Influence of Various Earth-Retaining Walls on the Dynamic Response Comparison Based on 3D Modeling

The present work aims to assess earthquake-induced earth-retaining(ER)wall displacement.This study is on the dynamics analysis of various earth-retaining wall designs in hollow precast concrete panels,reinforcement concrete facing panels,and gravity-type earth-retaining walls.The finite element(FE)simulations utilized a 3D plane strain condition to model full-scale ER walls and numerous nonlinear dynamics analyses.The seismic performance of differentmodels,which includes reinforcement concrete panels and gravity-type and hollowprecast concrete ER walls,was simulated and examined using the FE approach.It also displays comparative studies such as stress distribution,deflection of the wall,acceleration across the wall height,lateral wall displacement,lateral wall pressure,and backfill plastic strain.Three components of the created ER walls were found throughout this research procedure.One is a granular reinforcement backfill,while the other is a wall-facing panel and base foundation.The dynamic response effects of varied earth-retaining walls have also been studied.It was discovered that the facing panel of the model significantly impacts the earthquake-induced displacement of ER walls.The proposed analytical model’s validity has been evaluated and compared with the reinforcement concrete facing panels,gravity-type ER wall,scientifically available data,and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials(AASHTO)guidelines results based on FE simulation.The results of the observations indicate that the hollow prefabricated concrete ER wall is the most feasible option due to its lower displacement and high-stress distribution compared to the two types.The methodology and results of this study establish standards for future analogous investigations and professionals,particularly in light of the increasing computational capabilities of desktop computers. 展开更多

It is of great significance to systematically analyze the cultivated land system resilience(CLSR) for the black soil protection and national food security.The CLSR is impacted by planting structure adjustment and cultivated land quality decline,posing major hidden dangers to food security.It is urgent to evaluate the CLSR at multiple spatio-temporal scales.This study took Liaoning Province in the black soil region of Northeast China as an example.Based on the resilience theory,this study constructed the CLSR evaluation system from the input-feedback perspective at the provincial-scale and the city-scale,and used the rank-sum ratio comprehensive evaluation method(RSR) to analyze the key influencing factors of CLSR in Liaoning Province and its 14 cities from 2000 to 2019.The results showed that:1) the time series changes of CLSR at the provincial-scale and the city-scale in Liaoning Province were similar,both showing an increasing trend.2) The CLSR in Liaoning Province presented a spatial pattern of ‘high in the west and low in the east’ at the city-scale.3) There were seven and six main influencing factors of CLSR at the provincial-scale and the city-scale,respectively.In addition to the net income per capita of rural households,other influencing factors of CLSR were different at the provincial-scale and the city-scale.The feedback factors were dominant at the provincial-scale,and the input factors and feedback factors were dominant at the city-scale.The results could provide a reference for the utilization of black soil and draw on the experience of regional agricultural planning and adjustment. 展开更多

Regional Geochemical Characteristics and Influence Factors of Soil Elements in the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, China 被引量:2

Soil heavy metal pollution is one of the main environmental problems in Pearl River Delta Economic?Zone of China. Based on multi-purpose regional geochemical survey, regional eco-geochemical assessment, local eco-geochemical assessment and comprehensive appraisal, the eco-geochemical survey and assessment in Pearl River Delta Economic Zone of 41,698 km2?were completed. Samples from soils were collected in accordance with the two-layer grid method. Totally 54 elements and indicators for soils were determined. Compared to deep soils, the sampled surface soils are enriched in OrgC, N, P, Cd, S,Hg, Ag, B, Au, S and poor with As, Ni, I, Co, Cr, V, MgO, Sc, Al2O3, Fe2O3?etc. The characteristics of geochemical reference value of element in soil that inherited soil parent material and regional elements combined features reflected that the elements enriched in the soil was interrelated with acid rock, sandstone and shale. The spatial distribution characteristics of element regional geochemistry were conditional by regional environmental geological conditions,and effected by human activities. The Pearl River Delta plain is a typical geochemical landscape area with regional anomaly of multiple-elements. The north, western and eastern parts of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone are quite different in geochemical features due to regional geological background, soil parent materials, geomorphic characteristics and human activities. Environment quality evaluation results show that the grade I and grade II soil accounted for 19.9% and 57.3% of the total area. Many samples that widely distributed in the economic developed of Pearl River Delta Plain area reached the third-grade of national soil environment standard. The soil enriched in Cd, Hg, As, and the area ratio accounting for 22.8% of the total area. It is mainly controlled by the geochemical background, the Pearl River Delta formation evolution process, especially the marine transgression process lead to Cd, Cu, Zn and Pb enrichment in Pearl River Delta plain. At the same time, under the influence of higher pressure of human activities, all kinds of exogenous input material carrying heavy metal pollutants on soil environmental quality also could not to ignore. 展开更多

