的柑橘香气属性明显强于石灰法红橘精油,并提炼出芳樟醇、百里香酚、β-月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、香茅醛和γ-松油烯为两种红橘精油的关键香气成分。 展开更多

苓桂术甘口服液澄清工艺及抗脂肪肝作用初步研究

目的 优选苓桂术甘口服液的澄清工艺,初步探讨其抗脂肪肝作用。方法 比较水提醇沉法、澄清剂法、高速离心法、膜过滤法、热处理法5种澄清工艺对苓桂术甘口服液中甘草酸含量及澄明度的影响,以综合评分的方法确定最佳澄清工艺。测定小鼠... 目的 优选苓桂术甘口服液的澄清工艺,初步探讨其抗脂肪肝作用。方法 比较水提醇沉法、澄清剂法、高速离心法、膜过滤法、热处理法5种澄清工艺对苓桂术甘口服液中甘草酸含量及澄明度的影响,以综合评分的方法确定最佳澄清工艺。测定小鼠体质量变化,采用苏木素-伊红染色和油红O染色探讨肝脏脂滴情况。结果 经过比较苓桂术甘口服液的不同澄清工艺,得出ZTC1+1澄清剂法的综合评分最高,因此选择ZTC1+1澄清剂法为苓桂术甘口服液的最佳澄清工艺。模型组小鼠体质量大于空白组,口服液干预后体质量显著下降,其中,高剂量组苓桂术甘口服液降低最为显著。苏木素-伊红染色结果发现,与模型组相比,治疗组脂滴空泡明显减少,肝细胞肿胀程度降低;油红O染色结果发现,与模型组相比,治疗组小鼠肝组织脂质沉积明显减少。结论 苓桂术甘口服液最佳澄清工艺为ZTC1+1澄清剂法,澄清剂用量为4%︰2%,药液浓度为1︰4,絮凝温度为70 ℃。苓桂术甘口服液能够降低体质量、减少小鼠肝脏脂滴沉积,初步证明其具有抗脂肪肝作用。 展开更多

目的研究雷公藤红素(celastrol,Cela)对前体脂肪细胞(3T3-L1)成脂分化的抑制作用及其具体机制。方法采用CCK-8法确定雷公藤红素处理3T3-L1细胞的最佳浓度;油红O染色及免疫荧光法(脂肪细胞标志蛋白Perilipin1,Adiponectin)检测雷公藤红素... 目的研究雷公藤红素(celastrol,Cela)对前体脂肪细胞(3T3-L1)成脂分化的抑制作用及其具体机制。方法采用CCK-8法确定雷公藤红素处理3T3-L1细胞的最佳浓度;油红O染色及免疫荧光法(脂肪细胞标志蛋白Perilipin1,Adiponectin)检测雷公藤红素对3T3-L1成脂分化不同时期的抑制作用;Western Blot(WB)检测不同浓度雷公藤红素处理后3T3-L1细胞中调控脂代谢以及分化相关蛋白的表达;对未分化(Con)、分化第1天(MDI)、分化第1天同时给药250 nmol·L^(-1)雷公藤红素(MCT)的3T3-L1细胞进行WB检测以及microRNA(miRNA)测序,qPCR验证筛选得到的miRNA,进行KEGG与GO富集分析;过表达mmu-miR-5121 mimics和inhibitor,WB检测相关蛋白的变化,油红O染色检测分化结果。结果Cela处理3T3-L1细胞的最佳浓度为250 nmol·L^(-1)和500 nmol·L^(-1);油红O染色及免疫荧光结果表明250 nmol·L^(-1)与500 nmol·L^(-1)Cela对3T3-L1成脂分化均有显著抑制作用,250 nmol·L^(-1)在3T3-L1成脂分化早期(第1天)便能显著抑制3T3-L1成脂分化;250 nmol·L^(-1)Cela处理3T3-L124 h后,能显著抑制3T3-L1中DFCP1、FAS、ACC、PPARγ等蛋白的表达;分化第1天FAS与ACC表达升高,采用250 nmol·L^(-1)Cela处理后,ACC、FAS蛋白表达显著降低;miRNA测序筛选后q PCR验证结果表明mmumiR-5121在分化第1天减少,但Cela处理后含量增加。转染5121 inhibitor提高了FAS与ACC的含量,5121 mimics则呈现相反作用。单独转染5121 inhibitor可使得3T3-L1分化成熟,而分化同时添加5121 mimics可以有效抑制分化。并且250nmol·L^(-1)Cela可以抑制5121 inhibitor引起的分化。结论250 nmol·L^(-1)雷公藤红素作用于3T3-L1成脂分化早期可显著抑制3T3-L1分化,其可能通过上调mmu-miR-5121的含量,抑制FAS与ACC的表达发挥作用。 展开更多

