The development of information technology provides certain convenient conditions in the design of municipal roads,and allow the achievements of high standards and requirements of current road design and construction.Among many information technologies,building information modeling(BIM)technology is more widely used in road design and has achieved good results.BIM technology can realize information sharing,allow the design of virtual models,discover design problems in time,and reduce the rate of design changes later or in late stage.At the same time,through the coordination and standardization of the design of road traffic and underground pipelines,it provides new design ideas for the development of municipal roads.This paper mainly analyzes the application advantages and status of BIM technology in municipal road design,and puts forward the application strategy of municipal road design. 展开更多

Sustainability of lime stabilized road subgrade in mountainous regions of Türkiye

In this paper the use of lime stabilized subgrade for low volume roads in two regions with high mountains and different frost penetration conditions in Türkiye was investigated in terms of design,performance,and cost.Pavements on unstabilized and stabilized subgrade were designed for two regions(Izmir and Van),covering all climate variations.The resilient modulus of the lime stabilized subgrade with different soil pulverization levels for non-freezing and freezing conditions were taken from a previous laboratory study.Frost effects were considered in pavement design using two different approaches,including limited subgrade frost penetration method and reduced subgrade strength method.Detailed application and evaluation were performed for all steps.Lime stabilized subgrades significantly reduced the thickness of base courses,and the benefit of lime stabilization was highly dependent on soil pulverization level.A detailed cost analysis on the unstabilized and stabilized cases found that the use of lime stabilization in the subgrade provided significant initial cost savings.Comparative analysis by using the AASHTO(1993)method and KENPAVE software,and quantity effect of soil pulverization level on the performance of low volume roads from a service life perspective,show that subgrade resilient modulus can be estimated.It is also possible to make correct performance estimation in the field.The results of the study show that lime stabilization is a good solution for low volume roads in the mountainous regions of Türkiye. 展开更多

Factors determining the formation of water-heating mode subgrade soils are allocated, and an information database for mathematical modeling of geocomplexes is shown. 按传统矿质混合料设计掺磷石膏道路基层材料难以大规模消纳磷石膏,为实现磷石膏在道路基层材料中大规模利用,通过骨料替代法进行高掺量磷石膏道路基层材料配比设计,确定适宜的碎石比(5~10 mm粒级与10~25 mm粒级质量比39∶61)后以不同掺... 按传统矿质混合料设计掺磷石膏道路基层材料难以大规模消纳磷石膏,为实现磷石膏在道路基层材料中大规模利用,通过骨料替代法进行高掺量磷石膏道路基层材料配比设计,确定适宜的碎石比(5~10 mm粒级与10~25 mm粒级质量比39∶61)后以不同掺量替代磷石膏基胶凝材料体系,再击实然后得出最佳含水率及最大干密度。通过对设计好的配比进行性能试验筛选,得出适宜配比为P85S60,养护28 d的试件抗压强度最大达5.39 MPa,体积变化率较低,且养护7 d后试件的体积增长稳定,体积变化率最终维持在0.5%左右,有利于现场道路施工应用。所有配比浸出氟、磷均满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级限值,相较于常规水泥稳定碎石材料,该道路基层材料浸出液的酸碱性不会额外增加不利影响。通过XRD和SEM分析可知,胶凝材料水化产生的钙矾石和水化硅酸钙包裹在未反应的二水石膏周围,另外针棒状钙矾石和水化硅酸钙填充微小孔隙,使得试件整体结构密实、强度增加、体积稳定性增强。 展开更多

不同钢渣掺量AC-16沥青混合料性能研究

研究将钢渣应用于道路建设中的可行性和钢渣沥青混合料性能特点,揭示混合料性能随钢渣掺量不同的变化规律。将钢渣0%、25%、50%、75%掺量代替石灰岩集料制备钢渣沥青混合料,采用高温单轴贯入试验、低温劈裂强度试验、冻融劈裂强度试验... 研究将钢渣应用于道路建设中的可行性和钢渣沥青混合料性能特点,揭示混合料性能随钢渣掺量不同的变化规律。将钢渣0%、25%、50%、75%掺量代替石灰岩集料制备钢渣沥青混合料,采用高温单轴贯入试验、低温劈裂强度试验、冻融劈裂强度试验、间接拉伸疲劳试验,分别针对不同钢渣掺量下沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性与疲劳性能展开相应研究。试验结果表明,钢渣各项性能指标均满足规范要求,可以作为集料制备沥青混合料,掺加钢渣后沥青混合料各项性能均有不同程度提高。随着钢渣掺量的提高沥青混合料各项性能变化规律不同,建议钢渣掺量控制在50%左右,以达到沥青混合料综合性能最优。 展开更多

