The decisions concerning portfolio selection for army engineering and manufacturing development projects determine the benefit of those projects to the country concerned.Projects are typically selected based on ex ante estimates of future return values,which are usually difficult to specify or only generated after project launch.A scenario-based approach is presented here to address the problem of selecting a project portfolio under incomplete scenario information and interdependency constraints.In the first stage,the relevant dominance concepts of scenario analysis are studied to handle the incomplete information.Then,a scenario-based programming approach is proposed to handle the interdependencies to obtain the projects,whose return values are multi-criteria with interval data.Finally,an illustrative example of army engineering and manufacturing development shows the feasibility and advantages of the scenario-based multi-objective programming approach. 展开更多

Background: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) are well known and widely used assessment tool. They can be used to measure the different levels of educational outcomes: knowledge, understanding, judgment and problem solving. Traditional MCQs (stand-alone MCQs) often are used as a tool for facts recall. Advantages of using Scenario-based questions (SBQs) include more focus on learning objectives and ability to assess higher levels of learning. Shifting to scenario-based questions can increase the level of difficulty and measure higher levels of cognition. Purpose: This study explores the current knowledge and overall awareness of the undergraduate teaching staff about the use and difficulties of scenario-based single-best answer, multiple-choice questions (SB-SBA-MCQs) in assessments of the basic medical sciences. Method: We used an e-Likert scale questionnaire to explore this issue. The questionnaire covered the current knowledge, experience of staff in writing (SB-SBA-MCQs), courses or postgraduate degrees they attended and difficulties they face or anticipate in writing (SB-SBA-MCQs). Results: The majority (86%) are familiar with courses or workshops related to MCQs writing and assessment in general, a small minority have not attended any. The majority (86%) had some experience in writing MCQs. Only, a small percentage have not tried writing this type of MCQs. Nearly 60% think it takes time to construct, the majority (96%) of those researched are in support of shifting to scenario-based MCQs in basic medical sciences. Conclusion: The study has shown most of the teachers of basic medical sciences are aware of and with good knowledge in (SB-SBA-MCQs). It also highlighted the importance and need for regular training courses and workshops on the same. 展开更多

Lots of pervasive computing researchers are working on how to realize the user-centered intelligent pervasive computing environment as Mark Weiser figured out.Task abstraction is the fundamentation of configuration for pervasive application.Based on task-oriented and descriptive properties of scenario,a scenario-based participatory design model was proposed to realize the task abstraction.The design model provided users and domain experts a useful mechanism to build the customized applications by separating system model into domain model and design model.In this design model,domain experts,together with users,stakeholders focus on the logic rules(domain model)and programmers work on the implementation(design model).In order to formalize the model description,a human-agent interaction language to transform users' goals and domain rules into executable scenarios was also discussed.An agent platform-describer used to link design and implementation of scenarios was developed to realize the configuration of applications according to different requirements.The demand bus application showed the design process and the usability of this model. 展开更多

BS算法是时间序列多变点检测中最经典的算法之一,但是基于全局CUSUM统计量的识别过程会带来过多误判和较高的时间复杂度.BS算法是一种离线的序贯方法,因此没有充分利用数据的时序信息;另一方面,BS算法识别变点的原则是CUSUM统计量最大化,也没有考虑统计量构成序列的形态特性.鉴于此,提出一种基于局部形态识别的BS改进算法,命名为Shape-based BS算法.基于局部形态识别统计量,不仅大大降低计算复杂度,且降低了因变点间的互相干扰而带来的误判率,进而提升变点识别的稳健性.最后,将此算法应用到了电力系统的"场景压缩"问题上,具有满意的实用效果. 展开更多

基于“预测-模拟-初划-修正”的县级城镇开发边界划定

为加强县级城镇开发边界与其他规划及建设需求的衔接协调,提升边界在规划管控中的落地性,构建“预测-模拟-初划-修正”的县级城镇开发边界划定技术框架.利用FLUS-UGB模型对江西省德安县进行土地利用需求量预测、多情景土地利用模拟和城... 为加强县级城镇开发边界与其他规划及建设需求的衔接协调,提升边界在规划管控中的落地性,构建“预测-模拟-初划-修正”的县级城镇开发边界划定技术框架.利用FLUS-UGB模型对江西省德安县进行土地利用需求量预测、多情景土地利用模拟和城镇开发边界初步划定,通过梳理省市县重点建设项目及集镇功能地块,整合相关县级建设及保护规划数据,修正开发边界初步划定结果,得到最终划定成果.结果表明:(1) 2020年德安县土地利用模拟结果的Kappa系数为0.87、整体精度为0.93,模拟精度较高;2035年德安县城镇建设用地面积模拟结果为43.73 km^(2),较2020年增长14.26 km^(2).(2)基础情景的城镇建设用地扩张显著,永久基本农田和生态保护红线控制情景有效遏制了城镇建设用地对耕地及河道周边生态空间的侵占,同时有效促进了三线协调.(3)德安县城镇开发边界最终划定面积为47.07 km^(2),对比初划结果修正了3.48 km^(2),落实了重要规划内容,切实提升了边界落地的准确性及管理的有效性. 展开更多

The measured results show that the maximum efficiency and the maximum output power are 2% and 194μW at 348 GHz. The saturation characteristic test shows that the output i dB compression point is about -8.5 dBm at 334 GHz and the maximum efficiency is obtained at the point, which is slightly below the 1 dB compression point. Compared with the conventional hybrid integrated circuit, a major advantage of the monolithic integrated circuit is the significant improvement of reliability and consistency. In this work, a terahertz monolithic frequency multiplier at this band is designed and fabricated. 展开更多

