The Development and Influence of RCPS Instructions to Promote Students＇ Scientific Learning Motivation and Scientific Concept Learning

This research aims at developing RCPS （revised creative problem solving） teaching model, besides the authors designed the instructions of chemical reaction to promote eight grade students＇ scientific learning motivation and scientific concept learning. We adopted quasi-experiment study, the experimental group and controlled group all 28 students were chose, go on the parameter is analyzed together compared with textbook instructions, scale of scientific learning motivation and test of scientific conception learning were used for the two groups in prior test and post test, then they used statistical ANCOVA （analysis of covariance） to analyze the differences between the two teaching models. The result of this study finds that RCPS teaching model improved student＇s scientific learning motivation and learning scientific concept was superior to textbook instructions in controlled group, p = 0.001 （〈 0.01）, and all with high experimental treatment effects （〉 0.14）. The study also proposes that when RCPS teaching model was applied to scientific concept teaching, RCPS teaching model should be joined the conception introducing stage, and pay attention to students＇ scientific learning motivation.

Agriculture Development and Strategy in Scientific Concept of Development

Concept of scientific wildlife conservation and its dissemination

In recent years, wildlife conservation has attracted great public attention. However, substantial distinctions can be found in the prevailing concepts of wildlife conservation, particularly with the recent notion that emphasizes animal rights. Wildlife welfare and wildlife rights are not synonymous, with welfare more compatible with the reasonable and legal utilization of wildlife. The key to scientific wildlife conservation is the appropriate awareness and appreciation of the relationship between wildlife conservation and utilization and the theoretical basis of holism. Furthermore, the media should shoulder the social responsibility for the accurate dissemination of conservation information.

论增强人文环境建设的科学性和有效性

人文环境建设是人全面发展的前提性条件,重视人文环境建设是我国文明进步的重要标志。但在目前颇为热烈的人文环境建设的讨论中存在着两个根本性缺陷:一是过于狭窄的文化观,因而不能观照人文环境建设的客观实践的整体;二是公式化、概念化、标签化、简单化问题,因而不能体现人文环境建设的人文本质。认为要实现人文环境建设的科学性和有效性,就必须深刻理解科学发展观在党的理论创新过程中的里程碑意义,自觉坚持以科学发展观为指导,确立大人文环境观;必须加强人文环境建设人学理论和方法论依据的研究,着眼建设和谐社会,确立科学的构建原则。

Global Bioethical Prevention of the Collision of Biological and Cultural Evolution on Miserable Human Survival

With the cultural myth that science can only determine the way the world ＂is＂ （facts）, while humanities, social sciences, lawyers, philosophers, and theologians must determine the way the world ＂ought to be＂ （values）, those in position of global-, national-, and local-political power make major decisions of the use （or non-use） of scientific knowledge and technology. As a result, the human being has created a non-scientifically based cultural environment that is affecting his ability to survive. In effect, cultural evolution is occurring more rapidly than biological evolution that can adapt to the changes brought about in the physical and psycho-social environments. In a pluralistic cultural world, where each society has generated a different view of human nature and different ethical values, the use, misuse, or non-use of scientific and technological advances are derived from these unscientific views of human nature. Since all life depends on limiting interacting environmental and ecological factors, it is imperative that scientific information be used to govern how to minimize irreversible effects on life-sustaining ecological factors, but also scientific information bearing on understanding human nature ought to be integrated into a ＂global bioethics＂. While ethical values cannot be directly derived from scientific factors, it is also true that human values or our ＂ought＂ cannot be maintained in ignorance or defiance of the facts or the ＂is＂.

Basic conditions study to accelerate the realization of transformation of Shaanxi＇s economy growth mode

It is an urgent and important economic work in the moment and the next period for China to realize the transformation of economic growth mode. Relatively, there must be certain basic conditions. This article makes elaboration of the basic conditions, which accelerate the change of Shaanxi＇s economic growth mode from government angle, and proposes countermeasures for it, according to Shaanxi＇s situation and the requirement of scientific development concept, in order to provide basis for the government＇s economic growth transformation.

The threshold effect of the urban-rural income disparity on real economic growth in China

Given China＇s dual urban-rural structure, this paper employs the Theil index for measuring and depicting China＇s urban-rural income disparity and its characteristics. Furthermore, this paper specifies a nonlinear threshold cointegration model to reveals a nonlinear relationship between the urban-rural income gap and real economic growth over a long period since reform and opening up in China. Our results show that the regime switch of the long-term nonlinear threshold relationship takes place at the 0.100 （threshold value） of the Theil index. From 1978 to 1991, the long-term effect of the urban- rural income disparity on China＇s economic growth was positive; between 1992 and 1999, there was a smooth transition to a negative effect; and from 1999 on, the negative effect has been increasing year by year. Income disparity now has the effect of retarding China＇s real economic growth.
