The results show that the degree for coupling coordination of the technological innovation for each alternative industry differentiates with the development of coal resource cities. For example, the average degree of food processing industry from agricultural produce is 0.9. Results show that the employment absorption of sugar industry in Chongzuo City is stable and upward slightly, and it shows strong employment effect; the sugar industry in Chongzuo is not only competitive, but also has a great share of market in employment, so it owns strong absorption of employment. Since the implementation of several pilot production tests were in natural gas hydrate(NGH) reservoirs in terrestrial and marine settings, the study of NGH has entered a new stage of technological development for indu...Since the implementation of several pilot production tests were in natural gas hydrate(NGH) reservoirs in terrestrial and marine settings, the study of NGH has entered a new stage of technological development for industrial exploitation. Prior to the industrial exploitation of any given NGH reservoir, the economic feasibility should be examined. The first step of economic evaluation of a NGH reservoir is to know whether its resource amount meets the requirement for industrial exploitation. Unfortunately, few relevant studies have been conducted in this regard. In this study, the net present value(NPV) method is employed to estimate the economic critical resources required for the industrial exploitation of NGHs under different production scenarios. Sensitivity analysis is also performed in order to specify the effects of key factors, such as the number of production wells, gas price, technological improvement and tax incentive, on the economic critical resources. The results indicate that China requires the lowest economic critical resource for a NGH reservoir to be industrially exploited, ranging from 3.62 to 24.02 billion m3 methane. Changes in gas price and tax incentives also play significant roles in affecting the threshold and timeline for the industrial exploitation of NGH.展开更多

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology has recently been widely integrated into multi-access edge computing (MEC) to support task offloading in industrial wireless networks (IWNs) with limited radio resource...Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology has recently been widely integrated into multi-access edge computing (MEC) to support task offloading in industrial wireless networks (IWNs) with limited radio resources. This paper minimizes the system overhead regarding task processing delay and energy consumption for the IWN with hybrid NOMA and orthogonal multiple access (OMA) schemes. Specifically, we formulate the system overhead minimization (SOM) problem by considering the limited computation and communication resources and NOMA efficiency. To solve the complex mixed-integer nonconvex problem, we combine the multi-agent twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient (MATD3) and convex optimization, namely MATD3-CO, for iterative optimization. Specifically, we first decouple SOM into two sub-problems, i.e., joint sub-channel allocation and task offloading sub-problem, and computation resource allocation sub-problem. Then, we propose MATD3 to optimize the sub-channel allocation and task offloading ratio, and employ the convex optimization to allocate the computation resource with a closed-form expression derived by the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions. The solution is obtained by iteratively solving these two sub-problems. The experimental results indicate that the MATD3-CO scheme, when compared to the benchmark schemes, significantly decreases system overhead with respect to both delay and energy consumption.展开更多

The only viable option for humans to end their resource and environmental predicament is to resolutely and efficiently push forward industrialization. At present, China’s industrial development is still at a stage of severe resource and environmental deterioration. The fact that industrial production activity is becoming cleaner does not mean that industrial production has reached the satisfactory level of resource conservation and environmental protection. On the contrary, as China is still at the intermediate stage of industrialization, it is imperative to go ahead with massive resource consumption amid heavy industrial development. China’s industrial production has led to severe resource waste and environmental pollution. Therefore, strengthening resource and environmental regulation and enhancing regulatory effectiveness are still a very important, though tough, issue for China to address in its industrialization process at the present time. The fundamental objectives of government regulation of resources and the environment are: i) to realize the viable objective of resource conservation and environmental protection; and ii) to maintain an effective order of fair competition. An effective and feasible way toward resource and environmental regulation is to realize the resource conservation and environmental protection policy objectives and help improve the long-term industrial and corporate competitiveness, with a special emphasis on boosting the international competitiveness of China’s industry under the rule of fair competition. A spatial autocorrelation model, the center of ...This paper examines spatio-temporal characteristics of an oasis economy and its relationship with water and mineral resources in the Tarim River Basin from 1965 to 2005. A spatial autocorrelation model, the center of gravity model, and index system of the regional central city are used to probe the evolution laws of spatial structure of oasis economy. The study finds that: 1) The economic centre of gravity, whose variation track during this period follows linear rate law, was moving from headstream to middle reaches of the Tarim River. 2) Positive spatial autocorrelation which showed a waving and ascending trend of regional economy was significant and the neighbor effect of regional economic growth was strengthened continuously. 3) The regional economic centre was located in Hotan City before 1980, moved to Aksu City during the 1980s and to Korla City after 1990. We conclude that above all, during the recent four decades the evolution of the oasis economy in this region has gone through three stages: a traditional agriculture stage (before 1980), oasis agriculture and agricultural product processing stage (1980–1990) and oasis energy industry stage (after 1990). Furthermore, the dependence degree of the oasis economy on natural resources in different stages are studied by using dominance index, regression model, and grey relation method, which shows that an oasis econ- omy highly depends on water resources in the oasis agriculture and agricultural product processing stage while it de- pends more on mineral resources such as oil and natural gas during the oasis energy industry stage.展开更多

