The basic process includes simulating the model of economic man's self-benefit bahaviors, taking the place of experts to evaluate, bringing in the model of minimizing the sum of included angles to integrate the information of multiple objects and put the objects in order finally. The method has the advangtages of less dependendence on the subjective information, plenty of information, fair process and simple caculating. Then, the self-evaluation o... <strong>Background:</strong> To ensure quality and relevance of Postgraduate Programs are a commitment of the National Quality Postgraduate Programs (PNPC), and those from UNAM. Then, the self-evaluation of the Masters in Nursing Program (PME) is necessary for it to be part of the PNPC. This study focuses on self-evaluation of implementation mechanisms to assure effective communication and collaboration with and among graduated alumni. <strong>Methods:</strong> The research was qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. An informed consent was signed by four informants, graduated from the seventeenth generation of PME. Data collection from a focal group and descriptive data analysis by atlas.ti from guidance questions that were contrasted with the scale value from PME curriculum. <strong>Results:</strong> Four categories emerged from PME graduated alumni: Category <strong>I</strong>, Professional academic performance, Category<strong> II</strong>, International activities attendance, Category <strong>III</strong>, Academic networks, and Category <strong>IV</strong>, Higher satisfaction of international activities.<strong> Conclusions:</strong> It is concluded that self-evaluation shows a graduate’s vision of conditions and networks where PME develops. Masters in Nursing Program fulfills graduates expectancy to create networks, which will contribute to knowledge and recognition of professional practice, as well as on the area’ opportunities opening for better contributions. 展开更多

目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合多学科综合治疗协作组(multidisciplinary team,MDT)在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法选择于医院急诊科进行规范化培训的住院医师,2022年6—8... 目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合多学科综合治疗协作组(multidisciplinary team,MDT)在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法选择于医院急诊科进行规范化培训的住院医师,2022年6—8月进行规范化培训者为传统培训组,2022年9—11月进行规范化培训者为Mini-CEX联合MDT组。传统培训组35名,给予常规教学方式教学,Mini-CEX联合MDT组35名,给予Mini-CEX联合MDT教学,教学完成后评估规范化培训住院医师的理论成绩及实际操作技能,教学前、后通过Mini-CEX考核规范化培训住院医师的问诊能力、临床诊断、操作能力、查体能力、治疗方案、沟通能力,给予评判性思维能力量表-中文版(critical thinking disposition inventory—Chinese version,CTDI-CV)、学生自主学习能力评价量表评价,比较2组教学满意度。结果Mini-CEX联合MDT组理论知识、实际操作技能评分较传统培训组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Mini-CEX联合MDT组问诊能力、临床诊断、操作能力、查体能力、治疗方案、沟通能力评分较传统培训组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Mini-CEX联合MDT组CTDI-CV评分较传统培训组低,自主学习能力评分、教学满意度较传统培训组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Mini-CEX联合MDT组教学满意度(97.14%)较传统培训组高(85.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中运用Mini-CEX联合MDT教学,可提升规范化培训住院医师理论及实践操作成绩,提升其综合临床能力、评判性思维能力、自学能力及教学满意度。 展开更多

KANO-FBS模型下的煤矿用自救器用户需求研究

为有效评价矿工对自救器的满意度,设计符合矿工需求的自救器,提出一种以用户需求为导向的产品设计流程,改进煤矿用自救器的开发过程。首先对煤矿用自救器用户需求展开调研,通过KJ法构建用户需求体系,其次利用KANO模型量化用户需求并结... 为有效评价矿工对自救器的满意度,设计符合矿工需求的自救器,提出一种以用户需求为导向的产品设计流程,改进煤矿用自救器的开发过程。首先对煤矿用自救器用户需求展开调研,通过KJ法构建用户需求体系,其次利用KANO模型量化用户需求并结合敏感度排序明确设计目标,构建KANO模型下的需求要素与FBS功能要素转化,经过FBS模型的映射转化,确定煤矿用自救器产品设计所需的结构,最后完成自救器在使用方式和信息识别上的设计优化。结果表明:煤矿用自救器用户需求指标体系中操作便捷、安全供氧及故障反馈是目前亟待改进的需求,需求敏感度分别达到1.071、0.906、0.866;设计后的煤矿用自救器经过平均操作用时测试对比,发现其使用效率高于现有产品,模糊综合评价法验证得出设计后的煤矿用自救器用户满意度较高。该研究有效解决了煤矿用自救器现有产品操作不便、日常维护困难等问题,验证了KANO-FBS模型的有效性和指导价值,为未来煤矿用自救器设计与优化提供参考。 展开更多

