Role Dynamic Allocation of Human-Robot Cooperation Based on Reinforcement Learning in an Installation of Curtain Wall

A real-time adaptive roles allocation method based on reinforcement learning is proposed to improve humanrobot cooperation performance for a curtain wall installation task.This method breaks the traditional idea that the robot is regarded as the follower or only adjusts the leader and the follower in cooperation.In this paper,a self-learning method is proposed which can dynamically adapt and continuously adjust the initiative weight of the robot according to the change of the task.Firstly,the physical human-robot cooperation model,including the role factor is built.Then,a reinforcement learningmodel that can adjust the role factor in real time is established,and a reward and actionmodel is designed.The role factor can be adjusted continuously according to the comprehensive performance of the human-robot interaction force and the robot’s Jerk during the repeated installation.Finally,the roles adjustment rule established above continuously improves the comprehensive performance.Experiments of the dynamic roles allocation and the effect of the performance weighting coefficient on the result have been verified.The results show that the proposed method can realize the role adaptation and achieve the dual optimization goal of reducing the sum of the cooperator force and the robot’s Jerk.

Study on the Promoting Role of Animating Zhuang Non-Heritage Folktales in the Ethnic Culture Industry

This study aims to explore the role of animating Zhuang non-heritage folktales in promoting the national culture industry.Using literature research,case studies,and comparative research methods,the positive impacts are analyzed in depth across four dimensions:cultural value inheritance,market demand,dissemination channels,and industrial innovation.The results show that animating Zhuang non-heritage folktales can help inherit national culture,meet market demand,broaden communication channels,and promote industrial innovation.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding policy suggestions and implementation paths to provide references for the sustainable development of the ethnic culture industry.

Associations between residence and cognitive function among Chinese older adults: the mediating role of leisure activity

Background:Cognitive function is a current research hotspot,residence may be related to differences in cognitive function,and the mediating role of leisure activities are limited in Chinese research.This study used leisure activities as a mediating variable to investigate the mediating role of leisure activity between place of residence(city-town-rural)and cognitive function among Chinese older,this is where the innovation of the article comes in.Methods:Using cross-sectional data from the 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey,Pearson correlation analyses were employed to examine the relationships among various indicators.Mediation analyses were conducted using the SPSS PROCESS macro program,version 3.5,written by Hayes,to explore the mediating effects of leisure activity between place of residence and cognitive function in older adults.Results:A total of 10955 older adults were included in this study,with a mean age of(84.23±11.57)years.Among them,2739(24.8%)lived in the city,3627(33.1%)in town,and 4615(42.1%)in rural areas;their leisure activity score was(5.34±3.77),and their cognitive function score was(24.69±6.65).Place of residence,leisure activities,and cognitive function were significantly correlated(P<0.01).Using city as a reference,place of residence is negatively associated with cognitive function,and place of residence not only had a direct effect on cognitive function in older adults:town-cognitive function(effect=–0.399;95%confidence interval(CI)=(–0.685,–0.113));rural-cognitive function(effect=–0.42;95%CI=(–0.698,–0.141)).There were also indirect effects on cognitive function through the pathway of leisure activity:town-leisure activity-cognitive function(effect=–0.17;95%CI=(–0.246,–0.1)),rural-leisure activity-cognitive function(effect=–0.199;95%CI=(–0.272,–0.13)).Conclusion:Leisure activities play a partially mediating role between the impact of place of residence and cognitive function in Chinese older adults,and it is vital to pay attention to the impact of place of residence on the cognitive function of older adults in various aspects,and to increase the participation rate of older adults in leisure activities,which is beneficial to the prevention of cognitive decline and the protection of older adult’s physical and mental health.

Theoretical Analysis and Practical Reflection on the Role Conflict of Double-Qualified Teachers in University-Affiliated Hospitals

Taking role conflict as the starting point,this article examines and reflects on the development of clinical teachers.In the process of the occurrence,development,and resolution of role conflicts among clinical teachers,there are many hidden issues related to the development of clinical teachers.The development of clinical teacher teaching and role conflict management contain similar educational philosophies and practical issues.This study draws on classic theories and research achievements in the development of university teachers and conducts theoretical analysis and practical reflection on the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology.Policy recommendations are proposed,including strengthening the construction of teaching systems at the hospital organizational environment level,enhancing the role identity and teacher beliefs of clinical teachers,promoting their teaching development and academic learning,and ensuring their normal teaching investment;promoting leadership support at the level of interpersonal interaction and leveraging the role of colleague support in alleviating role conflicts;enhancing individual teacher beliefs,teacher role learning,and role skills.

