Diagnosis related group grouping study of senile cataract patients based on E-CHAID algorithm

AIM： To figure out the contributed factors of the hospitalization expenses of senile cataract patients（HECP） and build up an area-specified senile cataract diagnosis related group（DRG） of Shanghai thereby formulating the reference range of HECP and providing scientific basis for the fair use and supervision of the health care insurance fund.METHODS： The data was collected from the first page of the medical records of 22 097 hospitalized patients from tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from 2010 to 2012 whose major diagnosis were senile cataract. Firstly, we analyzed the influence factors of HECP using univariate and multivariate analysis. DRG grouping was conducted according to the exhaustive Chi-squared automatic interaction detector（E-CHAID） model, using HECP as target variable. Finally we evaluated the grouping results using non-parametric test such as Kruskal-Wallis H test, RIV, CV, etc.RESULTS： The 6 DRGs were established as well as criterion of HECP, using age, sex, type of surgery and whether complications/comorbidities occurred as the key variables of classification node of senile cataract cases.CONCLUSION： The grouping of senile cataract cases based on E-CHAID algorithm is reasonable. And the criterion of HECP based on DRG can provide a feasible way of management in the fair use and supervision of medical insurance fund.

THE CRITERION ALGORITHM OF RELATION OF IMPLICATION BETWEEN PERIODIC ORBITS(Ⅰ)

In recent years, there is a wide interest in Sarkovskii's theorem ami the related study. According to Sarkovskii's theoren if the continuous self-mapf of the closed interval has a 3-pcriodic orbit, then fmust has an n-pcriodic orbit for any positive integer n. But f can not has all n-periodic orbits for some n.For example, letEvidently, f has only one kind of 3-periodic orbit in the two kinds of 3-periodic orbits. This explains that it isn't far enough to uncover the relation between periodic orbits by information which Sarkovskii's theorem has offered. In this paper, we raise the concept of type of periodic orbits, and give a feasible algorithm which decides the relation of implication between two periodic orbits.

The Collaboratory for the Study of Earthquake Predictability in China:Experiment Design and Preliminary Results of CSEP2.0

Since the inaugural international collaboration under the framework of the Collaboratory for the Study of Earthquake Predictability(CSEP)in 2007,numerous forecast models have been developed and operated for earthquake forecasting experiments across CSEP testing centers(Schorlemmer et al.,2018).Over more than a decade,efforts to compare forecasts with observed earthquakes using numerous statistical test methods and insights into earthquake predictability,which have become a highlight of the CSEP platform.

基于传递的语义相关度计算方法研究

基于本体的语义相关度计算方法以概念在本体中的结构特征,如深度、密度,概念间的语义关系类型、路径等一系列因素为基础来度量概念间的语义相关度,缺乏对传递因素的考虑。本文通过基于本体的通用语义相关度计算方法的影响要素分析、传统方法的特点研究及语义传递规律的介绍,提出一种基于传递的语义相关度计算方法,并利用《知网》与传统方法基于人工判断进行效果比较,验证了新语义相关度计算方法的应用效果。

异质知识网络相关度算法研究

异质知识网络是Web2.0的基础,其中的相关度算法是实现通过信息检索人、资源或通过人检索信息、资源的关键。然而目前的相关度算法研究大多局限于同质知识网络,忽略了在异质知识网络中的研究。因此,本文结合异质知识网络所具有的特性,明确异质知识网络相关度的定义,进而对现有的相关度算法分析的基础上,总结并归纳适用于异质知识网络的相关度算法,并根据Web2.0环境下产生的社会性信息检索需求,进一步说明其未来的发展趋势。

基于IWD算法的多目标混合品种装配线平衡问题

为简化混合装配平衡问题的求解,进而提高装配线的生产效率,在兼顾产品切换引起负荷波动的基础上,综合工作站数、工作负荷平衡和任务关联度三个优化目标,提出一种求解多目标混合品种装配线平衡问题的改进型IWD(intelligent water drop)算法。对IWD算法的节点转移规则进行改进,加入最大概率引导规则和随机搜索规则;采用Pareto占优的方式对解进行分层以获得前沿解集,并根据分层结果给每个粒子提供一个启发值,依据启发值实施全局更新,增加算法的全局搜索能力;通过测试各种标准问题,验证了改进型IWD算法比遗传算法的求解速度更快、效率更高。

Dynamic Evaluation Model and Application Methods for Engineering Machine Maintenance Quality

It is an important content of equipment management to keep the engineering machine well. Based on the theory of component technology and grey related algorithm arithmetic, the requirements and procedures of engineering machine maintenance predicting process are analyzed, and a support object evaluation system is provided. The qualitative and quantitative indexes of evaluating process are fully taken into consideration to provide scientific methods and ways for proper evaluation and decision.

