The researcher aims to examine the impact of destination image of Nanning Garden Expo on tourist willingness to revisit.In this study,Nanning Garden Expo,a famous comprehensive park in Nanning,Guangxi,is selected as t...The researcher aims to examine the impact of destination image of Nanning Garden Expo on tourist willingness to revisit.In this study,Nanning Garden Expo,a famous comprehensive park in Nanning,Guangxi,is selected as the research object.Based on previous literature and theories,the author analyzes and explores the relationship between the destination image of Nanning Garden Expo and tourist willingness to revisit.The research tool is questionnaire and the sample size of the survey data is calculated by Cochrane formula,and the data collection volume is 385.The statistics used in the data analysis are descriptive statistics including frequency distribution,percentage,mean,standard deviation,and inferential statistic for testing hypothesis.The researcher applies multiple regression analysis models to examine which independent variables have strong or weak relationships with dependent variables.Hypothesis test indicates that destination image has a significant positive impact on tourist willingness to revisit.Based on the results of the empirical study,relevant suggestions are proposed for how to enhance tourist willingness to revisit for Nanning Garden Expo and promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism.展开更多
Glutathione peroxidase, the first example of selenoproteins identified in mammals, was subjected to force field calculations and molecular dynamics in order to enable a clearer comprehension of enzymatic selenium cata...Glutathione peroxidase, the first example of selenoproteins identified in mammals, was subjected to force field calculations and molecular dynamics in order to enable a clearer comprehension of enzymatic selenium catalysis. Starting from the established X-ray structure of bovine GPX, all kinetically defined intermediates and enzyme substrate complexes were modelled. The models thus obtained support the hypothesis that the essential steps of the catalysis are three distinct redox changes of the active site selenium which, in the ground state, presents itself at the surface of selenoperoxidases as the center of a characteristic triad built by selenocysteine, glutarnine and tryptophan. In GPX, four arginine residues and a lysine residue provide an electrostatic architecture which, in each reductive step, directs the donor substrate GSH towards the catalytic center in such a way that 1ts sulfhydryl group must react with the selenium moiety. To this end, different equally efficient modes of substrate binding appear possible. The models are consistent with substrate specificity data, kinetic pattern and other functional characteristics of the enzyme. Comparison of molecular models of GPX with those of other members of the GPX superfamily reveals that the cosubstrate binding mechanisrns are unique for the classical type of cytosolic glutathione peroxidases but cannot operate e. g. in plasma GPX and phospholipid hydroperoxide GPX. The structural differences between the selenoperoxidases, shown to be relevant to their specificities, are discussed in terms of functional diversification within the GPX superfamily展开更多

However, from the extensive experiments to EA-LSBMR, we find that the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) spectrum of pixelpairs differences histogram still reveals the presence of a secret message even in a low embedding rate. To enhance the security, a modified scheme is proposed in this paper, which can defeat the above-mentioned analysis and keep the visual quality better than EA-LSBMR in higher embedding rates. Experimental results using a latest universal steganalysis method have demonstrated the proposed method's good performance.展开更多

Here we revisit the electron-doped SmFeAsO polycrystals to make a further investigation for th...In the iron-based high-To bulk superconductors, Tc above 50 K was only observed in the electron-doped 1111-type compounds. Here we revisit the electron-doped SmFeAsO polycrystals to make a further investigation for the highest Tc in these materials. To introduce more electron carriers and less crystal lattice distortions, we study the Th and F eodoping effects into the Sm-O layers with heavy electron doping. Dozens of Sm1-xThx FeAsO1-yFy samples are synthesized through the solid state reaction method, and these samples are carefully characterized by the structural, resistive, and magnetic measurements. We find that the codoping of Th and F clearly enhances the superconducting Tc more than the Th or F single-doped samples, with the highest record Tc up to 58.6K when x = 0.2 and y=0.225. Further element doping causes more impurities and lattice distortions in the samples with a weakened superconductivity.展开更多

The receiving antennas are configured as displaced phase center multiple azimuth beams (DPC MAB) to decrease the required pulse repetition frequency (PRF). The de- creased PRF can ensure the high resolution wide swath imaging. Based on the analysis of the character of the return signal, a pro- cessing method named multiple beam multiple channel algorithm (MBMCA) is proposed to separate the aliased sub-beams' echoes. The separated echoes are focused respectively to get the revisit imaging to the observed scenario.
