AIM: To figure out the contributed factors of the hospitalization expenses of senile cataract patients(HECP) and build up an area-specified senile cataract diagnosis related group(DRG) of Shanghai thereby formulating the reference range of HECP and providing scientific basis for the fair use and supervision of the health care insurance fund.METHODS: The data was collected from the first page of the medical records of 22 097 hospitalized patients from tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from 2010 to 2012 whose major diagnosis were senile cataract. Firstly, we analyzed the influence factors of HECP using univariate and multivariate analysis. DRG grouping was conducted according to the exhaustive Chi-squared automatic interaction detector(E-CHAID) model, using HECP as target variable. Finally we evaluated the grouping results using non-parametric test such as Kruskal-Wallis H test, RIV, CV, etc.RESULTS: The 6 DRGs were established as well as criterion of HECP, using age, sex, type of surgery and whether complications/comorbidities occurred as the key variables of classification node of senile cataract cases.CONCLUSION: The grouping of senile cataract cases based on E-CHAID algorithm is reasonable. And the criterion of HECP based on DRG can provide a feasible way of management in the fair use and supervision of medical insurance fund. 展开更多

According to Sarkovskii's theoren if the continuous self-mapf of the closed interval has a 3-pcriodic orbit, then fmust has an n-pcriodic orbit for any positive integer n. But f can not has all n-periodic orbits for some n.For example, letEvidently, f has only one kind of 3-periodic orbit in the two kinds of 3-periodic orbits. This explains that it isn't far enough to uncover the relation between periodic orbits by information which Sarkovskii's theorem has offered. In this paper, we raise the concept of type of periodic orbits, and give a feasible algorithm which decides the relation of implication between two periodic orbits. 展开更多

为简化混合装配平衡问题的求解,进而提高装配线的生产效率,在兼顾产品切换引起负荷波动的基础上,综合工作站数、工作负荷平衡和任务关联度三个优化目标,提出一种求解多目标混合品种装配线平衡问题的改进型IWD(intelligent water drop)... 为简化混合装配平衡问题的求解,进而提高装配线的生产效率,在兼顾产品切换引起负荷波动的基础上,综合工作站数、工作负荷平衡和任务关联度三个优化目标,提出一种求解多目标混合品种装配线平衡问题的改进型IWD(intelligent water drop)算法。对IWD算法的节点转移规则进行改进,加入最大概率引导规则和随机搜索规则;采用Pareto占优的方式对解进行分层以获得前沿解集,并根据分层结果给每个粒子提供一个启发值,依据启发值实施全局更新,增加算法的全局搜索能力;通过测试各种标准问题,验证了改进型IWD算法比遗传算法的求解速度更快、效率更高。 展开更多

In this paper,a quantitative precipitation estimation based on the hydrometeor classification(HCA-QPE)algorithm was proposed for the first operational S band dual-polarization radar upgraded from the CINRAD/SA radar of China.The HCA-QPE algorithm,localized Colorado State University-Hydrometeor Identification of Rainfall(CSUHIDRO)algorithm,the Joint Polarization Experiment(JPOLE)algorithm,and the dynamic Z-R relationships based on variational correction QPE(DRVC-QPE)algorithm were evaluated with the rainfall events from March 1 to October 30,2017 in Guangdong Province.The results indicated that even though the HCA-QPE algorithm did not use the observed rainfall data for correction,its estimation accuracy was better than that of the DRVC-QPE algorithm when the rainfall rate was greater than 5 mm h-1;and the stronger the rainfall intensity,the greater the QPE improvement.Besides,the HCA-QPE algorithm worked better than the localized CSU-HIDRO and JPOLE algorithms.This study preliminarily evaluated the improved accuracy of QPE by a dual-polarization radar system modified from CINRAD-SA radar. 展开更多

It is generally believed that intelligent management for sewage treatment plants(STPs) is essential to the sustainable engineering of future smart cities.The core of management lies in the precise prediction of daily volumes of sewage.The generation of sewage is the result of multiple factors from the whole social system.Characterized by strong process abstraction ability,data mining techniques have been viewed as promising prediction methods to realize intelligent STP management.However,existing data mining-based methods for this purpose just focus on a single factor such as an economical or meteorological factor and ignore their collaborative effects.To address this challenge,a deep learning-based intelligent management mechanism for STPs is proposed,to predict business volume.Specifically,the grey relation algorithm(GRA) and gated recursive unit network(GRU) are combined into a prediction model(GRAGRU).The GRA is utilized to select the factors that have a significant impact on the sewage business volume,and the GRU is set up to output the prediction results.We conducted a large number of experiments to verify the efficiency of the proposed GRA-GRU model. 展开更多

HTTP-flooding attack disables the victimized web server by sending a large number of HTTP Get requests.Recent research tends to detect HTTP-flooding with the anomaly-based approaches,which detect the HTTP-flooding by modeling the behavior of normal web surfers.However,most of the existing anomaly-based detection approaches usually cannot filter the web-crawling traces from unknown searching bots mixed in normal web browsing logs.These web-crawling traces can bias the base-line profile of anomaly-based schemes in their training phase,and further degrade their detection performance.This paper proposes a novel web-crawling tracestolerated method to build baseline profile,and designs a new anomaly-based HTTP-flooding detection scheme(abbr.HTTP-sCAN).The simulation results show that HTTP-sCAN is immune to the interferences of unknown webcrawling traces,and can detect all HTTPflooding attacks. 展开更多

目的评估基于状态一致性(identity-by-state,IBS)算法预测个体间亲缘关系的准确性。方法采用Illumina GSA芯片对253份样本进行全基因组检测,基于高密度单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)数据计算两两个体间IBS共享统... 目的评估基于状态一致性(identity-by-state,IBS)算法预测个体间亲缘关系的准确性。方法采用Illumina GSA芯片对253份样本进行全基因组检测,基于高密度单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)数据计算两两个体间IBS共享统计量预测亲缘关系。通过不同条件参数筛选SNP,评估位点数对算法预测准确性的影响。结果1~4级亲缘关系预测准确率高达99%,预测误差在1级以内且无假阳性。SNP数量减少对预测准确率无显著影响,即使在较低密度的SNP标记中,该算法也能获得较高的准确率。结论IBS算法是法医系谱推断的有效方法,且对于微量降解的法医现场检材具有很好的应用价值。 展开更多
