The selective aqueous-phase glycerol hydrogenolysis is a promising reaction to produce commercially useful 1,3-propanediol(1,3-PDO).The Pt-WOx bifunctional catalyst can catalyse the glycerol hydrogenol-ysis but the catalyst deactivation via sintering,metal leaching,and coking can predominantly occur in the aqueous phase reaction.In this work,the effect of reaction temperature,pressure and second promoter(Cu,Fe,Rh,Mn,Re,Ru,Ir,Sn,B,and P)on catalytic performance and deactivation behaviour of Pt/WOx/-Al2O3 was investigated.When doped with Rh,Mn,Re,Ru,Ir,B,and P,the second promoter boosts catalytic activity by promoting great dispersion of Pt on support and increasing Pt surface area.The increased Bronsted acid sites lead to selective synthesis of 1,3-PDO than 1,2-propanediol(1,2-PDO).The characterization studies of fresh and spent catalysts reveal that the main cause of catalyst deactivation is the Pt sintering,as interpreted based on XRD,CO chemisorption,and TEM analyses.The Pt sintering is affected depending on the second promoter that can either or reduce the interaction between Pt,WO_(χ)/γ and Al_(2)O_(3).As an electron acceptor of Pt in Pt/WO_(χ)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3),Re and Mn as second promoters resulted in increased Pt^(2+) on the catalytic surface,which strengthens the contact between Pt andγ-Al_(2)O_(3) and WO_(χ),resulting in a decrease in Pt sintering.The metal leaching and coking are not affected by the presence of second promoter.The catalyst modified with a second promoter possesses improved catalytic activity and 1,3-PDO production,however the stability continues to remain a challenge.The present work unrav-elled the determining parameters of catalytic activity and deactivation,thus providing a promising pro-tocol toward effective catalysts for glycerol hydrogenolysis. 展开更多

Inconel 718 is the most popular nickel-based superalloy and is extensively used in aerospace,automotive,and energy indus-tries owing to its extraordinary thermomechanical properties.The effects of different two-step solid solution treatments on microstructure andδphase precipitation of Inconel 718 alloy were studied,and the transformation mechanism fromγ″metastable phase toδphase was clarified.The precipitates were statistically analyzed by X-ray diffractometry.The results show that theδphase content firstly increased,and then decreased with the temperature of the second-step solid solution.The changes in microstructure andδphase were studied by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.An intragranularδphase formed in Inconel 718 alloy at the second-[100]_(δ)[011]γ step solid solution temperature of 925℃,and its orientation relationship withγmatrix was determined as//and(010)_(δ)//(111)γ.Furthermore,the Vickers hardness of different heat treatment samples was measured,and the sample treated by second-step solid solution at 1010℃ reached the maximum hardness of HV 446.84. 展开更多

TiNi and Ti-based shape memory alloys were processed by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) at 673-773 K along Bc route to obtain ultrafine grains for increasing the strength of parent phase and improving the functional properties. The effects of both thermodynamically stable and metastable second phases on the mechanical properties and martensitic transformations of these alloys were investigated. It is found that thermodynamically stable Ti2Ni phase has no effect on martensitic transformation and superelasticity of Ti-rich TiNi alloy, thermodynamically stable α phase is harmful for ductility of Ti-Mo-Nb-V-Al alloy, but metastable Ti3Ni4 phase is effective for R phase transformation, martensitic transformation and superelasticity of Ni-rich TiNi alloy. 本文在现有W-Y_(2)O_(3)材料基础上,引入微量Hf4+掺杂入Y_(2)O_(3),调节Y_(2)O_(3)与W晶粒之间的界面关系,从而改善W基材料的综合性能。通过改变Y与Hf元素的掺杂比例,获得纳米级W基复合粉体,在氢气气氛下常规烧结制备W-Y_(2)(Hf)O_(3)... 本文在现有W-Y_(2)O_(3)材料基础上,引入微量Hf4+掺杂入Y_(2)O_(3),调节Y_(2)O_(3)与W晶粒之间的界面关系,从而改善W基材料的综合性能。通过改变Y与Hf元素的掺杂比例,获得纳米级W基复合粉体,在氢气气氛下常规烧结制备W-Y_(2)(Hf)O_(3)复合材料。采用SEM、TEM等表征手段对W-Y_(2)(Hf)O_(3)复合材料的性能进行表征分析,研究Y与Hf元素在材料中的作用规律。结果表明:掺杂Hf元素有利于后续氢气还原,在第二相掺杂量不变条件下,当Hf含量增加时,所获得的粉体粒径减小,W-3Y-7Hf的粒径约为100 nm,明显小于传统制备的W-Y_(2)O_(3)粉体。烧结后的块体晶粒尺寸细化,显微硬度和相对密度随之增大,成分为W-3Y-7Hf烧结块体显微硬度最高,为513.7HV_(0.2),致密度为97.6%。在钨基材料中同时添加Y与Hf元素会在钨晶粒的晶界与晶内处形成复合第二相氧化物Y_(2)Hf_(2)O_(7)颗粒,尺寸更小,弥散强化作用更强;其中,W-3Y-7Hf中第二相氧化物颗粒尺寸仅为200 nm左右,与钨晶界产生良好的界面结合关系,形成半共格界面。 展开更多

