The implementation of artificial intelligence(AI)in a smart society,in which the analysis of human habits is mandatory,requires automated data scheduling and analysis using smart applications,a smart infrastructure,sm...The implementation of artificial intelligence(AI)in a smart society,in which the analysis of human habits is mandatory,requires automated data scheduling and analysis using smart applications,a smart infrastructure,smart systems,and a smart network.In this context,which is characterized by a large gap between training and operative processes,a dedicated method is required to manage and extract the massive amount of data and the related information mining.The method presented in this work aims to reduce this gap with near-zero-failure advanced diagnostics(AD)for smart management,which is exploitable in any context of Society 5.0,thus reducing the risk factors at all management levels and ensuring quality and sustainability.We have also developed innovative applications for a humancentered management system to support scheduling in the maintenance of operative processes,for reducing training costs,for improving production yield,and for creating a human–machine cyberspace for smart infrastructure design.The results obtained in 12 international companies demonstrate a possible global standardization of operative processes,leading to the design of a near-zero-failure intelligent system that is able to learn and upgrade itself.Our new method provides guidance for selecting the new generation of intelligent manufacturing and smart systems in order to optimize human–machine interactions,with the related smart maintenance and education.展开更多

A series of ZnO/SiO_(2) adsorbents were prepared by a sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate,ethylene glycol(EG)and nitrates as precursors.The effect of gel drying temperature on the structure and desulfurizati...A series of ZnO/SiO_(2) adsorbents were prepared by a sol-gel method using tetraethyl orthosilicate,ethylene glycol(EG)and nitrates as precursors.The effect of gel drying temperature on the structure and desulfurization performance of the adsorbents were investigated in detail.It is found that the low drying temperature led to a weak interaction among EG,Si AOH/H_(2)O and the nitrates in the gel system,which caused the oxidation of EG by NO3-and formed zinc glyoxylate complex during the gel calcination process,whereas this oxidation process also occurred at a high drying temperature during the gel drying process.The formed zinc glyoxylate complex promoted the generation of monodentate carbonate on the surface of Zn O,which resulted in the inferior desulfurization performance of adsorbents despite they have smaller Zn O nanoparticles.The gel dried at 120°C formed the hydrogen bonds between EG and Si AOH/H_(2)O and a strong interaction between zinc oxo-clusters and NO3-was also found in the gel system,which avoided the oxidation of EG by NO3-during the preparation process and the Zn O nanoparticles with sizes of 6 nm were formed by a combustion method.The adsorbent affords a highest sulfur capacity of 104.9 mg·g^(-1) in this case.In addition,the gel drying temperature has a significant influence on the textural properties of the adsorbents except their surface area.展开更多

A split plot design was ...The objectives of this study were to evaluate growth, yield and nutrients removal of five cassava cultivars planted by different planting methods in late rainy season of northeastern Thailand. A split plot design was used in this study. The planting methods (vertical and horizontal) were assigned as main-plots. Cassava cultivars (Rayong-7, Rayong-11, Rayong-72, Huaybong-80 and E-dum) were assigned as sub-plots with four replications. Results showed that vertical planting gave significantly higher fresh storage root yield than those of horizontal planting, across five cassava cultivars. The cultivar Rayong-7 produced maximum fresh storage root yield across two planting methods, but not significantly different from Rayong 11, Huaybong 80 and Edum cultivars. Irrespective of nutrient removal, N, P and K removed ranges from 2.9 - 3.6, 0.8 - 1.3 and 5.3 - 7.9 kg per ton fresh root weight, respectively depending on cassava cultivar. The cultivar Rayong-7 removed the highest quantities of N, and the cultivar Rayong-11 removed maximum of P and K in the present study. Regardless of nutrient removal at different plant parts;N, P and K removed maximum quantities in leaf, stem and storage root, respectively. The growing importance of maintenance sector not only in Malaysia but al- so increasingly globalized, the difficulty in selecting an appropriate procurement method and lack of research in this area provide an impetus for this research. There were 19 procurement selection criteria identified. In addition, there were 4 types of procurements methods which include outsourcing by specialist term contract, outsourcing by tendered schedule term contract, out- sourcing by repair and maintenance contract and outsourcing by measured term contract identified to be the most popular procurement methods adapted by public universities currently and at the same time were considered most important. The decision making framework was developed based on AHP technique and principles. Expert Choice Software was employed as development tool where the criteria and alternatives were integrated into the framework. Finally, structured interview was conducted to validate the framework developed. The validation process was carried out through structured interview with selected public university.展开更多