应用搜索引擎计算语义相关度的实现

具备模仿人类判断能力的语义相关度在很多方面尤其是自然语言处理领域中处于非常重要的地位。已有的算法或依赖于WordNet层级结构或由于自身局限性无法满足精确计算的要求,由此提出了一种基于搜索引擎的语义相关度算法,根据对两关键词网络搜索时系统返回的搜索页数来计算二者的语义相关度值。通过与其他算法进行对比实验可看出该算法与专家值重合度要远高于其他算法,而且对于计算对象无词性、语法以及语言等方面的限制,优越性较为明显。

基于维基百科的语义相关度算法研究综述

在总结维基百科特点的基础上,调研了国内外使用维基百科计算语义相关度的算法。根据这些算法的特点,对其进行了系统的分类,并列举了每个分类下的经典算法。

Operational Evaluation of the Quantitative Precipitation Estimation by a CINRAD-SA Dual Polarization Radar System

In this paper,a quantitative precipitation estimation based on the hydrometeor classification(HCA-QPE)algorithm was proposed for the first operational S band dual-polarization radar upgraded from the CINRAD/SA radar of China.The HCA-QPE algorithm,localized Colorado State University-Hydrometeor Identification of Rainfall(CSUHIDRO)algorithm,the Joint Polarization Experiment(JPOLE)algorithm,and the dynamic Z-R relationships based on variational correction QPE(DRVC-QPE)algorithm were evaluated with the rainfall events from March 1 to October 30,2017 in Guangdong Province.The results indicated that even though the HCA-QPE algorithm did not use the observed rainfall data for correction,its estimation accuracy was better than that of the DRVC-QPE algorithm when the rainfall rate was greater than 5 mm h-1;and the stronger the rainfall intensity,the greater the QPE improvement.Besides,the HCA-QPE algorithm worked better than the localized CSU-HIDRO and JPOLE algorithms.This study preliminarily evaluated the improved accuracy of QPE by a dual-polarization radar system modified from CINRAD-SA radar.

Deep learning-based intelligent management for sewage treatment plants

It is generally believed that intelligent management for sewage treatment plants(STPs) is essential to the sustainable engineering of future smart cities.The core of management lies in the precise prediction of daily volumes of sewage.The generation of sewage is the result of multiple factors from the whole social system.Characterized by strong process abstraction ability,data mining techniques have been viewed as promising prediction methods to realize intelligent STP management.However,existing data mining-based methods for this purpose just focus on a single factor such as an economical or meteorological factor and ignore their collaborative effects.To address this challenge,a deep learning-based intelligent management mechanism for STPs is proposed,to predict business volume.Specifically,the grey relation algorithm(GRA) and gated recursive unit network(GRU) are combined into a prediction model(GRAGRU).The GRA is utilized to select the factors that have a significant impact on the sewage business volume,and the GRU is set up to output the prediction results.We conducted a large number of experiments to verify the efficiency of the proposed GRA-GRU model.

HTTP-sCAN:Detecting HTTP-Flooding Attack by Modeling Multi-Features of Web Browsing Behavior from Noisy Web-Logs

HTTP-flooding attack disables the victimized web server by sending a large number of HTTP Get requests.Recent research tends to detect HTTP-flooding with the anomaly-based approaches,which detect the HTTP-flooding by modeling the behavior of normal web surfers.However,most of the existing anomaly-based detection approaches usually cannot filter the web-crawling traces from unknown searching bots mixed in normal web browsing logs.These web-crawling traces can bias the base-line profile of anomaly-based schemes in their training phase,and further degrade their detection performance.This paper proposes a novel web-crawling tracestolerated method to build baseline profile,and designs a new anomaly-based HTTP-flooding detection scheme(abbr.HTTP-sCAN).The simulation results show that HTTP-sCAN is immune to the interferences of unknown webcrawling traces,and can detect all HTTPflooding attacks.

基于IBS算法预测亲缘关系准确性研究

目的评估基于状态一致性(identity-by-state,IBS)算法预测个体间亲缘关系的准确性。方法采用Illumina GSA芯片对253份样本进行全基因组检测,基于高密度单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)数据计算两两个体间IBS共享统计量预测亲缘关系。通过不同条件参数筛选SNP,评估位点数对算法预测准确性的影响。结果1~4级亲缘关系预测准确率高达99%,预测误差在1级以内且无假阳性。SNP数量减少对预测准确率无显著影响,即使在较低密度的SNP标记中,该算法也能获得较高的准确率。结论IBS算法是法医系谱推断的有效方法,且对于微量降解的法医现场检材具有很好的应用价值。

基于随机游走的概念显性语义关联度计算

开放知识网络中概念语义关联度计算是一个重要的问题.吸取蚁群算法思想中的信息素策略,并以融入了该策略的随机游走作为关联度计算的基本框架,将信息素分布作为语义关联紧密程度的判定依据,提出一种基于随机游走的语义关联度计算方法,以显性方式呈现语义关联度的计算探索过程.该算法主要包含路径选择模型(PSM)和语义关联度计算模型(SRCM)两部分.PSM用于指定游走代理在游走过程中的路径选择、信息素释放过程;SRCM利用游走代理反馈的信息进行语义关联度的计算.实验结果表明,该算法能够在线性复杂度下实现语义关联度的计算,扩展了语义关联度计算的可行策略.

An Efficient Algorithm for Processing Multi-Relation Queries in Relational Databases

After a relation scheme R is decomposed into the set of schemes ρ={R_1,...,R_n},we may pose queries as if R existed in the database,taking a join of R_i's,when it is necessary to implement the query.Suppose a query involves a set of attributes S(?)R,we want to find the smallest subset of ρ whose union includes S.We prove that the problem is NP-complete and present a polynomial-bounded approximation algorithm.A subset of ρ whose union includes S and has a decomposition into 3NF with a lossless join and preservation of dependencies is given in the paper.
