Theoretical Analysis and Practical Reflection on the Role Conflict of Double-Qualified Teachers in University-Affiliated Hospitals

Taking role conflict as the starting point,this article examines and reflects on the development of clinical teachers.In the process of the occurrence,development,and resolution of role conflicts among clinical teachers,there are many hidden issues related to the development of clinical teachers.The development of clinical teacher teaching and role conflict management contain similar educational philosophies and practical issues.This study draws on classic theories and research achievements in the development of university teachers and conducts theoretical analysis and practical reflection on the development of clinical teachers in medical colleges from the perspective of role conflict in social psychology.Policy recommendations are proposed,including strengthening the construction of teaching systems at the hospital organizational environment level,enhancing the role identity and teacher beliefs of clinical teachers,promoting their teaching development and academic learning,and ensuring their normal teaching investment;promoting leadership support at the level of interpersonal interaction and leveraging the role of colleague support in alleviating role conflicts;enhancing individual teacher beliefs,teacher role learning,and role skills.

Exploration of Teaching Development Strategies for Double-Qualified Teachers in University- Affiliated Hospitals Based on Role Conflict Theory

Research on the Role of Guiding Students to Participate in Skills Competitions on the Development of Young Teachers in Vocational Colleges

This paper explores the role of guiding students to participate in skills competitions on the development of young teachers in vocational colleges.We investigate the impact of skills competitions on the consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills with students.The results of this research demonstrate that skills competitions have a positive influence on the professional growth of young teachers.The consolidation of professional knowledge,development of innovation capabilities,improvement of hands-on abilities,and enhancement of communication skills collectively contribute to the effectiveness of young teachers in vocational colleges.It is recommended that vocational colleges prioritize and support the participation of young teachers in skills competitions to foster their professional development.

On the Reconstruction of Teachers’Role of Business English Reading Classroom Teaching Based on Literature Circle

Business English reading teaching under the mode of“literature circles”focuses on cultivating students’autonomy in reading,group cooperation,and the exchange of ideas among group members.In this teaching mode,teachers are no longer the masters of the reading classroom,but the helpers,participants,and researchers in the process of students’reading.The reconstruction of teachers’role can promote the benign development of relationship not only between teachers and students,but also between students and students,inject new impetus and vitality into the classroom,and improve students’reading literacy.

Creating the Role of Rural Teachers as New Rural Sages under the Background of Rural Revitalization Based on Organizational Change and Planned Happenstance Theories

In the context of rural revitalization,people are re-examining the issue of creating the role of teachers as“new rural sages”.However,most of previous studies ignored the school organizational change in the process of reform.The planned happenstance suggests that teachers should maintain a positive mindset about the eventualities in their careers.Based on the organizational change theory,this paper gave some advice to help teachers in playing a role of new rural sages:①rooting in local culture and enhancing teachers’sense of belonging,②providing compensation for teachers in a targeted way,and③providing a comprehensive and objective evaluation mechanism for ensuring teachers’participation in social governance.

Parents'and teachers'expectations of school nurse roles:A scale development study

Objectives:Many studies concerning the roles and functions of school nurses exist,however,such studies are very limited in Turkey and there is any research on a comprehensive measuring tool that can evaluate teachers'and parents'perceptions and expectations of school nurses roles.The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable assessment tool that can be used to determine parents'and teachers'expectations of school nurse's roles.Methods:For the methodological research"Parents'and Teachers'Expectations of School Nurse's Roles"scale was designed and administered at primary and high schools in Turkey.To assess the data,assessment of item variability,internal consistency,factor analysis,correlations between the scale and subscales,and test-retest reliability were utilized.Results:The content validity index for the scale was 0.94.As a result of core components analysis varimax rotation,7 factors were obtained from 54 items.Cronbach'sαcoefficient for the factors ranged from 0.82 to 0.92.The intra-class correlation coefficient for the test-retest reliability was 0.859,P<0.001.Conclusions:The scale was a rather valid and reliable assessment tool in determining the parents'and teachers'expectations of school nurses'roles.
