Homomorphism and Isomorphism of Regular Power Ring

The upgrade of all kinds of algebraic structures has been emphasized with the development of fuzzy mathematics.The concept of hypergroup was raised first by Prof.LI Hong_xing in [1]and HX ring was done in [2].In this paper ,some properties of power ring and quasi_quotient ring are further studied based on paper [3～6].Especially,several theorems of homomorphism and isomorphism of regular power ring are established.

SELF-DUAL PERMUTATION CODES OVER FORMAL POWER SERIES RINGS AND FINITE PRINCIPAL IDEAL RINGS

In this paper, we study self-dual permutation codes over formal power series rings and finite principal ideal rings. We first give some results on the torsion codes associated with the linear codes over formal power series rings. These results allow for obtaining some conditions for non-existence of self-dual permutation codes over formal power series rings. Finally, we describe self-dual permutation codes over finite principal ideal rings by examining permutation codes over their component chain rings.

On Skew Power-serieswise nil-Armendariz Rings

For a ring endomorphism α, in this paper we introduce the notion of s-power- serieswise nil-Armendariz rings, which are a generalization of α-power-serieswise Armendariz rings. A number of properties of this generalization are established, and the extensions of α- power-serieswise nil-Armendariz rings are investigated. Which generalizes the corresponding results of nil-Armendariz rings and power-serieswise nil-Armendariz rings.

Principal Quasi-Baerness of Rings of Generalized Power Series

Let R be a ring such that all left semicentral idempotents are central and （S, ≤） a strictly totally ordered monoid satisfying that 0 ≤s for all s ∈S. It is shown that [[R^S≤]], the ring of generalized power series with coefficients in R and exponents in S, is right p.q.Baer if and only if R is right p.q.Baer and any S-indexed subset of I（R） has a generalized join in I（R）, where I（R） is the set of all idempotents of R.

PS-modules over Rings of Generalized Power Series

Let R be a commutative ring and (S, ≤) a strictly totally ordered monoid which satisfies the condition that 0 ≤ s for every s ∈ S. In this paper we show that if RM is a PS-module, then the module [[MS≤]] of generalized power series over M is a PS [[RS,≤]]-module.

High power high beam quality diode-pumped 1319-nm Nd:YAG oscillator-amplifier laser system

This paper demonstrated a high power and high beam quality diode-pumped 1319-nm Nd：YAG master oscillator-power amplifier laser system. A thermally near-unstable resonator with four-rod birefringence compensation fiat-fiat cavity was adopted as the master oscillator. A solid etalon was inserted in the unidirectional ring resonator to compress the laser linewidth. Under a repetition rate of 500 Hz and pulse width of 160 μs, the master oscillator delivers an average output power of 16.8 W at 1319 nm with linear polarisation, beam quality factor M^2=1.16 and linewidth of 3.2 GHz. A double-pass power amplifier with two amplifier stages was employed for higher power scaling and the output power was amplified to be 25.9 W with M^2 = 1.43.

Principal Quasi-Baerness of Rings of Skew Generalized Power Series

Let R be a ring and （S, 〈） be a strictly totally ordered monoid satisfying that 0 〈 s for all s C S. It is shown that if A is a weakly rigid homomorphism, then the skew generalized power series ring [[RS,-〈, λ]] is right p.q.-Baer if and only if R is right p.q.-Baer and any S-indexed subset of S,（R） has a generalized join in S,（R）. Several known results follow as consequences of our results.

Nilpotent Elements and Nil-Reflexive Property of Generalized Power Series Rings

Let R be a ring and (S,≤) a strictly ordered monoid. In this paper, we deal with a new approach to reflexive property for rings by using nilpotent elements, in this direction we introduce the notions of generalized power series reflexive and nil generalized power series reflexive, respectively. We obtain various necessary or sufficient conditions for a ring to be generalized power series reflexive and nil generalized power series reflexive. Examples are given to show that, nil generalized power series reflexive need not be generalized power series reflexive and vice versa, and nil generalized power series reflexive but not semicommutative are presented. We proved that, if R is a left APP-ring, then R is generalized power series reflexive, and R is nil generalized power series reflexive if and only if R/I is nil generalized power series reflexive. Moreover, we investigate ring extensions which have roles in ring theory.

ON THE CHARACTERIZATION OF CYCLIC CODES OVER TWO CLASSES OF RINGS

Let R be a finite chain ring with maximal ideal （7） and residue field F,and letγ be of nilpotency index t. To every code C of length n over R, a tower of codes C = （C ： γ0） C_ （C： 7） C ... C_ （C： γ2） C_ .-. C_ （C：γ^t-1） can be associated with C, where for any r C R, （C ： r） = {e C Rn I re E C}. Using generator elements of the projection of such a tower of codes to the residue field F, we characterize cyclic codes over R. This characterization turns the condition for codes over R to be cyclic into one for codes over the residue field F. Furthermore, we obtain a characterization of cyclic codes over the formal power series ring of a finite chain ring.

