However, the author has previously pointed out that the hydrogen atom has a state where n=0. An electron in the state where n=0has zero rest mass energy. However, a hydrogen atom has an energy level even lower than the n=0state. This is hard to accept from the standpoint of common sense. Thus, the author has previously pointed out that an electron at the energy level where n=0has zero energy because the positive energy mec2and negative energy −mec2cancel each other out. This paper elucidates the strange relationship between the momentum of a photon emitted when a hydrogen atom is formed by an electron with such characteristics, and the momentum acquired by the electron. 展开更多

冠状病毒在系统分类上属冠状病毒科(Coronaviridae)冠状病毒属(Coronavirus),是一种具有球形颗粒和包膜结构的单链RNA病毒。从2003年在中国暴发的重症急性呼吸综合征(SARSCoV),到2012年在沙特出现的中东呼吸综合征(MERS-CoV),再到2019... 冠状病毒在系统分类上属冠状病毒科(Coronaviridae)冠状病毒属(Coronavirus),是一种具有球形颗粒和包膜结构的单链RNA病毒。从2003年在中国暴发的重症急性呼吸综合征(SARSCoV),到2012年在沙特出现的中东呼吸综合征(MERS-CoV),再到2019年开始报道的新型冠状病毒感染(2019-nCoV),21世纪冠状病毒已经3次严重危害到人类的健康。对冠状病毒的序列特征与进化关系进行分析对病毒的起源与防控具有重要意义。本研究从GenBank数据库中筛选到30条冠状病毒刺突蛋白(S)、核衣壳蛋白(N)的蛋白序列,用邻接法构建进化树,分析冠状病毒进化关系,并对蛋白保守基序进行了分析。结果显示:2019-nCoV与从云南省的中菊头蝠中检测到的冠状病毒分离株RaTG13进化关系最近,并且与SARS-CoV具有较近的亲缘关系,与其他哺乳类和禽类动物感染的冠状病毒遗传进化关系较远。同时发现,相比S蛋白,N蛋白更适合用于构建冠状病毒进化树。保守基序分析表明:N蛋白中,选择的30个蛋白中有9个只含有2个保守元件,21个成员含有3个保守元件,保守元件在蛋白中的分布相对均匀;S蛋白中,选择的30个蛋白均含有3个保守元件,且集中在C端。本研究结果将为冠状病毒的进化关系及防治措施提供一定的理论依据。 展开更多

目的探讨血浆白蛋白(PA)、游离蛋白S(fPS)及D-二聚体(D-D)与子痫前期(PE)发病的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月江苏省溧阳市人民医院(以下简称“我院”)规律产检的PE患者112例记为PE组,并选择同期我院进行产检的健康妊娠孕妇120... 目的探讨血浆白蛋白(PA)、游离蛋白S(fPS)及D-二聚体(D-D)与子痫前期(PE)发病的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月江苏省溧阳市人民医院(以下简称“我院”)规律产检的PE患者112例记为PE组,并选择同期我院进行产检的健康妊娠孕妇120名记为对照组。比较两组一般资料及临床资料、血浆PA、fPS及D-D水平;PE发病的影响因素采用logistic回归分析;血浆PA、fPS及D-D对PE发病的预测价值采用受试者操作特征曲线。结果PE组收缩压、舒张压、尿蛋白、血尿酸、纤维蛋白原、同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白、D-D水平高于对照组;活化部分凝血酶时间、血浆PA、fPS低于对照组(P<0.05)。纤维蛋白原(OR=2.855)、PA(OR=0.314)、fPS(OR=0.297)、D-D(OR=3.053)为PE发病的影响因素(P<0.05)。血浆PA、fPS、D-D联合检测的曲线下面积高于各指标单独检测。结论血浆PA、fPS及D-D与PE发病有关,且血浆PA、fPS及D-D联合检测对PE发病的诊断价值较高。 展开更多

If the special theory of relativity is taken into account, R<sub>∞</sub> can no longer be regarded as a physical constant. According to the STR, when the velocity of a moving body increases, so does the mass of the body. The STR asserts that the mass of a body depends of the velocity at which the body moves. However, when energy is imparted to a body, this relation holds because kinetic energy increases. When the motion of an electron in an atom is discussed at the level of classical quantum theory, the kinetic energy of the electron is increased due to the emission of energy. At this time, the relativistic energy of the electron decreases, and the mass of the electron also decreases. The STR is not applicable to an electron in an atom. This paper derives an energy-momentum relationship applicable to an electron in an atom. The formula which determines the mass of an electron in an atom is also derived by using that relationship. 展开更多

