This paper describes the self—adjustment of some tuning-knobs of the generalized predictive controller(GPC).A three feedforward neural network was utilized to on line learn two key tuning-knobs of GPC,and BP algorith...This paper describes the self—adjustment of some tuning-knobs of the generalized predictive controller(GPC).A three feedforward neural network was utilized to on line learn two key tuning-knobs of GPC,and BP algorithm was used for the training of the linking-weights of the neural network.Hence it gets rid of the difficulty of choosing these tuning-knobs manually and provides easier condition for the wide applications of GPC on industrial plants.Simulation results illustrated the effectiveness of the method.展开更多

目的评估照顾者对慢性病自我护理贡献量表泰语版第2版(Thai version of Caregiver Contribution to Self-Care Chronic Illness Inventory version 2,Thai CC-SC-CII-v2)在脑卒中患者照顾者中应用的心理测量特征,包括总量表和3个独立量...目的评估照顾者对慢性病自我护理贡献量表泰语版第2版(Thai version of Caregiver Contribution to Self-Care Chronic Illness Inventory version 2,Thai CC-SC-CII-v2)在脑卒中患者照顾者中应用的心理测量特征,包括总量表和3个独立量表的有效性和可靠性。方法采用多中心横断面研究设计。2022年9—12月,共招募422名来自泰国南部初级保健中心的脑卒中患者照顾者。结构效度检验采用验证性因子分析,聚合效度使用Thai CC-SC-CII-v2与照顾者对患者自我护理贡献的自我效能量表(Caregiver Self-Efficacy in Contribu-ting to Patient Self-Care Scale,CSE-SCS)之间的相关系数进行评估。内部一致性采用Cronbach's α系数、复合可靠性指数和McDonald Omega系数进行评估;通过组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficients,ICCs)评估重测信度。结果这项研究主要纳入了照顾脑卒中父母的中年女性。验证性因子分析结果支持CC-SC-CII-v2维护量表和管理量表的双因子结构及监测量表的单因子结构。对合并项目集同时进行验证性因子分析支持更综合的模型。CC-SC-CII-v2与CSE-SCS的相关系数范围0.47~0.65,均P<0.001。3个独立量表的Cronbach's α系数范围0.82~0.89,复本信度系数范围0.84~0.85,McDonaldω系数范围0.83~0.85,ICCs范围0.86~0.90,均表明量表信度良好。结论泰语版CC-SC-CII-v2在脑卒中患者照顾者中表现出稳定的心理测量学特性,可作为在泰国等类似文化背景下调查照顾者对卒中患者自我护理贡献的有用工具。展开更多

文摘目的全面、系统地收集国内外照顾者对慢性病患者自我护理贡献的评估工具,总结并分析目前评估工具的构建方法、特点及如何选择,为以后国内开发相关标准化评估工具提供指导。方法遵循范围综述指南,系统检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、Scopus、中国知网、万方以及维普等数据库,以及1个灰色文献数据库及相关网站。结果最终纳入20篇文献,包含11种评估工具。9个评估工具直接改编自其患者版本,2个评估工具针对照顾者的特点开发。国内目前汉化2个,自主开发1个。纳入的评估工具大多来自意大利,研究对象主要集中在患有多种慢性病以及心力衰竭的患者中。结论目前评估照顾者对慢性病患者自我护理贡献的工具多改编自患者版本,且部分工具信效度有所欠缺。未来医疗科研人员可遵循基于共识选择健康测量工具的标准,依托理论框架或规范指南从二元视角,围绕本国居民的文化特点进一步开发和验证照顾者对慢性病患者自我护理贡献的评估工具。