All RE elements increase the specific resistivity (ρ) and decrease the resistance temperature coefficient (α) of Pd. and (ρ.α) Pd-RE ls equal to (ρ· α)Pd.The RE elements before Gd reduce the thermo-emf of Pd on Cu. other heavy RE enhance the thermo-emf.The experimental data of normalized Pd-0.1 at.-%RE alloys indicate that the effect of light RE additives on the specific resistivity of Pd is larger than that of heavy RE and Ce. Eu and Yb show anomalous strong effect. The valence and atomic size are main factors influencing the electrical properties. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the influence of physical exercise,psychological resilience,and peer influence on subjective well-being,and then build a model of moderated mediation.Methods:Physical Activity Rating,Connor Davision Resilience Scale,Peer Influence Scale,and Index of Well-Being were used.This paper investigated 790 undergraduates.Results:(1)Physical exercise has a significant positive predictive effect on subjective well-being(β=0.43,P<0.001);(2)Psychological resilience plays a part in mediating the relationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being.The mediating effect value is 0.18;(3)The relationship between physical exercise and psychological resilience moderated by the peer influence.Compared with the low peer influence(β simple=0.01,t=0.06,P>0.05),physical exercise has a stronger positive predictive effect on psychological resilience in college students with high peer influence(β simple=0.87,t=2.07,P<0.05).Conclusion:Physical exercise affects college students'subjective well-being through psychological resilience,and peer influence moderates the mediating effect of psychological resilience. 展开更多

Background:Currently,building resilience in nurses is recognized as an important factor that helps maintain their health and stay in their profession;thus,identifying which factors can help them build resilience is necessary.Methods:A cross-sectional survey design was used,and 1356 nurses from 11 general hospitals in Guangzhou,China,were assessed using the Chinese version of the Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale,the General Self-Efficacy Scale,the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and the Job Stress Scale of Chinese nurses.The demographic characteristics of participants were also gathered.Results:The mean total score of nurses' resilience is 59.99 (SD 13.59),which was significantly lower (P < 0.001) than that of the general people in China.The regression analysis affirmed that the factors which influence the resilience of nurses include self-efficacy,coping style,job stress,and education level (R2 =49.4%,P < 0.001).Conclusion:Nurses had low resilience.They could not effectively cope with job challenges and recover from adversity.Strengthening self-efficacy,choosing active coping,decreasing job stress,and enhancing educational training can effectively improve their resilience. 展开更多

It is shown by numerical examples that Model B-I and the formula for the generalized distributive loads advanced in this paper are featured by high accuracy, low memory space and flexibility in practical application, and that they are especially effective for plate structures subject to moving loads, such as the two-dimensional continuous plates of highway bridges and the flat stabs in piled jetty engineering. 展开更多

