Probabilistic linguistic term ordered weighted distance operator and its applications in public Eco-environment satisfaction evaluation

This thesis aims to propose a novel distance operator,the probabilistic linguistic term ordered weighted distance(PLTOWD)operator,which enriches the distance theory in probabilistic linguistic term circumstances.The PLTOWD operator is an efficient tool to deal with qualitative evaluation information and their corresponding probabilities or importance degrees.Moreover,some of its desired properties and different families of thePLTOWDoperator are discussed.Meanwhile,the extensions of the PLTOWD operator are also investigated.Then,a method of multiple attribute group decision making(MAGDM)in probabilistic linguistic term information is proposed on the basis of the PLTOWD operator.Finally,a numerical evaluation example in public Eco-environment satisfaction is developed to illustrate the practicability and effectiveness of the given method.Some discussions and comparisons are carried out according to the case results.

A Comprehensive Evaluation of User Satisfaction with Industrial Heritage Reuse and the Optimization Strategies:Taking Zhonglian U Valley 2.5 Creative Industrial Park as an Example

The industrial heritage creative industrial park in Qingdao,which has been renovated and put to use,was selected as the research subject.Based on the data collected via the questionnaire survey and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate the weights of indicators at each level and construct a comprehensive satisfaction evaluation model,aiming to ensure a comprehensive satisfaction evaluation and analysis of the use effect of industrial heritage following renovation and utilization.Based on the evaluation results,the existing problems in the renovation and reuse of industrial heritage in Qingdao were analyzed,and subsequently corresponding optimization strategies were proposed.

Evaluation of Farmer Training Satisfaction Level in Hubei Province

Based on fully understanding the significance of farmer training,this paper builds the evaluation index system for farmer training satisfaction level. Then this paper employs the field survey data about Yichang and Jingzhou in Hubei Province to evaluate the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province. Results show that farmers have high level of satisfaction on agricultural training in Hubei Province,and the average satisfaction level reaches 0. 8556; there are regional differences in the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province; the index weight is not entirely directly proportional to the training satisfaction level in the evaluation index system. Finally,from training courses,training teachers,training organization and follow-up services,this paper brings forward the recommendations for improving farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province,improve farmer training system,further improve the effectiveness of training and promote farmers' quality.
