Various industries today rely on the support of electromechanical equipment,expanding its scope of application and leading to an increase in electromechanical installation projects.However,due to the high level of expertise required and the potential risks involved,it is crucial to emphasize safety management during construction.This paper delves into the significance of construction safety management for electromechanical installation projects,identifies common problems encountered during construction,and proposes solutions.This analysis aims to provide relevant personnel with essential guidance and references for managing electromechanical installation projects safely.

Views on Differential Management in Safety Supervision of Construction Engineering

Given the advances in science and technology,rapid development of socialist market economy and continuous advance of urbanization,it is necessary to enlarge the scale of engineering construction.As the form of engineering structure becomes more complex,large-scale and high-level projects with deep foundation have appeared in engineering construction.For construction engineering,one of its technologies includes solving the difficulties in construction.It is required to deal with the safety risk of construction in time to guarantee safety construction,timely solve the management difficulties and contradictory problems of the project and ensure both the safety of engineering construction and the rationalization of the institution setting of the safety supervision on the project.

Perception and Uses of Stakeholders＇ Power on Health and Safety Risk Management in Construction Projects in Tanzania

Key project stakeholders such as clients, consultant teams, contractors and workers have different sources of power to implement projects. How these powers influence health and safety risk management is not well documented. This article therefore assesses the perception and uses of stakeholders＇ power on health and safety in risk management in construction projects in Tanzania, specifically focuses on sources and types of power, how stakeholders perceive their power, how they use power on health and safety risk management, and what factors hinders their use of power. A case study strategy was adopted and four large on-going construction projects in Dar es Salaam Tanzania were involved. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with clients, consultants, contractors and construction workers. Findings indicate that stakeholders have different sources of power such as technical expertise, legitimate, political position, resources information to influence health and safety risk management. Nonetheless, the use of these powers was generally limited due to low level of knowledge on health and safety risk management among stakeholders, wrong perception on their roles, insufficient health and safety regulations and weak procurement system. The research recommends that, in order to realize health and safety performance through using stakeholder＇s power, there is a need of clear definition of stakeholders＇ role and responsibilities on health and safety, wide knowledge and experiences on health and safety risk management, strong regulatory system and procurement system.

Construction Safety Management and Construction Technology of Low-gas Tunnels

With the coordinated development of social economy and technology today,various advanced construction techniques and well-established management measures have begun to be widely used in coal-tunnel construction.However,in the construction process of low-gas tunnels,it will also cause a certain degree of adverse impact on the construction quality and safety due to the lack of technical experience and management experience to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper takes the actual tunnel project of a coal mine as an example to analyze the main construction technology and safety management measures of low-gas tunnels,so as to provide guarantee for the quality and safety of such tunnel construction.

Construction of the All-region Linkage System for Emergency Management of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety in West China

Quality and safety of agricultural products are significant for national socioeconomic development,sustainable development,and vital interests of people.To safeguard quality and safety of agricultural products in west China is to safeguard economic safety and ecological safety of the country,public health and social stability,of which an important task is to properly handle emergencies concerning quality and safety of agricultural products.Considering actual conditions of west China,suggestions are given to construct the all-region linkage system for emergency management of agricultural product quality and safety in the local area,enhance the all-region linkage,and improve the linkage efficiency.

Application effect of case management nursing based on patient safety in patients with prostate cancer

BACKGROUND Globally,prostate cancer has become a major threat to men's health,with an increasing incidence and causes serious effects on the quality and length of life of patients.Despite the rapid development of medical technology,which provides treatments,including surgery,radiotherapy,and endocrine therapy,the treatment of patients with prostate cancer,especially with endocrine therapy,has become a major challenge in clinical treatment owing to the lengthy course of treatment,side effects of drugs,and impact of the disease on the psychological and physiological functioning of the patient,producing poor treatment adherence and a decline in quality of life.After the nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score,sexual function,and hormone function were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Case management guidance based on patient safety effectively reduced anxiety and depression in patients undergoing endocrine therapy for prostate cancer and improved their quality of life,treatment compliance,and satisfaction.

Analysis of The Impact of Excellent Event Management on the Safety of Patients and Clinical Caregivers

Objective: To investigate the impact of excellent event management in improving patient safety and nursing staff care satisfaction. Methods: The study was analyzed by retrospective comparison, and routine management from January 2022 to December 2022 was set as the control group, and excellent event management from January 2023 to January 2024 was set as the study group. The differences in nursing outcomes between both groups were compared. Results: The rate of adverse events in the study group (0.61%) was lower than that in the control group (0.96%), and the rate of excellent events in the study group (2.57%) was higher than that in the control group (0.97%) (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, the satisfaction level of nursing safety in the study group reached 98.81%, which was much higher than in the control group (92.21%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nursing excellent event management had a positive impact on improving patient care safety satisfaction, reducing the rate of adverse events, and increasing the rate of reporting excellent events.

