In 2009,the pig iron output of China increased dramatically up to 543.75 Mt and was 15.87%higher than that in 2008,accounting for 60.53%of the world production.The processing of pig iron must consume huge amount of iron ores and coal and consequently leads to the shortage of ores and cokemaking coals supply,with prices soaring but quality worsening remarkably.How to maintain or even improve the efficiency of blast furnace production under negative conditions of constantly worsening resources of iron ore and coal has become an important scenario the Chinese ironmaking industry must face.In this paper,the production with high coal injection rate,low fuel rate and big productivity in the Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation(Group) was introduced and revealed.The quantitative correlation between blast furnace production efficiency and diverse technical measures through combined mass-heat balances and gas-liquid counter-current flow dynamics analysis.Moreover,potential problems and countermeasures in ironmaking by feeding high Al_2O_3 and low grade iron ores were also discussed. 展开更多

Based on the characteristics of sewage from beauty salons,a simulation model of a small sewage source heat pump triple supply system that can be applied to such places is established to optimize the operating conditions of the system.The results show that with the increase of sewage temperature and flow,the performance of the system also increases.In summer conditions,the system provides cooling,recovers waste heat and condensed heat from sewage,with a COP value of 8.97;in winter conditions,the system heats and produces hot water,with a COP value of 2.44;in transitional seasons,only hot water is produced.The COP value is 2.75.Compared with the traditional systems which refers to the air source heat pump and hot water boiler system currently used in beauty salons,this system can save energy by 50.9%. 展开更多

The energy consumption of office buildings has increased sharply since the 21st century with the increasing ur-banization coverage.At this stage,the energy consumption of office buildings in China mainly comes from air conditioning and lighting.This paper obtains the regression equation of natural lighting illumination and radi-ant heat gain under different curtain conditions through experiments and simulations,and gives the theoretical calculation process of curtain regulation of office thermal and light environment and energy consumption.DeST and Ecotect software were used to analyze the thermal and light environment and energy consumption of the office.The results show that setting curtains in the room can effectively improve the indoor thermal light en-vironment,the higher the transmittance of curtains the lower the lighting energy consumption,the higher the number of high temperature hours of natural room temperature and the greater the radiant heat gain.The room with thick curtains has the lowest energy consumption for air conditioning in summer,followed by the room with thin curtains,and the room without curtains has the highest energy consumption for air conditioning.The room without curtains has the lowest energy consumption for artificial lighting,the room with thin curtains has the second lowest,and the room with thick curtains has the highest electricity consumption for artificial lighting.The air conditioning energy consumption accounts for the main building energy consumption,followed by the lighting energy consumption.After setting curtains in the office,the air conditioning energy consumption caused by the solar radiation heat entering the room through the exterior windows is smaller than the lighting energy consumption caused by artificial lighting.Therefore,the installation of internal shading with moderate trans-mittance and good thermal insulation performance can make the energy saving of lighting and air conditioning energy consumption reach the optimal value. 展开更多

With rapid development of the railway traffic, the moving block signaling system (MBS) method has become more and more important for increasing the track capacity by allowing trains to run in a shorter time-headway while maintaining the required safety margins. In this framework, the tracking target point of the following train is moving forward with its leading train. This paper focuses on the energy saving tracking control of two successive trains in MBS. Nonlinear programming method is used to optimize the energy-saving speed trajectory of the following train. The real-time location of the leading train could be integrated into the optimization process. Due to simplicity, it can be used for online implementation. The feasibility and effectiveness are verified through simulation. The results show that the new method is efficient on energy saving even when disturbances present. 展开更多

When the total amount of RE oxides reaches 0. 2×10-4 - 2. 0×10-4 (wt), it has positive effect on the burnability of raw meals? and the Alite content in clinker increases. However, with the addition of lan-thanide, the formation process of clinker and the distribu-tion of lanthanide in clinker are different from those of yt-trium. If the burning temperature is 1 450 C , yttrium shiws negative effect on the formation of clinker. There-fore, to improve the quality of cement clinkern, the raw meals in which yttrium content is lower and lanthanide con-tent is higher is preferable; to reduce the consumption of coal, the raw meals that yttrium content is higher is suit-able. Using raw meals containing trace RE oxides can re-duce the cost of fluorite and protect environment. 展开更多