在线全息感知系统环网箱的设计

随着电力系统的不断发展和智能化程度的提高,对电力设备运行状态的监测和故障诊断变得越来越重要。传统的监测方法往往存在监测精度低、实时性差等问题,难以满足现代电力系统的需求。因此,研究一种高效、精确的电力设备在线监测系统具有重要意义。环网箱由于维护工作量低、安装灵活以及尺寸小等优点,在配电全电缆网和架空电缆混合网中得到了广泛的应用。文章设计了一种高可靠性全息感知环网箱,能够更好地提升电力系统的稳定性。

基于Hypersim的差动保护实时仿真测试研究

针对目前电力系统保护装置难以进行系统级实验的情况,采用实时仿真系统Hypersim构建了闭环测试平台。在Hypersim中建立了舰船环形供电网络的仿真系统,将仿真电流输出至差动保护装置,将装置的控制信号引入Hypersim实时仿真系统中进行闭环实验。对环形网络中典型短路故障进行了实验研究,差动保护装置动作正确。该实时仿真系统可用于其他复杂网络的保护测试。

一种适用于城市轨道交通环线的中压网络接线方案

结合中压环网设计基本原则和环线特点,提出一种基于自愈单环供电网的中压网路接线方案,以及配套的运行方式、继电保护和安全自动装置配置方案。从安全可靠性、经济性、可实施性、运营管理等方面对所提方案和既有方案进行分析比较。该方案在满足系统安全可靠性要求的前提下,简化了一次系统接线和系统运行方式;较之既有方案,具有工程投资低,一、二次接线简单,便于工程实施和运营管理等优点。

飞机环形配电系统环网重构设计

飞机环形配电系统是在常规配电系统、遥控配电系统和电气多路传输系统基础上提出来的,有效地解决了前三种配电系统存在的缺点;飞机环形配电系统具有多种优点,其中最重要的优点之一就是能够实现配电系统的自动化重构;文中针对飞机环形配电系统的自动化重构设计了特殊的环网开关,以满足环形配电系统供电容错和重构的要求。

应用于飞机环形配电系统的方向纵联保护研究

针对飞机环形配电系统保护装置无法有效保护配电系统的问题,将方向闭锁纵联保护引入到飞机环网供电系统中。基于Matlab软件对飞机环网供电系统进行建模并故障仿真,并基于故障特征提出闭锁式方向纵联保护方法。仿真试验结果证明:该保护方法能实现环网故障时自动隔离,确保飞机配电系统的安全性,能有效提高飞机配电的可靠性。

运载火箭动力系统试验承力环的静力试验

建立了某型号运载火箭动力系统试验用承力环的非破坏性静力试验方案,以评估该承力环的强度和刚度。为模拟发动机关机时的载荷冲击,将静力试验最大载荷设定为发动机额定总推力的2倍,包含水平和垂直两个分量,均分为8个载荷步加载。在承力环上设置了27个三向应变测点和12个轴向位移测点,以监测一些关键点的应力和位移。测量结果显示,在最大载荷下,当量应力达到303 MPa,低于材料屈服强度;轴向变形达到3.16 mm,低于设计许用变形;应力最大点位于支腿销孔处。对销孔孔距的变化进行了测量,并对附近的钢板表面进行了MT探伤。数据结果表明,该承力环在两倍的动力系统试验额定载荷下有足够的强度和刚度,可用于该试验。

2007年天津220kV电网解环方案分析

2007年天津220 kV电网解环方案分析,是依据天津电网“十一五”发展规划和华北电力设计院规划的2010年天津电网目标网架,并结合近期天津电网调度运行方式,以2010年为水平年、2007年为过渡年,对近两年内天津电网的基本建设项目的安排所进行的计算分析工作,在时间和空间上超前分析电网可能出现的问题,及时提出相应的改进措施,保证电网的安全稳定运行。

基于输电线传输的打铃测控系统

针对传统的打铃系统信号接口多、控制功能单一等问题,提出了一种基于输电线传输的新型打铃测控系统.该系统应用载波调制和频分复用等技术,以微控制器AT89C51单片机作为系统的控制芯片,采用中断等指令对软件系统进行了编程设计,同时使用PCF8591、MAX232及相关电路实现了数据转换与通信.测试结果表明,接收端解调信号的周期为63μs,占空比为50%,与发送端调制信号参数一致,解调效果好,且响铃系统控制精准.该打铃测控系统成本低,维护管理方便.

计及异步风电机组的电力系统区域间ATC计算

针对含异步风电机组的电力系统可用输电能力展开研究。首先,建立含异步风力发电机潮流模型;其次,将含风电机组的潮流模型和传统的静态安全性可用输电能力模型相结合,建立了含风电机组的ATC模型;最后,应用现代内点理论对模型进行求解。仿真结果表明,文中引用的算法能快速而准确地计算不同风速下含风电场系统的ATC值,通过与不含风电场系统的ATC值的比较结果表明,低风速下主要由于风电场对系统无功的大量损耗,使风电场对系统可用输电能力产生的影响更为恶劣,随着风速的提高,含风电场系统的可用输电能力会随之上升,并在风速达到一定高速时使系统可用输电能力在原有基础上有所提升,研究成果可为电力系统的运行和风电场的规划提供有益的参考。

城市轨道交通供电系统35kV环网电缆敷设工程施工方案

针对城市轨道交通供电系统35 kV环网电缆敷设工程特点,对电缆敷设前的定长预制、贯通区间电缆敷设、未贯通区间电缆敷设、障碍区段电缆敷设、电缆沟及管道内电缆敷设等多项工程施工技术方案,以及敷设电缆的固定、接头预留、标示方案进行了创新研究,为快速完成城市轨道交通35 kV环网电缆敷设工程提供了可靠保障。目前,方案已投入应用,效果良好。