Thanks to its richness of spectral components, various applications of this technique have been proposed and reported in the lit- erature covering both structural integrity inspection and material characterization in various industrial sectors. To support its development and for better understanding of the phenomena around the transient induced eddy currents, attempts for its modelling both analytically and numeri- cally have been made by researchers around the world. This review is an attempt to capture the state-of-the-art development and applications of PEC, especially in the last 15 years and it is not intended to be exhaustive. 目的探究Seminar-以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合模拟教学法在肿瘤康复教学中的效果。方法采取随机数字表法对2018年6月—2020年6月在滨州医学院附属医院肿瘤科学习的120名医学生,每组各60名,对照组给予常规教学法... 目的探究Seminar-以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合模拟教学法在肿瘤康复教学中的效果。方法采取随机数字表法对2018年6月—2020年6月在滨州医学院附属医院肿瘤科学习的120名医学生,每组各60名,对照组给予常规教学法,观察组给予Seminar-CBL结合模拟教学法,对比2组学生实施不同教学方法后的操作成绩及理论成绩、学生自我评价结果、实施教学方法前后的批判性思维能力评分以及沟通能力评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组学生操作成绩及理论成绩均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自主学习能力及自主思考能力显著提升、对肿瘤康复知识与技术有更深的掌握、合作性学习能力提升、利用学习资源的能力提升、批判性思维能力基本形成、制定科学合理康复方案的能力提升、发现及解决问题的能力提升、对临床病例及临床实习知识理解更加深入的学生所占比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组教学后与教学前相比,批判性思维能力评分以及沟通能力评分均较高,与对照组教学后相比,观察组批判性思维能力评分以及沟通能力评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Seminar-CBL结合模拟教学在肿瘤康复教学中可明显提高教学成绩,学生自我评价结果更好,同时也提高了其综合能力。 展开更多

Introduction: Self evaluation is a process that defines and collects required data to judge about decision making issues at educational system on whether the educational department is fit to educate students? The objective of this study was determining the quality of the structural elements of the department of Communicable Diseases & determining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to improve the quality of activities in the department under research. Materials and Methods: The employed method was Mixed methods (qualitative & quantitative research), on the basis of 10 procedural steps and within 8 sections dealing with evaluated factors;such as 1) organizational and management structure 2) scientific board members 3) students 4) Manpower 5) Space of educational research and health care 6) Equipment 7) curriculum 8) satisfaction of graduates, which were studied using 61 criteria and 172 indicators. Five-point Likert Scale was used for the responses in the questionnaire (1 - 1.75 = undesirable, to 4.2 - 5 completely desirable). Finally the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics indices and the assessment software of the Educational Development Center of TUMS. The instruments used in this method included assessment software, interview, observation and self-prepared questionnaire which consisted of 7 questionnaires and 2 check lists. Finding: The results of the research showed that general average of 8 investigating sections was 56.9% as a rather desirable research work. Conclusions: Therefore, it was concluded that function of the educational management in that group was directly in line with evaluation process, but continuing the process of evaluation seems necessary. 展开更多

目的探讨体育锻炼、积极应对方式、消极应对方式与大学生核心自我评价水平的关系,并进一步检验不同应对方式在体育锻炼与核心自我评价间的中介作用及性别的调节作用。方法采用体育活动等级量表、核心自我评价量表、简易应对方式量表对63... 目的探讨体育锻炼、积极应对方式、消极应对方式与大学生核心自我评价水平的关系,并进一步检验不同应对方式在体育锻炼与核心自我评价间的中介作用及性别的调节作用。方法采用体育活动等级量表、核心自我评价量表、简易应对方式量表对635名大学生(男340人,女295人)进行调查研究。结果1)体育锻炼能正向预测大学生的核心自我评价(p<0.01);体育锻炼可正向预测大学生的积极应对方式(p<0.01);体育锻炼能负向预测大学生的消极应对方式(p<0.05)。2)积极应对方式(95%CI:0.011-0.035)和消极应对方式(95%CI:0.001-0.022)均在体育锻炼与大学生核心自我评价间具有中介作用。3)性别在体育锻炼与积极应对方式之间起调节作用(β_(int)=-0.072,p<0.05),且男性(β_(simple slope)=0.206,p<0.01)的调节效应大于女性(β_(simple slope)=0.117,p<0.01)。结论不同的应对方式在大学生体育锻炼和核心自我评价中起中介作用,在对积极应对方式的采取上,男女生有性别差异,且男生通过体育锻炼量的提高会比女生对积极应对方式的采取更明显。 展开更多

[ Objective ] This study aimed to investigate the major contributors to the measurement uncertainty in quantitative analysis of genetically modified ingreclients and improve the quality of quantitative detection of genetically modified components. [ Method] The content of CaMV35S promoter (parameter) in GTS40- 3-2 soybean powder samples was measured to estimate the measurement uncertainty preliminarily. [ Result] Type A uncertainty (uA) ' type B uncertainty (uB) and combined standard uncertainty (Uc) were 0.0 004, 0.002 and 0.002, respectively. At a confidence level ofp = 95% and freedom degree of Voff = 3 251, coverage factor k = 1.96, expanded uncertainty U = 0.004. The final measurement result was C = 0.028 ± 0. 004, which was dose to the conventional true value (0.03). Thus, the measurement uncertainty was relatively small, indicating a high quality of measurement. In this study, uncertainty evaluation indicated that the deviation of micro liquid transfer made the greatest contribution to the measurement uncertainty. 基于SA-BPNN多模态融合的教学质量评价方法