为实现内陆干盐湖区盐岩集料基层级配组成的科学设计,以罗布泊盐岩为研究对象,分析了不同粒径及含卤水率条件下单粒组盐岩集料颗粒破碎演化特征,构建了复杂粒组下盐岩集料级配转移模型,提出了盐岩集料基层级配组成设计方法,验证了盐岩... 为实现内陆干盐湖区盐岩集料基层级配组成的科学设计,以罗布泊盐岩为研究对象,分析了不同粒径及含卤水率条件下单粒组盐岩集料颗粒破碎演化特征,构建了复杂粒组下盐岩集料级配转移模型,提出了盐岩集料基层级配组成设计方法,验证了盐岩集料基层级配组成设计方法的合理性,并对比了不同级配组成及失水率下盐岩集料的工程性质。结果表明:击实作用下各粒组盐岩集料均发生颗粒破碎,随着击实能量增加,盐岩集料级配趋于稳定,卤水的赋存会降低单粒组盐岩颗粒破碎率。Weibull分布可有效表征盐岩集料破碎颗粒级配分布特征。推荐的盐岩集料基层级配组成设计方法可有效推演盐岩集料基层的级配演化特征并实现考虑卤水影响的级配修正。盐岩集料颗粒间卤水盐分结晶有利于盐岩集料基层强度形成,失水率为75%的盐岩集料无侧限抗压强度可达到4.1 MPa,盐岩集料可用于干盐湖区公路基层填筑工程。 展开更多

由于就地热再生旧料(Reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)的异同性,目前还没有对设计热再生沥青混合料的最合适方法达成共识。因此,通常基于符合高速公路法规中马歇尔沥青混合料设计方法进行设计,这并不能保证充分地利用RAP且需要大量的时... 由于就地热再生旧料(Reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)的异同性,目前还没有对设计热再生沥青混合料的最合适方法达成共识。因此,通常基于符合高速公路法规中马歇尔沥青混合料设计方法进行设计,这并不能保证充分地利用RAP且需要大量的时间和劳动成本。本工作通过改进多点支撑骨架状态模型提出了一种热再生沥青混合料配合比的设计方法,设计了四种不同RAP掺量下的热再生沥青混合料;然后通过高温车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、小梁弯曲试验和间接拉伸疲劳试验测试不同RAP掺量下的新方法设计的高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性和疲劳耐久性等路用性能,并与沥青玛蹄脂(Stone mastic asphalt,SMA)热再生沥青混合料进行对比。结果表明:新方法设计热再生沥青混合料的高温稳定性较SMA提升了10%左右;水稳定性增强了1%~2%;而低温抗裂性有些许的下降,但仍满足规范要求;在RAP掺量小于40%时,新方法设计的热再生沥青的疲劳寿命和SMA相当,当RAP掺量大于40%时,新方法设计的热再生沥青疲劳寿命显著降低;因此确定了新方法设计的最大粒径为16 mm的热再生沥青混合料的最佳RAP掺量为40%左右。 展开更多

基准排放因子更新对隧道需风量的影响研究

为解决交通车辆持续更新导致的城市隧道内通风系统设计浪费和运营闲置,研究基准排放因子更新对隧道需风量的影响,并建立2种应对车辆更新的基准排放因子计算方法.首先,通过理论分析明确需风量计算式中随时间更新的关键参数为基准排放因子... 为解决交通车辆持续更新导致的城市隧道内通风系统设计浪费和运营闲置,研究基准排放因子更新对隧道需风量的影响,并建立2种应对车辆更新的基准排放因子计算方法.首先,通过理论分析明确需风量计算式中随时间更新的关键参数为基准排放因子;随后,根据定量分析得到基准排放因子和纵坡-车速系数更新对需风量的影响;最后,结合国外理念和实际设计经验,提出2种考虑时间更新的基准排放因子计算方法.研究结果表明:我国道路隧道通风设计规范在制定基准排放因子时参考了世界道路协会(PIARC)通风报告,并分析得到了参考理由;与2000年相比,2021年的CO、NOx和PM基准排放限值分别降低了81.6%、76.7%和97.9%;建立了使用机动车污染物排放限值作为基准排放因子的最不利设计方法,计算出2018年各污染物基准排放因子(CO为0.0011 m^(3)/(辆·km),PM为0.4610 m^(2)/(辆·km)),相比于2014年《细则》分别降低84.3%和77.0%.建立并验证了基准排放因子计算方法,为城市道路隧道通风系统设计提供参考. 展开更多
