Out of the three major categories of cardiomyopathies (hypertrophic, dilated and restrictive), restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM) is less common and also the least studied. However, the prognosis for RCM is poor as some patients dying in their childhood. The molecular mechanisms behind the disease development and progression are not very clear and the treatment of RCM is very difficult and often ineffective. In this article, we reviewed the recent progress in RCM research from the clinical studies and the translational studies done on diseased transgenic animal models. This will help for a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying the etiology and development of RCM and for the design of better treatments for the disease.展开更多

We used restriction enzyme digestion to test the mutation in the family members and 200 unrelatednormal subjects without any cardiac inherited diseases when the mutation was identified. Results Five individuals died from cardiac diseases, two of whom suffered from sudden cardiacdeath. Two individuals have suffered from chronic cardiac disorders. Mutation analysis revealed a novelmissense mutation in exon 7 of troponin I type 3 (TNNI3), resulting in substitution of serine (S) withproline (P) at amino acid position 150, which cosegregated with the disease in the family, which is predictedto be probably damaging using PolyPhen-2. The mutation was not detected in the 200 unrelated subjectswe tested. Conclusion Using next generation sequencing, which has very recently been shown to be successfulin identifying novel causative mutations of rare Mendelian disorders, we found a novel mutation of TNNI3 in aChinese family with RCM.展开更多

The restrictive ecological factors, including causing ecological factors, such as COD/SO 4 2- ratio and sulfate loading rate (Ns), and following ecological factors, such as pH value, oxidation reduction potential (ORP) and alkalinity (ALK) have significant effect on the ability and stability of acidogenic de sulfate bio reactor. Continuous flow and batch test were carried out to investigate the quantification and control of COD/SO 4 2- ratio, Ns, pH value, ORP and ALK in acidogenic de sulfate bioreactor supplied with molasses wastewater as sole organic carbon source and sodium sulfate as electron donor. It was demonstrated that In order to maintain high sulfate removal rate (SRR) of 80% to 90%, the restrictive factors should meet all the requirement as follows: k COD/ SO 4 2- ratio≥2.0, Ns≤7.5 kg (m 3·d) -1 ,pH=5.7~6.2,ORP=-320~-420 mV and ALK= 1 500~2 000 mg/L.展开更多

In this three-stage procedure, a simplified multi-objective optimization model of the multi-period lIEN is first established and then solved to target the retrofit, aiming to minimizing the total annual cost and total annual CO2 emissions. The obtained Pareto front represents series of retrofit targets under different emission limitations, from which the most desirable one can be selected. The matching of the existing and the required heat exchangers is further implemented to finalize the retrofit, which will meet the practical retrofit requirements and matching restrictions. The application of the proposed procedure is illustrated through a case study of a HEN in a vacuum gas oil hydro-treating unit.展开更多

For disaster response robotic systems, recognizing certain acoustic events in the noisy environment is very effective to perform a given operation. As a new approach, trained deep learning networks which are constructed by RBMs, classify the acoustic events from input waveform signals. Though some methods are suggested, no one can solve the problem with high efficiency and flexibility. Here, we use the technique of adding information in blind signatures to deal with this problem. Through adding timestamp in signatures, we can separate the valid period of all used coins into pieces. Only the coins in the last stage are recorded. So the scale of the coins list is controlled. We also analyze the anonymity of these data, and add some indispensable restrictions to them. These restrictions can ensure that the imported data don’t break the anonymity of the customers. In order to fulfill these qualifications, we lead to the concept of restricted common data (RCD). Furthermore, we propose two schemes to add RCD in the blind signature. The simple one is easy to implement, while the complex one can note the value of the coin. The usage of RCD leads to little additional cost, as well as maintaining the anonymity of customers. This method fits for most kinds of anonymous E-cash systems.展开更多