大幅提升低成本变形镁合金的绝对强度是轻合金研究领域的关键瓶颈问题之一。本研究基于相图计算设计了一种包含低含量轻稀土元素的新型Mg-Sm-Ce-Mn系合金,通过低温挤压实现了近400 MPa的超高强度。Mg-0.8Sm-0.4Ce-0.4Mn(EM10,质量分数,%... 大幅提升低成本变形镁合金的绝对强度是轻合金研究领域的关键瓶颈问题之一。本研究基于相图计算设计了一种包含低含量轻稀土元素的新型Mg-Sm-Ce-Mn系合金,通过低温挤压实现了近400 MPa的超高强度。Mg-0.8Sm-0.4Ce-0.4Mn(EM10,质量分数,%)合金经低温挤压后形成了双组态晶粒组织,并表现为典型的丝织构,动态析出了Mg41(Ce,Sm)5和Mg12Ce微米第二相;低的挤压温度及高密度纳米第二相的析出,促进EM10合金的再结晶晶粒尺寸细化至约0.93μm,同时在未再结晶区域内残留有高密度的残余位错;细晶强化、第二相强化、织构强化及位错强化的综合作用,使EM10合金的屈服强度可高达约379 MPa,同时保持约4.7%的延伸率。继续提升Ce和Sm元素的含量,会引入更多的脆性微米级第二相,将损伤合金的塑性。因此,通过低温挤压工艺和成分优化,设计制备出了一种高强度Mg-0.8Sm-0.4Ce-0.4Mn合金,相关结果可为低合金化、超高强度变形镁合金的制备提供理论指导。 展开更多

采用万能拉伸试验机、SEM、EDS及XRD对固溶处理后的Mg-13Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr合金力学性能、第二相形态、化学成分进行了分析,并利用Image-Pro-Plus软件对第二相体积分数进行了统计。结果表明:固溶处理后,合金中仍有大量不同形态、成分的第... 采用万能拉伸试验机、SEM、EDS及XRD对固溶处理后的Mg-13Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr合金力学性能、第二相形态、化学成分进行了分析,并利用Image-Pro-Plus软件对第二相体积分数进行了统计。结果表明:固溶处理后,合金中仍有大量不同形态、成分的第二相,主要是灰色块状LPSO相、灰色棒状LPSO相和白色点状富稀土相。随着固溶时间的增加,Mg-13Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr合金的抗拉强度与伸长率表现出先降低后升高的变化规律。在510℃固溶16 h,合金的抗拉强度与伸长率达到最小值,分别为196.77 MPa、3.8%。510℃固溶10~16 h,LPSO相体积分数不变,富稀土相体积分数增加,富稀土相质地较脆,受力时容易破碎,成为裂纹萌发和扩展的源头,使合金抗拉强度、伸长率均降低。510℃固溶16~19 h,富稀土相体积分数减少,合金的力学性能增加。 展开更多

