The evolution law of episodic subsidence in Qikou Sag has been expounded, with the analysis of the characteristic of sequence thickness, as well as the study of consedimental tectonic activity, subsidence history, paleogeomorphology and the coupling relationship among them. The faults controlling action was the dominant mechanism during rifting stage I , as the depression was the dominant mechanism during rifting stage III, which embodies a process from intense disparity fault depression to integral subsidence. Meanwhile, under the control of regional faulting and later stage depression, subsidence rate centers and paleogeomorphic concave centers are always corresponding to the sequence thickness centers, and the changes of subsidence centers and paleogeomorphology concave centers are consistent with the migration of thickness centers, which presents the restriction, coupling and response among them and clarifies the law that tectonic activity controls the basin fill by means of controlling the subsidence rate and paleogeomorphology from contributing factor angle. On this basis, the dynamic evolution of the composite pattern of structure-subsidence-deposition in the fault controlling actic region during the three rifting stages and their petroleum geological significance has been discussed.展开更多
The flooding caused by heavy rainfall in rice irrigation area and the drought caused by the drop of groundwater level are the research focus in the field of irrigation and drainage.Based on the comparative experiment ...The flooding caused by heavy rainfall in rice irrigation area and the drought caused by the drop of groundwater level are the research focus in the field of irrigation and drainage.Based on the comparative experiment and farmland water level control technology,this paper studied the average soil temperature under different soil layers(TM),the daily temperature change(TDC),the photosynthetic accumulation of single leaf and canopy in rice,and response of photothermal energy to rice root characteristics and growth factors in the paddy field under drought conditions.The results showed that the peak soil temperature under drought treatment was basically synchronous with the conventional irrigation,and the it was delayed by 2–6 h under flooding treatment compared to the drought treatment.Under different water gradients,the temperature decreased according to T_(L)>T_(CK)>T_(H)(L,H and CK represented water flooding,drought and control treatments),and the TDC was opposite.In addition to milky stage,the daily photosynthetic(Pn)accumulation of single leaf and canopy in the flooding and drought treated paddy fields were lower than conventional irrigation,and had a negative impact on leaf area index(LAI)and yield(YR),but did not form fatal damage.The root characteristic factors,RL(root length),RW(root weight),R-CR(root-canopy ratio)were promoted with drought,and YR under light drought was slightly higher than that under heavy drought.There was a strong positive correlation between TM and R-CR in all rice growth stages,while TDC-5 was negatively correlated with effective panicle number,TDC and R-CR in 20 cm soil layer were positively correlated.The correlation between daily Pn accumulation and YR was low,and the correlation between Pn and YR factors was negative or weak positive or negative.The total Pn was positively correlated with yield factors,and the correlation coefficient was higher than that of daily Pn.展开更多
From the view of current condition and developing trend of the debt scale in Chinese local government,if it could not be controlled by an effective way,the debt crisis will explode in the near future.According to the ...From the view of current condition and developing trend of the debt scale in Chinese local government,if it could not be controlled by an effective way,the debt crisis will explode in the near future.According to the regional distribution in our country,except for Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and Hainan,the debt risk mainly concentrates in the western region.In a further step,it can be seen that this risk of debt is resulted by the imbalanced relationship among“power,responsibility and interests”which contains none-accordance of debt power(such as debt financing power),confusion of debt responsibility(such as debt management responsibility)and distortion of debt interests(such as the private benefit and the public interests).If we want to correct this problem,the keynote is to prevent the local government’s debt to be used by the purpose of reaching the private interests.Actually,it should play a role that the local debt financing takes to the“faithful”service for the social interests.For realizing this purpose,it should keep eyes on the relationship among“power,responsibility and interests”,which is the most important factor as for setting up the control system of debt risk about our local governments.Particularly,it includes the following aspects.First of all,it should find the right time to empower the local government with the debt power.Secondly,on the basis of both positive and negative sides,it should design a system to restrict the debt responsibility in the local government,in order to solve the problems such as new debt,invalid debt and overdue debt expansion.Thirdly,it should propose the guidance mechanism to realize the convergence from the private benefit to the social interests on the local debt.展开更多