文摘Under the background of new infrastructure,the Yellow River Basin’s superior growth cannot be separated originating with the synergistic effect of scientific and technological inventiveness and ecological civilization construction.In light of the coupling coordination analysis of the coordination effect of provincial high-tech industry agglomeration and resource carrying capacity in the Yellow River Basin from 2009 to 2021,The evolution of the geographical and temporal pattern of development was investigated using the Moran index and kernel density estimation.The results show that the agglomeration of high-tech industries in the Yellow River Basin presents a development trend of seek improvement in stability,and there is a good coupling and coordination throughout the progression of scientific and technological innovation and the loading capacity of the resource,from the viewpoint of a time series.From the perspective of spatial pattern distribution,the whole basin aims at the lower reaches,accelerates the optimization of digital industry and promotes Yellow River Basin development of superior quality through innovation support and increase of input,and based on policy guidance.

文摘Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology has recently been widely integrated into multi-access edge computing (MEC) to support task offloading in industrial wireless networks (IWNs) with limited radio resources. This paper minimizes the system overhead regarding task processing delay and energy consumption for the IWN with hybrid NOMA and orthogonal multiple access (OMA) schemes. Specifically, we formulate the system overhead minimization (SOM) problem by considering the limited computation and communication resources and NOMA efficiency. To solve the complex mixed-integer nonconvex problem, we combine the multi-agent twin delayed deep deterministic policy gradient (MATD3) and convex optimization, namely MATD3-CO, for iterative optimization. Specifically, we first decouple SOM into two sub-problems, i.e., joint sub-channel allocation and task offloading sub-problem, and computation resource allocation sub-problem. Then, we propose MATD3 to optimize the sub-channel allocation and task offloading ratio, and employ the convex optimization to allocate the computation resource with a closed-form expression derived by the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions. The solution is obtained by iteratively solving these two sub-problems. The experimental results indicate that the MATD3-CO scheme, when compared to the benchmark schemes, significantly decreases system overhead with respect to both delay and energy consumption.

Then it puts forward some saggesnons for the management of the industry of water resources, and some measure to solve those problems.

文摘Firstly,agriculture,industry and tourism in the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Bohai Economic Rim were chosen to represent the primary,secondary and tertiary industries respectively,and industrial agglomeration in the three economic zones was analyzed using location quotient coefficient method.Afterwards,the critical factors influencing industrial agglomeration were discussed using gray correlation analysis.The results showed that industrial agglomeration of agriculture,industry and tourism formed gradually in the three economic zones,and the critical factors influencing industrial agglomeration were human capital,science and technology progress,and natural resources.Meanwhile,environmental pollution affected and restricted the development of industrial agglomeration.

文摘Economic growth can take different forms;growth can be resource-driven,labor-driven,capital-driven,or technology-driven.Numerous studies conclude that China’s economic growth is capital-driven.Such a conclusion is derived after excluding any effects of resource and environmental factors.In this article,resource and environmental factors are incorporated in order to stndy the influence of factors on industrial growth.This study found that resource and environmental factors contribute much more than capital to industrial growth,and China’s industrial growth is still resource-driven.The nature of China’s industrial growth also suggests that the country’s economic growth has not completely extricated itself from a resource-driven model,which in turn exerts considerable influence on the country’s macroeconomic policies.