Exploration of Teaching Development Strategies for Double-Qualified Teachers in University- Affiliated Hospitals Based on Role Conflict Theory

This study draws on the classic theories and research achievements of university teacher development,and from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology,proposes policy recommendations for the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges,including following different stages of teacher development and designing teaching development strategies at different levels;designing the content and form of teaching development activities to meet the temporal and spatial needs of clinical teachers;and building an academic community for clinical teachers to promote the creation of teaching development behaviors.

目的分析角色扮演(Role-play)联合翻转课堂教学法对护理实习生新生儿复苏知信行的影响。方法选取2022年10月1日至2023年8月1日在我院产科及儿科实习的80名本科段护理实习生进行前瞻性研究,将其随机分为试验组(采用Role-play联合翻转课堂教学法进行新生儿复苏技能培训)和对照组(采用传统临床教学法进行新生儿复苏技能培训),各40名。比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的理论知识、态度信念得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的复苏操作得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的灵活应变能力、资源利用能力及沟通协作能力得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Role-play联合翻转课堂教学法在护理实习生新生儿复苏教学中的效果优于传统临床教学法。

The Relationship between Mental Health Literacy and Subjective Well-Being of Young and Middle-Aged Residents: Perceived the Mediating Role of Social Support and Its Urban-Rural Differences

This study investigates mental health literacy among young and middle-aged urban and rural residents and the differences in mental health literacy,perceived social support and subjective well-being.From January to February 2022,620 participants(320 rural and 300 urban residents)from three provinces of China were selected by con-venience sampling.A general data questionnaire,mental health literacy scale,perceived social support scale and subjective well-being scale were administered.The mental health literacy scores of urban residents were 3.34±0.57 and those of rural residents were 2.73±0.79.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the mental health literacy scores of rural residents were more significant than those of urban residents in terms of sex and age,while urban residents’mental health literacy scores were more significant than those of rural resi-dents in terms of monthly income.Mental health literacy,perceived social support and subjective well-being of young and middle-aged urban and rural residents were all positively correlated(P<0.01).While the level of mental health literacy is better among urban residents than rural residents,perceived social support plays a partial mediating role between mental health literacy and subjective well-being of both urban and rural residents,and should be the focus of researchers seeking to improve the level of well-being of residents.

Lagos State Hospital Waste Management Practices: A Descriptive Overview with Stakeholders’ Role and Key Recommendations

Background: Waste generation and its disposal is an essential issue in the sustainability of the environment and the planet’s future. Waste management is essential across sectors, likewise the health sector. Therefore, there is a need to employ extra care and attention to handling waste generated from healthcare facilities to avoid the dangers of poor biomedical waste management. We carried out this study to examine the waste management practice in healthcare facilities in Lagos State. Methods: The study was a descriptive survey carried out in one-thousand two hundred and fifty-six (1256) healthcare facilities in Lagos State. Nine hundred sixty-nine (969) of these facilities are located in urban areas, while two hundred and eighty-seven (287) are rural. The facilities studied are government/public health facilities (15.45%), private-for-profit facilities (82.88%), NGOs, Mission/Faith-Based medical facilities (1.67%). The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Specifically, we utilized bar charts, frequency, and percentage. Result: The result shows that 98.4% (1236) of the studied facilities are registered with the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), while 1.6% (20) are not registered. 98.5% (191) of the 194 government-owned facilities, 98.5% (1025) of the 1041 private-for-profit facilities, and 98.2% (20) of the 21 NGOs/faith-based health facilities are registered with Lagos State Waste Management Authority. The result also shows that 94% of the healthcare facilities studied in Lagos State use color-coded waste bags to segregate waste at the point of origin. 58.7% of the facilities use red-colored bags, 33.3% use yellow-colored bags, 10.7% use black-colored bags, and 1.3% use brown biohazard bags for segregating Infectious waste. Also, 34.2% of the health facilities in Lagos state use red-colored bags, 36.9% use yellow-colored bags, 11% use black-colored bags, and 4.1% use brown-colored bags to segregate their hazardous waste. Conclusion: Some healthcare facilities in Lagos State do not follow the recommended guidelines for medical waste segregation. Waste generated is not appropriately segregated at the point of origin into the recommended colored bags/bins in some facilities. Thus, a policy and procedure regulating healthcare waste are mandatory. It is important to regularly train healthcare workers on proper waste management practices and encourage staff to read and apply WHO rules in managing healthcare waste. Healthcare personnel should realize that hazardous material is a potential cause of a public disaster.

