By analyzing and comparing the current application status and advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign artificial material mechanical equipment classification coding systems,and conducting a comparative study of the existing coding system standards in different regions of the country,a coding data model suitable for big data research needs is proposed based on the current national standard for artificial material mechanical equipment classification coding.This model achieves a horizontal connection of characteristics and a vertical penetration of attribute values for construction materials and machinery through forward automatic coding calculation and reverse automatic decoding.This coding scheme and calculation model can also establish a database file for the coding and unit price of construction materials and machinery,forming a complete big data model for construction material coding unit prices.This provides foundational support for calculating and analyzing big data related to construction material unit prices,real-time information prices,market prices,and various comprehensive prices,thus contributing to the formation of cost-related big data. 展开更多

Bill of materials( BOM) describes all the components in product and internal hierarchal relationships as a structured tree.In order to gain all required maintenance information for complex equipment which is complex,the modeling and the application of maintenance BOM are introduced in this paper. Because of the simple structure and the wide function,IDEF0 is presented to build the model of maintenance BOM. The modeling approach can gather the maintenance information conveniently based on other BOMs,and applications of maintenance BOM are widely,particularly,in maintenance and inventory management. 展开更多

Recently the State Council decided to extend the period ofduty exemption for imports of equipment and raw materials by foreign-invested enterprises below US$30 million.In order to administrate import and export activities in light ofinternational practice and apply a unified, fair and standardizedpolicy toward import duties, the State Council, on December28,1995, decided to reform and adjust the policies of import duties by fairly significant reduction of the overall import tariff leveland elimination of preferences of import-duty exemption for mostimport items, which was also applicable to imports of equipmentand raw materials by foreign-invested enterprises set up since April1st, 1996. With the development of ordnance technology,the survival and safety of individual combatants in hightech warfare are under serious threat,and the Personal Protective Equipment(PPE),as an important guarantee to reduce casualties and maintain military combat effectiveness,is widely developed.This paper systematically reviewed various PPE based on individual combat through literature research and comprehensive discussion,and introduced in detail the latest application progress of PPE in terms of material and technology from three aspects:individual integrated protection system,traditional protection equipment,and intelligent protection equipment,respectively,and discussed in depth the functional improvement and optimization status brought by advanced technology for PPE,focusing on the achievements of individual equipment technology application.Finally,the problems and technical bottlenecks in the development of PPE were analyzed and summarized,and the development trend of PPE were pointed out.The results of the review will provide a forward-looking reference for the current development of individual PPE,and are important guidance for the design and technological innovation of advanced equipment based on the future technological battlefield. 展开更多

仿生感知技术在电力设备状态监测与故障诊断领域已被广泛应用。结合微型气体传感器与智能算法的电力嗅觉技术,通过检测绝缘介质的特征分解气体,可以有效评估电力设备的故障类型和严重程度。因其成本低、体积小和集成度高的优势,电力嗅... 仿生感知技术在电力设备状态监测与故障诊断领域已被广泛应用。结合微型气体传感器与智能算法的电力嗅觉技术,通过检测绝缘介质的特征分解气体,可以有效评估电力设备的故障类型和严重程度。因其成本低、体积小和集成度高的优势,电力嗅觉技术受到越来越多关注。因此,该文针对SF6气体绝缘设备、空气绝缘设备、变压器、电力电缆和储能电池的应用背景,梳理了当前电力嗅觉传感技术的研究现状。首先,总结了不同电力设备状态劣化的产气特性及内在机理,分析了特征分解气体的异同;之后,针对不同特征分解气体,总结了电力嗅觉敏感材料的研究进展与改进方向;然后,对比了陶瓷基底、柔性基底和硅基底的封装差异性,提出了电力嗅觉传感器件的芯片化、集成化发展方向;最后,讨论了基于特征工程和数据驱动的传感器信号处理算法,点明了边缘计算技术在电力嗅觉智能算法方面的应用潜力。该文对电力嗅觉传感原理与关键技术进行了详细归纳,强调了在气体分析方法、气敏材料开发、传感器制备技术和智能算法应用等方面的技术创新潜力,为电力设备的智能化发展提供了指导方向。 展开更多