The slip-sweep technique is one of the high-efficiency, high-fidelity, and environmental vibroseis seismic prospecting techniques which consists of a vibrator group sweeping without waiting for the previous group's s...The slip-sweep technique is one of the high-efficiency, high-fidelity, and environmental vibroseis seismic prospecting techniques which consists of a vibrator group sweeping without waiting for the previous group's sweep to terminate. The cycle time can be reduced drastically and hence the production efficiency can be increased significantly but harmonic distortion of one sweep will leak into the record of the other sweep. In this paper, we propose an anti-correlation method for removing harmonic distortion in vibroseis data. This method is based on decomposition of the ground force signal into fundamental and harmonic components. Then the corresponding anti-correlation operator can be computed to estimate the energy of each harmonic after correlating the vibroseis data with the corresponding harmonic component. Finally, the vibroseis harmonic noise to be removed can be obtained by subtracting the extracted harmonic noise from the traces of the previous group's sweep. The advantage of the proposed method is that it can process both uncorrelated and correlated vibroseis seismic data. Moreover, the algorithm is simple, stable, and computationally fast. Especially, the significant contribution of this method is a considerable reduction in the harmonic without any alteration of the desired signals. The method was tested on both synthetic and field data sets to validate the good harmonic noise suppression results.展开更多

The crystal phases of spe...Platy potassium magnesium titanate (K0.8Mg0.4Ti1.6O4, KMTO) was synthesized by a flux method. The potential application of KMTO in removing copper ions from water pollutants was investigated. The crystal phases of specimens were identified by XRD. The morphology and structural information were characterized by SEM and TEM. The adsorption behavior under different conditions was investigated, including different pH values and different initial copper ion concentrations. The results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of Cu(II) ions is 290.697 mg/g, and almost 99.9% of Cu(II) ions can be removed, which is much higher than that of other sorbents reported. The kinetics of KMTO for the adsorption of Cu(II)ions was studied and the best fit can be obtained by the pseudo-second-order model. Adsorption isothermal data can be well interpreted by the Freundlich equation (R2=0.991). In conclusion, this study highlights that KMTO is a potential material for the efficient removal of heavy metal ions in polluted water. It also opens up a new opportunity for the applications of platy KMTO.展开更多

Combined with a concrete example of generators in nuclear power plant,a description of maintenance decision method was proposed in the application of complex equipment. The method based on the discretization of the amended BIE is called the amended influence matrix method. With this method, for the Neumann boundary value problem (BVP) of an interior region, a unique solution for the displacement can be obtained. A test method was developed to better evaluate the cleaning performance of protease in Chinese automatic dishwashing detergent(ADD)and differentiate the washing performance of different ADD formulations on protein sta...A test method was developed to better evaluate the cleaning performance of protease in Chinese automatic dishwashing detergent(ADD)and differentiate the washing performance of different ADD formulations on protein stains.Steamed egg stain,which was a Chinese-consumers-relevant soil,was used as monitor.The response curves of the stain to different amounts of protease were measured under laboratory conditions,and the stain removal ability of commercially available ADDs was tested with this method.The results showed that the soil removal rate of ADD without protease was less than 10%,and the soil removal rate increased with the increase of protease dosage in the range of 0~2.0%.Steamed egg stain had a good response to protease,and it could effectively distinguish the cleaning performance of commercial ADDs.The test method could be used in the development,screening and evaluation of ADD formulations.展开更多

文摘For the purpose of providing references for further research and practical application about the quality improvement of RCA,in this paper,various treatment methods were firstly classified into four categories:removing old mortar (OM),strengthening OM,multi-stage mixing methods,and combination methods.Thereafter,the improvement mechanisms and important conclusions of various treatment methods were elucidated and summarised respectively.In the section of discussion,the improved effects as well as advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods were compared and discussed respectively,and recommendations for the selection of treatment methods were proposed.Finally,the further research directions were pointed out,and an integrative programme on the quality improvement of RCA was recommended.
文摘The Sierra Norte de Puebla, Mexico, has a record of hundreds of mass removal processes triggered by rainfall, where the intensity and duration of the rain are the main mechanisms. In order to determine threshold values for precipitation as a cause of a landslide, the prior, marginal and conditional probabilities were calculated. A Bayesian method was used for one-dimensional (precipitation intensity) and two-dimensional (precipitation intensity and duration) analysis. This suggested a high probability of mass movement when the precipitation exceeds 60 mm within ten days. A proposed warning system is based on classes in which the threshold is exceeded.

文摘With the development of the monitoring technology,it is more and more common that the system is continuously monitored.Therefore,the research on the maintenance optimization of the continuously monitored deterioration system is important.The deterioration process of the discussed system is described by a Gamma process.The predictive maintenance is considered to be imperfect and formulated.The expected interval of two continuous preventive maintenances is derived.Then,the maintenance optimization model of the continuously monitored deterioration system is presented.In the model,the minimization of the expected operational cost per unit time and the maximization of the system availability are the optimization objectives.The improved ideal point method with the normalized objective functions is employed to solve the proposed model.The validity and sensitivity of the proposed multiobjective maintenance optimization model are analyzed by a numerical example.
文摘The determination of maintenance mode of complex equipment in nuclear power plant is an essential work for reliability analysis and maintenance decision. Currently, the main decision method of maintenance mode is reliability centered maintenance( RCM) logic decision-making process, but the process is a qualitative analysis process. Based on a comprehensive analysis of factors affecting equipment reliability and maintenance work, it adopts a fuzzy synthesis decision method to establish a maintenance decision model,which uses the maximum subordination principle and expert assessment method to determine the maintenance mode of complex equipment. Combined with a concrete example of generators in nuclear power plant,a description of maintenance decision method was proposed in the application of complex equipment. The research shows that the method is feasible and reliable.