基于减盐的健康主题,开发一款健康的减盐红油萝卜酱菜配方。以萝卜盐坯为原材料,辅以氯化钾、氯化钙和酵母抽提物为变量,通过单因素试验和响应面优化,研究各因素对酱菜感官品质的影响,并用电子舌与快速气相电子鼻测定全盐酱菜(QY)、直... 基于减盐的健康主题,开发一款健康的减盐红油萝卜酱菜配方。以萝卜盐坯为原材料,辅以氯化钾、氯化钙和酵母抽提物为变量,通过单因素试验和响应面优化,研究各因素对酱菜感官品质的影响,并用电子舌与快速气相电子鼻测定全盐酱菜(QY)、直接减盐28%酱菜(ZJJY)与辅助减盐酱菜(FZJY)的风味与滋味变化。试验确定辅助减盐酱菜的最优复合替代比为氯化钾19%、氯化钙14%、酵母抽提物39%,此时产品的感官评价评分为90.56分,与理论模型值相近,辅助减盐组的酱菜苦味降至最低,咸味明显降低,且风味成分增加了2-乙基-6-甲基吡嗪,其具有令人愉悦的香气。该试验研制出的减盐红油萝卜酱菜,不仅满足大众对低盐饮食的需求,还提升了白萝卜的产品附加值,本研究具有重要的实用意义和经济价值。 展开更多

2023年10月新一轮巴以冲突爆发以来,也门胡塞武装以红海航道作为驰援巴勒斯坦抵抗运动的“主战场”,通过频繁袭扰过往船舶,使得苏伊士运河-红海通道在一定程度上受阻。红海危机对海运贸易的冲击,一定程度上波及全球油气供应链,引发市场... 2023年10月新一轮巴以冲突爆发以来,也门胡塞武装以红海航道作为驰援巴勒斯坦抵抗运动的“主战场”,通过频繁袭扰过往船舶,使得苏伊士运河-红海通道在一定程度上受阻。红海危机对海运贸易的冲击,一定程度上波及全球油气供应链,引发市场对于海运通道受阻情况下油气供应安全的担忧。红海危机事件使得部分原油、油品以及LNG国际贸易改变了运输航线,增加了运输周期,对全球油气供需格局产生了一定影响,但对国际原油价格的冲击相对有限,仅在短期提供了上行动力。红海危机事件对中国原油和LNG供应安全的影响有限,另一方面,增加了中国油气企业在海外相关地区进入上游勘探开发和新能源合作的机会。尽管如此,本次危机事件对中国油气安全供应的警示作用不可小觑:建议一是拓展多元化的海陆联运通道;二是加强战略储备建设;三是深化与传统油气进口来源国的多元能源合作。 展开更多

红香酥梨采后贮藏期或货架期易出现果皮黑斑病、果心褐变,甚至果肉腐烂现象。前期试验证明使用香茅、香茅-月桂精油微胶囊可以延长红香酥梨的贮藏期和货架期,为深入揭示香茅精油及其复配精油微胶囊在提升红香酥梨保鲜效果中的分子机制,... 红香酥梨采后贮藏期或货架期易出现果皮黑斑病、果心褐变,甚至果肉腐烂现象。前期试验证明使用香茅、香茅-月桂精油微胶囊可以延长红香酥梨的贮藏期和货架期,为深入揭示香茅精油及其复配精油微胶囊在提升红香酥梨保鲜效果中的分子机制,采用转录组测序技术,系统分析了中草药精油微胶囊影响红香酥梨保鲜效果的分子基础。通过RNA-seq分析发现香茅、香茅-月桂精油微胶囊处理后红香酥梨中差异表达基因GO功能富集不同亚类;KEGG富集分析结果显示,香茅、香茅-月桂精油微胶囊处理后红香酥梨中差异表达基因富集到红香酥梨抗氧化和抗病相关通路。综上所述,中草药精油微胶囊可有效调节红香酥梨的代谢通路,提高果实抗病能力,延缓果实的成熟衰老进程,进而延长红香酥梨果实的贮藏期及货架期。 展开更多