针对传统评估教学未充分利用教学过程信息,导致泛化能力差和预测精度低等问题,提出一种基于SA-BPNN多模态融合的教学质量评价模型。该模型包括模态特征提取模块和多模态融合预测模块。首先构建全过程多维度的教学质量评价体系,包括人工... 针对传统评估教学未充分利用教学过程信息,导致泛化能力差和预测精度低等问题,提出一种基于SA-BPNN多模态融合的教学质量评价模型。该模型包括模态特征提取模块和多模态融合预测模块。首先构建全过程多维度的教学质量评价体系,包括人工评分、在线教育平台和教学视频3种模态数据,通过自注意力机制改进反向传播神经网络模块(SA-BPNN)提取各模态特征信息。其次鉴于评教过程存在模态数据缺失的可能,在预测模块的早期融合阶段引入多模态混合融合策略以改进反向传播神经网络(MF-BPNN),该策略按照特定规则将不同模态的特征信息混合再融合,以减轻模型对某一模态数据的依赖。随后将融合后的特征信息输入到MF-BPNN模块中,生成最终的评教结果。该模型融合多模态信息进行评价,避免了传统评教的主观性,且混合融合策略提升了模态缺失时的预测精度。在某高校真实数据集上的实验结果表明,相较于BPNN和GA-BPNN方法,该模型的均方误差分别提高了2.4~3.9个百分点,能够高效准确地评估教学质量,为检验教师教学效果和优化教学管理,最终全面提升教学质量提供理论支持。 展开更多

目的 探究基于过程性评价-强化巩固的健康宣教模式对白血病化疗患者应对方式、自护效能、心理状态等方面的影响,以期为白血病化疗患者预后及其治疗方案的优化提供参考。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年6月于四川大学华西医院血液内科就诊的... 目的 探究基于过程性评价-强化巩固的健康宣教模式对白血病化疗患者应对方式、自护效能、心理状态等方面的影响,以期为白血病化疗患者预后及其治疗方案的优化提供参考。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年6月于四川大学华西医院血液内科就诊的102例白血病化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组采用传统宣教模式进行干预,观察组采用过程性评价-强化巩固的健康宣教模式进行干预。比较干预前、干预3个月后两组患者应对方式[特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)]、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、自护能力[自护能力测量表(ESCA)]、心理状态[心理弹性量表(CD-RIS)]以及生活质量(白血病临床结局表)的变化。结果 干预3个月后,两组患者TCSQ积极应对评分,GSES评分,ESCA评分中自我概念、自护责任感、知识水平、自护技能4个维度,CD-RIS中坚韧性、力量性、乐观性3项评分,白血病临床结局表中生理、心理、社会、治疗4个维度评分均高于干预前评分(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组患者TCSQ消极应对评分低于干预前评分(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于过程性评价-强化巩固的健康宣教模式在促进白血病化疗患者积极应对疾病,提升患者自护能力和自我效能方面具有一定效果。 展开更多

Modelling social determinants of self-evaluated health of poor older people in a middle-income developing nation

Over the last 2 decades (1988-2007), poverty in Jamaica has fallen by 67.5%, and this is within the context of a 194.7% increase in inflation for 2007 over 2006. It does not abate there, as Jamaicans are reporting more health conditions in a 4-week period (15.5% in 2007) and at the same time this corresponds to a decline in the percentage of people seeking medical care. Older people’s health status is of increasing concern, given the high rates of prostate cancer, genitourinary disorders, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and the presence of risk factors such as smoking. Yet, there is a dearth of studies on the health status of older people in the two poor quintiles. This study examined 1) the health status of those elderly Jamaicans who were in the two poor quintiles and 2) factors that are associated with their health status. A sample of 1,149 elderly respondents, with an average age of 72.6 years (SD = 8.7 years) were extracted from a total survey of 25,018 Jamaicans. The initial survey sample was selected from a stratified probability sampling frame of Jamaicans. An administered questionnaire was used to collect the data. Descriptive statistics were used to examine background information on the sample, and stepwise logistic regression was used to ascertain the factors which are associated with health status. The health status of older poor people was influenced by 6 factors, and those factors accounted for 26.6% of the variability in health status: Health insurance coverage (OR = 13.90;95% CI: 7.98-24.19), age of respondents (OR = 7.98;95% CI: 1.02-1.06), and secondary level education (OR=1.82;95% CI: 1.35-2.45). Males are less likely to report good health status than females (OR = 0.56;95% CI: 0.42-0.75). Older people in Jamaica do not purchase health insurance coverage as a preventative measure but as a curative measure. Health insurance coverage in this study does not indicate good health but is a proxy of poor health status. The demand of the health services in Jamaica in the future must be geared towards a particular age cohort and certain health conditions, and not only to the general population, as the social determinants which give rise to inequities are not the same, even among the same age cohort. 展开更多