Also, a new expression describing the interaction range has been derived, which solves the problem in theory that the interaction range between SPP and GB can only be qualitatively analyzed previously. 轧制工艺对Mg-1.5Mn-0.3Ce合金组织和性能的影响

目的研究板材的轧制性能及轧制工艺对Mg-1.5Mn-0.3Ce合金板材微观组织及力学性能的影响规律,从而为该系列合金的轧制工艺优化提供有力的参考和依据。方法对Mg-1.5Mn-0.3Ce合金进行了520℃保温8h的短时固溶处理,使其平均晶粒尺寸达到43.6... 目的研究板材的轧制性能及轧制工艺对Mg-1.5Mn-0.3Ce合金板材微观组织及力学性能的影响规律,从而为该系列合金的轧制工艺优化提供有力的参考和依据。方法对Mg-1.5Mn-0.3Ce合金进行了520℃保温8h的短时固溶处理,使其平均晶粒尺寸达到43.6μm。随后,在250℃下进行47%的轧制变形。结果中低温、大变形轧制显著提升了合金的强度,其90°方向的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别达到了240MPa和279MPa,且断后伸长率为11.4%,而0°方向的屈服强度和抗拉强度则达到了186MPa和202MPa,且断后伸长率为7.1%。这种显著的性能提升归功于轧制过程中产生的多种微观结构演变。首先,晶粒内部产生了大量的孪晶和位错,为合金提供了额外的强度来源。其次,随着轧制变形量的增加,合金中析出了大量弥散分布的纳米颗粒,并诱导了细小的动态再结晶晶粒形成。这些细小的晶粒抑制了位错的运动,进一步提高了合金的强度。结论通过合理的热处理和变形工艺,可以有效控制Mg-1.5Mn-0.3Ce合金的微观结构,从而显著提高其力学性能,使其在汽车工业中拥有更广泛的应用前景。 展开更多

The effect of equal-channel angular pressing(ECAP)processing at room temperature and 300℃on the distribution of the second phase particles and its influence on hardness and electrical conductivity of the commercial Cu-0.81Cr-0.07Zr alloy were investigated.Microstructural characterization indicated that the area fraction of coarse Cr-rich particles decreased after ECAP processing.This reduction was attributed to the Cr dissolution induced by plastic deformation.The electrical conductivity of the alloy decreased by 12%after 4 ECAP passes at room temperature due to the increase of electrons scattering caused by higher Cr content in solid solution and higher density of defects in the matrix.These results were supported by the reduction of the Cu lattice parameter and by the exothermic reactions,during differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis,observed only in the samples subjected to ECAP processing.Aging heat treatment after ECAP processing promoted an additional hardening effect and the complete recuperation of the electrical conductivity,caused by the re-precipitation of the partially dissolved particles.The better combination of hardness(191 HV)and electrical conductivity(83.5%(IACS))was obtained after 4 ECAP passes at room temperature and subsequent aging at 380℃for 1 h. 展开更多

The selective abnormal growth of Goss grains in magnetic sheets of Fe-3%Si (grade Hi-B) induced by second-phase particles (AlN and MnS) was studied using a modified Monte Carlo Ports model. The starting microstructures for the simulations were generated from electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) orientation imaging maps of recrystallized samples. In the simulation, second-phase particles were assumed to be randomly distributed in the initial microstructures and the Zener drag effect of particles on Goss grain boundaries was assumed to be selectively invalid because of the unique properties of Goss grain boundaries. The simulation results suggest that normal growth of the matrix grains stagnates because of the pinning effect of particles on their boundaries. During the onset of abnormal grain growth, some Goss grains with concave boundaries in the initial microstructure grow fast abnormally and other Goss grains with convex boundaries shrink and eventually disappear. 展开更多

The second phase particle effect on texture evolution of polycrystalline material is studied through phase-field method. A unique field variable is introduced into the phase-field model to represent the second phase particles. Elastic interaction between particles and grains is also considered. Results indicate that in the presence of second phase particles the average particle diameter turns smaller than in the absence of these particles and retards texture formation by pinning effect. The second phase particles change the strain energy profile, which tremendously influences the pinning effect. 展开更多

