Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for the Integration of Industry and Education in University Asset Evaluation

During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the main task of talent team construction in China’s asset appraisal industry was to develop innovative talent training models.Therefore,this article focuses on the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education in asset evaluation in universities,systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of research on asset evaluation talent cultivation models in universities,and explores the construction measures of asset evaluation talent cultivation models based on the integration of industry and education that meet social needs and the development of the times[1].At the same time,the strategy of constructing a deep integration talent training system was explored,guided by the integration of industry and education,to cultivate asset evaluation composite talents with strong practical skills.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of asset evaluation professionals in China and promoting the development of asset evaluation talent training models.

Innovation Transformation and Industry-Education Integration:A Study on the Integration Path of Guangxi Zhuang’s Intangible Cultural Heritage and Master of Arts Education in China

This study focuses on the master of arts education in higher education institutions in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China,explores the path of integrating Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage with the teaching of master of arts,and puts forward the teaching mode of“thinking guidance-autonomous judgement-program construction.”A theoretical model of innovative transformation of intangible cultural heritage is also summarized.Through the development of this study,it is expected to further enrich the practical teaching mechanism of master of arts education in Chinese universities and form a master of arts teaching model with strong local cultural characteristics.At the same time,the teaching reform based on the integration of Guangxi Zhuang’s intangible cultural heritage and master of arts education also has strong practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese intangible cultural heritage,promoting the development of cultural and creative industries,and serving the economic and social development of Guangxi.

Research on The Software Development Ability Training With Gradual and Whole Process Based on The Deep Integration Between Industry and Education

In view of the mechanism and quality problems in the software ability training of computer majors in colleges and universities,as well as the engineering ability and innovation ability training results can not effectively meet the needs of society,this paper discusses how to realize the deep integration of production and education through school enterprise cooperation under the existing training mode.Through the establishment of a progressive whole process training system,students’software ability can be improved in an all-round way.Taking Shenyang Aerospace University as an example,it expounds how to organically combine the theoretical teaching in class with the cultivation of extracurricular innovation ability,and gradually guide students to comprehensively improve their software development ability and innovation ability.The model has been running for many years,and plays a leading role in promoting the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of education,and provides reference for the brotherly colleges and universities.

“科教+产教”双驱动融合的计算机类研究生创新人才培养模式探索

面对传统科教与产教中计算机类研究生培养存在的耦合性不足,该文探索“科教+产教”双驱动融合视域下计算机类研究生创新人才培养模式。该模式从思想转变和理念建设、体系构建和规划、资源保障和人才培养三个层面提出总体框架,并针对性地提出多条具体举措,充分诠释“科教+产教”双驱动融合的教育理念,最后阐明所提出的创新人才培养模式的两点特色。研究成果能够在促进教育发展、推动科技创新的同时,成就更多适应新时代计算机类产业需求的高素质创新人才。

地方高校土木类专业学位研究生创新应用型人才培养模式研究与实践

工程专业学位研究生教育承担着为国家培养高层次应用型人才的重要任务。针对地方高校土木类专业学位研究生存在培养目标不清晰、培养模式不合理、实践能力不足、创新能力不强的问题,构建了以“产教协同、项目驱动、开放融合”为特色的“一目标、二协同、三递进、五保障”专业学位硕士研究生人才培养模式(简称“1235”人才培养模式)。该模式围绕提升研究生实践创新能力的核心人才培养目标,建立了产教协同的二元人才培养机制,实施了“理论—实践—创新”三阶递进式的人才培养方式,构建了以“教学礼拜”为载体,导师、学科方向、学院、学校、政府“五位一体”的研究生培养质量保障与改进机制。经过多年实践与完善,该模式取得了较好的人才培养成效,专业学位研究生人才培养质量明显提高。

工程教育专业认证下实践教学体系与模式探索

目前,我国老年护理专业人才供给严重不足、校企对接培养不够深入。社会短期培训入岗不能满足老年人专业化护理服务需求等问题日益凸显,我国老年护理服务质量有待进一步提升。职业院校是培养老年护理专业技术技能人才的重要基地,职业院校需要院校针对国家养老政策需求,进一步探索在产教融合背景下,高职院校基于岗课赛证,实行岗课一体、赛证融合、思政融通育人体系。通过深化产教融合,校企双元协同共育,培养对接社会岗位需求的高素质老年护理专业技术技能人才,为老人提供有技术、有温度的专业老年护理服务和人文关怀。

基于产教融合的机械专业三层次三维度实践教学体系构建与实践

产教融合是高职教育发展的重要举措和主要途径。产教融合要求高职院校的教学链、人才链与产业链在规模和结构上相互协调,人才培养模式与地方产业活动相互衔接,学校的人才培养方案、课程体系设置和各种资源配置与对应的岗位相互契合。高职院校可以通过教师、教材和教法“三教”改革推动“岗课赛证”融通。调研岗位职责以岗定课、重构课程体系以课育人、参与技能大赛以赛导课和获取资格证书以证验课,进一步深化产教融合、强化专业知识、优化信息能力、提升岗位技能和综合素养。

随着汽车“新四化”的技术变革,对新能源汽车工程技术人才培养提出了新的要求。针对当前高校新能源汽车人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,本文以南航金城学院新能源汽车专业为例,从校企协同育人生态体系构建、人才培养方案修订、校企共建课程体系、教学模式改革、双师型师资队伍建设、教学实践基地共建等方面提出了应用型高校深度产教融合的新能源汽车人才培养举措。以期为相关院校在新能源汽车人才培养过程中提供借鉴,培养出产教高度契合的满足现代产业需求的高素质应用型创新人才。

汽车类专业人才产教融合+OBE理念培养实践——以《汽车电气设备》为例

高职院校“岗课赛证”融合育人模式的理论与实践研究

“岗课赛证”融合育人模式是继产教融合、全国职业技能大赛、1+X证书制度等项目而提出的高等职业教育建设项目。该模式主要从标准、内容、过程、评价四个维度的相互融合,促进高职院校教育教学改革,提高高等职业教育人才培养的质量。现阶段,“岗课赛证”融合育人模式存在功利化、形式化、结果化三个方面的现实困境,缺少有效的实施途径。因此,高职院校专业建设应坚持岗位需求导向,“以岗定课”建设课程体系,“以赛促教”推动课程教学改革,“以证定标”构建多维评价体系,以助力实现高素质技术人才培养的跃迁。