The given work studies the reason of the change of a superfluous current near crystallization temperature of an amorphous αPbSb metal alloy and at the same time founds out the influence of ultrasonic processing (USP) on the properties of αPbSb-nSi solar elements (SE), made by Shottki diodes technology (ShD) with a metal alloy. It is found that occurrence of a superfluous current αPbSb-nSi ShD under the influence of thermoannealing is connected with changes of structure of an amorphous film of metal at transition in a polycrystalline condition. VAC damaged αPbSb-nSi Sh Dare very sensitive to annealing time. Eventually, even at room temperature, level of a superfluous current decreases, i.e. “the wound” put by mechanical damage sort of heals, restoration process occurs the faster, the higher the annealing temperature is. Function of γt annealing parameters changes in an interval and the influence USP on photo-electric properties αPbSb-nSi SE depends on the chosen UIT mode. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Evaluating the psychological resilience of lung cancer(LC)patients helps understand their mental state and guides future treatment.However,there is limited research on the psychological resilience of LC patients with bone me-tastases.AIM To explore the psychological resilience of LC patients with bone metastases and identify factors that may influence psychological resilience.METHODS LC patients with bone metastases who met the inclusion criteria were screened from those admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University.The psychological scores of the enrolled patients were collected.They were then grouped based on the mean psychological score:Those with scores lower than the mean value were placed in the low-score group and those with scores equal to or greater than the mean value was placed in the high-score group.The baseline data(age,gender,education level,marital status,residence,monthly income,and religious beliefs),along with self-efficacy and medical coping mode scores,were compared.RESULTS This study included 142 LC patients with bone metastases admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023,with an average psychological resilience score of 63.24±9.96 points.After grouping,the low-score group consisted of 69 patients,including 42 males and 27 females,with an average age of 67.38±9.55 years.The high-score group consisted of 73 patients,including 49 males and 24 females,with a mean age of 61.97±5.00 years.χ2 analysis revealed significant differences between the two groups in education level(χ2=6.604,P=0.037),residence(χ2=12.950,P=0.002),monthly income(χ2=9.375,P=0.009),and medical coping modes(χ2=19.150,P=0.000).Independent sample t-test showed that the high-score group had significantly higher self-efficacy scores(t=3.383,P=0.001)and lower age than the low-score group(t=4.256,P<0.001).Furthermore,multivariate logistic regression hazard analysis confirmed that self-efficacy is an independent protective factor for psychological resilience[odds ratio(OR)=0.926,P=0.035,95%confidence interval(CI):0.862-0.995],while age(OR=1.099,P=0.003,95%CI:1.034-1.169)and medical coping modes(avoidance vs confrontation:OR=3.767,P=0.012,95%CI:1.342-10.570;resignation vs confrontation:OR=5.687,P=0.001,95%CI:1.974-16.385)were identified as independent risk factors.A predictive model based on self-efficacy,age,and medical coping modes was developed.The receiver operating characteristic analysis showed an area under the curve value of 0.778(95%CI:0.701-0.856,P<0.001),indicating that the model has good predictive performance.CONCLUSION LC patients with bone metastases are less psychologically resilient than the general population.Factors such as self-efficacy,age,and medical coping modes influence their psychological resilience.Patients with low self-efficacy,old age,and avoidance/resignation coping modes should be closely observed. 展开更多

目的:家庭抗逆力能帮助早产儿家庭应对困难和逆境,可促进家庭成员之间的联系和支持以及个人心理健康的提升。本文调查新生儿重症监护病房(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU)出院早产儿家庭抗逆力的现状及影响因素,为日后干预方案的制... 目的:家庭抗逆力能帮助早产儿家庭应对困难和逆境,可促进家庭成员之间的联系和支持以及个人心理健康的提升。本文调查新生儿重症监护病房(Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,NICU)出院早产儿家庭抗逆力的现状及影响因素,为日后干预方案的制订提供参考依据。方法:通过方便抽样的方法,选取2022年11月至2023年1月收治于同济大学附属妇产科医院NICU治愈出院的192例早产儿及192例早产儿父母中的主要照护者为研究对象,基于生态系统理论应用中文版家庭抗逆力量表简化版(shortened Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment Scale,FRAS-C)、简易应对行为问卷(SimplifiedCopingStyleQuestionnaire,SCSQ)、Zarit照顾负担量表(ZaritCaregiver Burden Interview,ZBI)、中文版育儿胜任感量表(Chinese Version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scales,CV-PSOC)、家庭关怀度测评量表(Family Concern Index Questionnaire,APGAR)和社会支持评定量表(the Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS)对其进行调查。结果:NICU出院早产儿家庭抗逆力总评分为96.87±6.20,应对方式、育儿效能、家庭关怀度和社会支持均是其主要的影响因素(均P<0.05),可解释其89.6%的变异度。结论:NICU出院早产儿家庭抗逆力尚需提高,受到生态系统中各系统层面因素的共同作用,微系统层面对家庭抗逆力的预测作用最强,其中应对方式是关键因素,提示医务工作者应在早产儿从NICU到家庭过渡阶段有意识地引导早产儿家庭采取积极的应对方式,以提高NICU出院早产儿家庭的抗逆力水平。 展开更多