Effect of the second phase in the micro-galvanic corrosion of a commercial Mg alloy containing rare earth elements, cast WE43 alloy,was investigated in 0.6 M NaCl solution and 0.6 M Na_(2)SO_(4)solution by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations, scanning Kelvin probe force microscopy(SKPFM) analysis, hydrogen evolution, weight loss measurement, and electrochemical techniques. It is confirmed that the second phase of cast WE43 alloy is more active than Mg matrix and exhibits an anodic role in the micro-galvanic corrosion with α-Mg matrix as cathode and dissolves preferentially in Na_(2)SO_(4)solution, in contrast to the situation in NaCl solution. The corrosion rate of cast WE43 alloy in Na_(2)SO_(4)solution is much higher than that in NaCl solution, which is different from the conventional wisdom and could be attributed to the different role of the second phase in the micro-galvanic corrosion in two solutions. 展开更多

The particle coarsening and dissolution kinetics model was analyzed for continuous heating and cooling. In addition, based on experimental data, the coupled equation of grain growth was established by introducing limited size of grain growth with the consideration of the second phase particles pinning effects. Using Monte Carlo method based on experimental data model, the grain growth simulation for heat-affected zone of microalloyed steel welds was achieved. 本文研究了均匀化对Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。通过XRD、OM、SEM、失重、析氢实验研究了均匀化对Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金的显微组织及耐腐蚀性能。实验研究表明铸态Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金由α-Mg相以及第二相Ca2Mg6Zn3、Mg2Ca组成,均... 本文研究了均匀化对Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。通过XRD、OM、SEM、失重、析氢实验研究了均匀化对Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金的显微组织及耐腐蚀性能。实验研究表明铸态Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金由α-Mg相以及第二相Ca2Mg6Zn3、Mg2Ca组成,均匀化处理后Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金晶粒尺寸稍有变大但是晶粒更加均匀,合金是由α-Mg相以及第二相Mg2Ca组成,由于Ca2Mg6Zn3相的熔点小于均匀化的温度,所以Ca2Mg6Zn3相溶于基体中,Ca2Mg6Zn3相溶于基体导致了合金第二相体积分数减少,第二相体积分数减少有效的降低了电偶腐蚀的发生。析氢失重实验表明进行均匀化处理有效地降低了Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金在3.5%NaCl水溶液24小时氢气的产生量,降低了析氢失重速率,即增强了Mg-6Zn-0.25Ca合金的耐腐蚀性能。对腐蚀产物膜进行分析,结果发现经过均匀化处理的合金生成的腐蚀产物膜更加致密,可以有效的增强合金的耐腐蚀性能。 展开更多

制备一种合金用于减弱腐蚀给油气田带来的影响。利用等离子放电烧结炉(SPS),在Mg基础上添加Al、Ca、Cu元素制备成Mg-9Al-4Ca-2Cu合金,获得第二相Mg_(2)Ca和Mg_(2)Cu;利用现代分析技术进行观察和分析,利用N80钢对合金防腐性能进行表征。... 制备一种合金用于减弱腐蚀给油气田带来的影响。利用等离子放电烧结炉(SPS),在Mg基础上添加Al、Ca、Cu元素制备成Mg-9Al-4Ca-2Cu合金,获得第二相Mg_(2)Ca和Mg_(2)Cu;利用现代分析技术进行观察和分析,利用N80钢对合金防腐性能进行表征。结果表明:经过合金处理后,N80钢自身耐蚀性变好,腐蚀电压由-0.672 V变为-0.452 V;腐蚀电流由1.572×10^(-5)A·cm^(-2)变为8.1×10^(-6)A·cm^(-2)。通过第一性原理计算基体相以及第二相的电子功函数获得第二相与基体相之间的电势差,结果显示:α-Mg与Mg_(2)Ca之间的电势差为-750~-460 mV、α-Mg与Mg_(2)Cu之间的电势差-392~106 mV,构成两对电偶腐蚀,可以向溶液中释放多余电子,从而抑制阳极金属溶解。 展开更多
