Cross polarization(CP)is a widely used solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technique for enhancing the polarization of dilute S spins from much larger polarization of abundant I spins such as 1 H.To achieve suc...Cross polarization(CP)is a widely used solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)technique for enhancing the polarization of dilute S spins from much larger polarization of abundant I spins such as 1 H.To achieve such a polarization transfer,the I spin should either be spin-locked or be converted to the dipolar ordered state through adiabatic demagnetization in the rotating frame.In this work,we analyze the spin dynamics of the Hartmann-Hahn CP(HHCP)utilizing the 1 H spin-locking,and the dipolar-order CP(DOCP)having the 1 H adiabatic demagnetization.We further propose an adiabatic demagnetization CP(ADCP)where a constant radio-frequency pulse is applied on the S spin while 1 H is adiabatically demagnetized.Our analyses indicate that ADCP utilizes the adiabatic passage to effectively achieve the polarization transfer from the 1 H to S spins.In addition,the dipolar ordered state generated during the 1 H demagnetization process could also be converted into the observable S polarization through DOCP,further enhancing the polarized signals.It is shown by both static and magic-angle-spinning(MAS)NMR experiments that ADCP has dramatically broadened the CP matching condition over the other CP schemes.Various samples have been used to demonstrate the polarization transfer efficiency of this newly proposed ADCP scheme.展开更多
The present work enhanced the thermal conductivity of poly(p-phenylene sulfide)/expanded graphites and poly(p-phenylene sulfide)/carbon nanotubes, by incorporating composites with hexagonal boron nitride, which si...The present work enhanced the thermal conductivity of poly(p-phenylene sulfide)/expanded graphites and poly(p-phenylene sulfide)/carbon nanotubes, by incorporating composites with hexagonal boron nitride, which simultaneously succeeded in raising the electrical conductivity of the systems. A two-step mechanical processing method which includes rotating solid-state premixing and inner mixing was adopted to improve dispersion of the hybrids, contributing to the formation of an interspered thermal conductive network. Similar synergic effect in thermal conductivity enhancement was discovered in the hybrid systems regardless of the dimension difference between the two carbon fillers. Such is postulated to be the one satisfying advantage generated by the afore-mentioned network; the other is the insulativity of the hybrid systems given by the effective blockage of hexagonal boron nitride as an insulating material in our network.展开更多
A new type of traction drive system consisting of solid-state traction transformer (SSTT), inverter unit, auxiliary inverter, traction motor and other key components is built in order to suit the demand of developin...A new type of traction drive system consisting of solid-state traction transformer (SSTT), inverter unit, auxiliary inverter, traction motor and other key components is built in order to suit the demand of developing the next-generation electric traction system which will be efficient and lightweight, with high power density. For the purpose of reducing system volume and weight and improving efficiency and grid-side power quality, an efficient SSTT optimized topology combining highvoltage cascaded rectifiers with high-power high-frequency LLC resonant converter is proposed. On this basis, an integrated control strategy built upon synchronous rotating reference frame is presented to achieve unified control over fundamental active, reactive and harmonic components. The cartier-interleaving phase shift modulation strategy is proposed to improve the harmonic performance of cascaded rectifiers. In view of the secondary pulsating existing in a single-phase system, the mathematical model of secondary power transfer is built, and the mechanism of pulsating voltage resulting in beat frequency of LLC resonant converter is revealed, so as to design optimum matching of system parameters. Simulation and experimental results have verified that the traction system and control scheme mentioned in this paper are reasonable and superior and that they meet the future application requirements for rail transit.展开更多