城市生态韧性为城市应对长期发展积累的内在压力,以及外界不确定性风险的冲击提供了新思路,对城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。基于城市生态学视角,从生态韧性的抵御力、恢复力及适应力三个方面特性,构建基于“潜力⁃弹性⁃稳定性”的生态... 城市生态韧性为城市应对长期发展积累的内在压力,以及外界不确定性风险的冲击提供了新思路,对城市的可持续发展具有重要意义。基于城市生态学视角,从生态韧性的抵御力、恢复力及适应力三个方面特性,构建基于“潜力⁃弹性⁃稳定性”的生态韧性评价模型,分析了1990—2020年温州市生态韧性时空变化特征,并运用时空地理加权回归模型(GTWR),探究了生态韧性影响因素的时空异质性。结果表明:(1)1990—2020年,温州城市生态韧性指数总体呈现先上升后下降的趋势,潜力、弹性、稳定性呈现出相似的变化趋势,研究后期稳定性的提升使生态韧性的下降得到短暂缓解。(2)温州市东部沿海地区生态韧性较差,西部与北部山地生态韧性较好;低韧性水平区呈现出区域中心韧性水平降低,并且向外围扩张的趋势。(3)温州市城市生态韧性影响因素之间存在显著的时空差异,空间上也存在波动方向与强度的差异,这种差异性集中分布于城市边缘县(区)。研究以期为温州市及沿海同等级城市,提升城市生态韧性、促进区域可持续发展决策提供参考。 展开更多

老年脑卒中患者衰弱的影响因素研究

目的调查老年脑卒中患者衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2022年1月至2023年2月在桂林医学院附属医院就诊的133例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、衰弱量表、正性负性情绪量表、心理弹性量表对患者进行问... 目的调查老年脑卒中患者衰弱现状及其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2022年1月至2023年2月在桂林医学院附属医院就诊的133例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、衰弱量表、正性负性情绪量表、心理弹性量表对患者进行问卷调查,比较不同临床特征患者的衰弱情况,分析老年脑卒中患者衰弱的影响因素。结果133名老年脑卒中患者中,有54名(40.7%)患者为衰弱前期,57名(42.8%)患者为衰弱。多因素logistic分析显示,正性情绪、心理弹性、已婚状态、子女数量3人是老年脑卒中患者衰弱的保护性因素,负性情绪、卒中发病3次是老年脑卒中患者衰弱的危险性因素(P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中患者衰弱患病率较高,且受多种因素影响。医务人员应加强对患者社会人口学资料、疾病相关资料的采集与评估,以便做到早发现、早识别,及时实施临床干预措施。 展开更多

目的:追踪全膝关节置换术后病人心理弹性的动态变化,并探究轨迹的相关影响因素。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年2月青岛市某三级甲等医院关节外科接受全膝关节置换术的病人为研究对象,在病人入院当天、术后3 d、术后2周拆线当日、术后1个... 目的:追踪全膝关节置换术后病人心理弹性的动态变化,并探究轨迹的相关影响因素。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年2月青岛市某三级甲等医院关节外科接受全膝关节置换术的病人为研究对象,在病人入院当天、术后3 d、术后2周拆线当日、术后1个月复诊当日、术后3个月复诊时调查病人的心理弹性水平,使用组基轨迹模型识别心理弹性变化轨迹及轨迹类别,采用多元Logistic回归分析不同轨迹的影响因素。结果:经模型拟合,最后得出4条不同的心理弹性轨迹,分别为低心理弹性平稳组、中心理弹性平稳组、低心理弹性下降组、高心理弹性上升组。多元Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度、领悟社会支持、正负性情绪为全膝关节置换术病人心理弹性轨迹的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:全膝关节置换术病人心理弹性存在4个异质性轨迹亚组,且随时间而发生变化,但大多数病人在术后可以保持平稳水平。文化程度、领悟社会支持、正负性情绪为病人心理弹性的影响因素。 展开更多