Einstein’s energy-momentum relationship, which holds in an isolated system in free space, contains two formulas for relativistic kinetic energy. Einstein’s relationship is not applicable in a hydrogen atom, where potential energy is present. However, a relationship similar to that can be derived. That derived relationship also contains two formulas, for the relativistic kinetic energy of an electron in a hydrogen atom. Furthermore, it is possible to derive a third formula for the relativistic kinetic energy of an electron from that relationship. Next, the paper looks at the fact that the electron has a wave nature. Five more formulas can be derived based on considerations relating to the phase velocity and group velocity of the electron. This paper presents eight formulas for the relativistic kinetic energy of an electron in a hydrogen atom. 展开更多

帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)的重要发病机制之一是氧化应激,而壳寡糖具有较好的抗氧化活性且在PD等神经性疾病中具有良好的保护效果。将小鼠分为空白组、模型组、低剂量组(35 mg/kg)、中剂量组(70 mg/kg)和高剂量组(140 mg/kg),... 帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)的重要发病机制之一是氧化应激,而壳寡糖具有较好的抗氧化活性且在PD等神经性疾病中具有良好的保护效果。将小鼠分为空白组、模型组、低剂量组(35 mg/kg)、中剂量组(70 mg/kg)和高剂量组(140 mg/kg),利用1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine,MPTP)对小鼠腹腔注射诱导PD模型,并通过行为学、病理指标和氧化应激相关指标对各组小鼠进行评估,探究了壳三糖对于PD小鼠保护效果的量效关系及保护机制。结果显示,低中高3个剂量组壳三糖均能缓解PD小鼠的行为学障碍和纹状体中酪氨酸羟化酶(tyrosine hydroxylase,TH)表达量的减少,且中剂量组效果最佳。壳三糖干预显著降低了PD小鼠纹状体中丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量,提高了还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)含量、总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC)以及过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的表达,上调了核因子E2相关因子(NF-E2-related factor 2,Nrf2)/血红素氧化酶(heme oxygenase,HO-1)信号通路。结果表明,中剂量壳三糖对MPTP诱导的PD有更明显的缓解作用,其作用机制可能是通过提高抗氧化酶表达和上调Nrf2/HO-1信号通路,降低PD小鼠氧化应激从而缓解PD。 展开更多

Secondary storage spaces with very complex geometries are well developed in Ordovician carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,which is taken as a study case in this paper.It is still not clear how the secondary storage space shape influences the P-& S-wave velocities (or elastic properties) in complex carbonate reservoirs.In this paper,three classical rock physics models (Wyllie timeaverage equation,Gassmann equation and the Kuster-Toks z model) are comparably analyzed for their construction principles and actual velocity prediction results,aiming at determining the most favourable rock physics model to consider the influence of secondary storage space shape.Then relationships between the P-& S-wave velocities in carbonate reservoirs and geometric shapes of secondary storage spaces are discussed from different aspects based on actual well data by employing the favourable rock physics model.To explain the influence of secondary storage space shape on V P-V S relationship,it is analyzed for the differences of S-wave velocities between derived from common empirical relationships (including Castagna's mud rock line and Greenberg-Castagna V P-V S relationship) and predicted by the rock physics model.We advocate that V P-V S relationship for complex carbonate reservoirs should be built for different storage space types.For the carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,the V P-V S relationships for fractured,fractured-cavernous,and fractured-hole-vuggy reservoirs are respectively built on the basis of velocity prediction and secondary storage space type determination.Through the discussion above,it is expected that the velocity prediction and the V P-V S relationships for complex carbonate reservoirs should fully consider the influence of secondary storage space shape,thus providing more reasonable constraints for prestack inversion,further building a foundation for realizing carbonate reservoir prediction and fluid prediction. 展开更多

With very complex geological environment and tectonic background, i... s Western Yunnan is located at the boundary of collision or underthrusting zone of Eurasian plate and is influenced by many times tectonic movements. With very complex geological environment and tectonic background, it is one of the seismically active areas. In the paper, the teleseismic records were selected from 16 national, local and mo-bile stations, including 4 very-wide-band mobile stations of PASSCAL. And nearly 2 000 receiver functions were extracted. Two measuring lines are 650 km and 450 km, respectively and across some major tectonic units in Western Yunnan. It is indicated that Nujiang might be a seam characterized by underthrusting. The western and eastern boundaries of Sichuan-Yunnan rhombus block, i.e., Honghe and Xiaojiang faults, might be an erection seam or collision belt. Panxi tectonic zone still has the characteristics of continental rift valley, that is, the surface is hollow and the upper mantle is upwarping. The tectonic situation in Western Yunnan is of certain regulation with the interlacing distribution of orogenic zone and seam. The crustal thickness decreases gradually from the north to the south and the S wave velocity is globally lower here. 展开更多