文摘The reason why materials on earth are divided into "resources" and "waste" is fundamentally dependent on the level of industrial technology and the scale of industrial demand. The only viable option for humans to end their resource and environmental predicament is to resolutely and efficiently push forward industrialization. At present, China’s industrial development is still at a stage of severe resource and environmental deterioration. The fact that industrial production activity is becoming cleaner does not mean that industrial production has reached the satisfactory level of resource conservation and environmental protection. On the contrary, as China is still at the intermediate stage of industrialization, it is imperative to go ahead with massive resource consumption amid heavy industrial development. China’s industrial production has led to severe resource waste and environmental pollution. Therefore, strengthening resource and environmental regulation and enhancing regulatory effectiveness are still a very important, though tough, issue for China to address in its industrialization process at the present time. The fundamental objectives of government regulation of resources and the environment are: i) to realize the viable objective of resource conservation and environmental protection; and ii) to maintain an effective order of fair competition. An effective and feasible way toward resource and environmental regulation is to realize the resource conservation and environmental protection policy objectives and help improve the long-term industrial and corporate competitiveness, with a special emphasis on boosting the international competitiveness of China’s industry under the rule of fair competition. Moderate and reasonable regulatory intensity requires imposing effective constraints on corporate behavior without going beyond the maximum level of affordability dictated by the current level of industrial and corporate competitiveness, with a special focus on striking the right balance between the principles of economic efficiency and social benefits.
文摘The emergence of Beyond 5G(B5G)and 6G networks translated personal and industrial operations highly effective,reliable,and gainful by speeding up the growth of next generation Internet of Things(IoT).Industrial equipment in 6G encompasses a huge number of wireless sensors,responsible for collecting massive quantities of data.At the same time,6G network can take real-world intelligent decisions and implement automated equipment operations.But the inclusion of different technologies into the system increased its energy consumption for which appropriate measures need to be taken.This has become mandatory for optimal resource allocation in 6G-enabled industrial applications.In this scenario,the current research paper introduces a new metaheuristic resource allocation strategy for clusterbased 6G industrial applications,named MRAS-CBIA technique.MRASCBIA technique aims at accomplishing energy efficiency and optimal resource allocation in 6G-enabled industrial applications.The proposed MRAS-CBIR technique involves three major processes.Firstly,Weighted Clustering Technique(WCT)is employed to elect the optimal Cluster Heads(CHs)or coordinating agents with the help of three parameters namely,residual energy,distance,and node degree.Secondly,Decision Tree-based Location Prediction(DTLP)mechanism is applied to determine the exact location of Management Agent(MA).Finally,Fuzzy C-means with Tunicate Swarm Algorithm(FCMTSA)is used for optimal resource allocation in 6G industrial applications.The performance of the proposed MRAS-CBIA technique was validated and the results were examined under different dimensions.The resultant experimental values highlighted the superior performance of MRAS-CBIR technique over existing state-of-the-art methods.

文摘This paper selects Qingdao Textile Valley as the research object,establishes the evaluation system of industrial heritage tourism resources,and analyzes the evaluation factors of industrial heritage tourism resources,such as resource element value,market location value,and environmental factors.Then this paper puts forward some effective suggestions to promote the development of industrial heritage tourism in Textile Valley.The results show that the measures put forward,such as fully tapping the value of resource elements,improving the surrounding traffic environment,perfecting tourism signs,perfecting local traffic routes,improving the complementarity of tourism resources,and expanding the tourist market,can scientifically and effectively protect urban industrial heritage,improve the development level of urban tourism,and speed up the transformation of new and old energy in Qingdao.

文摘This paper examines spatio-temporal characteristics of an oasis economy and its relationship with water and mineral resources in the Tarim River Basin from 1965 to 2005. A spatial autocorrelation model, the center of gravity model, and index system of the regional central city are used to probe the evolution laws of spatial structure of oasis economy. The study finds that: 1) The economic centre of gravity, whose variation track during this period follows linear rate law, was moving from headstream to middle reaches of the Tarim River. 2) Positive spatial autocorrelation which showed a waving and ascending trend of regional economy was significant and the neighbor effect of regional economic growth was strengthened continuously. 3) The regional economic centre was located in Hotan City before 1980, moved to Aksu City during the 1980s and to Korla City after 1990. We conclude that above all, during the recent four decades the evolution of the oasis economy in this region has gone through three stages: a traditional agriculture stage (before 1980), oasis agriculture and agricultural product processing stage (1980–1990) and oasis energy industry stage (after 1990). Furthermore, the dependence degree of the oasis economy on natural resources in different stages are studied by using dominance index, regression model, and grey relation method, which shows that an oasis econ- omy highly depends on water resources in the oasis agriculture and agricultural product processing stage while it de- pends more on mineral resources such as oil and natural gas during the oasis energy industry stage.