目的:探讨前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)术后病人恐动症发生的影响因素,并进行路径分析。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取2021年8月—2022年11月入住山西省某三级甲等医院运动医学科拟行ACLR的255例病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负... 目的:探讨前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)术后病人恐动症发生的影响因素,并进行路径分析。方法:采用目的抽样法,选取2021年8月—2022年11月入住山西省某三级甲等医院运动医学科拟行ACLR的255例病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表、Lysholm膝关节评分、疼痛灾难化量表、Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表、恐动症Tampa评分量表对病人进行调查。结果:255例ACLR术后病人恐动症Tampa评分量表得分为(43.25±9.89)分,恐动症发生率为65.9%。伤后手术时机、自我感受负担、心理弹性及疼痛灾难化为ACLR术后病人恐动症发生的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。路径分析结果显示,疼痛灾难化与自我感受负担不仅对恐动症产生直接影响,而且还通过心理弹性对恐动症产生间接影响。结论:ACLR术后病人恐动症发生率较高,医务人员应关注ACLR术后病人的心理状态,采取针对性的干预措施和健康教育方案提高病人心理弹性水平,降低恐动症发生率。 展开更多

目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中病人心理韧性的潜在剖面特征,并分析不同剖面病人的特征差异。方法:采用便利抽样法于2023年3月—7月选取天津市某三级甲等神经专科医院门诊就诊的缺血性脑卒中病人作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、心理韧性... 目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中病人心理韧性的潜在剖面特征,并分析不同剖面病人的特征差异。方法:采用便利抽样法于2023年3月—7月选取天津市某三级甲等神经专科医院门诊就诊的缺血性脑卒中病人作为调查对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、心理韧性量表、脑卒中病人自我效能量表和领悟社会支持量表进行问卷调查。对调查对象的心理韧性特征进行潜在剖面分析,并采用单因素分析和有序多分类Logistic回归分析不同剖面的影响因素。结果:233例缺血性脑卒中病人的心理韧性特征分为3个潜在剖面,分别是低水平心理韧性组(17.60%)、中等水平心理韧性组(36.91%)和高水平心理韧性组(45.49%)。有序多分类Logistic回归分析结果显示,自我效能(OR=1.094,P<0.001)、领悟社会支持(OR=1.130,P<0.001)、小学及以下学历(OR=0.399,P=0.039)和存在多重用药(OR=0.358,P=0.037)是心理韧性潜在剖面的影响因素。结论:缺血性脑卒中病人心理韧性有明显的分类特征,临床工作者可以根据不同类别的人群特征和影响因素,给予个体化干预,以提升病人的心理韧性水平。 展开更多

目的探讨植入式心电事件记录仪患者的心理弹性现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年6月至12月在北京友谊医院门诊复诊的20例植入式心电事件记录仪患者作为调查对象,采用便利抽样法,运用心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能... 目的探讨植入式心电事件记录仪患者的心理弹性现状并分析其影响因素。方法选取2022年6月至12月在北京友谊医院门诊复诊的20例植入式心电事件记录仪患者作为调查对象,采用便利抽样法,运用心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、一般自我效能感量表测量患者心理弹性、社会支持及自我效能,并探究其相关性。结果20例植入式心电事件记录仪患者心理弹性、社会支持和自我效能的平均得分分别为(70.6±18.73)、(36.65±6.60)、(26.95±6.79)分。单因素分析结果显示:不同婚姻状态的植入ICM患者心理弹性水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同婚姻状态的植入ICM患者社会支持水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同文化程度和婚姻状态的植入ICM患者自我效能水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果表明,自我效能得分与社会支持得分均与心理弹性各维度得分之间均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多元线性回归结果显示,社会支持是植入式心电事件记录仪患者心理弹性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论植入式心电事件记录仪患者心理弹性水平处于中等水平,且社会支持程度高患者心理弹性水平越高。 展开更多