文摘A series of high oil-absorption resins with low cross-linking degree were synthesized by suspension polymerization using stearyl methacrylate(SMA),2-Ethylhexyl methacrylate(EHMA),and styrene(St)as monomers.Response surface methodology(RSM)with central composite design(CCD)was also applied to determine the optimal parameters that are mainly known to affect their synthesis.Thus,the effects of the monomer mass ratio(EHMA:SMA),the rigid monomer(St)dosage,the porous agent(acetone)dosage,and their pairwise interaction on the resin's oil-absorption capacity were analyzed,highlighting PSES-R_(2) as the resin with the optimum performance.The pure oil-absorption rates of PSES-R_(2) for gasoline,diesel,and kerosene were 11.19 g·g^(-1),16.25 g·g^(-1),and 14.84 g·g^(-1),respectively,while the oil removal rates from oily wastewater were 98.82%,65.11%,and 99.63%,respectively.
文摘A conventional complex variable boundary integral equation (CVBIE) in plane elasticity is provided. After using the Somigliana identity between a particular fundamental stress field and a physical stress field, an additional integral equality is obtained. By adding both sides of this integral equality to both sides of the conventional CVBIE, the amended boundary integral equation (BIE) is obtained. The method based on the discretization of the amended BIE is called the amended influence matrix method. With this method, for the Neumann boundary value problem (BVP) of an interior region, a unique solution for the displacement can be obtained. Several numerical examples are provided to prove the efficiency of the suggested method.
文摘A test method was developed to better evaluate the cleaning performance of protease in Chinese automatic dishwashing detergent(ADD)and differentiate the washing performance of different ADD formulations on protein stains.Steamed egg stain,which was a Chinese-consumers-relevant soil,was used as monitor.The response curves of the stain to different amounts of protease were measured under laboratory conditions,and the stain removal ability of commercially available ADDs was tested with this method.The results showed that the soil removal rate of ADD without protease was less than 10%,and the soil removal rate increased with the increase of protease dosage in the range of 0~2.0%.Steamed egg stain had a good response to protease,and it could effectively distinguish the cleaning performance of commercial ADDs.The test method could be used in the development,screening and evaluation of ADD formulations.
文摘According to the original works of an ancient Chinese medicine book"Treatise on Spleen and Stomach"(Detailed Analysis of Spleen and Stomach Diseases;1249 C.E.)written by Li Dongyuan(1180-1251 C.E),and related explanations of later physicians,the efficacy and application of Ginseng(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)in related prescriptions were investigated from the aspects of dosage,usage and treatment methods.Ginseng appeared in 27 named prescriptions,including 20 decoctions,4 pill and 3 powder.In terms of dosage and usage,the common dosage of Ginseng is five points,mainly decoction.Most of the processing methods are"Fuju"(Bite up the medicine with your mouth so it can be taken.)and decoction with water.In terms of treatment methods,Ginseng is used in the sweet temperature and heat removing method and Nourishes Qi and Eliminates Evils Method(build your body to cure disease)in Li Dongyuan's"Treatise on Spleen and Stomach".Explaining Sweet Temperature Heat Removal Method(Use sweet and warm medicines to treat Qi-deficiency fever or Blood-deficiency fever;there are many reasons for fever,and cold and cooling medicines with heat-clearing effect are generally used for treatment.Use bitter cold medicine,so as not to consume the body's Yang.)takes Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(BYD)as an example,and explaining the Nourishes Qi and Eliminates Evils Method takes Mahuang-renshen-shaoyao decoction as an example.At the same time,"Treatise on Spleen and Stomach"matured in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties(1115-1368 C.E.).Its system of weights and measures,terminology and medical theory are quite different from those of modern Chinese medicine.Therefore,when researching the dosage,usage and treatment methods of Ginseng,we will explore the controversial points,and explain them by using modern Chinese medicine theory,so as to guide the clinical medication more accurately.

文摘[Objective] The research aimed at optimizing protein removal method and condition of polysaccharide extracts from Phellinus Linteus and comparing the effects of two methods on protein removal.[Method] Free proteins in polysaccharide from Phellinus Linteus were removed using Sevag method and TCA method.[Result] The TCA method was better than Sevag method,and the optimum protein removal condition was treated with 5% TCA for 30 min and for three times,under that condition,the protein removal rate attained 82% while the polysaccharide loss rate was only 10.8%.[Conclusion] The TCA method was a better way to remove proteins of polysaccharide from Phellinus Linteus.
文摘In this paper, a research was made on the treatment of distillation ammonia wastewater from Tai'an Coke-Plant by SBR(sequencing batch reactors). The feasibility and cost effectiveness was tested. Performance of SBR process treating organic substance and ammonia was presented for different operating pattern and aeration time. The mechanism of the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification from coke plant were analysed on SBR process.
