On May 5, 2008, China experienced a devastating earthquake, also known as Wenchuan earth-quake. Many buildings, whose seismic design levels were too low to endure a strong earthquake, were severely damaged or even destroyed in the disaster.

我国在 5 0年代建成了一批钢筋混凝土框架结构 ,至今已有近 5 0年的历史 ,接近设计的基准期 ,并且原结构设计中多数未考虑抗震设防 ,需进行结构的鉴定和加固。本文结合若干工程实例 ,对结构抗震鉴定、抗震性能评价、加固方法几个方面作了介绍 。