Enhancing the role of nurses in breastfeeding preterm infants

The provision of breast milk and breastfeeding is recommended for preterm infants.Multidisciplinary cooperation is required to promote breastfeeding.Nurses play impor tant roles in breastfeeding preterm infants.First,nurses are strong advocates to help families be aware of the significance of breastfeeding.Second,nurses are educators providing technical and emotional support to pregnant and lying-in women.Third,nurses are coordinators in a multidisciplinary team.Nurses’unawareness of the impor tance of breastfeeding,knowledge deficit,and unsupportive lactation policy are barriers to breastfeeding promotion for preterm infants.It is therefore suggested that hospital administrators provide appropriate breastfeeding policies,set up posts,and ensure nurses’responsibilities in breastfeeding.Additionally,tailored training should be strengthened to improve nurses’knowledge and skills and thereby enable them to fully exer t their roles in the breastfeeding promotion of preterm infants.

Improved PBFT Consensus Algorithm Based on Node Role Division

The PBFT (Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance, PBFT) consensus algorithm, which addressed the issue of malicious nodes sending error messages to disrupt the system operation in distributed systems, was challenging to support massive network nodes, the common participation over all nodes in the consensus mechanism would lead to increased communication complexity, and the arbitrary selection of master nodes would also lead to inefficient consensus. This paper offered a PBFT consensus method (Role Division-based Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance, RD-PBFT) to address the above problems based on node role division. First, the nodes in the system voted with each other to divide the high reputation group and low reputation group, and determined the starting reputation value of the nodes. Then, the mobile node in the group was divided into roles according to the high reputation value, and a total of three roles were divided into consensus node, backup node, and supervisory node to reduce the number of nodes involved in the consensus process and reduced the complexity of communication. In addition, an adaptive method was used to select the master nodes in the consensus process, and an integer value was introduced to ensure the unpredictability and equality of the master node selection. Experimentally, it was verified that the algorithm has lower communication complexity and better decentralization characteristics compared with the PBFT consensus algorithm, which improved the efficiency of consensus.

Qualia Role-Based Quantity Relation Extraction for Solving Algebra Story Problems

A qualia role-based entity-dependency graph(EDG)is proposed to represent and extract quantity relations for solving algebra story problems stated in Chinese.Traditional neural solvers use end-to-end models to translate problem texts into math expressions,which lack quantity relation acquisition in sophisticated scenarios.To address the problem,the proposed method leverages EDG to represent quantity relations hidden in qualia roles of math objects.Algorithms were designed for EDG generation and quantity relation extraction for solving algebra story problems.Experimental result shows that the proposedmethod achieved an average accuracy of 82.2%on quantity relation extraction compared to 74.5%of baseline method.Another prompt learning result shows a 5%increase obtained in problem solving by injecting the extracted quantity relations into the baseline neural solvers.

Impact of Strokes: The Burden of Care, Post-CVA Fatigue & Caregiver Role Strain

Strokes and cerebral vascular accidents (CVAs) and related disease events are an unfortunate circumstance that inflicts individuals around the world and impacts people every day as individuals and their caregivers. The consequences of these strokes or CVA events are life-changing for all those involved. As a result of long-term disability related to strokes, the caregiver may undergo many emotional, psychological, and physical factors that impact their daily lives. There is a relatively short period of time to react to the necessary change and as a result there may be differences in coping associated with these unexpected health circumstances. Many stoke victims experience motor, cognitive, emotional, and psycho-social deficits and their caregivers may not be prepared for these abrupt life altering effects. The impact for caregivers, factors impacting strokes, and solutions for care will be addressed in the paper. Evidence suggests that post fatigue stroke (PFS) may be triggered by a dysfunction of the stress system. Family caregivers with a low level of social engagement may be more likely to perceived stress, and increased risk for caregiver role strain.

科创企业创始人的角色塑造与转换及其对突破性创新的作用机制

科创企业是实现科技自主创新和服务国家重大战略的重要载体,其创始人如何塑造与转换角色是企业创新突破的关键,但现有研究缺乏对科创企业创始人角色塑造与转换的条件、过程及结果的理论探讨。本文采用单案例分析方法,探究科创企业创始人的角色塑造与转换及其对突破性创新的作用机制。研究发现:外部情境和创始人特质双重因素是创始人角色塑造与转换的先决条件;角色塑造与转换对突破性创新的作用机制是创始人依次触发角色动机、建构角色定位,进而执行角色行为、形成角色效应的过程;随着外部环境的阶段性变化和创始人特质的阶段性凸显,创始人的角色动机依次实现从核心技术自主动机、应用技术转化动机到生态技术深化动机的转变,角色定位呈现“技术领头羊—战略驾驭者—创新文化引领者”的演变,角色行为也从资源自建转变为资源杠杆再转变为资源共创,推动企业依次形成核心技术突破效应、应用技术占有效应、生态技术赋能效应。本文研究结论为科创企业创始人角色管理和创新实践提供了借鉴。
