One model i...Using economics and game theory, two kinds of models have been proposed in this paper under the assumption that foreign and domestic firms behave under the condition of dynamic game of perfect information. One model is for calculating Anti-dumping rate which is obtained according to current regulations of Anti-dumping, but it is not optimal. The other is an optimal model of Anti-dumping which is obtained according to the maximum principle of domestic social welfare. Then, through the comparison of this two models in detail, several shortages have been revealed about Anti-dumping rate model based on current regulations of Anti-dumping. Finally, a suggestion is indicated that WTO and China should use the optimal model to calculate Anti-dumping rate.展开更多

Therefore, over the years, the topic has gained a considerable atte...The rate of breakage of drops and bubbles(fluid particles) in stirred systems is of great consequence on mass,heat, and momentum transport phenomena. Therefore, over the years, the topic has gained a considerable attention from the researchers to study and characterize this phenomenon. In present work, the experimental studies of breakage phenomenon in a stirred tank in the last four decades were reviewed. The review highlighted the investigated experimental conditions and the major findings concerning the breakage mechanism and the effect of operating conditions. The discrepancy and contradictions of the outcomes of those studies were specified and discussed. Experimental observations and conclusions concerning the breakage characterization parameters,such as deformation, breakage probability, breakage time, and breakage location were presented and commented on. Possible future refinements and prospective were recommended. The review indicated that there are clear discrepancies and contradictions between previous studies regarding the effect of some operating parameters and the values of breakage time, breakage probability, number of daughter particles, and breakage location relative to the impeller. In addition, there are still many scientific gaps that need to be studied and characterized in future by overcoming specific experimental difficulties and uncertainties.展开更多
目的良好的患者依从率是保证变应原特异性免疫治疗的关键,本研究系统评价变应原皮下特异性免疫治疗(皮下脱敏治疗)患者的依从率及影响因素。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane library、Web of Science、CINAHL,中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、...目的良好的患者依从率是保证变应原特异性免疫治疗的关键,本研究系统评价变应原皮下特异性免疫治疗(皮下脱敏治疗)患者的依从率及影响因素。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane library、Web of Science、CINAHL,中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普(VIP)数据库,检索时限为建库至2023年8月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心研究真实性评价标准进行文献评价。采用Revman5.3版软件对皮下脱敏治疗依从率进行Meta分析,对影响依从率的因素采用描述性分析。结果共纳入符合条件的文献28篇,结果显示皮下特异性免疫治疗依从率在23.00%~91.46%之间,合并依从率为67.00%(95%CI:57.00%~77.00%);影响依从率的主要因素包括药物不良反应(1.40%~29.00%)、治疗效果未达预期(2.60%~44.00%)、症状改善(4.00%~60.60%)、经济原因(1.00%~47.90%)等;儿童患者的依从率明显高于成人(OR=0.53,95%CI:0.47~0.61,P<0.000)。结论皮下脱敏治疗的总体依从率偏低,且影响依从率的因素较多,采取个性化措施增加患者依从率是提高皮下脱敏治疗的关键。展开更多
目的:运用网状Meta分析不同中药注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效和安全性。方法:基于PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、Web of Science、国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)...目的:运用网状Meta分析不同中药注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效和安全性。方法:基于PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、Web of Science、国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),检索中药注射液治疗DPN的随机对照试验(RCTs),将临床总有效率作为主要结局指标,正中和腓总的感觉神经传导速度(SCV)及运动神经传导速度(MCV)、空腹血糖(FBG)及不良反应作为次要结局指标。采用Cochrane评价手册5.3风险偏倚评估工具进行质量评价及RevMan 5.4.1及Stata 17软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入76项RCTs,包括6 108例患者,11种中药注射液。网状Meta分析结果显示,丹参多酚酸盐注射液联合西药在提高临床总有效率和改善FBG水平方面疗效最佳;苦碟子注射液联合西药在改善正中神经及腓总神经的SCV、正中神经MCV方面疗效最佳;血塞通注射液联合西药在改善腓总神经MCV方面疗效最佳;在安全性方面,中药注射液联合西药与单纯西药治疗比较差异无统计学意义。结论:中药注射液联合西药与单纯西药治疗比较可提高DPN临床疗效,且未增加不良反应的发生。展开更多