多元文化交错区传统民居室内热环境对比研究——以乌兰察布地区为例

乌兰察布在历史上为内蒙古地区晋、冀移民圈的交汇处,农耕与游牧文化的交融,以及不同移民源地间文化的碰撞,使该地域传统民居在文化传播中因人地关系的复杂性呈现出四种典型类型。但伴随时代的发展,新建民居出现文化断层与冬季室内热舒... 乌兰察布在历史上为内蒙古地区晋、冀移民圈的交汇处,农耕与游牧文化的交融,以及不同移民源地间文化的碰撞,使该地域传统民居在文化传播中因人地关系的复杂性呈现出四种典型类型。但伴随时代的发展,新建民居出现文化断层与冬季室内热舒适性亟待提高的双重困境。在归纳四类传统民居形制特征和尺寸取值的前提下,提炼出影响室内热环境的4个建筑要素,结合Ladybug+Honeybee软件,对比研究民居间主要活动空间冬季室内热环境的差异及原因。研究结果表明:大面积开窗可以有效利用太阳辐射提升室内温度,但保温性能差,而小面积开窗保温性能更好,但太阳辐射利用率较低;单坡屋顶比双坡屋顶单位面积照射到的太阳辐射更多,虽然其保温性能差,但对室内热环境质量的提升更有利;一进两开和里外间平面相比于单间和通间平面,卧室与入户门之间形成“温度缓冲区”可以有效减少门处的热量损失;小的空间尺度可以有效减少建筑的热量损失。基于以上结论提出四类民居在承续建筑文化基因的同时改善室内热环境的策略,为文化传承下的乌兰察布传统民居可持续发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。 展开更多

校园形态与环境舒适性的关系是校园建设的热门议题。探讨高校公共教学组团布局类型及关键设计要素与风环境评价指标的关系,目的在于为风环境导向下的公共教学组团空间形态控制提供思考路径。选取岭南地区54所建成高校公共教学组团作为... 校园形态与环境舒适性的关系是校园建设的热门议题。探讨高校公共教学组团布局类型及关键设计要素与风环境评价指标的关系,目的在于为风环境导向下的公共教学组团空间形态控制提供思考路径。选取岭南地区54所建成高校公共教学组团作为研究对象,归纳总结组团布局类型,分析风环境相关设计要素(包括建筑朝向、建筑间距与围合形式),抽象高校公共教学组团理想模型,运用Phoenics软件进行夏季风环境模拟;设计单因子变量实验,分析不同因素与室外风环境的关联关系;对3个设计要素进行关联分析,探讨不同设计制约条件下的最优因素水平组合。结果显示,行列式布局在4种布局类型中室外风环境表现最优;当建筑根据地形呈斜向行列式布局时,组团室外风环境舒适性和空间感受较好;建筑间距与组团室外风环境呈正相关关系,但差异性较小;呈E型或S型围合的组团布局模式,连接体采用架空、挖洞等手法进行通透性处理,是兼顾室外风环境舒适性与空间需求的较优组团形式。 展开更多

公共部门员工的环保行为对于推进我国低碳转型发展具有重要意义。基于“刺激-机体-反应”理论和社会影响理论,选取310名公共部门员工为研究对象,探究节能政策对公共部门员工环保组织公民行为的作用机制。研究发现,混合性和自愿性节能政... 公共部门员工的环保行为对于推进我国低碳转型发展具有重要意义。基于“刺激-机体-反应”理论和社会影响理论,选取310名公共部门员工为研究对象,探究节能政策对公共部门员工环保组织公民行为的作用机制。研究发现,混合性和自愿性节能政策能够直接正向影响公共部门员工环保组织公民行为;混合性和自愿性节能政策均通过认同心理影响公共部门员工环保组织公民行为,而服从在各类政策和公共部门员工环保组织公民行为之间不存在中介效应;性别、年龄、教育程度、编制类型、政治面貌、行政职级在自愿性节能政策影响公共部门员工环保组织公民行为的路径中发挥着调节作用。公共部门应加强节能教育和培训,引导员工建立对节能政策的认同,并基于个体特征,有差别地设计节能行为引导政策。 展开更多