And then this paper analyses the restriction mechanism of urbanization in West China: at the superficial level, the constraints of urbanization in West China arise from the shortage of capital; at the profound level, the backward culture contributes to the constraints of urbanization in West China. The thread of resolving restriction mechanism of urbanization in West China is put forward from system, economy and culture. On the basis of this thread, we construct the power system for the development of urbanization in West China. The power system for urbanization in West China should be propelled by "four forces", namely, pull of external forces, cohesive strength of regional market environment, expansion power inside countryside, traction of industrial structure adjustment. Innovation is the engine of impetus for urbanization in West China; spatial clustering and modernization of industry is the major driving force for urbanization; the government behaviour, driving of foreign investment, great projects and other forces are supplementary power. Via the main power, we should take the market as medium to achieve the role of power in promoting urbanization.展开更多

文摘In order to identify the optimum period of spring water-restrictive irrigation for winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)in the Haihe Plain,China and elucidate its effects on flag leaf senescence and yield formation, field experiments were conducted at the Xinji Experimental Station of Hebei Agricultural University from 2016 to 2019 by using different irrigation regimes in spring, including the conventional regime involving two irrigation periods(control(CK),the 3-leaf unfolding stage and the anthesis stage)and a series of single, restrictive irrigation regimes(SRI)comprising irrigation at the 3-leaf unfolding stage(3 LI),4 LI,5 LI,and 6 LI.There are five major findings:(1)The senescence(determined by the green leaf area,GLA)in the 4 LI treatment occurred moderately earlier than that in CK,showed no significant difference with that in 5 LI and 6 LI,and occurred significantly later than that in 3 LI.(2)Compared with other SRI treatments, the GLA value and photosynthetic rate in 4 LI were 14.82 and 20.1%higher,respectively.Microstructural analysis of flag leaf also revealed that the mesophyll cells and chloroplasts were irregularly arranged under drought stress in 3 LI and 6 LI;however, drought stress had minimal negative effects on the microstructure in 4 LI and 5 LI.(3)Postponed irrigation in spring could significantly increase superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities in the early stage of grain filling;however, these activities would subsequently decrease.Among the four SRI treatments, the overall enzyme activities were the highest in 4 LI,and the combined malondialdehyde(MDA)content in flag leaves in 4 LI and 5 LI was 14.5%lower on average than that in 3 LI and 6 LI.(4)The soluble sugar(SS)and proline(Pro)contents in 4 LI were the highest among the four SRI treatments;however, they were lower than those in CK.The abscisic acid(ABA)hormone content in 4 LI and 5 LI was lower than that in 3 LI and 6 LI,respectively, suggesting a smaller drought stress effect in 4 LI and 5 LI.(5)In two growing seasons, there was a larger number of spikes per unit area in 4 LI(i.e.,13.4%higher than that in 5 LI and 6 LI)and the 1000-grain weight in 4 LI was the highest among the four SRI treatments(i.e.,6.0%higher than that in the other three SRI treatments). Therefore,a single restrictive irrigation regime at the 4-leaf unfolding stage is recommended to be effective in slowing down the senescence process of flag leaves and achieving high yield.
文摘Cardiomyopathies are diseases that primarily affect the myocardium, leading to serious cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. This will help for a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying the etiology and development of RCM and for the design of better treatments for the disease.

文摘Pediatric restrictive cardiomyopathy is rare and most commonly idiopathic in origin. Here, we applied a candi- date gene approach and identified a missense mutation in the cardiac troponin I gene in a 12-year-old Chinese girl with restrictive cardiomyopathy. This study indicates that mutation in sarcomere protein genes may play an im- portant role in idiopathic pediatric restrictive cardiomyopathy.
文摘Objective To identify the pathogenic variant responsible for restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM) in aChinese family. Methods Next generation sequencing was used for detecting the mutation and results verified bysequencing. Conclusion Using next generation sequencing, which has very recently been shown to be successfulin identifying novel causative mutations of rare Mendelian disorders, we found a novel mutation of TNNI3 in aChinese family with RCM.

