The contractual relationship of the dairy supply chain played a vital role in the dairy industry for development. The contractual relationship between the main dairy farming body and the dairy processing enterprise, as well as the impact of this contractual relationship on their cooperation in dairy supply chain were studied. Taking 366 dairy farming bodies in Heilongjiang Province as the main research objects, Likert scale was used to measure the factors affecting the contractual relationship and applied these factors to the correlation construction of dairy farming body and processing enterprise. Then, confirmatory factor analysis was used to collect data and made the conclusion that once dairy farming body perceived the opportunistic behavior and lacking of cooperation, the trust of dairy processing enterprise would be lost. Additionally, the satisfaction of dairy farming body on partnership also had a positive effect on the level of trust and commitment, the relative dependence and the perception of the partnerships, which made it possible to analyze how to strengthen the contractual relationship and provide theoretical basis for dairy industry development in Heilongjiang Province.展开更多

The proposed mo...A quantum chain model of multiple molecule motors is proposed as a mathematical physics theory for the microscopic modeling of classical force-velocity relation and tension transients in muscle fibers. The proposed model was a quantum many-particle Hamiltonian to predict the force-velocity relation for the slow release of muscle fibers, which has not yet been empirically defined and was much more complicated than the hyperbolic relationships. Using the same Hamiltonian model, a mathematical force-velocity relationship was proposed to explain the tension observed when the muscle was stimulated with an alternative electric current. The discrepancy between input electric frequency and the muscle oscillation frequency could be explained physically by the Doppler effect in this quantum chain model. Further more, quantum physics phenomena were applied to explore the tension time course of cardiac muscle and insect flight muscle. Most of the experimental tension transient curves were found to correspond to the theoretical output of quantum two- and three-level models. Mathematical modeling electric stimulus as photons exciting a quantum three-level particle reproduced most of the tension transient curves of water bug Lethocerus maximus.展开更多

Single-chain antibodies are reconstructed for cancer-targeted therapy to provide good pen...The development of single-chain Fv antibody (scFv) by recombinant gene expression is an important milestone for cancer therapy. Single-chain antibodies are reconstructed for cancer-targeted therapy to provide good penetration into tumor tissue and to improve their pharmacokinetics in vivo, offering a clinically valuable application. The relationship needs to be analyzed that there may be some variations between the structure and function of the fusion proteins, and the relationship between the structure and function of protein molecules was obtained through analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad as well as modeling analysis. Through our analysis of the interaction region between antibody and antigen, and of the binding sites for molecular conformation, it is clear that existing antibodies need to be modified at the DNA sequence level, enhancing the biological activity of the antibodies. Based on the view that bio-molecular computer models are closely integrated with biological experiments, a bio-molecular structure-activity relationship model can be established in terms of molecular conformation, physical and chemical properties and the biological activity of single-chain antibodies. Two enlightenments are obtained from our analysis. On one hand, the structure-activity relationship is clear for new immune molecules at the gene expression level. On the other hand, a single-chain antibody molecule can be designed and optimized for the cancer-oriented treatment. In this article, we provided the theoretical and experimental basis for the development of single-chain antibodies appropriate for retinoblastoma therapy.展开更多
