Cultivation Path of Nursing Undergraduates’Scientific Research and Innovation Ability

Objective: The cultivation of the innovation ability and scientific research is one of the nursing learning objectives for undergraduate students. To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific rese... Objective: The cultivation of the innovation ability and scientific research is one of the nursing learning objectives for undergraduate students. To explore the method and effect of training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332”. Methods: Three course learning modules are constructed: stage-based course learning module, systematic project practice training module and comprehensive practice training module. A practical training platform for scientific research innovation projects is built, and undergraduate scientific research innovation ability training is carried out from both in-class and out-of-class lines. Results: Since 2017, the students have obtained 7 national innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, 52 university-level undergraduate scientific research projects, published more than 10 academic papers, and obtained 2 patent authorization. Conclusions: The training system of scientific research innovation ability of nursing undergraduates based on “3332” is conducive to the development of scientific research innovation ability of nursing students, and to cultivate nursing talents who can adapt to the development of the new era and have better post competence. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of academic salons on developing the scientific research skills of first-year nursing master’s students.Methods:According to Wallas’four-stage model of the creative process,from November 2022 to February 2023,66 first-year nursing master’s students from the School of Nursing at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University were selected using a convenient sampling method to participate in a multidisciplinary academic salon consisting of a total of 8 sessions held once every two weeks.Before the first and after the last academic salon,postgraduate research skills evaluation questionnaires and perception of research skills acquisition questionnaires were used to assess first-year nursing master’s students.A semi-structured interview was conducted with nine students after the final academic salon.Results:The total scores for scientific research skills and sense of achievement among first-year nursing master’s students after the academic salon were higher than those before the salon,and the difference was statistically significant.The interview results showed that the“salon theme,”“tutor comments,”and“sharer output”are the focus of the first-year nursing master’s students in the academic salon.Conclusions:Academic salons can enhance postgraduate students’scientific research skills and foster a greater appreciation for scientific research.We can enhance academic salons by carefully choosing relevant themes,inviting knowledgeable presenters and expert tutors to provide feedback,and prioritizing equality and effective communication. 展开更多

How to cultivate and improve graduate students’innovation and practical abilities in software engineering through the curriculum and teaching mode reform is an important issue.In this paper,a research literacy-driven teaching mode is proposed.It assists in the reform of the curriculum system.Then,a curriculum system construction framework is proposed,which involves the integration of research literacy into classroom teaching content.It assists in the cultivation of research abilities of graduate students in software engineering.The effectiveness of the curriculum reform is demonstrated through questionnaire surveys and research outcomes of the project team.The results show that the methods explored in this paper can serve as valuable references for future course design and teaching practice in computer-related courses for graduates. 展开更多

Several static and dynamic network analysis methods were applied to the data for 20 years to explore the fine structure of the researcher’s network for grants. Our analysis shows that the long-term trend of researchers’ group sizes has become smaller, particularly rapidly decreasing in recent years. Purpose:The 5th Plenary Session of the 19th Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee clearly states that developing science and technology through self-reliance and self-strengthening provides the strategic underpinning for China’s development.Based on this background,this paper explores a metric model for assessing national scientific research strength through collaboration on research papers.Design/methodology/approach:We propose a novel metric model for assessing national scientific research strength,which sets two indicators,national scientific self-reliance(SR)and national academic contribution(CT),to reflect“self-reliance”and“self-strengthening”respectively.Taking the research papers in quantum technology as an example,this study analyzes the scientific research strength of various countries around the world,especially China in quantum technology.Findings:The results show that the research of quantum technology in China has always been relatively independent with fewer international collaboration papers and located in a more marginal position in cooperation networks.China’s academic contribution(CT)to global quantum technology research is increasing and has been greater than that of the United States in 2020.Combining the two indicators,CT and SR,China’s research strength in the quantum field closely follows the United States,and the United States is the most powerful with high research autonomy.Research limitations:This paper only reflects China’s scientific research strength in quantum technology from collaboration on research papers and doesn’t consider the segmentation of quantum technology and the industrial upstream and downstream aspects,which need further study.Practical implications:The model is helpful to better understand the national scientific research strength in a certain field from“self-reliance”and“self-strengthening”.ScienceOriginality/value:We propose a novel metric model to measure the national scientific research strength from the perspective of“self-reliance”and“self-strengthening”,which provides a solid basis for the assessment of the strength level of scientific research in countries/regions and institutions. 展开更多