文摘Aiming to deal with the difficult issues of terrain data model simplification and crack disposal, the paper proposed an improved level of detail(LOD)terrain rendering algorithm,in which a variation coefficient of elevation is introduced to express the undulation of topography. Then the coefficient is used to construct a node evaluation function in the terrain data model simplification step.Furthermore,an edge reduction strategy is combined with the improved restrictive quadtree segmentation to handle the crack problem. The experiment results demonstrated that the proposed method can reduce the amount of rendering triangles and enhance the rendering speed on the premise of ensuring the rendering effect compared with a traditional LOD algorithm.
文摘As an artificial microbial ecosystem, acidogenic de sulfate bioreactor has high efficiency of sulfate removal. It was demonstrated that In order to maintain high sulfate removal rate (SRR) of 80% to 90%, the restrictive factors should meet all the requirement as follows: k COD/ SO 4 2- ratio≥2.0, Ns≤7.5 kg (m 3·d) -1 ,pH=5.7~6.2,ORP=-320~-420 mV and ALK= 1 500~2 000 mg/L.
文摘The model of back-propagation neural network (BPNN) was presented to demonstrate the effect of restrictive ecological factors, COD/SO 4 2- ratio, pH value, alkalinity (ALK) and SO 4 2- loading rate (Ns), on sulfate reduction of Sulfate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) in an acidogenic sulfate reducing reactor supplied with molasses as sole organic carbon source and sodium sulfate as electron acceptor. The compare of experimental results and computer simulation was also discussed. It was shown that the method of BPNN had a powerful ability to analyze the ecological characteristic of acidogenic sulfate reducing ecosystem quantitatively.
文摘Recommendation systems are going to be an integral part of any E-Business in near future. As in any other E-business,recommendation systems also play a key role in the travel business where the user has to be recommended with a restaurant that best suits him.In general, the recommendations to a user are made based on similarity that exists between the intended user and the other users. This similarity can be calculated either based on the similarity between the user profiles or the similarity between the ratings made by the users.First phase of this work concentrates on experimentally analyzing both these models and get a deep insight of these models. With the lessons learned from the insights, second phase of the work concentrates on developing a deep learning model. The model does not depend on the other user's profile or rating made by them. The model is tested with a small restaurant dataset and the model can predict whether a user likes the restaurant or not.The model is trained with different users and their rating. The system learns from it and in order to predict whether a new user likes or not a restaurant that he/she has not visited earlier, all the data the trained model needed is the rating made by the same user for different restaurants. The model is deployed in a cloud environment in order to extend it to be more realistic product in future.Result evaluated with dataset,it achieves 74.6%is accurate prediction of results, where as existing techniques achieves only 64%.

文摘A systematic strategy for retrofit of the multi-period heat exchanger network (HEN) on the basis of the multi- objective optimization is developed. The application of the proposed procedure is illustrated through a case study of a HEN in a vacuum gas oil hydro-treating unit.
文摘In this paper, we provide a new approach to classify and recognize the acoustic events for multiple autonomous robots systems based on the deep learning mechanisms. For disaster response robotic systems, recognizing certain acoustic events in the noisy environment is very effective to perform a given operation. As a new approach, trained deep learning networks which are constructed by RBMs, classify the acoustic events from input waveform signals. From the experimental results, usefulness of our approach is discussed and verified.
文摘Discuss the problem of infinite increasing coin list in anonymous E-cash systems, which reduce the efficiency of whole system greatly. This method fits for most kinds of anonymous E-cash systems.

文摘Based on the current situation of urbanization development in West China, this paper analyses main factors responsible for sluggish urbanization in West China as follows: impact of environment factor, impact of population quality and quantity, lagging of public product service, stagnancy of technological development, backwardness of slow growth, and rigidity of system building. Via the main power, we should take the market as medium to achieve the role of power in promoting urbanization.
