YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings with different Ni:Al mole ratios were deposited on superalloy Inconel 600 by electrophoretic deposition(EPD) technique, followed by sintering in CH_4 atmosphere at 1 100 ℃for 2 h ...YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings with different Ni:Al mole ratios were deposited on superalloy Inconel 600 by electrophoretic deposition(EPD) technique, followed by sintering in CH_4 atmosphere at 1 100 ℃for 2 h and isothermally oxidation at 1000 ℃ for 50 h. After sintering at 1100 ℃ for 2 h in CH_4 atmosphere, besides ZrC and t-ZrO_2 phases, the phase constitutes of Ni:Al mole ratios with 1:3, 1:2, and 1:1 were(Zr, Al)C, AlNi_3 and Ni phases, respectively. A remarkable difference in the oxidation behaviors of YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings with different Ni:Al mole ratios was observed. For YSZ(Ni:Al=1:3) coated sample, oxidation at 1000 ℃ causes decomposition of the(Zr,Al)C solid solution to metallic Al, and then most of the Al is oxidized to Al_2O_3. For the YSZ(Ni:Al=1:2) coated sample, oxidation at 1000 ℃ mainly causes decomposition of the AlNi_3 phase. For YSZ(Ni:Al=1:1) coated sample, after oxidation at 1000 ℃, most of the Ni is oxidized to Ni O phase, and tolerated 50 h of oxidation and finally cracked and spalled from the specimen. YSZ(Ni:Al=1:3) and YSZ(Ni:Al=1:2) coated samples show superior oxidation resistance than that of YSZ coating. The different oxidation resistance mechanisms of YSZ/(Ni, Al) composite coatings sintered in CH_4 atmosphere were discussed.展开更多
[Objective]It is revealed whether the similar maize transcriptional activator in CBF1 gene is regulatory cold resistance gene to lay the foundation for breeding new transgenic Forage Maize Varieties with high cold res...[Objective]It is revealed whether the similar maize transcriptional activator in CBF1 gene is regulatory cold resistance gene to lay the foundation for breeding new transgenic Forage Maize Varieties with high cold resistance ability.[Methods]In the present paper,the transcriptional factor gene CBF1 was Successfully cloned by PCR from the leaves of Arabidopsis.The sequence was preliminarily analyzed and plant expression vector was constructed.Then with agrobacterium-mediated transgene technique,CBF1 gene was introduced into maize SAUMZ1.[Results]PCR assay revealed that the CBF1 gene was integrated in the maize grass SAUMZ1 genome.Under different low temperature treatment,the relative electrolyte leakage percentage of transgenic plant was lower than Control.[Conclusion] The results showed that the cold-resistance of maize grass SAUMZ1 enhanced after transforming CBF1 gene.展开更多
In order to investigate the ion irradiation effect on the corrosion behavior and microstructure of Zircaloy-4, the Zircaloy-4 film were prepared by electron beam deposition on the Zircaloy-4 specimen surface and irra...In order to investigate the ion irradiation effect on the corrosion behavior and microstructure of Zircaloy-4, the Zircaloy-4 film were prepared by electron beam deposition on the Zircaloy-4 specimen surface and irradiated by Kr ions using an accelerator at an energy of 300 keV with the dose from 1×1015 to 3×1016ions/cm2. The post-irradiation corrosion tests were conducted to rank the corrosion resistance of the resulting specimens by potentiodynamic polarization curve measurements in a 0.5 mol/L H2SO4 water so- lution at room temperature. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was employed to examine the microstructural change in the surface. The potentiodynamic tests show that with the irradiation dose increasing, the passive current density, closely related to the surface corrosion resistance, decreases firstly and increases subsequently. The mechanism of the corrosion behavior transformation is due to the amorphous phase formation firstly and the amorphous phase destruction and the polycrystalline structure formation in the irradiated surface subsequently.展开更多

The log-polar mapping (LPM) is used to resist rotation and scaling attacks, and the odd-even quantization algorithm is used to embed watermark so it can be extracted without the original host image. The experiments show that the proposed algorithm not only resists various geomet- ric attacks but also is robust enough to the common signal processing.展开更多