The number of skin care products developed scientifically and technologically is increasing in the market now.Whether it is a gimmick or a real desire to make a good product,companies are actively promoting the development and growth of the technological skin care market.The analysis of our market survey indicates that companies and consumers generally show a trend of mutual progress along with the market growth of technological skincare.Companies and consumers alternately play a leading role in different stages of progress.In this survey study,consumers were divided into four types:minimalist consumers,trendy consumers,ingredient-based consumers,and technological consumers.A series of comparative analyses for these four groups showed that consumers have the trend to instinctively develop from minimalist to technological consumer.Along with the increase of skin care knowledges,consumers can more trust and be more willing to buy the technology-based skin care products.For those ones who has no experiences with the technology-based skin care products,after gaining skincare knowledges,they are also willing to try.This is a good signal for companies.While helping with consumers being more knowledgeable in skincare,companies can lead consumers to learn about their researches and products development,which will benefit the market acceptance of the products.Users can also benefit from gaining more relevant knowledges.With these knowledges,consumers can be clearer about their own needs,more rational on skincare purchasing,and they can select the correct skincare. 展开更多

目的分析上海市疾病预防控制中心青年人才培养项目的实施现状与成效,提出切实可行的人才培养优化策略,以期进一步提升疾病预防控制人才培养能力,构建合理的人才梯队,激发科研活力。方法对上海市疾病预防控制中心获“青耕计划”资助的2... 目的分析上海市疾病预防控制中心青年人才培养项目的实施现状与成效,提出切实可行的人才培养优化策略,以期进一步提升疾病预防控制人才培养能力,构建合理的人才梯队,激发科研活力。方法对上海市疾病预防控制中心获“青耕计划”资助的2批次共67名培养对象进行问卷调查,分析相关投入、产出情况及培养对象对该培养项目的意见建议等。结果“青耕计划”培养对象所在部门对其项目实施提供的支持和帮助很大。67名培养对象在培养期间共撰写中文论文74篇,中位数为1篇,共撰写英文论文14篇。共申报课题45次,获批课题共9项。共参加科普宣讲93次,撰写科普文章67篇,中位数为1篇。53.85%的培养对象确立了今后的研究方向,44.62%的培养对象明确了自己的职业规划,培养对象认为其业务能力和科研能力均有较大提升。结论作为青年人才的“第一桶金”,“青耕计划”对提升科研素养、熟悉科研流程、助力业务工作等方面均起到了很好的效果,建议从培养周期、支持力度、培训交流、导师遴选、资源共享、考核激励机制等方面对该人才培养计划进一步优化。 展开更多

公共卫生医师是公共卫生事业的核心力量,其能力决定了能否顺利且高质量地推进公共卫生服务,并最终影响人群健康。科研能力是公共卫生医师岗位胜任力的重要要素之一。上海市于2018年正式启动疾病预防控制机构公共卫生医师规范化培训工作... 公共卫生医师是公共卫生事业的核心力量,其能力决定了能否顺利且高质量地推进公共卫生服务,并最终影响人群健康。科研能力是公共卫生医师岗位胜任力的重要要素之一。上海市于2018年正式启动疾病预防控制机构公共卫生医师规范化培训工作。由公共卫生研究设计及应用教学组负责公共卫生医师规范化培训学员的科研能力培养工作。上海市在公共卫生医师规范化培训学员科研能力培养的实践过程中,构建了一套覆盖组织管理体系建设、师资队伍建设、培训模式建设的可复制、可操作的体系,培训模式注重科研伦理、文献检索、科研选题、研究设计、科研写作5大科研能力提升,同时以“1+1+3”(1篇综述、1次开题报告、3次汇报)为抓手突出教学重点,可以为其他尚未开展或即将开展公共卫生医师规范化培训的省(自治区、直辖市)或地区提供参考和借鉴的范式。针对既往科研能力培养的“痛点”,上海市落实了政策及资金支持,构建了覆盖科研全流程、重点突出的培养方案,为参培学员提供必要的科研指导和个性化反馈。后续,建议上海市进一步细化培养方案,推进差异化、个性化培养;落实师资考核,提升教学质量和效果;优化考核评价,追踪科研产出;遴选科研苗子,探索与高级别项目贯通;开展教学总结,促进教学更新。 展开更多