Objective:To observe the time-effect relationship of moxibustion for primary dysmenorrhea(PD)due to stagnation and congelation of cold-damp,thus explore the optimal choice of moxibustion duration,and provide evidence ...Objective:To observe the time-effect relationship of moxibustion for primary dysmenorrhea(PD)due to stagnation and congelation of cold-damp,thus explore the optimal choice of moxibustion duration,and provide evidence for achieving satisfactory efficacy in moxibustion treatment.Methods:A total of 90 patients with PD due to stagnatin and congelation of cold-damp were divided into three groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.All the patients in the three groups were given moxibustion treatment at Guanyuan(CV 4),20 min in group A,40 min in group B and 60 min in group C.The changes in the pain measurement score in the three groups were observed after treatment.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in the clinical efficacy among the three groups(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy was better in group B and group C than that in group A(P<0.05),and that in group B was better than that in group C(P<0.05).Besides,the pain measurement score changed significantly after treatment in the three groups(all P<0.05),and the between-group differences were also statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain measurement scores in group B and group C were lower than that in group A(P<0.05),and that in group B was lower than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Given the same stimulating frequency and intervention time of moxibustion,40-minute duration demonstrates relatively better efficacy for PD due to stagnation and congelation of cold-damp.展开更多
The current environmental flow assessment of Chinese rivers is thought to have three shortcomings: The first is that environmental flow requirements of reservoirs in dammed rivers are usually not explicitly considered...The current environmental flow assessment of Chinese rivers is thought to have three shortcomings: The first is that environmental flow requirements of reservoirs in dammed rivers are usually not explicitly considered; the second is that enough attentions have not been paid to the inherent links between flow regime and ecological processes; the third is that most studies focus on the variable range of merely one hydrological element such as discharge needed by riverine ecosystems. Here, first proposed is a holistic method for environmental flow assessment, the flow-ecological response relationship method that is suitable for large rivers with relatively abundant ecological data. Based on the conceptual models and quantitative relationships between flow and ecological response, this method comprehensively considers the ecological conservation requirements of both reservoir and its downstream reach. Then, it is applied to assessing the environmental flows of the Three Gorges Reservoir and its downstream reach by the following steps: 1) Construction of conceptual models of flow-ecological response; 2) identification of ecological targets of environmental flows and their key periods; 3) development of the quantitative relationships between hydrological indicators and ecological indictors; 4) preliminary assessment of environmental flow according to the tradeoff between ecological targets and water demands of human. The environmental flow hydrographs obtained have explicit ecological conservation targets, time schedule of achieving each target, and characteristics of multiple hydrological elements such as flow, water level, frequency, timing, duration and rate of change. The case study has tested the reasonability and feasibility of this method, and the results of this study are expected to provide technical support and decision reference for improving the operation of the Three Gorges-Gezhouba cascade reservoirs.展开更多
Objective:To summarize the influence patterns of related time factors on acupuncture effectiveness in different disease model rats/mice,and to provide reference for acupuncture clinical practice.Methods:Retrieved the ...Objective:To summarize the influence patterns of related time factors on acupuncture effectiveness in different disease model rats/mice,and to provide reference for acupuncture clinical practice.Methods:Retrieved the relevant literatures on time-effect experimental studies of acupuncture in rats/mice in the recent 10 years.The correlations between the key time factors(such as different intervention timings of acupuncture,acupuncture moments,operation durations,needle-retaining times,intervals and treatment courses)and the acupuncture effect were analyzed and summarized.Results:From the mainstream perspective of quantification,the earlier the acupuncture intervention,the better.The proper time to implement acupuncture varied depending on disease models and points.The best operation time varied widely between different diseases.The most frequently needle-retaining time was 20-30 min.The frequency of acupuncture was usually 1 time/day;the length of the treatment course was determined according to practitioners'experience.Conclusion:Throughout the time-effect studies of acupuncture intervention in experimental rats/mice,conclusions are inconsistent,especially the lack of quantitative research on acupuncture operation time,acupuncture frequency,acupuncture treatment duration,and optimal stimulation amount.Future research should explore and determine the best time-quantity parameters that affect the effectiveness of acupuncture intervention,which is the key and goal of the acupuncture time-effect research.Independent intervention-time experiments throughout the entire course of a single disease(dominant disease)need to be done to guide clinical and disciplinary development.展开更多