Development of a Sports Safety Promotion Framework Based on KABP Theory and 4M Management

This study explores the significance,current research landscape,and conceptualization of sports safety promotion.Safety in sports is fundamental to youth physical activities,and an excessive focus on or neglect of safety is unwarranted.Globally,numerous countries have extensively researched sports safety promotion and implemented diverse strategies.Drawing from KABP(Knowledge,Attitude,Behavior,Practice)theory and 4M(Man,Machine,Medium,Management)management,this paper presents a conceptual framework for sports safety promotion.It integrates these theories to devise a comprehensive accident prevention model within a sports safety promotion system.The framework prioritizes enhancing students’safety literacy and underscores the practical application of safety knowledge and skills in simulated sports settings following structured safety education.It aims to enhance students’competency and proficiency in averting sports-related injuries.

Design and Implementation of Traceability Management System of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Based on Domestic Basic Software of China

[Objective] To establish the traceability mechanism of agricultural products safety, and the application of promote domestic based software in the supervision area of agricultural products quality and safety. [Method] Through the analysis on the circulation characteristics of agricultural products, like fruits, vegetables, livestock and poultry, the agricultural products quality safety management and traceability query business component libraries were designed. Based on the run-time-supporting environment provided by domestic based software, traceability management system of agricultural products quality and safety was constructed. [Result] The traceability management system provided the information interaction and comprehensive management platform of agricultural product quality and safety based on domestic based software for the government, enterprises and consumers. [Conclusion] Through the application demonstration, the quality control and information traceability of full circulation of agricultural products was achieved effective and reliably, and the management level of agricultural products quality and safety was improved.

Study on Pork Quality and Safety Traceability System and Relevant Management Systems

It is the key to construct the traceability mechanism of quality responsibility for ensuring the quality and safety of animal products. In this study, after defining the concept of traceability system and analyzing its function mechanism, the design ideas of pork quality and safety traceability system based on bar code and Internet were put forward, including network structure, system process, business process and information identifica- tion. Then the relevant management systems were proposed.

Research on Technological Support System of Control and Management of Rural Tourism Safety

As the sources of overt and covert potential safety hazards were widespread, the safety control and management of rural tourism became more complicated and difficult, which required more for technological support of rural tourism safety management. Based on the latitude of technological support, from the perspective of management practice of rural tourism safety, through analysis on inner symbiosis of management and technological support of rural tourism safety, the paper had studied three parts of control and management system of rural tourism safety, which were rural tourism safety identification, rural tourism safety isolation and control, and rural tourism safety treatment and solution; and the connotation of technological support during safety management had been discussed from the three aspects. It hoped to serve as reference for tourism safety management and control, so as to promote healthy, stable and sustainable development of tourism.

Safety risk management of underground engineering in China：Progress, challenges and strategies

Underground construction in China is featured by large scale, high speed, long construction period,complex operation and frustrating situations regarding project safety. Various accidents have been reported from time to time, resulting in serious social impact and huge economic loss. This paper presents the main progress in the safety risk management of underground engineering in China over the last decade, i.e.（1） establishment of laws and regulations for safety risk management of underground engineering,（2） implementation of the safety risk management plan,（3） establishment of decision support system for risk management and early-warning based on information technology, and（4） strengthening the study on safety risk management, prediction and prevention. Based on the analysis of the typical accidents in China in the last decade, the new challenges in the safety risk management for underground engineering are identified as follows：（1） control of unsafe human behaviors;（2） technological innovation in safety risk management; and（3） design of safety risk management regulations. Finally, the strategies for safety risk management of underground engineering in China are proposed in six aspects, i.e. the safety risk management system and policy, law, administration, economy, education and technology.

An Assessment of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations in Ghana: A Study of the Construction Industry

Occupational health and safety continues to be a major component of the built environment. The study investigates the effectiveness of occupational health and safety laws and regulations in the construction industry in Ghana and identifies the influencing factors. Face-to-face interviews were conducted among 49 stakeholders from four relevant groups—regulatory institutions, consultants, contractors, artisans and labourers. The findings of the study suggest that the existing occupational health and safety legal and regulatory framework is barely effective. Stakeholders were aware of the existence of some laws and regulations but mostly could not identify the specific laws and their relevant contents. Consequently, compliance is found to be irregular. The key recurring factors affecting effectiveness of occupational health and safety laws and regulations include: negligence and lack of priority for occupational health and safety, lack of training, lack of funds for occupational health and safety, lack of capacity of regulatory and supervisory institutions, and lack of occupational health and safety education within construction firms. The findings of the study are foundational in strategic interventions aimed at improving compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations in the construction industry of Ghana.

Safety management of nasopharyngeal specimen collection from suspected cases of coronavirus disease 2019

This article introduces safety management strategies of nasopharyngeal specimen collection from suspected cases of coronavirus disease 2019 in a tertiary designated hospital.The key points include establishing a special sampling room,strict sterilization of the entire environment,training of professional nurses,enhancement of personal protection,standardization of methods and processes for swab collection,and a timely and safety sample submission.More than 11,000 nasopharyngeal specimens were collected by eight nurses,with an average of 1,375 specimen swab collections each nurse,and no one was infected.