复杂背景下基于改进Mask R-CNN的路面裂缝检测算法

裂缝检测对路面养护具有重要意义,深度学习在该领域取得一定成效。然而,在实际应用中,图像中的噪声纹理背景、复杂的裂缝拓扑结构和图像采集设备给裂缝检测带来了一定的挑战。为了提升在复杂场景下的路面裂缝检测精度,提出了一种改进掩... 裂缝检测对路面养护具有重要意义,深度学习在该领域取得一定成效。然而,在实际应用中,图像中的噪声纹理背景、复杂的裂缝拓扑结构和图像采集设备给裂缝检测带来了一定的挑战。为了提升在复杂场景下的路面裂缝检测精度,提出了一种改进掩码区域卷积神经网络(Mask R-CNN)模型的实例分割算法。使用ConvNeXt-T替代Mask R-CNN的ResNet50框架作为特征生成网络,在自下而上捕获长期依赖的同时保持裂缝特征多样性;设计高维特征提取模块(HFEM)获取高级语义信息,消除背景噪声;引入感受野模块(RFB),扩大感受野,增强多尺度特征信息交互能力。在多结构裂缝图像(MSCI)数据集上进行对比实验,结果表明,提出的改进方法能显著提升Mask R-CNN模型的分割精度,优于经典的Cascade Mask RCNN,最佳模型F1得分84.15%,相较原算法提高了6.29%。在DeepCrack数据集上进行泛化性实验,表现优异。 展开更多

Four new Schiff bases with promising anticancer activity have been synthesized from 4-amino-3,5-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole and di-pyridyl-aldehydes. Structures have been established by various spectroscopic methods. The compounds were tested in vitro to study their cytotoxicity and anti-oxidative activity in human lung carcinoma (A549), breast carcinoma (BT549), prostate adenocarcinoma (PC3) and mouse preadipocytes (3T3-L1) cells. Compound 1 was found to increase Glutathione (GSH) level slightly in all four cell lines. Compound 4 showed better selectivity and cytotoxicity against both BT549 and A549 cells compared to the anticancer drug tamoxifen. With the exception of compound 4 which reduced GSH levels in A549 and BT549, all other compounds maintained GSH levels in comparison to their respective controls. 展开更多

目的将基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)联合优化情景模拟教学模式(improving simulation instructional methods,iSIM)应用于产儿科团队合作培训,探讨该教学模式在产儿科对临床医学本科实习医师的团队合作能力、新生儿急救... 目的将基于问题的学习(problem based learning,PBL)联合优化情景模拟教学模式(improving simulation instructional methods,iSIM)应用于产儿科团队合作培训,探讨该教学模式在产儿科对临床医学本科实习医师的团队合作能力、新生儿急救实践技能和学生对教学模式的满意度的影响。方法将2022年7月—2023年6月在中山市人民医院产科和新生儿科轮转的四年级实习医师共72人,按工号末位奇偶数随机分为试验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。两组均实行小组教学,每6人为一个小组。所有人员前期均接受产科危重症、新生儿复苏的理论培训。其中,对照组采用传统授课+操作示范的教学模式;试验组采用PBL+iSIM情景模拟教学模式,期间穿插标准家属进行医患沟通,试验组和对照组每1个小组6个实习医师,利用Excel现场随机抽签确定所演练的角色分工。教学结束后比较两组实习医师理论、操作考核成绩、医患沟通能力和学生的满意度,并用团队合作评价工具(CSAT)进行评价,应用统计学方法,分析并评估PBL+iSIM情景模拟教学模式在产儿科团体合作培训与传统的教学模式培训教学效果差异。结果两组实习医师除了理论成绩和个人准备工作项目得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,操作考核成绩、医患沟通能力、学生的满意度以及CSAT评价指标总分和其他项目的组间差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),结果提示PBL联合iSIM情景模拟教学模式优于传统的教学模式。结论PBL联合iSIM情景模拟教学模式应用在临床本科实习生的产儿科合作项目中有较大的优势,有利于提高临床医学本科实习生对产科和新生儿急救技能的掌握水平,提高教学效果和教学质量。 展开更多

目的探讨案例整合情景模拟教学模式应用于急性上消化道出血见习教学的教学成效。方法选取广州医科大学临床医学(南山班)2021级40名医学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中22名为实验组,采用案例整合情景模教学模式;另18名同学为对照组,采... 目的探讨案例整合情景模拟教学模式应用于急性上消化道出血见习教学的教学成效。方法选取广州医科大学临床医学(南山班)2021级40名医学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中22名为实验组,采用案例整合情景模教学模式;另18名同学为对照组,采用传统床旁见习教学模式。教学内容为急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血。结果实验组和对照组消化内科学总得分无统计学差异(P>0.05),涉及消化道出血相关内容的得分情况实验组得分明显优于对照组,两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在课后满意度调查中,大部分实验组同学对新教学模式满意度较高并积极参与。结论案例整合情景模拟教学模式在激发学习兴趣、培养医学职业素养、活跃课堂气氛等方面明显优于传统床边教学模式,适于消化内科的实践教学,可作为医学本科见习的常规教学方法进行推广及使用。 展开更多
